"A small, Canadian ramen restaurant has made the long expansion from Alberta and with zero fanfare is now serving a collection of authentic dishes in Spring Valley. Ramen Arashi has been operating on the second floor of a Banff shopping mall for less than a year, but has received multiple accolades as an unexpected 'hidden gem.' In Las Vegas, the casual, minimally designed space replaces Apache Grill’s burgers and gyros at the Montage Retail Shopping Center, close to the intersection of Peace Way and Fort Apache Road, nestling in as a new neighbor to The Juice Standard. On the menu, a number of choices imported from the north, including the black tantan men dish created with black sesame and pork, tonkotsu ramen prepared with pork belly, a version of miso ramen, and the house specialty, Arashi tantan men, featuring porky belly chashu, egg, spinach, and nori. Current sides dishes include chicken karaage and takoyaki octopus snacks." - Bradley Martin

I got the special tonkotsu ramen very delicious and very authentic Japanese ramen taste!! The chashu is lightly torched, got the flame-boil taste and adding a bit of a crunch, it's so good, the best I've had. The appetizers and other items are also very tasty. Everything was priced just right.

I am so happy I found this delicious ramen place in Las Vegas!! All the dishes are authentic Japanese’s ramen flavor. The owner is Japanese and the flavor or I should say the soup is on point!! I had tan tan ramen and my husband had Tonkotu and they are both delicious! We also came back and had shoyu ramen too and arghh so good! Please stay open forever so I don’t have to drive all the way to china town! I feel that this place is good as Monta! We will be back for more!

Quick stop for Ramen after a night of dancing hula. Service was great and fast. Ordered the Miso Ramen and the broth was delicious; thick and creamy. I order to go and the soup was packed separately which is great. Restaurants usually do that. Cute quaint spot and I would definitely return as often as I can.

The Ramin here is GREAT! The noodles and soup have a lot of flavor. The fried octopus appetizer is delicious and the fried rice had a wonderful little bite to it. We will be back. The only reason that I gave them a 4 stars is there is no fountain drinks only canned. Stop in and have some wonderful Japanese food.

I take my two year old on dad daughter dates for ramen, as my wife doesn't like ramen. I’ve gone to several ramen and soup noodles, and Ramen Arashi is probably one of my new favorites! Perfect service with many smiling employees. And the thing that I loved the most was the personal kids plate and bowl, made it feel like part of the family dinner.

Came here during lunch hour, was surprised it wasn't busy but was excited that I didn't have to wait to try because the reviews and personal recommendations for high. Many of the ramen specials include pork based broth or pork itself however it tasted pretty great and clean considering. Also the miso special is really great as well. A bit of advice, order yourself a side of extra noodles they bring it fresh halfway through your meal so when you have leftover broth, you have an extra bowl of noodles to eat with it 👌 two ramen specials with the side of noodles and an appetizer will run you under 30 bucks for lunch, you can't beat it!

5 star if it was just for hospitality! Saturday night 6 pm was not busy at all, waiters were attentive and the chefs very energetic. As soon as I entered the restaurant the aroma of torched/seared chashu pork was very appetizing. Unfortunately the food was just average. I got their signature Tonkotsu Special with the default toppings. Toppings included a whopping 4 pieces of chashu pork, 1 whole egg, scallion, takana, roasted garlic chips, and red ginger. Pork was very flaky and fell apart very easily with not too much flavor. Soup was pretty close to what you may be able to get from any good instant noodle powder soup packs. Gyoza was definitely not homemade and tasted a little spoiled; something factory made and it either wasn't cooked thoroughly or kept defrosted for too long before cooking. Tl;dr very good vibes with Japanese staff but very average ramen.

Ramen Arashi has a very good ramen. As I am trying to eat mostly vegan, they don't have a vegetable ramen but you can get edamame several salads and you can make fried rice with no meat or eggs. Great food good prices. And you can get packed on the weekends! Overall a good place to eat.
