Ralph Lauren Adds Ralph’s Coffee to Polo at London Flagship Store | Eater London

"Set up as a temporary standalone pop-up in the flagship store on New Bond Street (running until 21 July) with plans to become permanent, this fashion-brand coffee outpost aims to add espresso- and latte-style drinks to its retail experience in an already densely populated London centre. The house blend, "Ralph’s Roast," leans into American coffee culture: a dark-roasted drip filter designed to take a lot of milk and sugar, while espresso is treated as less of a priority. Its custom blends are described as organically grown beans from Central and South America and Africa — a sourcing claim that sounds positive but is minimal given common traceability standards in the coffee world. Overall, the concept feels driven as much by brand extension and visibility as by coffee innovation, leaving open the question of how long the logo will outgrow the cup." - James Hansen

Ralph’s Coffee may not serve the most extraordinary coffee in London, but it’s exactly what you need when you’re looking for a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The space feels inviting and relaxed — elegant yet unpretentious, with that signature Ralph Lauren charm. The coffee is good, classic, and consistent, and the pastries pair perfectly with it. What truly makes the experience special is the vibe: friendly service, cosy interiors, and a calm energy that makes you want to stay a little longer. It’s the kind of place where you come not just for the coffee, but for the feeling — comfortable, refined, and unmistakably Ralph’s.

Beautiful concept and excellent vibe! Especially during Xmas period it is very beautiful to see the decorations around, the Christmas tree and the festive atmosphere! Overall it is a very good idea to have a spot to drink a coffee during your shopping. Of course, we would prefer to order in a waiter, rather than the self service! Now, the menu is rather limited. The muffins and gingerbread are excellent, but we would prefer a better taste and quality coffee, especially for the prices, but from the other point of view it is New Bond Str., so if coffee is not expensive here, where would be? 😁😁 In any case, we highly rate and recomend this coffee shop, just because of the whole concept and the atmosphere!

We visited Ralph’s Coffee on New Bond Street on a Saturday afternoon, and the atmosphere was fantastic. With Christmas approaching, the whole area was beautifully lit, and Ralph’s had their big Christmas tree up, which made the place feel really festive. There is some outdoor seating, which is nice for people watching, but it was a bit cold, so we were glad to find a spot inside. They could definitely use a bit more outdoor seating if they want to accommodate more people, especially since it’s a popular stop for shoppers and tourists. Still, most people seemed happy to gather around and enjoy the vibe. It’s a great idea having a coffee bar inside the clothing store, and the whole place was decorated beautifully with a lively atmosphere. There were plenty of tourists coming in, and they also had lots of cute little Ralph’s Coffee souvenirs and ornaments to buy. They even had security at the door managing the coffee queue, which helped keep things organised. There were special Christmas drinks available, including a gingerbread latte that was really nice. The coffee is more expensive than your average high street café, but given that it’s Ralph Lauren, that’s to be expected. Overall, a lovely festive spot with great atmosphere and good coffee. I’d definitely visit again.

Amazing shop located at the New Bond Street. For me it's more than shopping when i am walking inside, it's about history of the brand, atmosphere, fashion vibe and amazing friendly customer service. Christmas decorations outside look unbelievable. Coffee shop is so tasty.

I had such a lovely experience at Ralph Coffee! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a stylish yet cozy vibe that makes it perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The coffee was absolutely delicious — smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The staff were welcoming, attentive.Everything from the service to the presentation was top-notch. Definitely one of the best coffee spots I’ve visited, and I’ll happily be coming back again!

We visited Ralph Coffee Shop and tried the Americano espresso along with a few desserts. The coffee and desserts were average — nothing particularly special — but the real highlight is the location. It's a great spot to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Just a heads-up: it's a self-service place, so you place your order and then wait for a table outside to become available. Unfortunately, the outdoor tables aren’t cleaned regularly, so be prepared to wipe it down yourself or wait. Worth a visit for the setting, but not for the service or standout flavors.

I tried the iced black coffee at Ralphs Cafe and it was really good. I also had the cappuccino and the peach iced tea and both were delicious. The place is beautiful and the vibes are even better. It honestly felt like I was inside their store and the whole experience was so cozy and unique☕️

This was a delightful and truly festive experience. Despite the queue, the atmosphere was wonderful, thanks to the beautiful Christmas decorations surrounding the store, festive music, and the cozy holiday buzz.
