Service and food quality was excellent. The waitress was very good. She was attentive and kind!

Best food, owners and service around! I have dined in and got a to go order and they never short you anything! If it’s your birthday, they will celebrate it with you which makes it that much more fun and special! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

With Mexican music playing in the background and a Mexican rodeo in progress in the big screen, we found ourselves in Rancho land 😊. We were greeted warmly and upon finding a booth, we were quickly approached for our order. We got an appetizer and drink and were served within 10 minutes. We ordered our dish when the appetizer came out and within 15 minutes we had our main meal. The service was quick and excellent. I would recommend Rancho Grande anytime.

We just moved here and were surprised with the amazing food, huge portions and the owners and family are pure joy. So kind and accommodating. And so affordable. We love it!! *after 6 months in Fitzgerald we are heading out. We will miss this fantastic family run place and all those smiling faces. Will always be the best food around.

The food is not the same as it was a few years ago and prices continue to grow. (Which is the norm these days) The shock was when I actually asked for a receipt today and noticed the fees. (I typically don’t get receipts, but I randomly opted for one today.) I called in an order and picked it up - 5% fee and I have a random “FEE” of 3% which I assume is due to not paying with cash. (Who knows really🤷🏼‍♀️)I have never been charged a “to go” fee anywhere before and thought that was strange. I encourage everyone to ask for a receipt if you dine here…… Just to see what all you might have unknowingly paid for.

Usually I love this place but I made sure I ordered everything correctly being I go from Douglas to Fitzgerald just so I can enjoy Mexican food but I go get it come back home and get home to realize why it was so much of because of the way the guy rang it up and 2 the order was so wrong even though he read it back to me and I even called to verify a second time they had it correct. The chimichanga was beef was correct but barely any cheese sauce on it so dry as could be the chips that give for a meal for 2 people not even half a bag the cheese dip I paid for not even half full and the worst part the 3 tacos I ordered chicken Mexican tacos he asked shredded or chunks I said chunks they were ground beef! My husband only likes chicken. 34 bucks and some change no drinks included and we were both very disappointed. You add my time the had to get there and back then the cost of the food that wasn't correct or if it was correct was bare minimum I would say I need to just not eat Mexican food. Because that's getting ridiculous because for that price it should at least be correct at the least I don't think that's asking to much that is the purpose of a customer service job or owning a customer business is to give proper service to keep your customers coming back but this has not been the first time but it had been the most expensive so needless to say I won't be going back anytime soon. I work to hard to give my money to those who could care less about what they do for a job and it shows through the products served to the customers. I hate it but I will admit they are going down hill like every other restaurant in the surrounding counties.

This was my 2nd time coming here. The first was really good and seemed like it was reasonably priced so we decided to drive over 30 min to come back instead of our usual spot. Never again. 2 lunch specials and 2 margaritas was some how almost $82.00! In no universe is a margarita worth 22.99 a piece! Especially some already pre mixed crap. Absolutely insane.

The service, food, and atmosphere is amazing! The servers were very attentive. The inside was very vibrant with bright colored tables and seats. They even had a bull fighting competition on TV. And of course the food. Which was amazing! It came out sizzling hot. Flavorful and very tender. Can't wait to be back! One of the crown Jewels of Fitzgerald!

Rancho Grande is a good choice if you are craving Mexican food and are in this particular part of Georgia. This place is nothing fancy, but I have always embraced the belief that the best Mexican food does not come from.a fancy restaurant with a focus on ambiance, but rather these local mom-and-pop type places. Service was decent and while the food was not the best that I have ever had, it was decent enough and satisfied my craving for Mexican. I am a huge fan of Mexican food and probably have Mexican food the most when dining out. Overall, I will give this particular establishment four stars.

Definitely the best Mexican place around, service was Suuuuppppeeeerrrrrr slow, food was halfway decent, they're out of beer that I like, the one on draft was flat. Burritos, tacos, enchiladas we're all good queso and salsa we're decent.

My family stopped in on a weekday evening. The staff was friendly and the prices were great. We had a variety of dishes, and they were all wonderful. It's in a small strip mall, and it's nothing fancy, but I find that the best places often aren't! Would definitely recommend.

Today was the breaking point for our office. We had stopped ordering for a while because we love their taco salad, but they were always so wet and greasy that the shell was inedible. Today we asked for chopped jalapenos on the nachos (there were none), plain tamales (they were covered in red sauce) and chunky guacamole that more a tomato and onion salad soaked in lime juice with tiny pieces of avocado here and there. The competition on the other side of town may cost a bit more, but we've never complained about the quality of the food.

This place is a gem! Food is fast, service is great, and the food is delicious! I had the chicken chimichanga. Super crispy, perfect size. It was $5! Highly recommend. They have a wonderful singer on staff. Go here. Eat here. Celebrate your birthday here!!!

Fantastic service and we received our food super fast! Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious!! Party of 6 and we were out in less than an hour. Highly recommend!!!

Stopped in for a late dinner and everyone was very friendly. The margaritas were very good! The food was great and the portions were good for the price. The owners made sure everything was running smoothly.

I can't believe this divine Mexican restaurant exists. Excellent food! The tacos Mexicanos, guacamole, California burrito, hot salsa. We were like pigs in S&@#! It was Věry clean. The service was great!

Best authentic Mexican food in Fitzgerald. Great family atmosphere. Perfect place to bring someone for their birthday. They all come out singing and place a huge sombrero on the birthday persons head. At the end of the song the person gets a pie to the face Prices are cheap. Food is amazing with large portions. Margaritas are always good. Bottomless homemade chips and salsa with every meal. Recently remodeled. Highly recommend!!!!

Great little Mexican place. The Food... The food is great. They have a hot bar, for lunch only I think. I recommend ordering off the menu, specifically alambres, burrito California, or fajita nachos. The Atmosphere... Pretty small, building is part of a strip mall. Never had to wait for a table. The Service... Very friendly, Mexican family-run. The Price... This is classic cheap Mexican food. The alambres is the most expensive thing on the menu, I think it's around $13. You can easily get out the door for less than $10. By the way, this is diagonally across the parking lot from the Rancho Grande Tortilleraia, so don't get confused.

Excellent food and the mixed are not waterred down..The service is hit and miss but very nice people. This is our go to favorite place to eat in Fitzgerald.

This restaurant rocks!!! The food is fresh and tasty. It is in a strip mall and always has happy customers. Never had to wait for a table even on Friday or Saturdays. Owner and family staff are so friendly and the service is awesome. Love this Mexican restaurant. Great family atmosphere also. Always look forward to a meal here.

We had Kate's plate mix, steak chicken and shrimp. Food was very tasty and served very quickly. Servers came by frequently to see if everything was good.

Excellent food, good prices! The homemade corn chips and salsa were wonderful and I can't say enough about the carne asido Mexican tacos... We will definitely be back :)

Their food is average. The authentic Mexican restaurant, La Lomita, is better in my opinion.

I took my family to eat here for the first time since we were new to the area and people that came in after us were half way finished eating before we even ordered, we ran out of drinks, when we got our cold food the order was messed up then we didn't even have silverware to eat it with. To top off our night there were two tables of unsupervised teenagers behind us that were extremely loud the entire time and with the help of the manager and a waitress were throwing whipped cream across the restaurant and came within centimeters of hitting my husband in the head before splattering on the back of the seat he was in and when we made a complaint to the manager and the cashier they said they had no control over the customers in the restaurant and didn't even say sorry...I will never eat there again!!

The food was great!love the fajitas for two!always love going there after a long hard day to make it better!will return soon!!

Probably my favorite Mexican restaurant. The cheese dip was great and the service was fast. The waitresses were nice and their tacos are great!
