Yo the fries are always fresh and tasty. Best fries anywhere!!! 😋 Chicken sandwich great! The fish sandwich not good 🙁. Didn't have the burger this time. Can't go wrong with a chicken, fry combo tho. Fast friendly service! Thank you! Why can't we get a rallys in Henderson?? Just curious.

best server at Rally's! I recently visited Rally's and had a truly fantastic experience. I ordered the Big Buford and some fries, and the food was fresh, hot, and delicious – exactly what I was hoping for. What truly made my visit excellent, though, was the amazing service I received from Megan. She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Megan is, without a doubt, the best server I have ever had at any Rally's location. Kudos to the entire team, and especially to Megan, for making my meal so enjoyable! I will definitely be back.

I have not eaten fast food in about 6+ years, since I have giving up meat, but since I've been seeing Rally's/ Checkers $4 Meal & New Strawberry Cheesecake Bites, I figured I'd stop by to see what I've been missing. The Fries 🍟 and Apple Pies 🥧 were Great. The New Fried Strawberry 🍓 Cheesecake Bites 🍰 were Amazing, but The Cheeseburger 🍔 size could have been a bit Bigger.

The food didn't taste good to me. I had food from Rallys in another location. The food tasted better.

I go there all the time, and I think the food and service are really great. I really like how I can walk over there since I live really close.

We love the food! The automated ordering system is very weird, in my opinion. Kinda takes away from the human interaction that some of humanity still enjoys. Luckily, on my latest visit, there was an actual human who joined the conversation and was very helpful, and I was pleased with their service. Which is why I give a 3 star on service instead of 0. As for the atmosphere on the facility property, I was pleased, but to be honest, the sidewalk there on the corner was a bit crowded with unwanted guests. Other than that great food!

I went to place an order for me and my daughter and this girl did not say a word. SHE opened the window and took my order without saying a word. Then slammed the window shut.NOT A WORD SAID DURING MY VISIT. EVEN WE I SAID HAVE A GOOD DAY. We understand that everyone has bad days, but do not take it out on the customer.

Love their food especially the fries! Their deals are great and their prices are good anyway. Customer service is always A++++ I go to Boulder hwy and DI...

What a an epic fckin fail from my fav fab fry place. If Rally's ain't it WTF is?! Can ya girl set the scene first: So Im out having a meditative moment, contemplating my life, my choices, & what I want outta life yall... -- 39 is awful. random roads, emotional detours, and junk food cravings that feel spiritually .....necessary. And my poor Dog always dragged along for the ride. Now mind yooouuuuu ya girl eats insanely healthy 99.9% of the time. kale arugula, chickpeas, lentils -- But sometimes your soul just screams, "Biih wheres the grease!?" So when I spotted a Rally's, I made a most dangerous U-turn. And hit the pans labyrinth ass drive thru... cuz wtf... arrows pointin in every direction and none at the same time. What kinda Batman & the Riddler sht is this? Once I solved that mess and found the actual entrance, I placed my order... with a robot. Yes, apparently Rally's is now using AI to take orders, I had no idea Rallys was doing that well to be tryna modernize fast food but oooookkay. Anyway, I ordered a medium fry, because -- say it with me -- Rallys fries R better than EVERYONE!! I have said this many times. I have evangelized this opinion. I've defended Rally's fries in group chats. But what did I receive? Seven fries. SEVEN. give or take 3. Me and my Dog - SHOCKED And if you think I'm exaggerating, please check my photos. I'm not here to play. But maybe they'd be fire? cuz duh, its Rallys!!! Biiihhhh. I ate one and then have my dog one - bro looked at me like, "Girl, be serious." STTTAAAAALE AF. Tasted like they had been cooked yesterday and then thrown back into the fryer today #afterthought. Now, before you think I went in with low expectations -- I actually didn't! Yes, I saw the 2.5-star rating (or was it 3.1?), But I said, "Nahhh, not my Rally's. They're just misunderstood." Naw fam. wasn't no misunderstanding. This was trash of the highest level The only silver lining was seeing GloRilla up on the menu getting her promo bag. Sis get your money. But wait... maybe they had to cut costs by reducing fries quality to pay her? Idkwtf man. Rally's, what happened to you? You used to be a safe space. A crispy, golden place of comfort. And now? You're out here giving 7 fries in a medium box that tastes like old grease to me. ME??? "I was rooting for you!!! Extra star for the fries. I ordered with the virtual assistant, didn't notice you could say "team member" til it was too late. Ordered Flo special with bbq jacked burger and Coke. Instead of reading back your order it just says "OK!" So didn't think to ask for a receipt. Ended up with a double cheeseburger, fries and a Diet Coke, with an apple pie???? Not even in the same zip code as my order. The burgers were not what they used to be when it was Checkers. I'm pretty sure there's no dining room because they don't want you to see that they microwave the burgers. Only the fries are the same bomb fries as they used to be. The Apple Pie I didn't order was ok. (Who orders dessert and a Diet Coke?) Anyways, ASK FOR A TEAM MEMBER if you want the right order.

I ordered two cheese champs and one of the buns had mold on it. Check your food before you leave.

The burger was warm and the fries were old this place is hit or miss and it's not getting any better the service is fast because it seems like stuff is old

I don't know what is going on with the only 3 Checkers/Rallys in Vegas. First off, I only go just for their fries, which are always hot and delicious, but the dining rooms are always closed so you're forced to go through the drive or walk up window, but the fries are bomb. And the employees, where do they get this people? It's like they're all reject homo Sapiens, but the fries are bomb. The lot, drive thru, and exterior buildings are filthy, but the fries are bomb. They never give me a receipt, probably so I can't complete the survey, but the fries are bomb. I have to give all the stores 1 star, and I have to say that I will still go back because the fries are bomb.

Just close down. It's a joke that you have to order with a computer when there are workers inside.

Went to pick up my order and they didn't have what I ordered so I asked if I can switch it. Manager came to the window and was rude about it and refused to refund me for what I ordered which they DIDNT give me because they didn't have.

I love Rallys but this is the worst one i seen so far.homeless encampment right in front of this location.so people will be asking you for money while u order lol then to make it worse,i ordered a LARGE chili cheese frie an look at what i got i also ordered a crispy fish sandwich an they gave me a chicken sandwich save your money an go eat somewhere else.this location is HORRIBLE

I just needed something quick and easy and got a basic hamburger w/out cheese. It was tasty enough as far as basic fast food burgers go. The only thing that threw the burger off for me was that the bun was not as soft & fresh as I prefer. But everything in between the buns was good. The drive thru was quick and I like how they have the twin drive thru, one for online orders and delivery services and one for standard customers. The employee at the drive thru window was very friendly and professional. This wouldn't be a go to destination for me but was perfect for a quick bite along the way.

On one of those nights whether you have the munchies, drunken munchies or just plain late night hunger. I decided to get Rally's. It was open late and easy to get to. They had a two for $12 dollar big Buford combo which includes two double burgers, two fries and two drinks. Not bad for the price. It was pretty decent fast food. I recommend trying the big Buford. It's pretty good especially for a quick bite to eat.

Let's start off by saying that this place is not in the best part of town. When you go there you sometimes see homeless and druggies acting weird and tripping out. With that being said it does have some decent burgers in a fast food standard. My favorite thing and the main reason I come here for is their banana mild shake. They did charge me for an order that wasn't mine and they said they refunded it and charged me the right price so we shall see about that. I ordered my burger with no onions and it had onions. I'll be back because of that banana milkshake

Loved this place when it was Checkers was sad when closed glad to see it back different name same place I order The triple big bufford I absolutely love this burger usually order the double but said what the heck. Service was good and fast,. And the meal was amazing. I absolutely love their fries also.

Since they opened back up as Rally's the were doing good on getting things right. Tonight we ordered 4 x double spicy chicken and 2 Deep Sea fish doubles because they did not have the burgers available with the 2 for $5 options. I see one reason why my fish was served the way it was. The other stuff was cook right and it was 4 of them. We went thru drive-thru, there was no other car except our and the one in front of us. I have had this fish here before and I know what it should look like and taste like. I was unable to finish it. I am really disappointed with Rally's

It's not often I review fast food places, and when I do it usually isn't a good thing. For that reason I'll leave this one short and sweet. This Rally's location has had it's ups and downs but today was my best experience. The staff were really nice and the food came out fairly quick. We ordered two rally burgers two double rally burgers and fries. Everything was perfect and there was not one complaint at the dinner table. The prices are a little high but the food was decent.

5 stars for the food but minus 2 for the service. My first time at a Rally's. They use this weird autobot ordering system which doesn't list out or repeat your order. Whomever though ordering through a bot would be better than speaking to an actual person had a horrible idea. This was my first time at rally's. When I pulled up to the window there was an ACTUAL human being! Who tells me my total which sounded absurd. Turns out their robot ordered double the amount of food! Then when I get my food I ask for sauce and she said there's no sauce as I'm clearly staring at the SAUCE. What are people dipping them chicken strips in.? Ok whatever then I ask her if there was a bathroom inside because I've been driving for hours on a road trip and my son needs to use it. She just stared at me and said there's no restroom which was a lie. The whole vibe sucks. Bad customer service aside the bacon cheeseburger and regular cheeseburger and fries were delicious.

They have a robot take your order but when you drive up to the window they tell you it doesn't, we left and ate our food my burger had hair in it and none of the food was good

Worst ever, meat twice as small as the bun. Don't waste your money. This place is a rip off.

Crappy tasteless bland burger, the bun was way too big for the tiny burger. Tomato slice was just as bad. The fries were tasty, fresh and crunchy.

I didn't receive my food, the driver never called me I asked to be called 3-5 minutes before arriving

I never thought I'd be so blown away with the service I got at a late night drive thru!! I Stopped at the drive thru tonight a little after midnight and ordered wings. The girl taking my order let me know that it would take about 8-10 for a fresh order of wings and insisted on the order being as fresh as possible. Just by the way the girl ensured me that it would be worth the wait I didn't mind at all! Instead of a soft drink I ordered a plain ice water the girl offered a bottle of water on ice because " I wouldn't recommend drinking the tap in Nevada! " She was definitely Making a joke! and I was given a cold water bottle and a cup of ice along with my fresh wings! I literally felt so awesome with the good vibes and incredible customer service I received from the late night crew tonight! They definitely deserve positive recognition! Truly made my night

So irritated....let me just say this location NEVER messes up my food. I ordered the 2 for 5.50 and I added a medium fry and drink for $3....I didn't check because like I said they normally never mess up my food. THEY LITERALLY FORGOT THE ONE THING I WENT FOR. My fries......I tried to call and no one answered, so now I'm here.

Everything was really good. Probably the best fries I've ever had. Nice employees. The only downfall is they were only accepting cash and they gave me ranch instead of barbecue sauce I asked for.

Paid for Swiss cheese and I received no cheese crazy how they won't give you anything for free but will take your money for nothing won't be back here

We came for a late night meal. They were out of fries which were the main reason we went. They also didn't offer any sauce for my chicken bites box which didn't have the fries either, obviously.

Screw this place especially the crew this hour, been waiting here for 15 minutes to get an order and kept being ignored and skip. No wonder all other rally's closed, customer service is non-existent.

It's a Rally's, so don't expect anything fancy. That said, their Sandwiches and shakes are pretty good. Fries are different than most places, so give it a try and decide for yourself On that. Service is pretty quick.

This is the fourth time I've been here... it had never disappoint me. But today was very bad. Took forever, and I understand, it's late and one of the only places open around here. But when I hot home my burgers were cold! Having in mind that it was only a three minute drive. The loaded fries were salty as hell. Any who, maybe get more personal to work for you guys so that drive-thru is faster and efficient.

They charge $.49 for honey mustard. They were supposed to give it to me the other day and never put it in my bag. As far as I'm concerned they can go ahead and close this place again!

This place should have remained closed. Each time I've been The customer service has been absolute TRASH!!! After spending nearly $20 I simply asked for a ranch sauce for my buffalo wings (Which, In my opinion should have already came with it) and they told me it was .50 cents! I asked how come if I ordered buffalo wings?! Everyone knows ranch or bleu cheese goes with them. And instead of possibly offering one for free just this time, & considering the money I had already spent the cashier was still adamant that I paid that .50. At this point my food is cold and I'm just over the situation all together so I politely asked for a refund. The end.

Omg. Either it's because I haven't been there for awhile or it's improved. The fries where perfect. The burgers where fresh and not mushy. The flavors where great.

4/24/2021 - 2:00am, I wanted to redeem my free Big Buford from the Rally's app, the staff took care of me, fresh hot fries, and great tasting sandwich. I was here on short notice, while on vacation from California. I couldn't say anything wrong with this place.

Y'all gotta make sure y'all ice cream machine is working GOOD cuz last night I got an ice cream cone and that shit was melting as soon as she handed it to me. It ended up falling on me. Thanks rally's.

What a fantastic burger! My family and I decided to try Rally's after hearing nothing but great things and they did not disappoint! Fast service hot and fresh food we will be back!!

Terrible customer service. They move slow even when they have few people in the drive thru line. I'm not at all satisfied with this location. Some nights it's taken them over twenty minutes to just take my order. I do not like the way they run this establishment.

I don't typically write bad reviews, but if you'd like the most bland burger ever created, order from here. Plus, they screwed up both my instructions on the 2 burgers ordered. I mean seriously, how do you create a bad hamburger??? No napkins, no ketchup for fries. I'm a fat ass, and love food. This place is the absolute worst! Also, I got a chicken sandwich, took one bite and spit it out in my bag.

Tried delivery from them for the first time and will never do that again. Tried 4 different things and the only thing that was decent was the fries. The coney dog had this weird sauce on it that was flat-out nasty. Didn't get the napkins I asked for either.

This Rallies is so unorganized. I arrived on time to pickup an online order and they have 2 drive up lines. I got in the left line for online orders but no one answered. I backed up an got in the regular drive through line when I finally got to the Window the cashier tells me to go back to the line that no one answered. So I decided to park the car and go up to the Window. I explained to the guy at the other window what happened he just said ok and it still took another 15 minutes to get the order. Obviously they didn't have it ready and made it after I had got to the window. Ridiculous
