Great ambiance and service, it’s a kind of trendy and young ramen place in Nantes. I have been to Nantes many times but never knew this place exists. I like how efficient it is, you pay upfront then you get a seat, so the turnover is quite fast despite the queue being long. The staff was super friendly and kind. We sat at the counter and there was sufficient place under the table to hang bags and coats so it was very convenient.
I would not really say the quality of the noodle soup was that great. I ordered the jigoku with spice level 2. The noodles were a bit soggy (instead of normal I should have taken Al denté for the noodles…), the egg was a bit powdery, soup a bit salty and not chilly at all, but the meat was good though. We also ordered the chashu don, the chicken dices were pasty with a bit of sauce on top, a bit of a boring dish unfortunately…
