Intimate setting with interesting food options. Some options you cook yourself using a 500f rock. I will have to try that next time. Plenty of drink options. Be brave and try something new!! Happy hour bourbon drinks were half price. Great service. Food was fresh and tasty. Access to the location requires going down stairs if you access from the main entrance. There is plenty of nearby parking with some parking behind the location. I look forward to visiting again.

Made our first visit last night. I'll definitely be back. Took advantage of the Happy Hour food and drink specials. The Spicy Meatballs, Chicken Pesto flatbread, and pepperoni flatbread. Everything was excellent. Our waitress, Kara, was not only beautiful, but sweet and friendly aa well.

So we came in town just for this place we were told an hour wait to be seated and there were to fill tables inside one high top inside and two tables outside all we wanted to do was have a drink and be seated no food whatsoever they can't deal with the amount of people that come in the restaurant because There was tables available Phony smiles from one of the girls who is the Hostess, she had asked Bar maid if we can have a table to drink at Very disappointed seems to me they don't know how to run over a restaurant/bar. It's just a hotspot And it's trendy so that's the story. Don't recommend a place.

Google
Bar scene type atmosphere. Something different for us but we wanted to try something new. Nice setup for beer and wine on tap. Portions were smaller than what we were use to for the price. They are known for their bourbon cocktails which were advertised well but the taste was strong and left quite an aftertaste. Glad we ventured out into this new experience. If we were drinkers or connoisseur of fine wine this would be a great spot to visit.

This is the coolest place. So when you enter you're greeted by the host who helps you find a seat and explains the experience. Everyone gets a card which they connect to your credit card and you can self-serve yourself beer or wine. You are charged by the ounce not the glass, so you can try many different types of beers or wines. They have high-end tapas. We had flatbread with steak and figs. You should check this place out if you haven't already. The atmosphere was really cool as well. Highly recommend.

This was our first visit to Ram Cat Cellars, and we had such an enjoyable experience. The wine was fantastic, and we were really in love with the "grill your own steak, shrimp and/or scallops at the table."  Not only was the steak delicious, it was fun to grill it to our preferred temp.  The vibe here is comfortable, and the service was outstanding.  What a fun night!  We'll be back!

So I have been here several times and never had any complaints. This last time I went it was a Saturday night, it was steady but not crazy busy. 2 bartenders kept walking past us while sitting at the bar with money in front of us and no drink and not once asked us what we needed. After sitting there for literally 12 minutes, we decided to leave and go elsewhere. Meanwhile the owner stood at the end of the bar and just watched (clearly not us) or maybe he just isn’t that personable. Either way, I hope because they are doing well this doesn’t mean the quality is gonna drop because I really like to go here.

Our first time here and everything was incredible. Chacuterie board, tuna, scallops, bourbon, wine and awesome service! Will definitely be back.

Yelp
Great all around. Super addition to Seneca downtown! Nice wine and whiskey selection and the happy hour smoked old fashion is nice!

Yelp
Cozy space, fantastic service. Tasty food & wine. Our server Noah was great. 3 of us shared the lovely (large) charcuterie board, along with a bottle of Italian pinot grigio & the Pinot Parfait wine flight. An additional cabernet I tried to order had been replaced with a different one I was unfamiliar with. So Noah generously offered to bring me a tasting of it before I ordered. Love this place and the adjacent wine shop.

Yelp
Do not miss the opportunity to enjoy Ram Cat Cellars. Their wine, bourbon and food selection is amazing. The Old Fashioned (smoked), flatbreads, meatballs..all a must

Yelp
Met the owner when we got in and he gave us the rundown of how things work. It was already after 10pm (closing time) but there was still a crowd and he welcomed us in. "It doesn't look like we will be closing at 10, come on in and enjoy".

Yelp
Great atmosphere Service was very good and really enjoyed the charcuterie Nice wine selection

Yelp
I'm not a big drinker so I came for the food when my friends wanted to come here. I do think the setup of how you can pour your own wines is nice. Everyone who worked there was super nice! I got the steak because it was "the best steak ever" according to my friend. She wasn't too wrong. It was delicious and I had fun cooking it myself! But whatever you do, you HAVE to order the spinach and artichoke dip! I normally hate it but it's almost garlic-y and was the best thing! Even the flatbreads my friends got looked delicious! Pricey but that's because I'm cheap!

Yelp
Nice little place dt seneca, a small speak easy bar with outside seating. Seemed to be dedicated to an older crowd. My wife and I are 30 but we went on St. Patty's day. We tried the flat bread pizza which was really good. My wife ordered the sweet wine flight which had 4 types of wine and I ordered the boozy bourbon lemonade. We both enjoyed our drinks. Service did take a while but again it was busy due to the holiday. It was expensive but it gave us something to do, may try again if they are holding other events.

Yelp
Good food, good service, good atmosphere! Cool vibe!! Old fashion was very tasty and wine selection very good.

Yelp
Had the best experience here recently. Very nice food selection served tapas style. Our food was delicious and served nice and warm. Wine pour bar and bourbon selection were excellent. The owner came to every table, very friendly.

Yelp
food was good, service adequate, music good , bring your own fly swatter for indoor service. serve yourself draft from a foamy dispenser. told food would come out in courses (wrong!) all food came out at once, They sat a 500 degree plate in front of me to cook my own meal, while setting my salad on the other side of this inferno to try and eat. Will go back, when hell freezes over
