I give this coffee five stars, with all my heart and a touch of French elegance. But let me be honest… I buy it because of the little bear. 🐻🖤 This charming little fellow makes my coffee moments feel like a walk through a cozy Parisian café on a rainy morning. He’s not just adorable — he’s irresistible. A tiny piece of art, a splash of joy, and a reason to smile with every cup. The coffee is lovely, of course — but this bear? A true monsieur of charm and sweetness. If coffee had a couture accessory, this bear would be it. ☕️✨

The matcha is sooooo good. Get iced matcha with oat milk and vanilla and thank me later. Havent tried the pastries but they look decent. The cold brew was pretty light, the latte was stronger. The staff is very nice. Love this place.

Service was average — it could definitely be better given the location. Put a bit more energy into it! The coffee was decent, not amazing, but it does the job. Nice decor. I was served quickly since it wasn’t busy. If you’re nearby, it’s worth stopping by, just don’t expect too much. A chill spot for a quick break.

The girl in charge treat us bad. I drove 1 hour to Aventura Mall (because it is the only Ralph's Coffee in Miami) looking for the christmas cup because I saw on internet they are already selling it in NYC and London; they HAD the cup on display there, they have and advertising sheet next to the menu with the "gingerbread latte" option (with THE cup) and they refuse to sell me the cup, because "it wasn't released yet". So, why have them displayed then? And it was not only that but the attitude that she had with us, I even explained her that I collected the RL cups and I drove 1 hour but she has an attitude, and after we pay she went to remove all the cups already displayed like I was going to take one or so🤷🏽‍♀️. So rude! I anyways end up buying coffee because I was already there. And the coffee table was dirty. Disappointed about this because I love the brand but this experience is not nice and cozy as you expexted. I collect those christmas coffee cups but with this situation and this being the only one store in my city I don't know if I will have it.

My favorite coffee. And it seems like everyone else’s too. It is worth the long wait in line. The small pastry selection is tasty too and they even heat it up for you. The service is excellent as well.

It’s nice to see Ralph’s did chose Aventura Mall as the location for one its new coffee shops. I didn’t come to Aventura Mall for it but walking around the mall while looking for some work attire things I needed, I came across their cafe, a green and white stand located in the middle of one of the hallways, nearby Saks. I had to try their coffee and to my surprise, it was good. Not the best coffee in town but definitely 4+ stars. I had an iced americano which it was medium roasted and with a pinch of nice acidity, just what I needed in a late afternoon to wake me up. Besides the coffee, I appreciate the seating they have. While I think the chairs/tables are setup too closed, , it’s for sure a nice add and I’m also mindful of the limited space.

Great coffee shop! This is my go to coffee spot at aventura mall. I like their espresso coffee flavors and their lattes. I highly recommend it. This is located in the first floor in front of Sephora and Ralph Lauren.

Located right in front of the Ralph Lauren shop in Aventura Mall, this coffee spot gives me serious Ladurée vibes from Dubai Mall - that same upscale, sophisticated atmosphere in the heart of all the shopping action. The coffee here is hands down the best in all of Miami-Dade. Seriously amazing taste that puts other spots to shame. Service is both quick and friendly, which is perfect when you're taking a break from shopping. The location is unbeatable - right in the midst of all the shops, so you can grab an incredible coffee and keep exploring. It's become my must-stop whenever I'm at Aventura Mall!

A small but mighty coffee shop in Aventura mall serving super yummy coffee but especially delicious croissants! I had a classic vanilla latte which was tasty but the star of the show was a warm ham and cheese croissants. Get it and thank me later :)

I'm not really a "sweets" type of person but the chocolate chip cookie from Ralph's Coffee is amazing. They warm it up for you so that it tastes as if it just came out of the oven! The girls there are always kind so the service is just as sweet lol

Came to this particular route for the first time on a weekday around lunchtime for a quick coffee break. We had ordered three different coffee drinks while my photo only displays two. This is similar to other kiosks in the mall where they have a standalone in the middle of the Walkway in between stores and then they also have a sitting area right next to it, which is convenient so you can order your drinks and order your food and then actually sit down and enjoy it while all of the other shoppers are hustling and bustling around you. I have visited other Ralph's coffees, including locations in New York. The staff here was very friendly patient and took their time which was fantastic especially because I was with a group of people who had never experienced Ralph's coffee previously. The only disappointment was that the hot drinks came out mildly hot as opposed to very hot. However, lesson learned probably need to specify that next time would definitely come back here again for a coffee break over Starbucks.

First time trying Ralph's I'll definitely start getting my coffee there again , I loved the cappuccino and it came with the cutest heart on it which made my experience much more pleasant, my friend ordered a black coffee so it's a nice place to go to if you're at aventura mall and need to sit down for a bit . I would say it's a bit more pricey but overall it's really good , the service was also amazing I would say they make good recommendations depending on what you're looking for .

This frothy $8 cold brew was worth every penny. I've passed by this place over 30 times for the last few years and today was the first time I decided to try it. The lady who helped me was extremely friendly and the little cafe was very clean. Plenty of seating but extremely busy. I didn't have to wait long to order. The cold brew oat milk was super smooth and dreamy.

My go to coffee shop whenever I am at Aventura mall. Love the ice matcha with oatmilk and vanilla and the delicious muffins.

My draft oat milk latte was one of the best I've ever had. Love the location and the replica of the real restaurant originally in New York. This is close as I could get to one and it was cute and quaint. It's always lots of people here. The customer service was fair. It took me a while to make my decision because I've heard of this place before and was elated to see it here. When asked about the menu the employee let me know that they were out of oat milk, but they did have the draft available. He just made me feel a little rushed, but other than that we also purchased a chocolate bar which was so very good. Whenever I travel to New York, this will be one of the first coffee shops that Istop at, because I know that the menu would be more extensive This one I thought was a little bit limited due to its small location but very very good coffee.

I have always wanted to visit Ralph's coffee and making a trip to the Aventura mall meant I could finally give it a try! This mall is massive so finding the location is the first challenge. Then there can be quite a line to wait in as well, luckily it goes pretty quick. The menu is very simple and easy to figure out what you'd like to get. It only offers drinks so keep that in mind too. I got an iced latte. I use iced lattes as a control variable to determine how the coffee is because it's something I usually order at every coffee location I try. It also only comes in one size. I enjoyed the iced latte but it was a bit bitter which needed some extra sweetener added in. Next visit to the Aventura mall I will certainly be back. I recommend Ralph's!

stopped by ralph's coffee in aventura mall for an iced americano as a pick-me-up, and it was amazing. the espresso was rich and smooth, definitely one of the best i've had. it was my first time trying ralph's, and i'm so glad i did. the baristas were great, super friendly and efficient. my only complaint is that this is the only location in miami--i'd love to see them open a standalone cafe here. definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area.

I have been looking forward to going to Ralph's Coffee for weeks! It's a small café located in the middle of the Aventura Mall next to the Ralph Lauren store. They have a variety of beverages and pastries to order. I ordered a hot cappuccino, a hot latte, and an iced latte. You can also add oat or almond milk for a $1 extra as well as vanilla/chocolate flavors. The cappuccino was was very rich and I loved the extra crema. The only major complaint was the bitterness of the coffee. I had to add quite a few splendas to all of my beverages that I ordered. Once I added the splenda, the coffee was very rich and creamy. It wasn't the best coffee I've had, but it was good. I love the open seating and layout within the mall. There is abundant seating and I enjoyed sipping my coffee while people watching in the mall. All off the staff were very friendly. They even took their time to provide me with a beverage punch card. After your 10th punch, you earn a free beverage on your 11th visit. Ralph's Coffee was everything I expected it to be! The vibes were immaculate. One day I would love to the visit the actual Ralph's Coffee cafe in NYC. I definitely can see why there is so much hype around Ralph's; I can't wait to return!

Ralph's coffee is worth the trip to Aventura mall. I try to stop in every Sunday for my hot or more likely, iced raspberry white mocha! Their plain latte is just as good. I wish they had a location outside of the mall but I will continue to make the schlep because it's worth it. The people who work there are always very kind and quick.

Every time I go to Ralph's Coffee, I have the most amazing experience. You cannot find a better cup of coffee than this. I get the hot vanilla latte with oat milk. It always looks beautifully presented, but the taste is even better! The GM, Mitch, always takes care of us and makes sure we get the best service possible. Definitely a must go to spot.

This has been open quite a few months now and it's still as beautiful, bright, and clean as the first few times I've been here. Adorable seating , open where you can people watch while having a coffee. Always greeted by lots of smiles and friendly conversation. The coffees just perfect each and every time I visit.

If you want the best coffee, you must try Ralph's. It's directly across from the Ralph Lauren store at the Aventura mall. I had a hot latte and I really think that it was the best latte that I had ever had. There was also quaint seating available to relax and drink your coffee. Pastries are also available to purchase. Definitely must try this coffee shop. It's well know in New York City.

Great coffee! I had an Iced Latte with almond milk and it was great. A little pricey (almost $7), but worth it. The staff was friendly and service was quick (there was no line).

They charge $8.12 for a tiny soft serve ice cream with chocolate. As soon as he handed me the ice cream my 5 year old dropped it. The woman cashier said oh and handed me paper towels to clean it up. She didnt even offer to give me another one. I said to the gentleman who made it that my daughter dropped it and he said ok. He proceeded to give me another one but he didnt even fill It up. I know it's frustrating when kids drop things but accidents happen. The ice cream isnt coming out if their pocket. The whole interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. I understand that for some $8 isnt a lot of money but for a single mom an $8 ice cream is a treat. Again the first girl could have offered to give me another one, she saw it spilled on the floor and the gentlemen could have given me a new one that was more that 3/4 quarters filled.

Amazing service by the staff, the coffee I got was the best coffee that I've ever had and the vibe was so chill. The guy recommended their signature cold brew that has a Oatmilk in it and I added vanilla and when I tell you, it is the best coffee I've ever had. I wish there was a Ralph's in North Carolina!

Cute little coffee shop in the middle of aventura mall in from of the Ralph Lauren. I got the macchiato which is not your typical macchiato as far as size. The cashier told me from the start it's not like Starbucks lol it was the perfect size for an afternoon pick me up. I hope eventually they open a full service shop like NYC. :)

Wow! We could not stop talking about how good this coffee was. Definitely try the draft oat latte with vanilla. The perfect amount of sweet, smooth, and creamy. Coming in at around $7, it wasn't cheap but I also think the quality matches the price.

Mitch and Casey were just great! Great customer service, great coffee, great ambiance! I enjoyed my coffee, and the best part, the prices are so great!!
