Pros: -The station is fairly tidy -The security assist with questions -Benches with roofs Cons: -Parking cost money -No restrooms -Not easily accessible for those walking to the station. I recommend to be dropped off by someone, arrive using a bus, or use a bicycle to arrive. If money isn't an issue, parking would do ok

Beware that this station has no signs for directing to the crossings to the other tracks nor is there any proper signage stating what track a scheduled train is on. Metro-link you need a parking lot on the north side of the tracks.

It is absolutely ridiculous that a public transportation station FOR A COMMUTER TRAIN charges for parking. This is not a great way to convince people to stop driving their cars if you charge them to park. Metrolink is already expensive enough. It already costs $21.50 for a round-trip ticket from Rancho Cucamonga to L.A. Union Station. There's only one parking payment machine that might as well be camouflage as it's gray and is "conveniently" located next to a concrete wall. The machine doesn't even face the parking lot and there is limited signage (who knows how much the city has collected in parking tickets). Parking costs $4.50, which amounts to a 21% increase in the cost of taking the public transportation option.

Boooo booo City of Rancho Cucamonga for making this parking lot paid. This can lead to another reason to not use the metrolink to AID in the reduction of pollution, traffic, and stress. What is even the point of employing unarmed security guards ??

Security guard met us to make our experience better and answered questions knowledgeably. Some smokers present, CBD, etc. Unenforced rules against it. Stinks in fresh air.

Someday in October last year. My first time riding Metrolink. I remember running to purchase my ticket while watching the train on the deck. As i was shaking to get cash on the ticket machine, A voice said: “ let me help you” I reply: “i don’t want to lose the train” A voice reply: “ i am the train conductor “ I wish I wasn’t so nervous that day and could remember his face and find him again to say BIG thank you. In situation like this is when i know for sure that America scores again.

The great and clean Metrolink Rail transportation from LA Union Station to San Bernardino or other wise. A note: Saturday and Sunday from San Bernardino to Claremont the rail is under constraction.

It okay but you have to pay to park and if you don't have your front license plate they will ticket you just FYI. Over all clean and nice place.
