Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Melaka

This place was recently renovated and they done a great job upgrading this hotel. Front Desk service is friendly and efficient. The room is impeccable, clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the river from our room. The roof top pool also provide a great view of the Melaka city. This place is centrally located and an easy walk to various tourist attractions in the city.

The hotel is quite impressive with its newly furbished interior. Nice decor. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Ever ready to be of -serviced. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast was superb...ample choices, eastern & western. No problem of staying here again.

It was pleasure to stayed at Ramada"s. The room is nice and club lounge is beautiful. The concierge is really good. Humble n smile on their face make u happy. The only complaint i have is the food @ the club floor need to change every day. Not the same food

Wonderful place to stay. Parking is so so but the rest are great. The lobby smells lovely the staffs are even better. My room was clean, arrangements are beautiful and its more spacious than i expected. And oh dear, lets not forget about the b'fast shall we? One of the finest hotel breakfast for a reason. All in all, value for money and highly recommended

Old hotel, renovated not too long ago. Rooms are spacious and location is pretty central. Experience was generally pretty good up until the last day when the front office staff said I needed to top up my payment because the staff who checked me in handed me breakfast vouchers with my room keys, which I assumed were complimentary (My original booking had no breakfast included). Ugh.

Really lovely hotel that is well furnished with great amenities and friendly staff. However, staff response can be a little slow as it took quite a while to contact the club rooms concierge. Instructions for club room guest also isn't very clear as we had to check in at a different concierge and check out and the main concierge. But overall, the experience was good.

Water pressure in the room on level 13 was so powerful and loud when the toilet bowl was flushed. Rain shower was very nice. USB port in the room didn't work, couldn't charge my phone. Food wise, okay. Staff were pleasant. Enjoyable stay.

Good hotel location in the city center. Staffs were nice and accommodating. The rooms seems refurbished however the building itself is abit aged and tired. Room windows are thin and outside traffic noise is audible clearly at night. You may have problem if you're a light sleeper the trade off is Good price for a 5 Star hotel... Overall it was a pleasant stay.
