Sign on the door says they are open until 1:00 a.m. Google shows they are open till 1:00 a.m. and verified by the business just 3 weeks ago. Drove quite the distance to have a guy missing teeth say they close at 11:55pm everyday and to contact corporate. I was there at 11:57 p.m. with several other customers who were disturbed by this unexpected discovery.

Beach Hut Deli in Los Osos is an absolute delight! Their gourmet sandwiches are creative, flavorful, and always fresh—plus they use cream cheese instead of regular cheese, which gives each bite a rich, unique twist. The beachy vibe, complete with beers on draft, makes it a relaxed, fun spot to grab a bite. Whether you’re craving a classic or something adventurous, they’ve got something for everyone. The staff are friendly, efficient, and the atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy a top‑notch sandwich by the coast!

Was in the store this week and there was no fewer than four dogs being led by their owners. Obviously not service dogs, this is disgusting! The store allowing this is one thing but the fact that that many people at one time think it’s acceptable to bring their dogs into an establishment that sells food is to me a sign of the times of disrespect.

Kayden was working at the deli on Christmas Eve night through a power outage, and was incredibly helpful and kind. He went out of his way a few times to make sure I had all the items I wanted. Thank you Kayden!

Prices for many items are the same or more expensive than Whole Foods or Sprouts in SLO, with limited selection if you like specialty items. Which is ironic because there are signs all over the place screaming "LOW PRICES IN EVERY AISLE" haha. It's also dated inside. Doesn't feel good to be in there.

I thought I knew the answer before hand, but I looked at GoogleMaps just to be sure. Upon checking GMaps, I saw that they did in fact close at 1am. I arrived at 11:59pm and was turned away. The dude said, "they were closed." I said to him, "Online it says that you are open til 1am. How long have you been closing at midnight for?" For starters, the dude was not v nice to begin with. It seemed to me like he was intentionally trying to ignore me. I had to repeat the question twice. Finally, he spit out a one word answer, "Years." Well I went back to GoogleMaps and saw that as of "3 weeks ago" the business "confirmed their hours of operation". Meaning someone from Ralphs went online and confirmed that they close at 1am. Which obviously was a lie, if they have been closing at midnight for "years" now. Quite annoyed, seeing as they were the only grocery store to be open late in my area. Apparently, they just aren't open that late.

Always a great stop. Love walking into the fruit and veggies to start my shopping. I wish there was more Organic veggies but what is there is good.

Ralph's, is a store that does have a lot of variety. However there is no rhyme nor reason for the set up of the store. Items are hard yo find. The employees could be friendlier. I also picked up a tag for an item kept behind the counter. The tag said to take it to the cashier. I didn't know that I hadn't received it until I got home. Prices are high but still less then Albertsons.

For a small coastal town community grocery store, Ralphs is better than average. My favorite section here is the vegetables. They have a wide selection of salad greens at good prices. They also have a big selection of wine. The one section that needs improvement is the butchered meats. I got boneless sliced rib eye (18.99 a pound). I found obvious bone attached at the end of both slices!!! And the two pieces yielded little meat. Half of it was gristle! Based on the taste and texture of the meat, I don't even think it was ribeye! Completely disappointing. Overcharged for inferior meat that still had bone though sold as boneless. I do not recommend buying meat here unless you grab some prepackaged hamburger. I was happy to see they had lots of eggs in stock during the egg shortage. The same day, another grocery store I went to had none. Conveniently located.

11/13/25 @ 11:38 a.m. Just checked out self serve and purchased 2 of the stores paper bags for 10 cents each. Paid and loaded bags and went to transfer to cart and the handles on both bags tore off immediately. Looked at the attended who watched this happen and she just looked away. Service with a smile? I am a local and unfortunately I am given a lot of shopping choices. Kinda forced to shop here. Oh well.

If only the single "real" grocery store in Los Osos was anything but a ... Ralph's. Horrible produce and insane prices. The only upside is the selection -- they'll have what you need, but you won't be happy about the experience. Let's get a Food4Less or a Trader Joe's to replace this ASAP.

Workers seem mad to be at work. Deli and produce items are thrown together and delI items have stale bread, wilted lettuce and are so dry that they are not even edible and they charge 5-8 dollars for them. Produce workers won't move an inch to allow customers to get to items. I have spent thousands of dollars there but now drive out of my way to go to another store. Items like coffee, bread, cereal cost 3-6 dollars more than o stores

Some employees at this location provide excellent customer service, while others are unhelpful and seem uninterested. Since they're the only store around with this much stuff, they kind of have a monopoly on groceries here. They won't give you the deal if it's listed wrong. Their excuse is always 'Whoops, we forgot to fix that."

I am so tired of having to deal with the nasty attitude of a particular checker. Tim i believe is his name. I take care of my mother who is elderly and sometimes cant make it to the store until 11. If you have one too many items in your cart then he a will be there with loads of disrespectful comments, one of the worst attitudes I've literally ever seen. He behaves as tho you are trying to make his life more difficult. As if scanning items was hard labor and 99% of the time there is a bigger there to sack up the items the rest of the time I will sack it up myself so as to not enrage him further, as I did tonight. He cursed at me when I came thru the line when I came thru the line telling me he didn't give a crap about my situation as I was trying to explain to him that I get to the store when I can and that im not going out of my way to make his life or job more difficult. Mind you I had walked out of the store well before closing. Which is at midnight despite what hours show on this site. You would think they would update that information. I understand that its ALMOST closing time, and you have my deepest sympathies that you are undoubtedly exhausted, so am I. But there is literally no reason IN THE WORLD for you to treat a total stranger who you dont even know, like total and complete garbage. I am going to do whatever I can to avoid this nightmare of a human being going forward. I doubt anything will be done about this problematic person so I will leave any dear readers with a solid warning. Also he has been seen on countless occasions coughing and hacking his lungs out all over the place without covering his mouth. So bring your raincoat, mask and plenty of audacity if your schedule should ever unfortunately find you at ralphs in los osos at 11:30pm. ​ I apologize for any errors my auto correct or myself may have made. I cannot go back and fix it for some reason.

I have been a regular customer at Ralph's Los Osos for almost seven years and feel I can make a comprehensive review of the store. Overall, I'm glad there is a Ralph's here in Los Osos, where I have lived since 2019. However, while I lived in Morro Bay from 2017-2019, I often made the trip to this Ralph's because, at that time, I found their prices were overall cheaper than the Albertsons in MB. Whether that still remains true I don't know. The product quality at Ralph's Los Osos is uneven, but it tilts more toward good but not great, which is still better than not good. They also run out of stuff for days at a time, especially dish soap and produce. Ever since the pandemic, for example, bare shelves in the eggs area and in the produce department still occur. The produce itself is overall fine - no complaints - but there are a lot of things I use that they often don't have like shallots, shiitake mushrooms, and leeks to name a few - I have to go to Albee's in MB for those, or schlep into SLO to buy them at Trader Joe's. Yet, sometimes they will have them. I have bought onions that were rotted in the inside, old mushy apples, and roasted chickens that did not impress (buy these at Costco and you won't go back). As other reviewers have mentioned, I don't think I have ever seen more than three check stands open, even at peak busy times, and typically it's just two with long lines. Staffing is an ongoing challenge for this store as it is throughout retail in this area where cost of living is so high. They do now have 6 self-checkout terminals. The staff are somewhat eccentric - the personalities one only finds in grocery stores - and they are all mostly very nice. There used to be a couple jerks, but they have since left. That store manager mentioned in other reviews - if it's the same tattooed bald guy I am thinking of - has great energy and is super customer-focused. Craig (guy with the cane) is another old-timer and is super nice. I also use their pharmacy and like that staff a lot. It's a big-box grocery store with pretty good prices and is open from very early to very late. They also have a program with Shell and you can get pretty decent discounts on gas from shopping with the Ralph's club and bringing your own bags - something useful given really high gas prices in LO and MB. They do not seem to work outside the area, though. Update: I'm raising my rating of the store as the staffing and management seem good to me. They should not be judged for the quality of prepackaged products, or even produce, I think, because that's more of a supply chain/Kroger issue. I still think the produce is overall better quality and more consistent, but if you live in Los Osos near LOVR as I do, making that trip to MB is not always convenient. Generally speaking, almost all produce I have purchased at Ralph's Los Osos has been fine and the produce staff kind and customer-focused.

The hubby stopped in for some heartburn medication as the pharmacy down the street was closed due to the holiday. The store was pretty busy, but he found what he needed and checkout was quick. Convenient location to one of our favorite coastal state parks, Montana de Oro. We will definitely keep them in mind for future visits to the area.

WOOHOO! Great Deal! [ literally !] While my more local neighborhood Ralphs in SLO, is my go to place, for good deals on Dairy, Veges, Fruit, and more, this Los Osos Ralphs is the only one in our area that has both a pharmacy and the Kroger discount pharmacy program [ see here for details: https://www.krogersc.com ]. Yes, the same company runs both Ralph's and Kroger. With a rather low yearly fee [$36 individual/ $76 family], which can pay for itself, if you need certain "free" Rx on their limited discount formulary, it is a super deal...especially since many other stores have either eliminated prior $4/Rx discount plans, or are too pricey [e.g. Walgreens]....and neither offer "freebies", nor great service. Since I need at least 1-2 of their "free" Rx's, it is a good supplement, to making the long 1+ hour trek, to my insurance's preferred pharmacy... Walgreens....where they screw up my Rx regime regularly...24 hrs a day! Ralph's [AKA Kroger] pharmacy here has pleasant service, nice pharmacists, and friendly staff. It is a pleasure to stop here after the local Baywood Farmers Market on Monday afternoons. As with my local Ralph's, they offer, products that are near expiration date WOOHOO! discounts! Since most active Yogurts only get more sour toward the end date, and do not usually spoil if unopened, I generally can snag some good yogurts either here, or at Grocery Outlet [which is also nearby both Ralphs, either in SLO or here in Los Osos]. The WOOHOO! Great Deal! selection does vary between the two stores, but do compliment each other. The WOOHOO items can range from screw drivers to Artisan bread...so it pays to check. Ralphs also do a very nice job of making custom cakes, that not only taste & look great, but are a bargain. If you are lucky enough to know when some fresh fried chicken comes out, that can be an easy tasty treat. In general, their Organic or Asian vegetable selections are fresh and a bargain compared to Whole Paycheck market. Locals claim that the SLO Madonna location has superior freshness....but that is quite a distance from Los Osos. There are some other supermarket choices in Morro Bay, but this Los Osos Ralphs is the only major supermarket in the immediate area. For certain select items, Grocery Outlet, which is just a few blocks away, may do the trick. All in all, Ralphs is my go to store for certain items.

I really appreciate that this location is doing grocery pick up with ordering online or by app. My one big upset is that they have only have 2-3 employees picking orders for the entire store and this is in the middle of a pandemic where almost any and everyone is trying to use such a service. We ordered, conformed a pick up time and then showed up at said pick up time only to be told we had to return "in an hour, hour and a half or so it should be ready" Mind you the pick up window is only an hour-long which essentially puts me past the pick up window, and into the next pick up time slot or actually more accurately to the end of the pick up times and actually after close for this service! Maybe they should hire some more employees for this, or they will likely see most of their business go to instacart who never failed to deliver my groceries within a few hours of ordering. I get it, its COVID and there's a pandemic on so times are tough but if I order at 9am I surely expect that someone in the store should be able to have it at the 6pm pick up time promised, not 8 pm or afterwards! I'm only complaining here in hopes management will see this and get some extra help for this struggling department! As far as my order went it was perfectly packed, everything was in stock, I got great discounts using the app and the produce and meats chosen were wonderful so I have absolutely no other complaints at all. The staff was even wonderfully kind and very apologetic about the issue and wonderfully customer service oriented and I do not feel this was any issue or fault of the staff themselves, just a lack of enough help! Hopefully they will improve on this as time goes by!

They close hours before their posted hours of 1:00 am, highly inconvenient for urgent trips to the grocery store for late night emergencies

The manager of the store Lewis is absolutely wonderful. He helped me with a problem with a gift card that went on and on. We're eventually US Bank gave the $200 of my gift card some fraudster and we got it already escalated to the executive offices of Kroger and they were also helpful but I don't think they would've known all they know without Lewis' help. so I want you to know what a nice guy Lewis is.

This is our go-to grocery and odds and ends store when we are in Los Osos. Complete grocery. Lots of fresh produce. A bakery that always has pastries, cookies and cakes. Will do special orders, also like when our grandchild's birthday came up, they made the cake. Easy to get around in the wide aisles. Nice employees. So surprised to see a review saying the opposite. Always wonder what prompted a rude response? Conveniently located on the uphill end of town, right on the right when coming in from SLO or across from Morro Bay. Plenty of parking. Prices are about the same as every where else in the area, so go for the convenience.

Yesterday I was at Ralph's grocery shopping as I have for 4 years. While checking out the Cashier greeted me as always very friendly. Then started complaining about working overtime. Suddenly she "tells" me that apparently I have never been in the store before and preceded to treat me as mentally challenged. She was cruel. Maybe tired. Maybe overworked.

One of the only grocery stores in town. It gets the job done. Nothing special it's clean and tidy.

Usually I would give this store more stars but sorry... it was bad. Cashier so slow and unfriendly, shelves half empty, filthy floors... and best of all... someone had the balls to touch my windshield wiper and put this note on it!!! Yes, it is expensive that's why I park far from entrance and take two spots so that pigs like the one who did this won't touch my car!!!! I would like the store to check their security and see who vandalized my car.

I am so disappointed in the store brand version of mozzarella cheese. No flavor, never stringy, and for a premium price! They never seem to have enough check stands open. There is no self check out option. They rearrange things once in a while, but they never seem to improve anything. The people who work there are friendly enough. And they have a DMV kiosk which is convenient. But don't buy their mozzarella cheese.

I stopped buying wine, meat and fresh vegetables here. More often times than not, they are well past the expiration date. I've also witnessed coworkers expressing their true feelings about each other and it wasn't positive.

Definitely do not recommend this store. While they have a decent stock and the employees are usually great, the prices are pretty unforgivable. There are cheaper alternatives for stores with more variety all over the place, this store just isn't practical unless you're extremely short on time and it's the only option.

For being the only grocery store in town you would think they would step up their "game". All ways out of stuff, half the lights are off... (trying to hide how drity it is?) The worst produce I've ever seen!!! So disappointing when I HAVE TO run in for something I forget from another grocery store.... can't find it because it all out and/or its completely rotten on the shelf waiting to be sold....

Older (dates) Ralph's but relatively clean inside. The employees were all very nice so there you go. They do have a large deli and bakery area.

What are you bringing home for dinner? Some steaks, veggies, beer, and COVID 19. As usual, the massless walk around unchallenged. Again. Every time I go in. Never again. Albertsons and their staff are a much happier safer place.

Friendly store, always willing to help, very comparable to other Ralph's locations. Produce is the weak point, but overall it is completely serviceable for most.

I was helped by Wendy in the bakery yesterday. She greeted me with a smile and carefully helped load up my 4 dozen preordered cupcakes. When I asked her if she knew if any of the sweet baked goods were dairy free, she went through the labeled packages and started to helped me screen through the ingredients to accommodate a last minute birthday party guest with allergies. I appreciate the extra service she gave me!

Was going to write a review about how out of date this store is but it looks like previous yelppers have covered it. There's really only one cashier there I avoid because of her strong opinions. Pretty unprofessional and out of touch. Not something a customer should be subjected to.

A convenient place to pick up firewood, ice and other supplies for your camping trip at either Montana De Oro State Park to the west, or Morro Bay State Park to the north. The store and parking lot are fairly large. Prices overall looked reasonable, but I didn't look too hard since we only stopped here for ice. Ice is sold in 7lb and 20lb bags. Propane tanks, located outside the store, can be bought here as well. And if you fail at catching fish on your trip, you can always see what the seafood department here has to offer...

Rude employees. Getting carded is one thing but making me take it out of my wallet when you can clearly see my DOB without me doing that is just being straight up rude. Not to mention I'm 46 with 18 year old kid in tow. Give me a break. Store is super disorganized too. Nothing is where it would seem. Good luck here.

I am fed up with the check out clerks here, I understand at these times your really over your job , but the attitude every single time at check out , just quit your job already, its not 1 of them its all of them , Albertson's clerks are always nice no matter how over it they are , , im done shopping here , I'd rather drive the distance then seal with the staff here

Best place to get Asian vegetables, great all around produce, the bakery and deli also great and the staff is always friendly and helpful ! I like that no matter what you're looking for they usually have it, looking for Lard guess what they have it, Phillo dough bingo, their wine and beer selection is outstanding!! And great prices on all. Found 4 bt of great catadena Malbec wine for $4 each normally its $20 at Costco!!! So I'm not sure why they only have 2.5 stars when they really do a great job and the cashiers are always friendly!!!

Horrible service. Manager Dawn was beyond rude to me last week. I bought a store bakery French bread with the garlic spread. Took it home, baked it as directed and was throughly disgusted by the end product. The garlic spread smelled like Worcestershire sauce and garlic cloves mixed with mustard. And by the time the bread came out the oven, it was a muddy brown color and smelled spoiled. So, I took the bread back for a refund and to alert the manager to pull the rest of the loafs off the shelf because I felt that they were spoiled. Not only was the manager rude to me, she was being rude to everyone in front of me in line. I saw her literally throwing food into bags after as she was scanning them. One lady bought several cans of friskies and the manager was chucking them into a paper bag. The place was busy but not too busy. It's Los Osos for goodness sakes. They had a couple other registers open so the division in checking people out was pretty even. When it was my turn to go up and speak to her, she totally cut me off. I asked for a refund and she proceeded to be so rude to me. Asked me about the bread and I said it smells really bad. We can't eat it with dinner. She said how bad. I said smell it and she got peeved and yanked the bag from me and shoved it below the counter. Then she asked do you have the card you used for the purchase? I said no. I'll take cash please. She said I can't do that. I said I was just on here less than an hour ago. By this time, there was maybe 2 or three more people on line waiting to check out. She says I need your EBT card. I said what? She said yes your EBT/food stamp card. I said I don't even know what that is??? I used my bank/debit card. Then she dismissed me and opened her register and gave me back the $2.99. Are you kidding me lady!?! Worst customer service ever! So loud and demeaning. Before I left, I said she should really go and pull the loafs off the rack to which she replied she didn't do that, the bakery does. Like it was beneath her! Some manager she was! She should not be managing that store! She has such a rude and temperamental nature. She was beyond rude to customers. I will NEVER go back to this location and neither will my family! Beyond disgusted with this experience!

I usually go in at Night. The staff is friendly tsking safety precautions. And Wyatt is just a Doll always chipper and friendly even after some of our Los Osos folks were screaming at him. He jsut shrugged it off kept going. He deserves a raise.

This particular Ralph's seems to be very disorganized after a recent re-model. In addition, the store always seems to be out of stock on a significant number of items. The hot food section offers little variety, and the store, in general, seems to be below average standard. I also have to mention that the wine prices are high across the board unless you buy six bottles at a time. Simply not a big fan of this particular location.

This stores gone to shit over the last decade. Managers who sit on their asses in the back office while one cashier deals with a line of 20 people. And the other employees that work there see the like and immediately walk the other direction. If you guys weren't the only full market here you would have went belly up a long time ago with this service

I guess being the only grochery store in town means you choose how you interact with your customers. I am new in town and dont often frequent this establishment, and perhaps will never will again. This evening I went in to purchase some ice cream for my family. As I was checking out the clerk was having a conversation with her peer about her up coming time off from work. The clerk never said hello to me. the only interaction I had was "do you want your recipet?" I told her thank you and have a nice evening, and she said nothing back. Not that I was expecting a full on conversation but a simple hello, and acconigment goes a long way in ensuring your customer feels welcomed. Not sure what the deffination of "Friendly Ralps," but this experience was far from friendly.

Didn't think it could get worse. I was accused of trying to steal one single $0.10 bag. I went through self-checkout like normal, and when asked if I wanted a bag I inputted 1 since I had a very small amount of groceries. I noticed there were no bags at the self checkout so I alerted the attendant. He came over and asked me for my receipt, so I handed to him even though I was confused why he'd ask. He then told me there was no bag on my receipt. I told him it must have been an accident because I did choose 1 bag before paying. He corrected me and said no, it's not on the receipt. He then asked if I had $0.10 and I told him I did not because I only had my CalFresh card on me to pay for food. He then started walking away so I asked him if I could use the hand basket to take the groceries to my car. He then told me no, that the hand baskets are not allowed outside. So I was standing there with people waiting in line for self checkout, confused and unsure what to do with my groceries. In the end I had to leave without a bag, feeling like I was accused of trying to get away with stealing a $0.10 bag and no options on how to take out my groceries.

As a senior citizen I went into Ralph's this morning at 6am when vulnerable people are supposed to shop. I confronted an obese senior man who was maskless. He swore at me and by his angry attitude I decided he was not going to wear a mask. He was in front of me at checkout and the cashier was almost fawning in her enthusiasm for him. So I confronted her and she told me "That man is a very good customer, he spends a lot of money here". I was stunned to silence. Message received; making money is more important than your safety. But she did wish me a "Blessed Day".

Was told over the phone by Joe (the Pharmacist) that GoodRx coupons were definitely accepted for the specific drug I asked about (they are contractually obligated to accept GoodRx coupons according to GoodRx) so I had my prescription sent to them. When I went to pick it up I was told that they didn't accept the coupons for this drug. If anything like this happens to you call GoodRx (855-268-2822) before you pay for your prescription.

Pros: great customer service, convenient hours, good parking Cons: consistently poor produce So, the customer service here is great. I admire some of the people who work here, esspecially around the holidays. I witnessed so many customers being unfathomably rude to the employees here around Thanksgiving and Christmas. However, the employees were always kind and helpful. However, the produce here is almost always bad. Ive gotten several items, such as berries and fruit, home - only to realize they were partially moldy. It only seems to be the produce though, never the meat or cheese or anything else. Sometimes they run out of very basic produce, such as corn.

As far as grocery stores go, it's excellent. Boar's Head deli counter, La Brea baked goods, decent meat counter, solid vegetable counter with a growing selection of organics. When they do markdowns they do not believe in half measures- hit the far corners for daily *deep* discounts. Prices are in line with the region, clerks are mostly congenial except for the burn out lady who works early mornings. If you want selection, its the best option that doesn't require a drive to SLO.

I'm not impressed with the new unorganized shelving system. It's bad enough that the shelves are unorganized, but did they also have to be 10 foot tall? I'd rather shop out of town than wander all over trying to decipher the new system. Canning jars with bbq and charcoal? Pringles not with chips, but with nuts? Goodbye los osos Ralph's, I'll be shopping in morro bay and slo.

This is what it means to be a monopoly in a town. You literally do not have to care about your customers. These lines are constantly like this at this location. On more than one occasion I have put things back and walked out. Tried talking to the managers, they couldn't care less. I have seen the managers yell at the employees and at customers. I have tried calling the Ralph's customer support only to be thrown into a pit of holding on the line. I would say that you should shop somewhere else, but let's be realistic. Ralph's is the only game in Los Osos. They don't have to care, so why should they. I hate going to this location. If I can, I stop at the location in SLO, but that is a little far for 1 item. So sad, would love to see this changed, but that would mean someone would have to care.

One of the cashiers was trying to have a transphobic conversation with me. When that didn't go well, he turned to the courtesy clerk and started making sexist and racist comments about her directly to her. About a week later, someone in produce made inappropriate comments to my wife. (It could have been the same person, though... He works register and produce.) When we wanted a Halloween cake, they couldn't do it. We wanted a cake with some black on it and some red icing for blood. Both of those were a no-go. The deli only ever has food in 1/3 of the hot pans. The prices are a little high compared to the stores in Morro Bay.

The only problem I can think of with the actual store is that sometimes the quality of the produce is quite lacking. I don't see why I would be happy with wilted organic produce at the grocery store if I can get great quality at the farmer's market. This grocery store gets 1 star because of specific staff members. Went in one day to buy a few items and a 6 pack of alcoholic cider for my wife's girl's night. Bring in my government issued Permanent Resident Card in case I get asked for identification. I end up getting asked to provide identification, and when I produce my card, she tells me they have a policy about not selling alcohol to people without a driver's license. I pointed out that I had purchased alcohol multiple times at this exact location with this exact card, and that her posted sign only said "Government ID" was required. She told me she couldn't do anything for me unless I brought a passport. I quickly drove home and before driving back I checked online to see if this "policy" about driver's licenses existed, it didn't. When I got back to the store and made it to the front of the line, I pointed out to her that there was no such rule about Driver's Licenses and that my Permanent Resident Card is valid form of identification for the purposes of purchasing alcohol. At this point the lady, who I found out is a manager, started to get frustrated and asked me if I "still wanted her to sell me the alcohol." After I pointed out that there was no reason for her to not do so in the first place and that this was only taking so long because she was lying, she refused to sell anything to me, and started to ignore me as ran the next customers items through the checkout. One of the most unprofessional examples of blatant discrimination I've ever experienced. So glad Grocery Outlet opened up so close so I have somewhere else to give me money.

Twice I have gone into this store in the last month, and saw the same cashier not wearing a mask. When I called the manager (once I got home) to ask about it, she told me her employees need to breathe, and that she could not ask them not to breathe. I explained that we customers are required to wear them and we DO manage to breathe. She told me that if I didn't like it I didn't have to shop there.

Been shopping here (Los Osos) for years. Almost always find what I want and the gas points cut my cost at Shell stations. Many of the staff have shown themselves very friendly and helpful, suave as Laura, Trish, and Joe in the pharmacy, Galen I the meat dept, and others include Tim, Karen, Aide, and Doug.

Nice folks. They get to know you after a while and it makes shopping there at the end of the day pretty nice. The prices are not especially one way or another. But the store is well lit and clean! I want the people selling my food to be confident with me seeing it clearly.
