Rambler Columbus Apartments

I would give this a 4.8/5. I really love the amenities the Rambler has to offer, and the lobby provide bright, comfortable spaces to focus and get work done. Overall, my time here has been great.

UPDATE: They responded weeks ago saying they are working on installing signage to prevent unauthorized access which is a lie. There is no new signage and they have been telling people for a month they are working on adding it. How long does it take to print a piece of paper saying residents only?? I’ve complained multiple times about the lack of security. Their only response has been to call security ourselves, rather than focusing on preventing the issue entirely. They leave most doors unlocked and allow the coffee shop customers to go into resident only spaces. There are no signs on the second floor stating that it is a resident only space. Such a security risk to not manage this better, and frustrating to pay over $1,000 and be told we are responsible for managing security that they should be doing themselves. Please put up signs!! If you’re thinking of living here - save your money since they allow the public here anyway without paying rent. The fire alarms have also gone off many times after 2 am and early in the morning - and I once had to call emergency maintenance to rip out our fire alarm as it went off for over an hour. The elevators and stair locks are often out of order. I and many others here have gotten stuck in the stairwell AND elevator more than once. The packages are not organized and could easily be stolen. The place is pretty and well decorated, but ran by college students who care more about their instagram posts rather than addressing safety concerns and real issues.

I had such a great experience working with Olivia Oiler. She was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. I learned so much about the Rambler and all the amenities!

Great property with lots of amenities. If you want to live in a building like this, there is no question Rambler’s location is the best. Liv is so helpful in the leasing office. Friendly residents.

Living in the Rambler is so awesome! There are so many great amenities and things to do. I also am in the Business school so my walk to class is so short! Best place

Super impressed by the amenities at this fine reidencence. Upon walking in, you're greeted, with high brick walls, loft vaulted, ceilings and a balcony overlooking the lobby where you can enjoy a wonderful cup of coffee each morning. My niece just moved in here and showed me an amazing dry sauna.Yoga studio and more. Check it out!!

I had an in-person tour with Ridhi, and she was so kind. She passionately explained all the amenities and benefits of living at the Rambler. She was an excellent tour guide, and I would highly recommend scheduling your building tours with Ridhi!

Went to the Rambler recently to inquire about living. The employee I talked with, Liv, was very nice and helpful. The building was also spick and span. Would highly recommend the Rambler for anyone looking for luxurious apartment living. Thank you, Liv!
