"This food truck serves these awesome (and affordable) burritos made with homemade flour tortillas. It’s no-frills, straightforward, delicious Mexican food. The pork adobada burrito with guacamole and pico de gallo is my favorite." - ByIndia Maxwell, as told to Melissa Loveridge
I don’t really have a lot of best experiences with Mexican food this was one of my first Mexican meals and it made me fall in love with Mexican food and after trying some other different places, I think these guys make the best Mexican food in town the corn Asada burritos are from another world Carne Asada fries is very fresh and delicious Carne Asada burrito with shrimps 😋 love their Horchata as well, and I think there bread is homemade unlike other restaurants that just use their ready-made ones and that’s one of the things that makes their experience different

It taste good but it hurt me. Within 10 min I felt some rumblings…it felt like the meat quality wasn’t that great. The flavors were spot on. I’ve had the breakfast burrito before and it was good and massive. Within the bunch of food trucks this one looks to have the most quantity for the price.

One of the better Mexican food trucks in town. Open late, fast (< 10 min), good prices, good portions (chimichanga, carne asada nachos, burritos, etc).
And their hot sauce is actually HOT; recommend the spicy rojo; verde is great too. Definitely better than other nearby Mex food trucks.

Awesome portion sizes for super cheap! I ended up having two meals from the one item I ordered. The steak was amazing in the tacos and with the eggs and beans! The churro was definitely worth it. We ended up going on a day with a pretty awesome rainbow as well! Pretty yummy!

I absolutely love this place and it actually scratches my itch for Mexican food which is hard to do here in Montana! Wish I never traveled and tried real Mexican food 🤣

I wanted inexpensive, authentic Mexican and got it. The veggie burrito was ample and delicious, and the Jamaica refreshing. Great casual spot with picnic tables near the other food trucks. An easy walk from town.

Had the adobada (pork and avocado/guac) burrito on a recommendation- omg. Just the right amount of spice, full not overbearing. And the homemade churros- so good. The service was speedy and the food truck court in Bozeman is easy to get to and welcoming. Love this place and will recommend to any/everyone visiting BZN.
