If I could leave zero stars I would. When I pulled up to the window I was met with a very unprofessional worker who was rushing me to order and was making rude remarks, further I payed a little more than 30 dollars for a burger in which i asked for no tomato because my friend is allergic and when it came to me there were multiple tomatoes in it. Also i ordered loaded fries, the bacon was burnt and there was multiple strands of wig hair in them, i asked for a replacement and they threw chese on one side of the container and on the other cold fries and burnt bacon, i ordered the 3 piece combo chicken tinders and they were obviously old because they were cold rubbery, they were absolutely disgusting, i asked specifically for sauce multiple times and when they handed me my bag there was no sauce in the bag, i asked at the window for sauce and they never gave it to me, when pulling in to the parking lot all of the workers were on their phones not doing anything and when i got to the window they were still on their personal phones, when i tried talking to them they barely looked at me because they were on their phones, never eating here again and i recommend for everyone who even thinks about it, DONT. 🤢🤮🤢🤮

The fact i ordered food and had to wait 10 min , jus to get my food and my funnel cake fries were still frozen, ordered a sandwich that came with fries on it they put raw onions instead, fries were cold, like what was the wait for ???Rallys on Denbigh Blvd gotta do way better

We stopped today at this location in Newport News. we’ve been doing food reviews and decided to stop here to do one. After the order was completely messed up we decided not to do a video review. I have my receipt here . After ordering my hotdog and telling them everything I wanted on it, he corrected me and told me I wanted to chili dog. They still gave me me a hotdog with only ketchup and mustard The fries they gave me were reheated and cold. When I informed the manager, she wrote her eyes as if it was an issue on fixing the problem they had. We will not return.

Good stop ,fresh frys, chickin tenders, Chilli cheese frys big Burford triple was good only one hit on the visit alittle messy on preperation, do with thay had a dinning room also don't like eating outside

As a restaurant owner myself, I am appalled that they even let these chicken tenders leave the restaurant. I know that this is fast food, and there are hard days, but they sent these out knowing that these were not edible. Don't waste your money wanting to try their “fry seasoned chicken tenders” 11 dollars for flat, cooked too many times, burnt chicken tenders.

Ordered double fish combo, extra tartar and 3 orders of funnel cake fries. Everything was delicious and fresh. Service time wasn't bad neither. I'll be back.

The food is cheap and good. The location is small and hard to maneuver, especially when other drivers are going the wrong way. On nice days, there is an option to sit outside and eat, otherwise it is drive-thru. No inside seating available.

I ordered 2 big Buford combos 1 with coke other with unsweet tea, what I get half sweet and they remembered I wanted unsweet tea, lettuce on the sandwich was old, the quality of food prep is going down, will not return until business improve. Update 7/28/23 They ask for another chance and this is what I got, asked for a large Buford combo, got a small fry and poor ingredients on the Buford see the pics, so this store is off my list.

I ordered the 2 for $9 double crispy fish sandwich. Although the young lady at the window was very courteous, the fish sandwiches were the worst. They had a crispy batter outside but the fish meat was dry and did not even taste like fish indicative of old and shrunken product. For me, it seems like prices go up but quality goes down.

Yeah, I hate to pile on, and let's be clear, reviewing fast food joints is akin to reviewing a highway or a freeway, what's the point? Nevertheless, I had fairly high hopes. As an old guy, I've lived and traveled all over the country and globe, so it escapes me where I've seen this chain before, but I know I have... it's been decades, but I know I have. So, being new to the area I spotted this joint and a flickering memory flashed before my eyes. I just had to give 'em a go. Besides, they were boasting about their fries being voted the best. Personally, I think they've take some liberties with the old hyperbole bag, but that's subjective I suppose. Nice enough employees, but still poor service. The burger? O. My. Goodness! Was that even beef I was eating? Seriously, I'm not sure it was. If it was? It had soaked in warm water all day after being cooked because it was grey! Just really gross! It just... no! Just no! I'm a firm believer in the fact that every joint can have a bad day, and every joint deserves a second chance. Then again, why? It's like a really bad date, there's just no point. No need to be mean, but no need to see them again either. So, I'm chalking this one up to the bad date comparison! It's not you, I swear! It's me! Cheers!

I had to wait a little bit because my order was messed up which wasn't a big issue. I get all the way home just to find out instead of a Sprite I have carbonated water. What a disappointment

Doesn't look like much but its definetly a hole in the wall. A wide variety to select from. The staff was very polite and lively. The manager on duty named Rob brought us our food it was hot. Rob was also very great at taking our order ensuring that we were well accomodated. I would come here again.

There was quite a line at the drive through, I subsequently found out it was because the clerk took only one order at a time until it was delivered to the customer. Haven't they heard of multitasking? I placed my order and once at home I found that the burger was not even warm and the two fish sandwiches were very dry and crusty. I will not return I have given this place several try's and they have always been sub-par.

I always come for the fries!!! And they honestly have a very good tasing burger. The new thing is the 4 for 4 I love the fact you get an apple pie which is an awesome treat at the end of the meal. If you have never had rally's you need to add it to your list ASAP!!! This is also a pretty cool location the staff has always been friendly.

Check your meal before you drive off.... happen to me one too many times where they simply can't get correct the number of patties that belong on double cheese burger. And don't come across the short, goofy, milk dud looking manager unless you want a display of unprofessionalism. It's a shame, because the food is good when they get it right.

I've come to this one now twice. The first was a couple of months ago, and it was okay. Service was slow and they missed a couple of things, but we shrugged it off and was able to get our food and go about our evening. Went back today, and I can honestly say that they'll NEVER see my business again at this location. Not only did the lady at the window not take the 2nd order, she also had a bad attitude when we asked her to replace a sandwich. We were very polite (I have it on audio) asking to please replace the sandwich. Her reaction, however, was pure garbage. She clicked her tongue, snatched the food, and rolled her eyes at me. I wasn't rude or hostile, I just asked for a new sandwich. I felt uncomfortable and I didn't want to be there anymore. She actually looked like she was fighting herself from saying something to us. The food is fine here, never had complaints. That employee, however?? Skip this place and save yourself both the money and the mood. I'm sure the service at McDonald's will be a far better experience for anyone wanting to go here. The lady working the window (at Rally's) might just ruin it. This happened on the driver side window.

I come here once in a while. The service is decent. I never had anything to complain about. Great value meal deals.

Every time I come here I order the same thing. Just ONE chilli dog and a drink, usually it takes 10-15 minutes for them to bring it out to me. But I've waited over 30 minutes tonight for my food and this is ridiculous. How long does it take to make a chilli dog and put it in a bag?? I started to think after 30 minutes they just forgot about me, but there are two other cars that were before me that have also been parked and waiting for their meals (THEY FINALLY BROUGHT ME MY FOOD AND WASNT EVEN MY ORDER)

They always give me the worst experience, this is the last time I go here. They had me waiting for an excess amount of time, I had an order of funnel cake fries and I watched them put them in the bag with no powder sugar then on top of all the rest of the food in the bag they threw a pinch of powdered sugar inside the bag on top of my mozzarella sticks and all! I tried to pull my stuff out gently to see if all my food was inside and ended up getting powdered sugar all over my car. I get home and open my loaded fries and they were dry... a lot of fries with barley any cheese or bacon and NO ranch at all!! By far the worst experience I've had.

Warning! Please check your order before pulling off. This place is a disgrace when it comes to customer service. They mess up your order and then have an attitude when you tell them they need to fix your order. There is no point talking to the manager. He is no help and the one that encourages poor behavior from the employees. Food is still great (hence one star) but they need to do better. Will be going to Hampton location from now on. Hopefully they're better!

Absolutely terrible service!!! Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy it's so bad! Even the manager messed my order up! Everyone deserves to be fired!

Sub par at best. They usually get my order wrong. I ask for no cheese on a burger and guess what's in my burger!? CHEESE. Only go here if there are NO options whatsoever left.

I've been to this store more than once, each time I'm taken aback by the lack of customer service and professionalism displayed by its staff. No hello, no thank you, no apology for waiting thirty minutes for our meal without an explanation. Every staff member that addresses you addresses you as if they resent your presence because they have to work. The entire staff, they don't make eye contact, they shove bags at you... no pleasantries, no customer service and an attitude that makes me feel unwelcome. Either these people need a massive retraining, or more likely they all need to be fired and replaced. These workers all suffer from the same problem and behavior and it feels as though no one cares so they don't. I'm tired of the only Rally's in the city being manned by people unconcerned with their customers satisfaction or the quality of the product that they produce. Avoid this store... avoid it for it is a plague. It is a horrible Plague upon fast food. A shame because I like the company, but this store is the WORST I've ever been to hands down and is the only in the area. I keep forgetting how much it sucks when I crave something they sell and then am reminded the first time one of these half wits open their mouths. In addition, the fact that so many employees had longer hair, afros and braids and not one person was wearing a hair net or anything while they cooked or handled food is disgusting.

The on Warwick and denbigh consistently isn't fast food. They tell you to pull around like they're chic fi la, only they don't have a line, they're just slow. It seems they have a bunch of high school boys working without any direction and it shows

Out of sight out of mind. If they ask you to pull forward you might as well ask for your money back right then and go somewhere else unless your okay waiting 15-20 mins. Kind of pitiful.

Ordered 1 combo, a chicken and fries box and 2 burgers with no mustard, ketchup or mayonnaise. I was pulled up for 15 minutes while the prepared my order. Watched 5 customers come and go and went to the window to get my money back. They were still preparing my order after being at the window for 2 more minutes. They handed me my bag with lukewarm burgers, but loaded with ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise. I was furious. I asked for a refund for the burgers and chicken box. They were gracious, but they were entirely incompetent to prepare a product to the customer's desire. There is always a wait, but this was ridiculous.

Horrible service and management. I decided to come here after receiving a T-Mobile Tuesday offer for a free Buford Burger. After sitting in one of their drive-thru lines for 10 minutes, not getting a response, and seeing people in the other drive-thru line advancing, I decided to drive up to the window. The woman their said that it was closed and "that's why you don't see anyone else over here." I pointed out to her the car that was sitting behind me, as well as the car behind them that had gone over to the other drive-thru line. I suggested that they put a cone or a sign in front of that drive-thru entrance to alert customers. She said "okay," and walked away from the window. I then pulled around to the other drive-thru line and attempted to order the free burger I received with my coupon, but I was told by the same woman that the registers were not recognizing the code and that nothing could be done in terms of the offer or compensation. Already upset with their service, I was now waiting in a line for absolutely nothing as the reason I had gone to the restaurant was now invalid. The line moved so slow it took about 5 minutes for each car in front of me to get their order and leave once they were at the window. I'm not sure why it moved so slow, as they had 4-5 workers on shift and only one window open. I understand the age demographic of who's mostly employed at fast food restaurants, but the franchise should look more into the competency factor of who they hire into their management. I've been here once before, and the service was definitely questionable as well as the long wait time. After this time, though, I will not be returning to this store.

Food is fresh and fish burgers are really good. I would give higher stars but I really hate that the drinks always, always, always, taste like chlorinated nasty water. Fix it Rally's and you will have a customer that will come by more often. Really good deals on the food
