India Maxwell's Bozeman, Montana Travel Guide | Bon Appétit

"This food truck serves these awesome (and affordable) burritos made with homemade flour tortillas. It’s no-frills, straightforward, delicious Mexican food. The pork adobada burrito with guacamole and pico de gallo is my favorite." - ByIndia Maxwell, as told to Melissa Loveridge

Best quick food in Bozeman. Staff is great people and the tacos and burritos are super flavorful and never skimp on meat (unlike most places). Whenever I have visitors from out of town I bring them here. Great food.

I don’t really have a lot of best experiences with Mexican food this was one of my first Mexican meals and it made me fall in love with Mexican food and after trying some other different places, I think these guys make the best Mexican food in town the corn Asada burritos are from another world Carne Asada fries is very fresh and delicious Carne Asada burrito with shrimps 😋 love their Horchata as well, and I think there bread is homemade unlike other restaurants that just use their ready-made ones and that’s one of the things that makes their experience different

It taste good but it hurt me. Within 10 min I felt some rumblings…it felt like the meat quality wasn’t that great. The flavors were spot on. I’ve had the breakfast burrito before and it was good and massive. Within the bunch of food trucks this one looks to have the most quantity for the price.

Lived in BZN for ten years. Every time I come visit my buddy has told me I have to try their Carnitas. He REALLY hyped to carnitas, to the point I was worried they couldn't possibly be that good, right?!? I love Mexican Food!!! Ramíres makes the best Carnitas, that Ive ever tasted. Great spot to stop before the airport! Just got done destroying a burrito lounging at the terminal. Please, pretty please, if you like Carnitas do yourself a favor, go here today!

The food is fine, I think I was expecting a lot more based on the reviews. The enchiladas were VERY salty. Cheese wasn’t even melted in them so it was just clumps of shredded cheese. The $7 “chips and salsa” is a pile of chips with flavorless pico on 😂. So thank you for my 2lb box of chips. For what I received I’d say this was pretty over priced. I don’t think I’d go back again. Service was good and they were very quick.

Awesome portion sizes for super cheap! I ended up having two meals from the one item I ordered. The steak was amazing in the tacos and with the eggs and beans! The churro was definitely worth it. We ended up going on a day with a pretty awesome rainbow as well! Pretty yummy!

One of the better Mexican food trucks in town. Open late, fast (< 10 min), good prices, good portions (chimichanga, carne asada nachos, burritos, etc). And their hot sauce is actually HOT; recommend the spicy rojo; verde is great too. Definitely better than other nearby Mex food trucks.

Holy cow this place is not just any Mexican food. We’ve walked by a few times and gotten churros, but I hadn’t left a review because we never got other food. We just did and wow, this place is ludicrously good. First, the churros — these are everything you could want from a churro. Just fried dough with the right amount of cinnamon and sugar, clearly made to order. But the most awesome thing are the tacos. I’ve had a lot of tacos in my life — I usually try to get a few at every Mexican place so I can compare places apples to apples. This place’s are easily among the best. They are significantly larger than I expected them to be, with two tortillas each and a ton of fresh onions, tomatoes, and some cilantro. I got the asada and tripe. Asada is pretty much always good, and this was no exception. I wasn’t expecting to like the tripe taco, but I was blown away by this. It’s cut thin and deep fried — it’s a little like slightly crisp bacon, but somehow better. And like the other tacos, they did not hold back with the portions. This food truck is located by a few other food trucks on 7th Ave. If there was a little more shade, this would be the perfect location. Still a super fun place to go, just maybe wait until it’s cooler than 90f outside. I am very much looking forward to coming back here!
