Ramen Aku

Jazz was our server for our group of 6 and she was fantastic! Very attentive, helpful, and so friendly. We love her! :) There’s plenty of free parking outside and the interior is clean. We love the decor theme and the story behind it. Moderate noise inside but you can still talk comfortably. The food was great but we do have some feedback. Alcohol prices were very fair and we appreciated that the glasses were chilled and pours were generous. Our group ordered takoyaki, fried gyoza, and several bowls of ramen. We all thought the ramen was about an 8/10 and flavors were good. The toppings are great (ramen egg was cooked perfectly and chashu was thick). We just wished the broth was much hotter in temperature. Overall we all enjoyed our lunch and would absolutely come again!

We had an amazing experience here! We ordered the quesabirria California roll, the birria ramen, and the shoyu ramen, and everything was hella good. The flavors were on point, super rich, and very satisfying. The birria especially was 🔥🔥🔥. On top of the food, the service really stood out. Our server, Jazz, was absolutely amazing. She was patient, kind, and super helpful—especially with my kid, who was completely confused about what to order. She took the time to explain things and helped him pick something he ended up loving. Great food, great vibes, and top-tier customer service. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved my time here with some friends! The ambience and vibes are great, we had a great time with our hostess - Jazz. She was very attentive and friendly, and reassured we would have a fantastic time visiting Vegas! Our only wish was that the food came out a little hotter, but a small thing compared to the rest of our experience! For some logistics, parking is plenty and accessible. They also have a wheel spin that your group can have fun with!

Stopped in for ramen for my wife. Food was great unfortunately didn’t get a pic of it. Service was superb , hostess Tiffany made sure that we had everything we needed. When I’m back in Vegas again I will definitely be stopping through again and will for sure have pictures next time

The food was fantastic! I usually don’t eat much, but I surprised myself by finishing the entire bowl of ramen and the takoyaki—I could barely walk afterward! My husband was very proud of me and wishes we had a ramen place like this near us.

Ramen aku is a great place to come by and enjoy some delicious ramen. I usually order the ultimate ramen, and it’s absolutely amazing! The service here is also top-notch, with Tiffany and Garret providing exceptional assistance. I highly recommend dining here again.

When you walk in you see a sign to wait to be seated. A lady told us she would be right with us and proceeded to talk to almost every table before coming over to seat us. The service did pick up once we were seated and I will say food comes out fast. The ambiance is fairly laid back, not very loud, considering its near UNLV. Not too bad. Now the food is where it started to fall a bit too quickly, or maybe we started to good with the chicken. The soy garlic chicken hit the table first and this was a bite of heaven. Super tender and amazing flavor. Great chicken to breading ratio and I loved the mixed of garlic chips. It also has potatoes to cover up the small amount of chicken on the plate though-sneaky. The Black Garlic Ramen: the broth is suppose to shine- and this truly truly tasted like water...with black specks of nothing- not even a pepper taste. The pork chashu...was flavorless- we took it out to try on its own and it was plain- put it back together and it was not it. It was also fairly tough for chashu. The noodles were also super super soft. Tiger Roll- the roll has shrimp tempura, avocado, and spicy tuna. The spicy tuna was just off tasting unfortunately. Overall I unfortunately don't see ourselves coming back unless changes are made. The Ramen and sushi which was primarily why we came were a huge miss. walked in the door waited to be seated and a mexican lady looks at me and says come in. i pause because what does that even mean, are you going to seat me or tell me i can sit somewhere? after shrugging at her like "huh??" she finally says i can sit anywhere. i immediately order and the wait for a bowl of ramen was easily 15+ minutes which is insane because there was only one other table seated, and they were finished with their meal by the time i ordered. while im waiting, the mexican lady is super loud and even singing along to the music playing i'm the ambience, super annoying and unprofessional. the ramen bowl finally comes and in my bowl are disposable plastic fork and spoon, no soup spoon included. i've been here before so i know they do have soup spoons so i request one from a different staff member as i'm pretty sure at this point the mexican lady is incompetent. utterly disappointing. food is barely decent, not terrible, which is the only reason i won't give one star

Solid choice for food, the environment is super clean with fun decorations. Super bright environment. They only have ramen after 9pm. The broth was delicious, a lot of great flavors. The chicken was juicy, easy to eat and of course, crunchy. Needed food after arriving at the airport, not in the best area of town, but driving is fine. At night, it is slightly slow, but hostess was helpful and friendly. Tonkatsu ramen ($15) and black garlic ramen ($16). Added some spice, not spicy at all, very settled flavors. Noodles were chewy in a good way which I prefer. Definitely come check it out for your ramen cravings.

Ramen was fantastic. I got the tonkotsu ramen and added corn. Definitely coming back next Vegas trip. This place was so cute and the server too! Music had us viking.

Found this little gem located in Las Vegas, Nevada very small quaint but very home feels and lots of space and the restaurant and restroom were very clean and that was a plus in my book. Service was excellent and the Ramen was to die for would definitely come back again. Highly recommend the sushi as well as a the bulgolgi appetizer

Food was great. Ultimate ramen was loaded. Veggie spring rolls were amazing. Our server Koto was friendly and attentive. Place is really cool too. Neon lights and flags make it feel like a small place in Japan.

Was in the nearby area and decided to check this place out. We came on a Wed evening, it was pretty empty. There were a couple of "to go" orders but we were the ones in the restaurant. The place has plenty of tables, has a pretty cool vibes about it. The food is limited to ramen, some appetizers and some sushi rolls. I checked Yelp before heading over but when I got there, they had changed their menu 3 mos ago which I didn't catch because I was reviewing the old menu based on the photos shared. I failed to check WHEN those were shared so I was surprised to see a diff menu once I got seated. We ordered the following: 1. croquettes - they were delicious. I really enjoyed them. 2. chicken ramen - I like a lighter broth so this was good. It came with some pieces of chicken which tasted like teriyaki flavored. The ramen has the bamboo shoots and tons of green onion and half an egg which to be spy flavored. It was still soft in the middle (the yolk), so that was perfect. 3. Tonkotsu ramen: the meat was tender and smoky. It was good. The sauce is more creamy as that is how most tonkotsu base is. Overall it was decent, It wasn't bad but also nothing exceptional. The croquettes were good though and the waitstaff were friendly and attentive. 2 big pluses!

I absolutely love this ramen place. It's decorated very nicely, Japanese themed. They have Service is good, helpful in explaining our questions with the menu. They have tables and also cool counter area to dine at. I had the Black Garlic Ramen and it was delicious. The broth is so good and good amount of pork slices. They have several toppings you can add as well. They also have appetizers, sushi rolls, and curry. I had a Mango Cream Soda and loved it. It is located in the Target Shopping Center on Maryland and Flamingo with lots of easy parking. I can't wait to go back!

The food itself is phenomenal and has a specific taste and flavor to it. Along with the service being excellent and attentive. As for the ambiance it gives you a warm cozy feeling.

Bulgogi was too sweet and chewy. For the price I was expecting a bit more or at least taste better. The ramen was mid. We walked in-- no other guest in the restaurant but nobody seat us for a good 10 mins. But after we were seated, service was good. They checked on us and make sure everything is good. Cure little ramen shop, food can definitely be improved both in quality and flavor

Came here for lunch to get out of the cool Las Vegas weather. No wait for lunch and food came out hot, service is fast. Love the interior dining area with the neon signage. The shoyu Ramen was delicious. Soup to noodle ratio was ideal. Toppings included: chopped green onions, Baboo shoots, sliced pork belly. The pork belly was tender, and you could tell that it was cooked before which gave it a nice smoky taste. Slight issue with Apple Pay at the end. But aside from that, food was perfect.

The food is amazing, I love the black garlic chicken. The customer service is top tier ask for Garret he is very kind and nice.

We stopped into Ramen Aku for the first time and had a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful, guiding us to try the Chicken Ramen with a Level 2 spice. It was such a solid recommendation ... the broth was flavorful, the spice was just right, and there was so much chicken. Really satisfying from the first bite to the last! A chill vibe inside with cool music, We'll absolutely come back here the next time we're in Las Vegas

If you're starving or in a hurry, select someplace else. Upon entering, in the early afternoon, I stood by the unattended "Wait To Be Seated" sign for almost 5 minutes. No one came to the front. It was not crowded. I had to walk to the back counter where 2 workers (possibly owners) still failed to acknowledge me. One of them looked up and I told him that I was going to sit at a table. He said sorry. A short time later, the other person brought me a menu and water in a disposable plastic cup. I ordered the Black Garlic Ramen and an order of Gyoza. Twenty minutes after placing my order the first person came to my table and apologized, stating that they were working on my order. At thirty two minutes, my gyoza arrived. It was warm, as if it was sitting for awhile. There was no sauce. I requested gyoza sauce and was given what tasted like teriyaki sauce. The gyoza had a good taste to it, but was off put by the teriyaki sauce. At thirty six minutes my ramen arrived. It consisted of a good portion of ramen noodles, chashu, corn kernels, sliced bamboo shoots green onion, fishcake slice, seaweed and half a ramen egg, in a creamy black garlic broth. The ramen broth was warm. It had a nice flavor. The ramen egg was cooked perfectly. The corn and bamboo shots were firm and tasty. When I first entered the restaurant, there were three food delivery drivers waiting to pick up food. When I left about 55 minutes after arriving, they were still waiting. I'm not sure if I'd come back to this place. The food, although not as hot as I'd like it, was pretty good. But the wait to be seated, and the wait for my order doesn't seem worth it. I hope the service gets better.

Food was so delicious. I had the chicken ramen and egg rolls. Flavorful with every single bight. It was so good, we took what we didn't eat to go. The atmosphere was super cool too. Great music and fun vibe. If you're lucky you'll get to meet the owner Harry for top notch customer service. He was super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend you visit!

We came the day after Thanksgiving. The ramen soup base was very salty. The meats were tough too. However, the soy garlic chicken was good, the 4 stars I gave were all given to the chicken.

The food was delicious and the staff were kind, funny, and attentive. They provided great recommendations for what to get. Highly recommend the spicy garlic edamame, and the black garlic ramen with spicy sauce added in. Lastly, if you can, get yourself some fried tofu. Their batter is fire and it was the crispiest, fluffiest tofu I have ever had. We'll be back next time we come to Vegas to try the Korean-style chicken. Yum!

Good amount of ingredients. Great flavor. Broth temperature was a little room temperature. Maybe because of all the added ingredients. I got the black garlic Ramen with their spiciest spice. Unfortunately it wasn't crazy spicy but definitely had a good balance.

Ordered Ramen, few sushi rolls, and dumplings. Order took kinda long to get delivered and dumplings were cold and no wasabi for the sushi rolls. The main reason I ordered was for the $17.00 spicy ramen which was not delivered with the food. We called restaurant the lady maybe the owner said she gave the whole order to the driver. Well she lied or he must have ate it since it was not in the bags. We dealt we Uber Eats that night and the next day who were looking into it with the restaurant and then in 2 days I have a credit in my Uber Eats account for $2.00. Really??? I don't think they know math. I wouldn't order from this "Aku Brain" place again. See ya ! *Had no choice with the 1 star it won't post with zero stars.

After seeing kascade at Zouk nightclub, we came here for some soupy food. The ramen was so delicious, soup base and its salt concentration wakes me up. The fried green beans was crunchy and appetizing, unfortunately the dipping sauce wasn't to my liking, wish they would have paired it with the aioli sauce. Overall, great menu selections and a very friendly service.

This restaurant is near my job and I figured I would try something new for lunch. The restaurant is very clean and well kept. It's kinda small, but that's expected for a ramen spot. The server who was there, was very nice. He greeted me when I walked in and was friendly. I told him that I would order take out, but a little later on my lunch break, I was just coming in to look at the menu. He then gave me a business card and told me to call my order in so I wouldn't have to wait. Anyway, I called in my order around 6:30pm. The guy who answered the phone was polite and didn't rush me to order. He told be that my food would be ready in less than 10 minutes. I came into the restaurant, paid, and my food came out within 10 minutes, just as promised. I ordered the chicken fried rice and a chicken skewer. Both items were VERY good!! I will definitely be back to order again. The chicken skewer was a lot bigger than I thought. The chicken fried rice was very good, it had large pieces of chicken throughout the rice. It was chicken in every bite! Honestly the rice tasted so good, I forgot to add the soy sauce to it. I ate most of the rice and a few bites of the skewer before my break was over. I even took a 10 minute break just to finish the few spoonfuls of rice I had left. I brought the skewer home and put it in my air fryer to warm it up, and it was bomb!!!! I have nothing bad to say about this place. Service and food were excellent!!

The food was good, had ramen chicken and the supreme chicken. The place seem clean. The only issue I did have was originally ..I wanted black garlic ramen ,I did not want pork so I ask the server if she can substitute the pork meat for chicken , she said no, they can't do that. So I said okay, well I'll get the ramen chicken can I have black garlic oil on the side . She said no we also can't do that. That's a first for me. Usually ramen places will let you have spices,oils, sauces on the side if you ask but of course with extra charge, which was completely fine on my end . I was hoping she would say let me ask the chef or my manager if that's possible. I was gonna ask her to ask; But then I knew it would hold up the time , since she was the only server there working . Which I think it was ridiculous because it was getting busy . Had to get up to ask the man behind the counter for a to go box and the bill. Anyways not sure if I'd come back here again.

Love this place. My son and I came here for the first time today, and it is now his favorite ramen place. The service was great, got seated right away, food was delicious, and service was great. They didnt have the flavor ice cream in house so he actually went next door and picked us up some. He was so quick I didnt even realize. Most people would just simply say they dont have any left. it was above and beyond customer service. We love this place, and we will be back. 100% recommend

I was there awhile back so I apologize for not writing then. The food was absolutely delicious! And I picked up a few things I had never tried before thanks to the folks who posted the menu here on Yelp. I hope to visit again soon as I live in the area now.

TL;DR Close to the strip and at affordable prices. I really liked the potato croquette. Service was great and we received our food in a timely manner. The water did not taste like tap water which is a blessing. I liked the theme and decor of the restaurant. There's accommodation for parties of 2, 4, and 6. First time visit on 3/16/25

Got the tonkatsu ramen with shrimp tempura. And my friend got the chicken ramen with corn. Both were very flavorful. The pricing is really good and reasonable. Service was quick.

Came here with some friends while visiting Vegas. Was served by David and Tiffany- super friendly and informative. It's a laid back and casual spot. They made a recommendation to get the soy garlic fried chicken and it did not disappoint. I also got the tonkatsu Ramen and it was also super rich and flavorful.

Went to the hole in the wall ramen spot and was utterly surprised. Delicious bold ramen. I ordered the tonkotsu ramen but got chicken instead of pork in it. It was really good. I also ordered the fried chicken with supreme sauce on the side. The fried chicken also comes with potato wedges. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Vegas.
