The food was good. It's not the best buffet in the Vegas area, but it was good enough. There was a good variety to choose from. All the employees were helpful and friendly. It's wonderful they celebrate the various holidays with special foods. It's wonderful that they offer a buffet, considering many casino buffets have been closed. I'd like to thank them so very much for the holiday buffet.

A nice buffet with a wide variety of dishes. The service is good and always friendly. We didn't have to wait long for a table. Sometimes the acoustics are a bit noisy. Personally, I would like the addition of a simple pasta dish with different sauces.

Manger on 7/5 at 4pm shift was rude. (Ruben) We nicely asked him that the food was not good we waited an hr to get into the restaurant to have a FRESH DINNER! Nothing was fresh! The sever was great and helped!! Manager reply were you been here for an hour and you just told me. We were talking having dinner I didn’t know I was on a time frame. They asked the chef to come out to talk to us what is the chef going to do recook what I ate?? We didn’t even get to the cookies lol Work on your customer service and your FOOD!!

I can’t say enough about the way I feel about this buffet. So, I want to give them my gratitude. The Rampart Buffet always accommodates my large group of Nannies every time we celebrate different events throughout the year. They are 100% attentive friendly, best service. I will continue to bring my large group of friends to make memories at this place because they make us feel welcome and appreciate it; thank you, Rampart Buffet and all the people working and creating these beautiful atmospheres for every visitor

Amazing Buffet! I was extremely surprised! Wide assortment of various comfort foods everyone is familiar with that are cooked to perfection. The place is extremely clean and sanitary, I’d say even more so than the high price buffets on the strip. They also have a much larger selection of charcuterie, salad (I’ve notice more Vegas buffets don’t have actual salad bars any more), soups, and gelato than other buffets. Kids are also cheaper up to age 12 which is awesome. This is definitely going to be my new place to frequent when I visit Las Vegas. It’s affordable and worth every penny!

Meats where over cooked for brunch leg of lamb was tough, chicken and pork loin dry and tough the eggs Benedict over cooked and the English muffin rubbery never offered mimosas or champagne desserts where okay for the price not worth it most side dishes looked to be dry undone noodles where great , bread pudding was good smoked salmon very salty couldn't find cream cheese swai stuffed was very tasty apple crepes were good but should have been displayed better pancakes and French toast had great flavor but were rubbery the mash potatoes and gravy very salty and lack of taste tater tots had a good seasoning and were crunchy and good . Won ton soup had nothing in it except white thick paste like stuff not for sure if it was made that way or it was something else mislabeled. the waiter was very nice and asked if we wanted coffee with our dessert but didn't asked if we would like to have a glass champagne or mimosas which I am surprise because that what a brunch is... there were children running around and bouncing on the booths while the parents were off getting there food for spending the amount of money it should haven't been so relaxed it wasn't relax for us for to enjoy ourselves.

Very disappointed. The remodelled Rampart buffet is very nice, comfortable and contemporary and the staff seem friendly but that's it when you pay $65 for 2 people you expect decent food not dried inedible food and I'm talking most of the food here. The saving grace was the prime rib and mash potatoes and salad everything else was just awful, the deserts except for the ice cream terrible, horrible dried out bread and butter pudding and peach with no cobbler. Now just to explain we went at 7.15 it was closing at 8pm and we were told they clear away at around 8.20 pm. The only food that got refreshed was the meat and potatoes. The pizza awful and dried out mac and cheese. We felt bad for the staff coming in and picking out the leftovers.

We are retired locals and seniors. The once a month BOGO buffet + 50 points makes it affordable for us to enjoy. I have Celiacs and the variety of foods available is awesome as is your staff. We thank you for having a Buffet and look forward to seeing you next month. We are not big gamblers but we always enjoy The Rampart.
