Yelp
Ralph's Supermarket is the hometown supermarket for Charlestown, centrally located in the center of town. This Ralph's is not affiliated with the large and popular Ralphs Supermarket chain in Southern California, owned by Kroger.
This supermarket is smaller than a traditional supermarket carrying the basics including the Shurfine store brand. The store aisles are short. They carry a limited selection of several items including the produce and some frozen foods. I did not see the Banquet Frozen Dinners here, though they do carry Banquet Chicken. There's also a deli and bakery in back The regular shelf prices here are higher than the bigger stores miles away. The ramen noodles were 4 for $1 here, but I could get for 6 for $1 at the Market Basket near my home. However, Ralph's does offer some pretty good weekly specials.
The Betty Crocker Brownie Mix was 99 cents a box, which I was a great deal and I stocked up for my granny who swears by Betty Crocker Brownie Mix. No other brand will cut it including Pillsbury and Duncan Hines. She did have a sh-t fit when we bought the Pillsbury brand, a while ago. I also picked up a whole single layer frosted carrot cake was $5.99 too, which was pretty good.
Easy in-easy out!
