"This fast casual eatery in Boca Raton may well be worth the trip from Miami. It boasts a meticulously concocted broth, as well as fresh, handmade noodles. In true ramen shop fashion, the menu is very concise, offering a handful of broth varieties, as well as a selection of toppings. This may also be one of the few places where vegans can enjoy a bowl of this quintessential Japanese comfort food. To round out the menu, the kitchen also dishes out a few rice bowls for the soup adverse, as well as a selection of appetizers." - Carlos Olaechea

Ramen Lab Eatery serves flavorful, well-balanced ramen with rich broth and fresh ingredients. The pork belly is tender, and the noodles have great texture. It’s a casual, relaxed place with quick service and consistent quality. A solid choice when you’re craving comforting, authentic ramen in Miami without the fuss.

Google
Good authentic ramen experience. I have been to this restaurant several times. Highly recommended!

Google
Super niche ramen bar with cool art and a nice chill atmosphere. I've been to so many locations before and across places the ramen here is always the most savory and delicious 😋 I love that I can eat just a bowl and feel satisfied For something different you can go to Delray for the full dining experience :)

Google
The tonkatsu ramen and the teriyaki were very good were very good but we were rushed twice (I was eating and the lady was asking me if ok to take my plate even not finished), even though the place was not crowded. I didn't finish well my last bite.

This was my first time at Ramen Lab Eatery, and the experience was fantastic! Mineral made my visit smooth and welcoming. She guided me through the menu and recommended great choices, which I truly appreciated. The food was amazing—flavorful, fresh, and well-prepared. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Google
I randomly found it on yelp, this is definitely a place I’ll be returning in the future. I loved the decoration, the service was excellent and those kimchi fries are to die for!

Delicious bubble tea. Very little space inside, we sat with friends outside. I am not a fan of Asian cuisine, but my friends found it very tasty. Thank you

Google
I would say that it's not one of the best ramen we've ever had, and it sits firmly at a solid 3/5 ish in terms of ramen, teriyaki, and other fast casual Japanese meals. They garnish their meals with A LOT of green onion, while it's not necessarily a bad thing for me since I love it, but it was definitely more than I would have imagined. The food was too salty and too sweet at the same time, it felt like it was playing off of those two specific flavours too much. I would say it was worth it to at least try the fried cauliflower, since it was an interesting dish I never thought I would ever have. If you have limited space on your stomach and time in Florida, I would only try something light here and not commit to the full main dish.

Yelp
First time trying out this establishment at the Boca location and I must say they were pretty tasty. They just open one closer to my location in Boynton and I definitely will try out that location next time! Service was good. You order from the counter and they will bring out your order later to your table. It's a small and quaint restaurant with a few tables and bar. Cute for a cozy date night or to grab a quick bite.

Yelp
Don't understand all of the good reviews... The ramen is bland and the ingredients they put in there aren't quality I have visited on 3 to 4 occasions throughout the years hoping I just ordered a bad dish and I always walk away thoroughly disappointed. Ramen is my absolute favorite, when done right. Whether it's shoyu ramen, miso ramen, pork, short rib, the ramen is just bad at Ramen Lab Eatery. I'm at a loss at the high reviews. There is no flavor. Hot water with tough chewy short rib, pork. The noodles are off too. No thanks

Steven G.

Yelp
Visited this location for boba based on some of the reviews. The place wasn't very busy but we waiting over 30 minutes. The host ringing everyone out was super overwhelmed and seemed very disinterested in working. No one took our name down and two people got served before us, and it looked like the restaurant was prioritizing their online ordering over customers coming in. I would not recommend this place just based on the poor service alone. Update: Wanted to add a photo of my drink it was 75% ice so sad do not visit this location it will not be worth it.

Yelp
Solid lunch experience! Were staying at a hotel in the area and decided to look for something walking distance. They have great lunch deals where you can order a main, an appetizer, and a drink, all for a discounted price. I got the lunch salad with salmon, and I was quite pleased and surprised with the generous portions! The salad was also delicious, as it came with a yummy dressing, and the salmon itself was prepared with a super flavorful rub. Hubby ordered the tuna poke bowl with brown rice and enjoyed it. We both got the chicken bao buns for appetizers, which were also flavourful. Didn't get a chance to try the ramen, but for a quick lunch experience, I recommend this spot!

Yelp
This is the best ramen place in Boca! I always come here when I'm craving a warm bowl of soup or just a typical ramen. They have the best charred pork belly appetizer, their pork gyoza is also out of this world! My favorite one is always the miso ramen with pork belly! The next time I go though, I will have to try the prime rib because it looked delicious! Their staff is always super nice and friendly, the tables are perfectly clean and placed in a reasonable distance from each other, making it the best spot for a date! I highly recommend this place and will be continuing to go there on a regular!

Yelp
An incredible experience! This restaurant is located adjacent to Mizner Park. While it's just a short walk from the park, the establishment is in a plaza with its own parking and features both outdoor and indoor seating areas. The interior was well-maintained and orderly, with a cashier register for ordering and a self-service kiosk. I opted for the 5-spice duck ramen and a milk tea. I would say the price was fair, given the quality and portion size of the food. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming to me and my party. They assigned us numbered signs and told us they would bring our food to the table. Despite the restaurant being quite busy, they managed to deliver everything we ordered--including appetizers, drinks, and main dishes--for my party of six within half an hour. Given the cooler weather in the evening, we chose to sit outside on relatively comfortable chairs. They brought everything outside to us. My duck tasted fantastic! It had a savory flavor, was perfectly cooked, and paired well with the other ingredients. The milk tea was decent, too, but a bit toward the pricer side. Once we finished our meal, the staff promptly cleaned our table and, once again, was super polite. I would highly recommend giving this place a try!

Yelp
Very cute inside. Staff is way beyond friendly Food was ok. The cauliflower appetizer was very good The veggie Raman dish was very good too. But the other two dishes lacked flavor. Wish I could tell you what they were called. One had noodles and veggies and shrimp. They have a great happy hour everyday til 7pm The taco appetizer was very good too. Lots of fish but wish it had more sauce or something. The bubble teas and drinks looked amazing but we didn't get one.

Yelp
They have such a big selection of bowls to order from along with salmon and salad and dumplings and much more to choose from on their menu. my red curry Ramen bowl was really good with ground chicken and the sauce had just enough spice to make it delicious. The servers are really nice and attentive. It's not a very big place so It can get really crowded there at times but they have an outside patio. You can sit at also.

Yelp
The Tom Yum ramen was definitely unique! Would definitely get it again if I was craving seafood and something tart. The ramen noodles have the perfect bite in my opinion, not too fall apart soft and not too chewy. My friend got the katsu chicken curry. The presentation and overall quality was good, but definitely tastes like they use the premade curry blocks to make this curry. Overall, I would come back to try the other ramen creations they have. The udon carbonara has peaked my attention, so definitely will get that the next time I come.

Samreen R.

Yelp
Located in Mizner park, super delicious! I got the chicken katsu don and loved the curry. It wasn't too salty but still flavorful. The chicken was pretty crispy too! It came with potatoes and radish mmmm. It's very similar to the chicken katsu app, so you don't need both but the app comes with mayo dip which is good. Also tried a few other things the kimchi friends yum yum yum! The sauces and kimchi combo were delicious on the crispy waffle fries. Ambiance is pretty causal, you order and pay first and then sit anywhere. The food is brought out as it's ready and there's a fountain for drinks. Space is a bit tight, tables inside are few. Seating is mostly outside, it's covered and some nights there's live music. Overall, it was yummy and I'd come back to try other things in the menu!

Bill D.

Yelp
It was a great meal and the service was excellent. Really good and I'm picky! Going to go back as soon as I can.

Menghai T.

Yelp
I was told to choose a seat and someone would come and take my order. 15 mins passed before anyone came. Eventually I placed my order and got the edamame($5 happy hour however I ended up getting charged the full price of $7) , 5 spice duck ramen($21), and a tiramisu boba tea($8.5). The boba balls lacked flavor, the "tiramisu" tasted like a slightly sweet milk coffee. The ramen and edamame came out at the same time. The edamame had a buttery taste with some furikake seasoning. The ramen broth was very savory and had just the right amount of saltiness. Noodles had a great texture and absorbed the broth very well. There was a generous portion of duck serve in the dish. Overall the food is great especially the ramen, but the service was lacking and the overcharge was annoying. Food: 8.3 Staff/service: 3.0 Value: 6.0 Overall: 6.4/10

Yelp
I absolutely LOVED this place. Cute little restaurant. When you walk in you're greeted immediately and the register is right there. You order your food. Take a seat and they bring your food to you. In this instance because it was me and my friends first time there we grabbed a menu and took at seat at a table. Someone from the restaurant came to our table to give us suggestions and to also take our order. I can't remember everything that we ordered but just know everything was so tasty. No complaints. And I have to give a huge shoutout to Eli because he was so amazing. His customer service was 5 stars. He was helpful, attentive, and nice. On our table we have a duck ramen, miso ramen, wings, boa buns and some good ole sake.

CeCe M.

Yelp
I think about this place all the time. In my opinion, this spot is definitely among the top ramen spots in south Florida. We got the tonkatsu and shoyu ramen. Both were SO GOOD and left us cozy and full. We finished off our time with bubble tea, and it pretty good for a food spot! The atmosphere is so cool and the server at the register was helpful when I asked questions. Inside is small, but there's an outside section.

Amy B.

Yelp
The ramen was delicious. It was cooked perfectly and had nice flavoring. The duck was tender. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. The slight inconvenience is the tables are rather small and there was no table service to speak of. I enjoyed the food thoroughly, however I think it would be more comfortable to have this as take out rather than an eat in, sit down meal.

Sanita M.

Yelp
One of my favourite restaurants for Ramen and Boba drinks. All employees here are so friendly and welcoming. The food is always delicious and flavourful. Will be definitely coming back.

Yelp
Nestled near the Mizner Plaza, Ramen Lab Eatery is one of our local favorites, this location is smaller yet still an impressive location. During our recent visit, the star of the show, as always, was the bow buns. We indulged in the succulent pork belly buns and the flavorful fried mushroom bow buns--both were amazing and that left us wanting more. Additionally, a consistent favorite for us is the Goza pan-fried, which never disappoints. However, we decided to venture into a rice dish on this occasion, and while it didn't quite reach the heights of the bow buns, it still offered a tasty interlude to the meal. If you're in the mood for a fusion of flavors and textures, do yourself a favor and stop by Ramen Lab Eatery. The bow buns alone make it a worthy destination. A minor note on Service, for this location you have to order at the cash register before you sit down, which can be a little weird, but that's just how they operate. There is someone that checks on you occasionally to take your plates and bring out your food, but don't count on a dedicated weight staff as it's not intended or set up to operate as such.

Hank C.

Yelp
Stopped here for ramen, and you can really customize your ramen to your taste. Inside, seating like a small ramen shop, bathroom, and a counter to order. They give you a number and you can sit outside at an open space which is nice. They have a few beers, some plum wine and sake and soju, and then bubble tea, too. The appetizers we tried: - karage (fried chicken) was ok; a little smaller, crispier pieces would have been easier to eat - gyoza - the veggie was ok, and the pork was ok; could've been crispier on the gyoza, but they had them sitting in the sauce. - bao - we had all three kinds, they were very good as an app! could be a great meal to do all three Ramen: - miso lacked much in the way of miso flavor (very weak); noodles were cooked right and the corn and bamboo were good; egg was nicely soft boiled - tonkatsu is definitely better, rich broth that was much better than the miso broth Overall, good tonkatsu, better bao. Will be back to try more!

Idsia R.

Yelp
First time ordering from this restaurant and must say, it was delish I ordered the Ramen Tonkotsu with no spice, Udon noodles, a side of bao buns with just the right amount of seasoning, and plenty of Chashu pork belly, super stuffed with everything that did not disappoint. will be visiting the restaurant as there are so many dishes I want to try and experience the whole dining experience as I ordered Take out.

Nancy O.

Yelp
I've ordered through delivery from here before. Today, I visited in person. I got the veggie ramen that was a decent portion. My dad got the seafood ramen that looked stunning. I would say the service is a little slow and they forget items. However, when I came it's the lunch rush hour so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. The food definitely does not disappoint. I love the flavor of every item. There's free parking in the lot. And indoor and outdoor seating. They also have a calendar of events. For example, on Tuesday they have bingo from 7 pm to 9 pm. And live music on Friday from 8 pm to 11 pm. There's also happy hour and lunch specials.

Fashion K.

Yelp
You order at a countertop via iPad which isn't very appealing at restaurants. Serve yourself water at a dispenser and the tables are tiny. Got tonkotsu ramen. The pork was absolutely charred, dry, and tasted old. I've eaten a decent amount of pork in ramen and this was the most poorly cooked. The rest of it was nothing much to write home about. Around the same price as most ramen places in Miami despite not being a full-service restaurant and in the suburbs.

Haley K.

Yelp
Best Happy Hour in Boca with food and drinks. Quick and easy service with ordering. Awesome themed restaurant. Best ramen in the area

Cecily H.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I had ordered their duck ramen and have had food poisoning all day, we are now going to hospital since he and I cannot stop throwing it up.

Thomas M.

Yelp
Alex help this first timer to an. Amazing order. He ordered me a Tonkotsu Ramen with Korean short ribs. It is amazing and the flavor profiles are out of this world. Thank you Alex

Barbara M.

Yelp
It's always easy parking. A most adorable small venue across from Mizner park exists and Daniel is always friendly sweet and helpful. He took my favorite order which is salad that includes baby tomatoes , micro greens and crispy enoki mushrooms tossed in a most yummy sesame dressing and i added grilled salmon. This is sooo good i never get a chance to try much else. Next time maybe!

Marc C.

Yelp
It was delicious I really enjoyed the food as well as the kind workers. Highly recommend will obviously come back for more!

Carlos J.

Yelp
I experienced a brief wait for my food, but trust me, it was well worth it. Compared to other eateries, the delay was manageable. The staff and patrons exuded warmth and friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Prices were reasonable, and the interior dazzled with whimsical touches: vibrant fan art, endearing figurines, and charming chalk character sketches. This hidden gem seamlessly blends flavor, affordability, and visual charm.

Catherine D.

Yelp
This place was good .. it was super packed.. but really fast. When you come in you order at the register they give you a number to put on your table and they bring food out when done. The food was good had the Korean wings and kimchi fries. It's very small inside and parking is hard when packed. Great atmosphere. And good price ...

Joyce H.

Yelp
I thought the food first of all looked sooo good. Even though looks aren't everything, the presentation made it look so good. The bao buns were so delicious and soft. The touch of green onions made all the difference. The food came out pretty quickly and it was nice service. I definitely want to try the ramen next time because that is what it's known for but it was a decent Asian restaurant. I feel like for the bowl I've had better ones at Korean restaurants for sure

georg l.

Yelp
Overpriced and food was below the expectations. 2 teas and 2 bowl for $54.00 and we both got stomach sick after. Will not go again.

Ershad Z.

Yelp
Cute ramen place. Very authentic ramen. We got miso ramen and Japanese curry rice And spicy edamame. Top it off with Passion fruit green tea. We are at the bar. We came in here instead of the kapow noodle restaurant around the corner. They have a few locations, but this is the original.

Hannah W.

Yelp
Husband and I loved our experience here. The staff was so friendly. We had a baby with us and they were so kind to grab the high chair for us. The food was delicious & It was really nice to sit outside as well. Would visit again :)

Danielle J.

Yelp
Cool place awesome ramen and hubby and I were so full at the end haha Would recommend

Derek R.

Yelp
Many photos but very few show seating area and mostly at non tables so assume it's not for a group of 4 - mainly take out! Otherwise sounds fine but just not a place to sit enjoy ambiance!

Gianna S.

Yelp
This is a definite stop if you're in the Pineapple Grove area! There is a variety of indoor and outdoor tables as well as bar top seating. The appetizer chicken gyoza came with 5 pieces ($7). The sauce had a mild spice to it but was delicious. The ramen bowls were a satisfying portion size. The prices for add-on's were a little steep ($1 to $2 for a few bean sprouts or bok choy). We came at dinner hour on the weekend and the restaurant was a little understaffed so service was a bit slow at times, but the servers were very attentive and doing their best. They said they had a boba shortage and only had lychee jelly, but there is a wide variety of tea drinks - including non-milk tea options - to choose from. They ranged from $5-$7 which is cheaper than most in the area but they are definitely not skimping on the quality of their teas.

Taylor P.

Yelp
We love visiting for happy hour & staying for Bingo on Tuesdays. The food is always so good! Highly recommend everything on the menu!

Alexandra C.

Yelp
Ambiance is a total vibe. Very animated. Services was good although when I walked in and told the hostess I was there for the Yelp event she didn't communicate with my sever and I had to remind her at the end of my visit, which she appreciated as she wasn't aware. The KFC wings were ok chicken was good but the sauce wasn't my favorite, wouldn't order again. We also got the ramen short rib it was also ok. The karaage chicken was the best out of all the things we got. The slushy was also super yummy. I ordered a lychitini it was like water with a splash of lychee, I wouldn't personally go back. But if I was in the area I would definitely go back for a slushy.

Fiorella V.

Yelp
The food was really good, the cashier/server was very nice and attentive. I will be back to try the soup.

Logan L.

Yelp
Staff was very attentive and super friendly. Food was bomb. I got the KFC Ramen and the fries for app. Soooooo goood

David R.

Yelp
Ramen came with a glob of spaghetti noodles, pork belly that was burnt and needed a knife - not provided- to cut through. It comes with half an egg and you have to pay $2 for an extra one! I was willing to overlook that, but the fact that it came with very little broth and that they were unwilling to add some unless we paid extra is unacceptable. Also the poke bowls are sub par to say the least. They mix raw fish with roe and fake crab with spicy mayo that makes the whole thing taste like it came out of the trash can.

Gaby P.

Yelp
Daniel is the best, he always greets me with a smile and knows my order! The carbonara ramen is the most delicious thing on the menu.

Laura C.

Yelp
Excellent Ramen with pork belly as well as service. The place is so good but there are not enough tables to sit all the guests comfortably. The food though! Excellent.

Madisen M.

Yelp
I used to come here frequently up until recently because I've seen a drastic change in the food quality and prices...I've been getting the same bowl for years and the pork has gotten fattier and the broth has been tasting old. The tonkotsu has an excess layer of oil that makes it hard to enjoy. Service has stayed the same. They changed the decor a bit but it's all the same. Two workers were arguing about the music playing. I don't plan on coming back anytime soon.

Sylvie B.

Yelp
The food was amazing. The service was so nice and the ambience was really cool so overall it was so good. I love the food. I love the service and I love the ambience. I would definitely recommend this place.

Brn A.

Yelp
I honestly love this place but after what we experienced tonight I might have to question coming back here. We have ordered three ramen bowls from which one of them (kimchi and chicken ramen) was extremely salty to the point where it was un edible. I tried to eat it but the saltiness did not let me enjoy my dish, just to make sure I made my friends try it as well and the saltiness was confirmed. We communicated with our waiter named Jake, however nothing was done about the dish, I would have expected to be asked for a different dish or some sort of discount instead we were fully charged for a dish I was not able to have. I am a part of the restaurant industry as well and I am aware of the procedure to follow when situations like these occur, it was unfortunate that I experienced this from a local place that I usually enjoy.

Norma M.

Yelp
Was quite intrigued with the menu here as their ramen lineup is not what we're used to in the OC. Limited free parking in this strip mall so keep that in mind when you come during peak hours. Ramen Lab is a hip, fast casual "laboratory" that specializes in ramen. We started with their 5-pc. Nana Wings TFC and OmG, these wings were to die for! Had we known they were these good, we would have ordered 2 so we didn't have to share, lol. The tamarind sauce with fried shallots were so flavorful. Cannot wait to have this again. We have not seen/had 5 Spice Duck Ramen and Tom Yum Seafood Ramen in OC, but this place offers both. However, they did not have Tom Yum available when we came so I ended up with their Salmon Poke Bowl which happened to be an excellent 2nd choice. The salmon poke was fresh and I honestly did not expect a poke bowl to be this delicious, but it was! The salmon drenched in their special orange sauce topped with ikura was refreshing and healthy, yet delicious. My husband really enjoyed his 5 Spice Duck Ramen. Generous amount of duck meat and the broth was delicious. Sorry no pics to share at this time but I guess that's a nice excuse to go back and be able to share pics with y'all . Happy Hour daily from 3-7 pm and Fri/Sat from 10 pm til close.

Albert P.

Yelp
Beautiful and complex ramen both that is both fragrant and invigorating to the tongue! Classic selection of items that are both CONSISTENT and high-quality. Staff is nice and attentive. Seating is available out-front, so it can be pet-friendly... inside where there is just a few spots next to the open kitchen... and in the patio area. Compared to the Korean BBQ location around the corner this is a slightly different experience and flavor profile. Please visit BOTH so the can both stay in business and I can continue to enjoy the pleasures of variety in my life.

Jason L.

Yelp
Amazing ramen, best in Boca Raton ! Fresh noodles amazing portions. I forget to take pictures of my ramen but I have eaten here over 30+ times. The karaage and nanban chicken is great as well.

Angie A.

Yelp
I got the ramen with Pork Belly in it. Was great. The flavor and spice were perfect. I ordered for delivery, so I wasn't able to experience the service at the restaurant, unfortunately. However, everything I asked for was in the bag including my extra little side of spice I forgot to place in my order. The pork belly buns were absolutely amazing. The pork was tender & the buns were so soft. YUM!
