Great spot to grab a beer and a bite to eat! There’s lots of sitting areas and places to hang out and parking is easy. I took some photos of my friends here really quick one evening! Want some photos? Message me on instagram! @tinatelep

Google
really cool and chill place to stroll around and hangout! although only a few stores are operating for the meantime, i definitely see the potential of this space. possibly a market / groceries would be a great addition. i love the idea of more walkable communities in the area. we visited for a food truck festival and enjoyed it a lot! i would come back to visit here in the future

Shops and some restaurants. Shops are nice but overpriced and there aren't many options just yet. It was also a slide there that had a sign that clearly stated no one ate under 18 allowed on the slide yet there was tons of kids going on it. Honestly, I don't know why it was a slide for the 18+ crowd but regardless no one was paying attention to the signage anyway. Honestly for me I was not very impressed with this place overall. I think in a year or so it may be much better but right now it's just okay

Had a great experience visiting this entertainment venue of shopping, dining, & more shopping! This was the first holiday market! Enjoy! One downside, the parking and traffic, this also has apartment complex within.

This place is an awesome one stop shop for food, beer, fun, and shopping. Tons of parking and easy walking between buildings.

We watched them update this old location and it is now spectacular. We ate outside and had pizza and beer. Dog friendly and lots of things to play on for the kids.

Overall, a great spot to hang out with kids. However, watch out for red ants around the seating areas and near the pipe structure, and be aware of a noticeable sewage smell in the parking lot.

There’s not enough parking. The shop owners seem snobby and not very inviting. Went to the triangle pop that was held outside to check this place out and it’s just not my type of atmosphere. The live band was awesome. Bad brain coffee was very good.

Yelp
"Restoring the past & forging the future" is the slogan here at Raleigh Iron Works, a hopping and busy mixed-use development. You can see the shades of the industrial past here but there's definitely a tilt towards modern and dynamic. The center has a rather diverse range of shops and restaurants including Andia's Ice Cream, a Croatian-inspired restaurant and Ponysaurus Brewing Company which was my destination for this evening. Fitness studios, a rock climbing gym, the Cannonball Music Hall and lots of outdoors areas. There was a two-story slide for the kids that was being enjoyed despite the cold. I found parking to be a challenge as my Sprinter is 10' tall so it won't fit in the parking deck and many of the outdoor spots are "pick up only" and I got the feeling that they don't hesitate. I was able to find a space down the hill on Whitaker Hill Road that worked out. This was a very pleasant evening and I look forward to returning!
