When I first started coming it was ok usually every other order had something wrong with it. It has steadily gotten worse and worse. The crew member there are rude and condescending, laughing as there handing out incorrect orders. as a fellow food service worker y'all should be ashamed but I can tell you absolutely do not care about your jobs nor the food you half ass make for the customers who spend money there. Every single order lately and I ordered once a week for past few months every single order is made wrong. And we have told them repeatedly it seems it gets worse when you tell them they mess up. Paid 2.99 for this fry today.

Here's the scoop: Good Rally fries are the best ! Everything else there has become crap! The fry seasoned mozzarella sticks were good. The drinks were decent. The popcorn chicken box was good enough to keep me coming back, BUT... all of the menu items I used to like are gone except the fries. On the last trip, the tenders were awful. In fact, most of the food has become pretty terrible. Even worse than the food...the service! Orders always shorted or wrong, drink machines constantly down, long waits for no reason. I wish it was isolated to one location, but the 30th Street and Lincoln Way locations have both fallen victim to the same decline and mismanagement. 😢 I write this review tearfully as Rally's used to be my favorite fast food restaurant. I guess I will still go just for fries until inevitably they close for good.

The season fries look like they were from the crypt keepers hands from the show back in the day. The fries tasted like a bag of cheetos that were left in the sun for 3 days. The burger aint worth wrighting home about. I would feed this crap to an enemy. Make sure you are ready to throw up after trying the food. Never again.

Nothing but problems with night crew except the guy at the register is nice. I've had the window slammed in my face. I've tried to return a meal for them to take it in and say I ate some and won't give a replacement.... Basically theft. Mind you I get 2 orders on the app 2 yo 3 times a week. I tried to call in and they never answer. Tonight I wondered why they were laughing at me and I get home and the sandwich wasn't able to be eaten, literally it was all tarter sauce probably a quarter of a jar of household mayo jar. This has happened ever since I complained. I'm sick of calling corporate.. I don't want me money back something needs to be done! It's always an issue. The shorter older lady with glasses and im not sure but possibly the taller bigger guy. You shouldn't mess with people's food! I've thrown so much away since the first incident, probably 40.00 in food in the last 2 months. Corporate will not do anything except give you a coupon which I would rather just get my food right. I know they have to have cameras? They literally sit outside, smoke pot all day and literally was lighting off fireworks the other day. Please avoid if you don't want your order messed up weekly or forgotten food regularly. Management does nothing. Going to try and escalate to corporate again. It's a sad shame. Owners should not let this happen...

Welcome to your one star review. You are not getting a one star review because I had to Wait 18 minutes to pick up my order. You are getting a one star review because of the lack of communication from your employees, and the fact that they lied to me. After I had waited for approximately 10 minutes, I was told that my order was next. If I am told that my order is next, I expect to get my order next, not watch you serve three more customers (All of whom arrived after me)and then tell me that you’re waiting for fresh meat. If I had been told when I arrived that it would be an 18+ minute wait for my order, there would have been no problem. I would’ve unassigned it and allowed another Dasher the opportunity to make the money. The One star review and the reason I’m upset is because you did not communicate and failed in your job for customer service.

Staff is amazing, fast, friendly, and engaging. This is absolutely my favorite fast food place. The food is great, especially considering the price and speed. It really helps that they're open late, I'm a night shifter so finding good food is hard. Thanks for being awesome guys!

Live Rally's so I may be biased. My niece and great niece have never been so we stopped on my way to take them home. Food was great as always, service was fast, our order was RIGHT!

Well, the food was edible, but not great. The burger was so greasy we had to take the buns off. Fries tasted good, but were ice cold. Mozzarella sticks were ok, even they tasted like they were soaked in grease. The mozzarella sticks were actually forgotten, had to return to get them. Cashier was nice enough though, also a ridiculously long wait for cold food. Without the coupons, I absolutely would not come back.

If I could leave less than one star I would! I ordered a chicken sandwich the number 7 Crispy. I was afraid to even bite it because of how hard the chicken patty was. The sweet tea tasted like it's been sitting for a week. And the lady that took my order was really rude like she didn't want to even be there.

The manager Valerie is such a respectful kind person although the food (all sandwiches) were made wrong they tasted ok at best. I ordered the cheesy bacon clucker grilled and what I received was a VERY dry grilled chicken without bacon or cheese with crispy onions and mayo(see photo) my sons double spicy chicken sandwich was totally wrong they put ketchup on it (ewww) and the fry burger for some reason they had big nasty pickles on it

I placed a DoorDash order for pick up and when I got home I wasn't paying attention ate half of my sandwich and realized half way through my chicken sandwich was raw this is just disgusting

Usually they're on top of their game, but tonight they really dropped the ball. Missing fries in my child's value meal, they messed up my drink and its size plus it's flat so I can't bring myself to drink it anyway, no straws for the drinks either, just a complete mess. It's time fast food starts to prioritize quality over speed because these issues are completely avoidable if workers aren't pressured to do super human speeds.

I've been coming to this Rally's since elementary school. I mostly go here for the fries. The fries are perfectly seasoned, crunchy on the outside, and deliciously fried every time!! Aside from that? Meh. To me, the sandwiches taste like cafeteria food (like.. middle school cafeteria food). The meat quality isn't the greatest, but it gets the job done. This is a convenient location (but kind of hard to get in and out of, at the intersection of 2 busy roads) with a small parking lot. ON THIS VISIT - Customer service was average. My order was correct. It's fairly cheap: we got a large double cheeseburger combo, funnel cake fries, and two other sandwiches for $14. The fries were delicious as always, and the rest of the food was just okay. Average fast food experience = 3 stars. Try the fries though!!

Rally's and Checkers are the same company. They serve the same food, but operate under different names depending on the region. The Big Buford is a really good hamburger. Their fries are nice and crispy. The strawberry smoothie is a must order. They also serve really good wings for a burger place. Prices are fairly cheap.

Their customer service is horrible, The lack of prioritization management is horrible. I was Door Dashing one day and all the person wanted was a milkshake, so I pull into the Rally's thinking "this will be quick" mind you its cold and its raining. So i go to the window because the lines wasn't moving even though it was only 2 cars, and no one in there was really working. The window lady was talking to one of her friends that had pulled through the drive through for about 20 minutes, and I being patient, and I sat there and waited in the rain for 20 minutes, for a milkshake. After waiting for 20 minutes i knocked on the window after losing patience and the dude looked at me and told me to wait.. This is why you never go to Rally's

Typical cheap fast food. The boneless wings with medium buffalo sauce were very good and hot. The cheeseburger came as ordered without veggies. It too was hot. I really enjoyed the cherry ice drink. I could drink those all day long. Hasn't changed much since I was a kid.

The burger was fine. But... OK, I will take part of the blame. Rally's fries are very good, one of best in fast food. But when you start adding that gooey orange cheese or the parmesan cheese and bacon, it becomes an unsightly, unpalatable mess. Yeah, I shouldn't have ordered and paid for those extras. But doesn't the Checkers/Rally's chain do any research or taste testing? No way that passes a panel. Anyways, very good burger; order the combo as is and you won't be disappointed.

I've been here three times now in the last week and each time I've come, every order has been done correctly. The food had been good, and fresh. Plus I was pleasantly surprised to see they had real bone in wings. And they were made fresh and tasted pretty good. Downside is they were always busy. I had to wait each time I came. But I would definitely come again.

We eat there at least once a week, but no more! Ordered food on Sunday 3/7/21. We found out the car in front of us received our order when we got to the window. Waited 7-8 minutes for order to be remade after the person confirmed the order. When we got home one of the fish sandwiches was a burger. Tried to contact manager via phone twice and was either hung up on or disconnected. We went back tonight 3/13/21 with sandwich and receipt. We were told by cashier that they would not replace sandwich because it was a week ago. Manager would not even come to the window to tell us that. They lost our business over $1.50 sandwich. Wow!

Went there today. Was ordering food. When the Thing at the window was completely rude and disrespectful. Then when I got to the windows. It continues to be rude. So I just drove off before taking the food. Because I couldn't trust the person at the window with the nails. Sad business!

This is for the rally's on 4503 Tuscarawas St in Canton Ohio. VERY SLOW service, Didn't get my order right. Missing the funnel cake fries. Took my credit card and didn't give it back for 5 minutes. I know your new but I've never had problems on the one on Cleveland Ave.

The food is always delicious and is undoubtedly an enjoyable quality for a fair price that doesn't hurt the wallet too much. I would eat here so much more often if it weren't for just one glaring, super common issue.... The service here SUCKS! I can't count the numerous times we have been handed a bag that is missing items we paid for. But even more intolerable, is the wait times! They are obscene sometimes! While always a guaranteed longer wait than some 'other' "Fast Food" chains... there are some nights that I can promise you that the entire kitchen staff is doing nothing more than counting grease markings on the walls - and NOT actually preparing food. I can not rational an excuse for them. Because I can order the same thing on two different nights, both nights being rather dead than busy, and the first night it may be a five minute wait for a cheeseburger combo, and the next night it may be a TWENTY minute wait for the same thing. What?! My only guess are some employees are competent, while others have no business setting foot in a business that expects production for the exchange of a paycheck. And I wish I understood why, but whenever I get wings it's a guaranteed wait of 10 minutes or more, rather there are five cars in line or absolutely zero. One time I dare say I had waited thirty minutes for an associate to bring my order or wings and fries to the car. I can't say for sure what horse play goes on in that little hut some times. On half of my visits it's an average experience, but too overwhelming is the chance that it's entirely irritating. Again, fantastic tasting food... but I don't bring a television with me often enough to warrant waiting for the food to be completed here. So on days I crave the food and would buy some, I more often than not end up passing on actually doing so because I'm too hungry to wait, or too irritated to risk the possibility of finding some of my order was forgotten. It would easily be a 5 star review if more of their kitchen crew shared a decent work ethic.

I gave one star because I couldn't comment otherwise. I would give the W. Tusc location negative stars. In the short time they have been open I have had three problems out of six visits - 50% accuracy is pretty bad. I've gone there and saw no masks being worn, had items left out, and had orders incorrect. Today I got someone else's order. When I went to the walk up window, I waited several long minutes, getting more irritated. This is absolutely unacceptable. Too many other places around here to get food with better service.

I literally just spent thirty minutes in the drive-thru to come away with nothing. As I am waiting in line I see an employee just tossing empty cardboard boxes out a door while they let one care through at a time. Someone would place their order and they wouldn't even greet the next car until the other was served. When I finally get to the speaker to order they let me know they can only accept cash. I mentioned that I had spent thirty minutes only to get nothing and all the guy said was that they were short-staffed. Avoid this location like the plague.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star but yelp makes you. Very, very disappointed with how much this location has went to shit. The service is terrible, and don't you dare complain to the hotline because the manager will call you with a attitude, leave a voicemail offering you coupons and then is a complete bitch to you when you attempt to call back multiple times after being hung up on. I went here this evening and order quite a bit of food to get it home and my order isn't right, my fries aren't done and my burgers were cold. I surely wish there was another close by. This is ridiculous

Waited nearly 10 minutes just for my order to be taken. Only one window and 2 ppl working tonight on Canton's Jul 4 fireworks evening. Comes back tells me having tech difficulties meanwhile line and ppl are pissed!

Although Rally's food is delicious, everytime I come here they leave, fries, burgers, etc out. It seriously gets old.
