I go shopping to Ralph’s and found they have a variety of good selection at deli and produce I definitely rate it 10 do to a last minute barbque and quick fixings I was able to make finger snacks while burgers and mushrooms and onions cooked on the grill thank you Ralph’s and to staff for being helpful

I've been shopping at this store since it first opened. I'd make midnight runs here to get snacks with no issues. Staff was always friendly. Now, the new manager has the worst customer service skills I've ever witnessed. So cold and rude. Accused me of stealing once. And this is NOT somewhere I recommend going alone at night. Filled with suspicious people that prompted me to carry my bag around with me rather than in the shopping cart. I've had family almost get robbed here as well. It's really sad to see it decline, because this has been my neighborhood grocery store almost as long as I've lived in Riverside. I don't even feel safe here with other people with me now.

One of the really great, All time, markets. in terms of selection and on hand stock as well as great service departmens. Great People really clean store. Plenty of parking always worth coming. Got everything you need and then some.

My neighborhood grocery shop. Well equipped. Always fresh products. I like the organic fruits. Fresh daily prepared Sushi. Ready to eat delicious dishes. They have also Krispy Kreme doughnuts 🍩 employees always ready to help. Household items 🧹 cleaning supplies 🧼 🧽 Lotto, water on gallons outside. Hours of operation are the best! You can do your groceries anytime of the day. I like it. Definitely recommend that shop.

I have been shopping from this location over 7 years mostly late night after 11pm. I also been shopping for groceries with competitors I this general area. The south entrance which is open after 11pm is very well set up with Orchids, roses and many more flowers as you enter the store. In general the store is clean and shelves are stocked well. Unfortunately it lacks customer service for example an absolutely dirty men’s restroom. It has 1 open urinary and 4 closed doors toilets with only two available toilets to use with one missing door and tissue dispenser. It is very disappointing for a big corporation like Kroger not paying attention to a small service they can offer to customers. Their prices in average is 10% higher than the competitor cross the street.

Cant beat it, fresh produce, cold drinks, clean store, courteous, helpful only place i shop at for groceries. They have a Starbucks inside for those coffee fiends. Also can handle some dmv stuff there too they have the machine. Lotto tickets avail.

This Ralph’s is the closest major grocery store 3 miles from my family’s house in Riverside so it’s a must go. Within the shopping complex and just beyond is everything one would need to quickly grab a coffee, visit their bank, stock up on groceries grab a fast food dinner just before heading home or re-up on gas. Great location for this Ralphs grocery, plus the giant store is filled with fresh produce and great employees. It’s a pleasure to visit this location.

I go here often but currently reconsidering due to the constant harassment by the solicitors outside with spectrum. I don’t have it and where I live doesn’t accept so just leave me alone so I can get on with my day but they do not let you get past them going into the store or leaving. Today was the breaking point where I said I do not have time today where one responded “take it easy man”. I have lost count watching people try to run away so they would leave them alone. Might have to move my business to another store as it is no longer convenient for me

A corporate representative, called to say they reviewed the tape of the incident and apologized for my wife and mother's experience. Much appreciated. For the first time since the resolution, tonight I thought, why not? Let's give this place another try. Come home to find the Baby Brown bottle nipples were missing from the box. Not worth it. I am done.

If I lived closer, then I think that I would shop here more often. Nevertheless, I will still shop here for "Actual Veggies" burgers, and there is a good enough selection that I expect it can cover a typical (weekly) grocery store visit.

Extremely terrible service): Unfortunately I have been stereotyped at this store twice. the security is absolutely dog water. Today we had the most terrible experience with the older security man trying to take the items we paid for. He was extremely rude and said horrible comments... this store needs seriously work on how to treat consumers that shop there weekly.... its externally scary to know this store will hire any security (even the ones who are ignorant to protocol)

Use their app and clip their coupons. I like that their app also can scan barcodes and tell you the prices (in case something is on sale or clearance). Self -checkout available. They do have a restroom but needs a code. One time they were a little rude and my Dad struggled to get the code from them for the bathroom. But otherwise, they have some deals sometimes. Produce usually pretty fresh and expiration dates are further out than groceries from a couple other nearby supermarkets.

The staff here is great but the security is something else every time I come here I get profiled and they try to stop me as if I'm stealing when they watched me pay I'm 19 I get young people do dumb stuff but for this security to put there hands on my cart and items is outlandish and he asked for a receipt THIS IS NOT A COSTCO OR SAMSCLUB I PAY NO MEMBERSHIP anyone can go in and buy something it's a public building. And the saddest part is I shop here everyday for the past 6 years and for me to start getting profiled on multiple occasions somewhere I feel welcomed is insane I am genuinely upset about this interaction I don't know if I'll be going back. And on top of that I walked back with the older security to go back to the cashier just for her to say we payed. This is beyond if I want it I'll buy it.

This review is for the two Starbuck workers today! They were so pleasant and all smiles - made my day just to be in their presence. Valuable employees are tough to find these days and when someone enjoys the work they do....it shows. They were attentive and helpful and provided excellent customer service. Even when we spilled one of our drinks - The staff Jordi and Brianna were quick to make a new drink while laughing with us and joking about our blunder. We really appreciate having employees who go above and beyond in their customer service delivery.!! Kudos for having these two on staff!

Anchor the cart corrals in the parking lot! The parking lot was repaved like 2 years ago and they never re-anchored them. If I get another door ding from someone pushing these around I'm sending the bill. Anchor them in the center of the stall like they're supposed to be.

Horrible customer service!! Bought 2 pkgs of corn on the cob, Crawfish and other stuff for Mothers Day Dinner. Crawfish was precooked and flavorless, buy wasn't expecting much, they are really hard to find. But the corn on the cob was spoiled and rotten!!! Opened the pkg and the kernels were mushy and it stuuuunk!!! Wife took back 1 package and the rest of the 2nd package that I had opened and threw away the packaging. Management would NOT refund the corn without the original packaging even though we had the original reciept!! Not sure why, but the wife came home, dug through the trash and found the 2nd packaging and went back for the $6.99 gift card!!!! Yes, not refunded back to my card, not cash, STORE CREDIT!!!! SmH Our family has been in Riverside since the 1920s, we've never liked Ralphs, prices are always too high, but you'd expect a higher quality. . .not anymore!!! Stater Bros or Northgate Gonzales, heck, I thing Maxi food might have better quality and better customer service. Sad to see such a large chain give customers such a hard time for a refund for spoiled product bought just a day prior.

I love it here. I can walk in with my bike and shop peacefully. The people working there recognize me and say hi with a smile every time. The food actually tastes fresh and there are way more options than Stater Bros. Keep it up!

Terrible customer service, overcharged items and refuse to refund the difference even when you proved them item on sale. Many items are expired. Store Manager never available.

I absolutely enjoy shopping at this particular Ralph's grocery store. It has such an abundance of items I would only find at World Market. Their produce, meat selection, seasonings selections is exceptional. Especially their all around the world specialty cheeses, cured meats, nuts, crackers etc. Who doesn't love a last minute charcuterie board. Some of their management staff could be more friendlier, it brings customers back...

Extremely disappointed in the floral department at ralph's. I bought a huge bouquet of their new wooden flowers for mother's day and they were wrapped beautifully, however the paper they were wrapped in wasn't meant to stay around these flowers forever. The paper was tightly bound at the bottom so i couldn't see how the stems looked, all i saw was beautiful red wooden roses and wood branches sticking out the top. When i unwrapped the flowers to put them in a vase on display for my mom i saw that the roses were glued to wooden dowels instead of what you'd think would look like a stem. What was supposed to be a beautiful wooden bouquet for mother's day now looks so cheap and out of place. these wooden dowels should be seen for the customers incase they want to put them in a vase like you TYPICALLY do with flowers. I thought the idea of roses that never die , especially for someone who has lost their mother was the sweetest idea until i saw them out of the package. I should have gone to hobby lobby and made them myself. Extremely disappointing that I spent $40.00 on this.

Today was the last straw! This Ralph's has to be the worst run store in the area. Between the high prices, expired food products and lack of actual cashiers, today was the day that I was followed around by loss prevention. I've shopped here for the last 10 years, buying weekly groceries for a household of 4. Spent a pretty penny but somehow my tattoos triggered the loss prevention to follow me around the bread aisle. Meanwhile the local homeless community walks out with fistfuls of liquor. Talk about profiling. I promise you Ralph's, if I can spend thousands on tattoo ink, I can afford bread. Do better. Staters will get our business going forward.

Absolutely love coming to Ralph's, foot traffic inside the store is always nice & smooth. I sometimes get really bad social anxiety but I usually visit the store in the morning before 1pm. Love the great selection from fruits & vegetables to the meat department. Cashiers are always very friendly & courteous. I enjoy going to get a Starbucks as well both Starbucks employees are also very sweet & generous.

Feeling spicy !! Love my chips !!! Been wanting chips for a Hot minute and I loved each and every HOT CHEETO! Love it when they are on sale ! I grab one to many but that's okay I don't eat so much other junk food lol

Heads up on a predatory sales tactic for anyone buying nutrition bars. They have a sale going on right now where if you buy 30$ worth of nutrtion bar type goods you get 10$ back. However, many of the items are priced at 9.99 so you have to buy 4 items to get the savings. I just checked out and was told that even though I bought essentially 30$ worth of goods. Because I was 3 pennies off before tax it didn't count. Kind of a scummy thing to do.

They deserve Zero stars!!! But app won't allow me to do no stars!!! Lousy customer service!!! And the worst customer service I've ever had. No one takes pride in their job there all they do is give you attitude they act like they're paying for my groceries..

I used to love the freshly prepared sushi rice bowls at this Ralph's. Until I recently discovered that they started putting half the amount of rice in theirs bowls and adding shredded lettuce instead? I realized the lettuce bulked up the bowl to look fuller. Not only was that disappointing, but they also hiked up the price too! Wah? I'm feeling a little ripped off.. not buying sushi from this Ralph's location again!

I come here often and appreciate their selection of items. I can find specialty items like Boars Head meats, awesome cheeses, cured meats, nuts and an amazing olive selection. There are a few cheeses I took a chance on and I'm so glad I did! Their selection on some items has been a little low but I understand the supply chain issues. The store seems to be clean as well. I also get all my prescription medicines here. The staff is super nice and will attend to you quickly. This will continue to be my go to grocery store.

Late Friday COVID night, picking up a night cap cus it's movie night with the significant other. I'm a beer guy, she's a wine gal, I know nothing about wine so I picked one out and went to check out. Unsure about what I picked, I asked Dino (at the time I did know his name) if this wine was sweet cus she likes the sweet stuff. He proceeded me to give me tips about wine, took me to the wine isle and helped me pick out something better. Point is, Dino is a top notch employee, almost closing and it didn't matter, took the time to give a grade A customer service! Kudos to Ralph, always a good experience.

I worked at the store for many years, was a great store. It is no longer there it is a Mexican market it's kind of sad but it's still a very nice store.

So I don't normally write reviews but this needs a review. So I come in late to the store around 1030pm. I was already coming in cranky due to being up early for work and well mommy duties throughout the day. So I was already coming in tired and exhausted. I came in to buy some sodas real quick. I did not know it was a digital coupon thing for the sale. So I had to have the app. It being so late late I didn't want to mess with signing up with that app so late. So I was about to leave without them. The kind cashier by the name of KELLIE let me know it wasn't hard to get or a long process. She literally walked me through the whole process. Even when she had more customers in line she was not worried and helped me the through it. She was so kind, and after a long day it's kind people like that, that literally make the mess of a long day end pleasant and with high hopes for tomorrow. Thank you so much for ur kind heart, it was much appreciated.

So impressed with Ralph's la Sierra kudos!!super organize super friendly staff of course social distance in action, they clean the shopping cars for you....good prices too and!! They have a good selection of keto friendly products...but they don't have I Never in my worst nightmare thought to chase #grateful #stayhealthy #staystrong #stayhome #socialdistance. This a very convenient Ralphs and super close to where I live. They have a dairy, bakery, deli, and meat department as well as a pharmacy, Coinstar, Lotto machine, ATM machine, and lastly, they have a U.S. Bank right inside the store. I wouldn't come to any other grocery store or super market again!

On March 27th I ordered a bunch of food (cookies and 2 big Fruit trays, etc) for a baby shower.. Everything was so delicious. So I decided to order my meal for Easter: Cesar salad, chicken salad sandwich croissants, fruit tray, sushi tray, cheese tray and cookies.. The fruit was so sour and some odd tasting people didn't eat it and all my cookies were burnt and hard as a rock so also were not eaten. When arrived to pick up I had to keep telling them what I ordered because they kept forgetting items, do they not have a list. I normally order from Albertsons but thought I'd give Ralph's a try.. On 27th everything was good and on Easter it didn't even taste like I ordered from the same place.. The Sushi, the cheese tray and sandwiches were good, I didn't like that the salad had so many lemons on it, it made it taste weird and was very disappointed with the fruit and cookies..

We came on 11/8/2020 to pick up some Boars head salami. There were three to four women whom worked at the deli. They didn't acknowledge us. Think it took them 5 -8 mins to ask us. They assume that that someone already helped us with our order. What a shame! Doubt I'll ever return! Better service at Stater Bro's!

Natasha (the cashier) is rude and unapproachable. She rang me up and she was aggressive when asking for my ID and I felt unwanted in the store. I frequent ralphs and this was my first time encountering Natasha. I would rather drive out of my way to another Ralphs than deal with such unprofessionalism.

Needed a cake advertised for son's bday. Person at the Bakery Shop was no help. Go elsewhere. Horrible customer service

So far shopping from here and using INSTACART has been GREAT!! Everything they sell is FRESH !!!!!!!!

Worst sushi I've ever tasted in my life. If you want over priced sushi that is 90% rice definitely your place. Sushi is drenched in sauce with a little piece of fish and mostly rice. Just look at the picture. I wouldn't go here for sushi ever again.

You don't deserve the star I gave you !! The "Pickup Service" is the worst! I tried it in the beginning and about the second time I used it I could not get my order that day even though I was calling in the morning prior. The guy who was handling it said, "Look lady if you are not satisfied go down and complain to Kroger's at their hdqs in Orange County!Today we could not get the order until 5:30 I live half an hour away! I needed the things for dinner! At 5:30 we got a call from the woman at the store to tell us they were running late and we couldn't get the order until 6 then it was 7 and then it might not be until 8!! We had all kinds of trouble with the order. I used coupons for several products buy for a certain amount, the soda was buy five and the price was $3.98 we were charged $8.98 instead. Several items were missing. Placing an order is very time consuming!! we cancelled the order I will never shop this way again at Ralphs. Tell them and they don't care! When Ralphs first opened on La Sierra we were very happy and the people who worked there were wonderful. Read the other complaints they are many. We spend at least $1,000 a month at Ralphs. They are trying so hard to push their own products on the consumer and they are terrible! I do part of my shopping at Sprouts, Whole Foods and occasionally at Albertsons. I hope Albertson's does not join Kroger. Many of Kroger employees are not happy. It is a job that is all. It was not always that way. The money hungry Kroger is like many of the other large stores selling their cheap brand of terrible food. "What goes around will come around!" Don't trust the "Pickup."

Compared to other markets I have been to around the area, this Ralphs is one of my favorites. Clean, convenient and friendly, I usually stop by for snacks, ice cream, food or simply just to walk around. Everything is nicely organized inside and the store is bright and well lit. There is a self checkout as well, which is perfect if you're only buying an item or two and want to skip the lines. There usually isn't a line when I'm here, but even when there is the line moves quick. The cashiers are friendly and sometimes try to help you out with coupons. Really appreciate that. They're also open until 1am, but by 7:30pm or so the store closes off the produce side of their doors and leaves one side open (for safety purposes). I come late at night sometimes, but have never felt unsafe walking to and from my car (can't say the same for other markets/stores around here). There's also a friendly security guard who stands by the entrance and outside to keep watch.

Be aware when you get to the check out line and try to make sure your grocer and bagger get everything you ordered into your bags. Twice today I discovered a few items missing from my bags once I had put everything away at home. First I noticed that some meat I bought was missing and went back and they graciously let me get again what they missed without cost to me. A little later, I discovered two more costly items (2 bags of nuts) I bought that were missing. It's been a long day and I probably won't go after them now, but it's so annoying!! And I still have not been reimbursed from the time I used a shopper and had groceries bought on my dime I never saw!! Damned if I shop for myself and damned if I don't.

I will never EVER order another cake from this bakery. I ordered online. The party was a Unicorn theme. So when I looked through the online catalog of cakes under "themed" or "specialty" I found the perfect cake. The pics below are what they have online (what I ordered) and the mess that I picked up. Thankfully the bakery manager gave me the cake for free. But that did not relieve my disappointment. I tried my best to move past it.....but then I was questioned at the register and basically accused of attempting to steal the cake!! The person working self checkout literally called LOUDLY asking if I was telling the truth. It was embarrassing and disheartening given the fact that the cake was COMPLETELY WRONG!

I always like shopping at Ralph's because of the great service! You never know what kind of deals you will find in their managers specials and if you shop seasonally or by their sales you can find good prices. This location is huge and well maintained, plenty of easy parking.

The deli is the WORST! There's a guy that's always in the back ignoring customers and being lazy as usual. An older lady that is slow and unhelpful as well. The employees on the day shift are the worst of the shifts, extremely SLOW and non customer service oriented. People leave the line all the time due to long waits. The La Sierra location needs to clean house immediately! It's sad when Walmart deli is better than a grocery store. Avoid this deli if you can, it's a time waster.

I would like to share my awful experience with you in this covid-19 outbreak this Ralph's grocery store lacking a good customer service. Unfortunately the employees here are not aware of social distancing. Also I gave a female cashier money and she was ignoring me giving back my change so I decided to call a manager last time but seeing their disgusting customer service again I am posting this review and I will stop going there because there are so many grocery stores in Riverside, CA with good customer service so why would I go back there and deal with some uneducated (about their job) cashiers in this Ralph's. I tried 2 different Ralph's store in Riverside about Canyon Crest area and their employees were awesome also their products were fresh; therefore, I am boycotting the Ralph's in La Sierra ave. Too many disgusting employees there.

This Ralph's was great until tonight, a racist security guard asked me for my receipts as I was leaving. I live down the street from green river Ralph's which is the best and will find a Ralph's in whatever city I'm in because of my love for Ralphs grocery stores. Today at this Ralph's it was a different story. After going through the check out line with an actually person and then a person (very nice people) checked me out and and pack my bags. The security guard watches me from the time I leave the checkout with all my items in bags he ask for my receipt. Another Asian women walks out without question. Then I asked a manager that was passing by and she said he can check with cause. I said to him what cause he then kept going I left and when I got to the car I couldn't leave without telling him that he was wrong and letting the few people know that he is a racist man and it is so ingrained in his soul he choose me a 5'2 130 pd black women getting off a long 12 hour shift managing a group home of probation youth to bully. When I returned to inform his manager he went and spoke in Spanish to him so I wasn't able to understand but when I informed the man that he harassed me and targeted me out with no cause. I couldn't take the lack of understand from the security guard and the manager so I said my peace and left. But what a horrible experience Ralph's la sierra! I should have returned my 100 dollar purchase but you will never get any of my money again . I came home crying to my husband about the treatment I received, but told me to not return to that location where a security guard racially profiles me and wouldn't protect you due to his prejudice. I will never cheat on you again Ralph's green river !

My first time at this Ralphs location, I wanted to get some yogurt. I was in and out very quickly. Store is really big, but its super clean and organized. They also have self check out. Something I did not like is how disorganized the coffee shop was inside the store. They did not have anybody behind the counter and lights were off at the coffee shop that is inside the store when clearly it showed they're open! Thats what I do not recommend about the store.

I have always enjoyed shopping at this particular Ralphs because it's always clean and the employees go above to assist me. Today I was trying to find something for dinner and had passed the fresh meat counter and was looking at the packaged meat when Luciano took the time to ask me if I needed anything. He directed me back to the counter and was able to fill my order without pausing. I thanked him for addressing me so politely and then meeting my needs. He shared that he is sort of new and was trying to give good customer service. Indeed Luciano, you are a great addition to the Ralphs team. Take notice of his efforts please. Excellent experience today!

I just went to this location to buy a couple groceries and was extremely unimpressed by their customer service. I wasn't aware that they started doing Ralph's coupons digitally and when I went to pay, I was confused why the discounts hadn't been applied after adding them to my registered account. When asking for help from two different attendants, they were extremely rude and went out of their way to belittle me for not having the coupon already loaded. I'm sure they deal with a diverse group of people each day, but I found it completely unprofessional and simply unkind to make me feel like an idiot for asking them to do their job in answering my question. Please don't take your bad days or bad attitudes out on people who haven't done anything to you. Especially when it's your job to help them. To be clear, this was only two people out of all of the employees here, so I'm sure there are others who are awesome. Hoping for a better experience next time around.

Long line for checkout while 4 other clerks were walking around Their product was mispriced and I never got my money back.

I would like to thank Tina for all her help this morning. She was so friendly and professional and assisted me with my groceries today. She was just so pleasant I wanted to write a review. So if you're in the store and you want excellent service, see Tina - she truly made my day!

Great clean supermarket and friendly store associates. I love that they have a fresh made food section. Their sushi chefs make some really good sushi and poke everyday and great for a quick sushi craving you might get. They also have a a lot of fresh cut fruits that I tend to grab for a quick lunch from time to time.

Waited in checkout line, cashier turned off light. Woman tries to get us in self checkout, not our thing. Finally give up waiting and try it. Rings up pineapple with 5$ label as 5.99. Ask woman what thg he hell? Says it will be deducted at charge time. Bread wont scan at all, she couldn't get it to scan either. Takes me to another register, manually puts in price. I pay, get to vehicle, no deduction. Not worth using 4.49 of gas to get my 99 cents back. We wont be going to Ralph's anymore

We have been shopping here for the last three years. Never disappoints!! Go see George in the butcher department. He is the absolute BEST!!

We have been shopping at La Sierra Ralph's ever since the Grand Opening. We were excited about what the store had to offer from the beginning. Fast forward to more recent years, my husband and I are at the store often, probably every day some weeks. The store is located right in the middle of the route from our home to our business, so we make frequent stops. We are not "once a week or once a month" big shoppers. Because we are there so often, we have become acquainted with several of the employee's and Management. They are all very friendly, very welcoming, very helpful, as well as very professional. Every employee works hard and efficiently. This Ralph's has no slackers, that's for sure. The WooHoo mark downs are awesome and it's always fun to see what will be up for offer :) They are a big company, of course and a a big store, but to me, it is the neighborhood market with a small time market feel. I don't like to call out names, but I will mention that I greatly miss Alex and Tim in the meat department! They "owned" that department and always would cut a fresh roast or steak on spot when asked. Alex is a character with a fun sense of humor and it was obvious that both Alex and Tim took great pride in their profession......argggh, I miss them both, they were a great team and a huge asset to Ralph's. Hopefully they know that we appreciate the service that they offer. Thank you La Sierra Ralph's team!

Not going to lie, I thought being in the store was great, employees here and there are of help and are genuinely nice, but I would like to showcase an associate, Amanda. She was rude and didn't seem like she wanted to help out as an associate should.
