Where To Drink When It’s Rainy In LA

"Coping comes in all forms, and that includes pounding forties in the Ralphs parking lot while the rain soaks through your rollerblades." - nikko duren

This place was great! The store was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, they made me a sandwich at 6:30am although the deli opens at 7am, making the shopping experience quick and easy. Definitely one of the better grocery stores around!

Barely enough cashiers! I am disabled, and they never have a motorized chair available. I am forced, to stand in a long line, hurting myself further. The security guard even parks his Harley Davidson truck in the handicap spot. He claimed that the chairs kept getting stolen. No placard. I can't stand people who think they're better than disabled people.

I will never shop at this Ralph’s again. Placed a pick up order on Sunday, and my pick up window was from 8:00pm-8:30pm. I arrived at 8:20pm and was unable to check in via the app to enter my space number. Checked my email, and at 8:04pm the store marked my order as picked up already. Called multiple times; finally got someone on the line, explained my situation and asked why my order was processed as picked up, and the gentleman stated the guy who does pick up orders went home already. What? I asked if someone else could bring them out, and he placed me on hold and never came back to the line. I called multiple times after, and someone kept answering and hanging up the line. There was a worker passing by, and I asked if a manager can come out. He updated me twice that he asked the manager to come speak to me, but he never came. After waiting 40min, I finally went inside. I wasn’t dressed properly which is the only reason I waited so long to go in. The manager was right by the door. He had the worst attitude, told me pick up orders end at 8pm which conflicted with my pick up window and confirmation email, and never once did he apologize. In fact he blew me off. His name is Moises and I will be calling corporate to issue a formal complaint about him! Thank goodness for Mycaiah who helped me get my groceries. She was so sweet and helpful. Thank you! Moises needs to be fired. I don’t know who hired him as an employee let alone a manager. The ABSOLUTE WORST

The woman or man that’s supposed to be the lead or manager Tonia us extremely rude and unprofessional especially to the Instacart Drivers. Her behavior is disgusting and unacceptable. She/He is definitely not at all any kind of example to be a lead of anything. I’m totally disgusted at her unprofessionalism and in front of a store full of customers. Please do better with your staff. She’s horrible!

I use to leave in Indiana and I do my groceries at Kroger. When I moved to LA and I visit a Ralphs store I thought: mmm this places looks very familiar for me: so organized, clean, FRESH food, variety, looks like Kroger 🥲. When I headed to the checkou the screen says: welcome to Kroger ☺️🎉 even my code works for discounts 🙌🏻..Now I know is the same company with a different chain supplier. 💃🏻

Great Stop for Essentials As an international visitor, I found Ralphs on West Adams Blvd very convenient. The store was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed—from fresh produce to ready-made meals. Staff were friendly and helpful, even when I had questions about unfamiliar items. A solid place to shop during my stay in L.A.

Google
I was embarrassed and humiliated in this store, I was told to leave because I didn't speak when I walked in. I was to "aggressive" grabbing a shopping cart and minding my own business. I couldn't believe what I was hearing more than half the staff never speaks to anyone the other half stand around playing on their cell phones. If you African American avoid this Ralph's much as possible because that situation could have turn out worse, just the thought of me almost losing my freedom because some random person I don't know felt uncomfortable.

Yelp
Ralphs is hit or miss other night a different Ralph's location on weaker side and the store manager was hiding in some "desk" area. This location I posted on Google but Google wouldn't show it, strange--nothing out of unusual on this review. Thanks. I wanted to give a shout-out to the young lady working at this Ralph's self-check out. A customer ahead of me was getting frustrated with the machine, probably from waiting so long, and even at the end how the machine to read her debit/credit card. It can be annoying (I have had those moments too). The cashier working really did a good job at helping and not taking the customer's frustration personally. It can be hard, but this cashier did very well. This store is always so busy. The GOOD EMPLOYEES, all DESERVE to get REWARDED for their hard work and have enough employees on hand for the busy times! A reminder to myself, "don't take frustration out on the employees if the people in charge are being too cheap to staff and pay properly, take it up with management, and owners". Ralphs is part of Kroger a billion dollar company, they can pay better, reward and have enough employees on hand! I would come to this location more, but I get too impatient, to wait since it is a very busy store most of the time!!!

Yelp
The Ralph's are discriminating against cats, as there is Dog food from NUTRO BRAND. But not offered for Cat. They added the new parking, but I don't know what they changed. Looks the same to me. So I thought they were gonna make underground three floors down with the garage each parking space and then up three space no no no above the ground level total of seven floors into a larger parking space I don't know what they're thinking when they were saying they're renovating it doesn't look like a renovation to me It's just a touchup a few parking space with new floor divided space let's get it straight people when you renovate you really need to renovate not Mickey Mouse parking space by drying lines. No, you had that seventh floor parking garage. You have enough more than enough to raise up and add apartments above the garage then you'll be making more money and above the store you can add more other places such as food court, other restaurants and more apartments above that that would be a new life of Ralph . Now that is renovation to consider

Yelp
The flower selection has lots of varieties and always fresh. The store is well kept and the employees are always nice. Lots of College students and locals shoppers. Everyone now and then a transient sits at the entry way but it's LA so I wouldn't expect anything else. The produce seems fresh and well kept as well. Music playing over the loud speaker for a little shopping entertainment. And the Starbucks offers order a head.

Yelp
takes average 40-50 minutes to wait in line every time of the day go to another grocery store if you can avoid it - they don't let anyone in the register even if the line wraps around the store. it's always this way. self checkout will wrap around the store as well. about 20-30 people in each line for 40-50 mins every. time. and they'll only have two people on the register
google avatar

Vlad L.

Yelp
the employee in the flower department is either drunk or on crack. I asked about a bouquet and she kept saying "I don't know, I don't know, that's different." I didn't even say what exactly I wanted and I just heard a bunch of words that I didn't understand. She hadn't been at her desk for more than 15 minutes before that. WTF?

Efrain M.

Yelp
Don't advertise yourselves as closing at 1 am if you are going to stop letting people in at 1245 am. If that's the case change your closing time to 1245 am.

Kevin W.

Yelp
Hire people who have xommon decency. Several Employees walked in the same path as me that I had been in long before them and didn't move out of the way or say sorry when we were standing facing each other inches apart. There's a lot of very deserving people for a job at the location, don't give a job to more fools and fire the fools you already have. The light skin heavy set girl especially has bad customer service. Maybe if she went to the gym to lose weight and was nice to people there every one of her workouts she could provide customer service worth something and be fit aka kill two birds with one stone.

Zina K.

Yelp
When you're paying 79 cents for lemons and you buy eight of them and one week later four of them are rotten. I have always enjoyed shopping at this Ralph's by the way they call this Ralph higher than giraffe p**** but for now on I'm going to start going to the farmers market across the street on Wednesdays where I get my money's worth and one week my fruit and vegetables are not rotten. Oh people just a little FYI if you go to the Farmers market on Wednesdays across the street from Ralph's on Vermont and Adams and if you use your snap card you get paid $20 and you get another $20 start spending your money with small corporations small entities where you going to get your money's worth.

Yelp
Ralph's has the best groceries and essentials for everyday cooking at affordable prices! I love this location because of it's convenience and their hours (open until 1 am). I bought all the supplies I needed from here to make a charcuterie board. I purchased Brie, Gouda, Havarti, and Romano Cheese. This location has the widest variety of cheese selections. For my meats, I purchased pepperoni, salami, and prosciutto! Everything was so fresh and amazing. I also purchased a side of garlic hummus! To top it off, I got various crackers as well. Everything I got here paired so well together! My favorite among the products I bought were the Havarti and the prosciutto. I was able to successfully arrange a beautiful charcuterie board for around $60 (with Ralph's club member card). Making a charcuterie board at home (with ingredients from Ralph's) is so much more worth than spending it on overpriced pre-made charcuterie boards from restaurants or else where. I highly recommend Ralph's for their quality products at amazing prices! I'd like to add that staff here is always kind and they always try to ring people up as fast as possible to avoid lines!

Yelp
Ralph's is one of my favorite grocery stores! However, this location is located next to USC, which is a big college, so this place is always packed. The parking lot isn't very big and the Ralphs isn't either, so it's usually really crowded. Be careful because some pedestrians just walk out without even looking. Another thing, I feel like prices are slightly higher at the location due to the demand of the products. Things also run out quicker (e.g. pasta sauces, eggs, cleaning products, etc.) If you ever do go to a Ralph's though, have them cook you something from the meat department. It's usually pretty good. One of my favorites is definitely the fried catfish nuggets!

Yelp
Love shopping at Ralph's, prices are reasonable and it's easy to find what you're looking for. But today while shopping I decided to buy some sparkling water and I saw the price $1,39 on large bottle of Topo Chico and I thought it's great. I grabbed 3 bottles. When I got home I realized it was charged $2.79+ 10 cents for the bottle of course and + tax of course. I went back and showed it to the manager Paulo J. the price and he said oh no this is the price of something else and he said probably customers moved the bottles. It's clearly a cheap trick, because it was almost 15 to 20 large glass bottles on top shelf. I thought wow I cannot believe it. But I didn't say anything. When we got to the register to return the items I saw by the register promotion for 3 packs of sparkling water La Croix which is 24 cans. Wow I thought it's great I asked the cashier Cameron L while reimbursing me if he could change me for 3 packs that it says $10. He's charging me $4.99+ 40 cents+ tax for each pack. I paid for it then at the door I'm realizing that I have been over charged. I asked him why was I being charged $15 while it says $10 he says this is how it is, then I turned to the manager Paulo J. I was showing how much the promotion was saying and how much I was being charged. He was persistently not wanting to understand what I was talking about. Then I asked him to reimburse me for everything that I did not want to buy anything anymore. He felt forced to give me back my money and obviously it was $16 and change. Then I said now can I buy for $10 the 3 packs of La Croix as advertised. He felt obligated to sell me for the price that it was advertised and he did it as he was doing me a favor. At that same location few months back I heard on old lady complaining that she was overly charged for some items. And it was pretty much similar story and I remember no one was listening to her. If the higher management is encouraging employees to use certain tricks to overcharge customers, then I have to say that they have fallen very low.

Yelp
Bad customer service when it comes to speaking to someone on the phone. You will be on hold for a long time to speak to someone and when you do, it won't be to the dept that you are trying to reach. And if you do speak to someone they will transfer you to the dept that's going to be another wait where you won't be able to speak to anyone. In other words you will be going in circles. You won't speak to someone. Finally I was able to speak to a worker and spoke to a manager and she hanged up on me.

Yelp
Horrible place I went with my kid and bud not let him in even though I was older then 18 they don't allow people younger then 18 even if the with someone with a person older then 18 and the Security was rube about he yelled at my face this place is horrible

Yelp
Super Convenient for Students and Staff at USC! For me Nothing Bad to say my experience has been just fine!

Yelp
Never shopping at this Ralph's again. They don't seem to care about what they put on the shelves. I went yesterday bought my groceries, an the strawberries had MOLD. The cherry tomatoes had MOLE. The poptarts were expired since January. They either don't care or don't bother to check the fruits an vegetables & what's on the shelves. This is the first time & last time I do groceries at this Ralph's.

Yelp
This review is for curbside pick-up. I ordered about 60 items and I figured they would forget some things, so it wasn't a big deal. It's been 2 days and I was still charged for the missing items. I called the store and the guy said I'd get a refund, I talked to customer service in the chat option twice and then they end the chat like nothing. It was about $30 worth and it feels like my money has been stolen. You're better off going inside the store and choosing the items yourself. Don't use curbside pick-up just to save yourself some time.

Yelp
Deli chk is good when fresh n hot! Boars head deli meat can't b beat. I like coming to this location. Even though USC students patronize it w/their alcohol purchases, the employees are friendly (deli) & professional.

Wendy S.

Yelp
Bad customer service rude and very unprofessional ! I went in today and asked for assistance from Cam the MANAGER on site if he could send anyone to help me with some balloons and his response was no one would be able to help me and his excuse was he had just clocked in. Very disappointing and unacceptable !

Yelp
Juliet closes this store anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes early! This is bad if you are coming from far! False advertising!!!

Yelp
Love this location, although I wish they would start towing and citing parents from the CATHOLIC SCHOOL across the street and the other school behind the grocery store , they hoard and take up all the parking spots or just freeze and cause congestion. Employees always super helpful and quick , managers always on top of their game also . Just witnessed this brave security guard remove this thief from the grocery store , hilarious how much fried chicken he had stuffed all around his body , guess he threatened an employee and he was escorted out by the guard , and I was actually surprised how polite yet affirmative his approach was . Thanks ralphs !

Bri R.

Yelp
This place is so unorganized and management should get on top of there employees with the attitudes also be more specific about the line at the deli, every time I came the workers tell everyone with an attitude where the line starts, there should be a sign posted to avoid the confusion and attitudes
google avatar

Yelp
This review is for the deli section. I've gotten deli meats from the deli section at Ralph's all around LA and this location was by far the worst in terms of service and competence. Once, I was served by a middle-aged man who overcharged me by mislabeling my order. I ordered a deli meat that was on sale but he weighed and labeled it as a non-sale item which cost more than the item I ordered. On 3/18 I was served by a younger lady who gave me the wrong cut. I asked for "shaved 1" which is level 1 on the Boar's Head chart for thicknesses of cuts which is displayed right there at the deli section. The meat should be so thin that the slices are uncountable and break apart, yet she gave me thick uniform slices of meat. I said she did it wrong and she insisted that it was done right, despite the fact the man who overcharged me previously sliced the meat in the thinness I wanted it the last time I visited. Additional training or disciplinary measures should be taken so they do their job right. Also, this is the only Ralph's I've been to where there's always someone there in the store harassing me about my internet provider!!! Right by deli near the snack section aisle. They are always so obtrusive and pushy

Michael S.

Yelp
I love shopping here. Always has great deals, especially on alcohol. Everything is always fresh

Mohan K.

Yelp
Fresh Vegetables and fruits are available. Amazing offers on packed chips like Doritos and Lays

Yelp
I don't care what anyone says love coming here, have been coming here for a VERY long time, I love the staffing, love their customer service. In addition thank you to Tania, Hannnah, sorry if I misspell your name Kenya. Thank you for the food service and providing exceptional customer service!!!

Yelp
I'm sick. I had some of Ralphs "You Buy We Fry" salmon yesterday 11/2021, and I've been on the toilet with a bucket in front of me ever since. I thank GOD that I'm the only person in my house that ate it, or we'd all be fighting to get to the toilet. Now I'm trying to call the Ralphs corporate office, and the wait is 30 please minutes. This is all the way around.

Yelp
I AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN. Place is Savage AF. Be careful in the parking lot, it sucks! People don't care at all and don't know how to drive. My BRAND NEW car got hit and run here from someone trying to fit into the parking space. My nice car with this huge scrape on the side. I even parked right by the front door, so I thought there would be cameras, and sure enough there was. I guess I will give a star bc of the manager who helped me look at the cameras! He helped me initially, then it was just like: "Yeah they paid cash and didn't use their Rewards card, so we have no way of tracking them down." REALLY? They wouldn't even let me see the tape, I had to go down to the police station and file a report and it's been about two months and I still haven't heard anything!!! Was told I would get a CD of it happening but NOPE not allowed. I can't believe people can get away doing stuff like this. I'm so irate. I can't believe nor do I want to know how many people get away with being bad humans. It's ok, I'm sure karma will come around someday. I get pissed every time I walk out to my brand new car that now looks like crap because of this dumb lady who decided to try to squeeze into a parking spot. What also irks me is the manager explained to me exactly what he could see, some lady trying to squeeze into a parking spot and couldn't fit and on her way out rocked my car and you see it rocking. WTF I'm so mad just typing this. I hope whoever hit my car enjoys the fact that they ruined my brand new car. I hate this place. I can't believe I had to suffer and everyone was just hands up. I've spent so much money at this place. NEVER AGAIN. Not only that, you can't even get a pleasant experience shopping as there is always beggars/hustlers or people outside always trying to get one up you somehow, swindling you for something. Can't grocery shop in peace. BASICALLY, DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE A BATTY CAR AND DON'T CARE IF SOMEONE HIT AND RUNS YOU. Worst experience with Ralphs ever and I am such a Ralph's fan. Makes me upset to give them my money!!!! Considering how much I spend here, this is the thanks I get.
google avatar

Belen R.

Yelp
I love this Ralphs. I've been coming for a little over a year, and they always have go-tos and a huge vegetarian selection!! Lines are usually long after 6pm and on weekends, but it is right by USC.
google avatar

Love H.

Yelp
I shop here all the time. I come in The store looking decent ALL THE DAMN TIME. Today was one of those days where I just didn't feel like getting dressed and my hair was all over the place. For the Hispanic guy in the front, you got one more time to show how prejudice you are and I will be in contact with corporate. I don't care if if came in there looking like a duck, don't stand in the back of me and watch me like I'm stealing just because I look different. Youre lucky this store has a bad problem with answering the phone. I really do want to speak to management, that rubbed me so wrong.
google avatar

Allen C.

Yelp
I was in the middle of rating the store while waiting in line. There was two cashiers and all the rest were do it yourselves. The 2 lines were long and they opened another register right as I was doing my review so I upped it back up a star. It's funny that Ralphs and Food For Less are the same owners and I have 2 stores near each other and they never have the brands I really want. They didnt even have the toothpaste I wanted. Beer selection is sketchy too. This place helps me realize how expensive food is getting or maybe they are just more. I go here for grabbing a few things, never for a full grocery shopping.
google avatar

Jonas S.

Yelp
The LA area Ralph's are by far the most unfriendly and unwelcoming stores I have shopped at. Made the mistake of using self checkout and that was the straw that broke the camels back. It's bad enough I've had to wait up to 30 minutes to have someone unlock things like Tums or Athletes Foot spray, but having three cameras and two cashiers supervise me struggle to use a malfunctioning scanner and card reader is unbelievable. Worst of all, it left me frazzled enough I left a bag full of groceries (31 dollars!!) on the counter. I was unable to contact the store so I could come back and pick them up!

Erik A.

Yelp
Inappropriate behavior from the male overnight stocking staff. Came here with my sister she was walking ahead of me I was trailing a few feet behind her when she stopped at the refrigerators with dairy products and the 3 Hispanic males in their 20s and 30s working on palettes all stared at her up and down like a piece of meat like they've never seen a woman before. Embarrassing to see this behavior from other men my age and race. Made my sister very uncomfortable.
google avatar

Melissa M.

Yelp
NEED to change the hours on site. Because technically they won't let anyone in 10 minutes prior to closing. Was turned down at the door. On another note...hands down best market sushi EVER! Always have a lot in stock and always fresh!
google avatar

Kyle M.

Yelp
One star until they except Apple Pay and electronic payment in general. I wasted my entire lunch trying to shop here and had no idea they didn't accept electronic payment like everywhere else
google avatar

Erick V.

Yelp
Wow f*** this store. Excuse my language, I do not mind you asking for a receipt as I leave your store. I understand I stand out, I'm high and I'm shopping with my school bag on. Please do your job in theft prevention I get it. However do not shout behind me, "show me your receipt." 1. It's embarrassing & insulting 2. Terrible customer service that will make me not return Traders joes is 2 streets away, their service is worth to pay extra
google avatar

Cynthia V.

Yelp
I've been shopping at this Ralph's for ages, it's the nicer Ralph's here in the hood, and that's thanks to USC. I wanted to share a review because ever since the pandemic I've changed the way I shop, I do mostly curbside now. The staff always does such a fantastic job and I am very pleased every time I shop at this Ralph's. I personally ran a number of Trader Joe's as a manager before my career change, and I can really appreciate excellent customer service. Great work Ralph's! I'm happy to have you as my neighborhood Ralph's. Btw Brian has helped me twice already in curbside and he's a great asset to your company! I appreciate all that you guys do! Thank you!

Yelp
This WAS my go toO I could ride the bus buy groceries customers service was good one or 2 checkers who treated you poorly when using a food stamp card Now they allow dogs just awful woman in her 20 2 dogs on the cart petting the dog and handling the produce I certainly mentioned and was told well they claim service IE service dogs have I D tags they are issued try checking since u adamant about me the human being muzzled wail in the store !!!! How about only seeing eye dogs !!
google avatar

John S.

Yelp
It's big. They're usually stocked. The bathrooms are cleaner than usual for a supermarket. For the most part people respect the 6 foot rule. The hours are great. The store is usually clean and there's more than enough employees to find out where something is. Most importantly the individual checkout lanes have plexiglass so even if you're not 6 feet apart that plexiglass does help with anxiety. In 2021it's almost ideal
google avatar

Miisha D.

Yelp
I am so upset with myself right now. Upset that I wasn't paying attention to my items being scanned. Once I paid for my groceries and was walking towards the door, I checked my receipt and noticed the hand sanitizer was $6.99! I was like, oh hell naw! I'll keep making mine! I immediately went to the manager, Dalia and asked for a refund because I didn't know they were so high, she said, no refunds or exchanges." I said well the price wasn't marked and I just checked my receipt. She said, "Did you see the price when it was scanned?" Ummm, no because I was busy placing my groceries on the conveyor belt. I don't know who's responsible for placing items on the floor here, but it was a slick/sneaky way to get customers to pick up this merchandise. Mark the price where it should be and let the customers decide right there if they want to pay especially during these trying times!

Sheila C.

Yelp
How I wish corporate can get involved and teach them to treat their paying customers right; especially when it comes down to Hispanics it's almost always were they've made a big deal with an Out of state ID to buying liquor claiming they can't sell it because "we don't take these ID's" when in fact they do. For the Manager Michael I hope you know that even the IDs state they're passports and you are working in a pre-Dominate neighborhood full of Hispanics it's a shame you can't unlearn prejudice. Wont be shopping here anymore and I hope no other person is discriminated against shopping here. Such a shame because some of the employees always have great attitudes. For Marco the employee and Michael the manager thanks for discriminating against us.

Yelp
security guard on 3/09 at 11:50pm was overly agressive, rude, condescending, and unprofessional.

Stephy S.

Yelp
They are the worse when it comes to WIC items. They have the labels on all the wrong items you take them to the register and nothing goes through and they say oh it not wic product! So where am I wrong am stupid or are they?? Spent about an hour on finding what I can take
google avatar

Keyonda A.

Yelp
Ok this visit I was quite quick. Parking can be a little congested although it's big because of the area and students. I went in only to find out that the prices at this location is higher than other locations. It is near USC, go figure. After realizing that, I decided to shop elsewhere. The store was very clean, neatly stocked and well put together but the prices hurt.
google avatar

Victoria R.

Yelp
I reeeeally struggle to like this Ralph's, even though I want to because it's the closest grocery store to me. The store is clean and the staff is mostly friendly. Fresh produce selection is pretty good, but come early because it is picked over by the end of the day (this store services a large area). Honestly, the things that make this a difficult Ralph's are kind of out of the stores hands, which is why I hesitate to give a low rating. The parking lot is a bit of a nightmare, but where/how would the store alleviate this? The place is always packed with people because of the large area it services, including the SC student, which makes it a hassle to navigate and feel comfortable in. If I have to go to Ralph's, I either hit up this location incredibly early in the morning (which has its own pitfalls because if you go too early, then the aisles are narrowed by the people stocking products) or I go to the location downtown.
google avatar

Brian I.

Yelp
Ever since Trader Joe's and Target Express opened down at USC Plaza opened, Ive been going to Ralph's significantly less. Target items are a bit cheaper and they price match, but Ralph's has more grocery variety. So it depends on what i'm looking for and what I need right now. TJ and Target close at some point so late nights at Ralph's is a plus when you want a snack or shop...

Yelp
It's officially a 1 star place. I used to have hope that it could potentially have 2 maybe 2.5 stars, but after getting so used to the downtown location and the Torrance location it is a hard 1. Let's start with the obvious, which most reviewers will tell you. Parking is a nightmare. Like an absolute horrendous nightmare that makes you wonder why you even came here. Why? Between the tight spaces, ridiculous Uber student drop offs, and confused/docile people who can't take initiative to move you're stuck in this knot. On top of this people walk here, so the parking lot is always littered with students walking through the aisles of the parking lot causing more congestion. There are two entrances into this Ralphs although after like 8 or 9 one entrance closes, so you're forced through the other one. The carts now lock and while this isn't new it seems to be more frequent. I had two carts lock on me the other day before someone was able to assist me. It's the MOST annoying thing having a cart that will not move. The fact that they locked IN the store was kind of ironic. It also causes an immense headache because I had to leave my locked cart in the store (since it locked as I walked in) and go back out through the crowds and get a new one. The aisles are tight and there are people here at ALL times of the day. You better know what you want and where it is because the chance you'll get to peruse the aisle will be slim. You'll have to constantly move your cart out of the way for others and you'll find yourself waiting in a literal queue behind carts in one aisle. This place is either stocked or completely depleted, you're warned. They may either have everything you want or it'll be all gone. Checkouts are hit or miss. Sometimes I've had to bag my own groceries, which is stressful because you'll be standing there attempting to throw food into bags with no help while they start checking out a new person. Other times it's good service, but it's just such a luck of the draw. I'll never return here and I'm glad I chose to start going to the DT location because the parking, the selection, the atmosphere and people make this place such a nightmare to get into.

Yelp
The lady manager with the beard is rude and super unprofessional. Not sure why she has the position she does when she can't handle situations without showing her own personal immaturity's. Real sad hope to see better from Ralph's.

Yelp
My mom has been going to this Ralphs for basically my entire life, which means so have I. I basically know the store like I work there, that's how much I've frequented this location. My mom prefers this Ralphs over others for their meat selection and due to the fact that the sell Boars Head which she loves. I've always been able to find everything I need here. Vegetables and produce are always fresh and they have a nice selection of products. The self-checkout line is great and I love the fact they have 2 aisles of them now. They've been undergoing construction for what feels like ages, which I hope really improves the accessibility and flow of how the store operates since they only have 1 entrance/exit right now which makes entering and exiting the store kind of inconvenient. The parking lot can honestly be sucky even though it is well-sized, especially during weekends and holidays. I feel like it's only gotten busier over the years too. Nevertheless, it's my home Ralphs and I'll continue to shop here due to its convenience.
