The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I needed. The produce section was fresh, and the bakery had some amazing selections. Checkout was fast and efficient. Overall, a great place to shop—highly recommend!

Just paid $40 yesterday for these balloons. It hasn’t been 24 hours and they are already falling down. Not worth it. Of course I sent my concern to the corporate office per their request and my claim was denied. Buyer beware. Go to Arnies, pop shelf or either Michael’s for your helium balloon purchases. Hard lesson learned. Save your money.

Tonight, my wife was almost hit by a speeding car walking from the store's exit to her car. You need a security guard in the parking lot to ensuring the customers safety and avoid future instances. This driver ignored the speed limit in the parking lot. I have noticed this as well in the past weeks. HEB has security guards monitoring the parking lots/cars.

This is an amazing place! Actually first time visit there today for the Quest Diagnostics and got to look around. I found the amazing deal with the card membership! I am a big cereal consumer and guess what? The $4.29 worth cereal was only $1.49 with 4 boxes or more! Yup, I got lucky 7 boxes of them for around $10! Great deal!! I don’t need to worry about my cereals for an half year at least or more! The deal changes soon! So if you are like me then come and get them! The deal ends tomorrow (1/28) I love the environment and the staffs there were pretty chills! Will definitely be back there! So come and enjoy shopping! Cheers

The location we like best is the Clay Rd store. Clean and well stocked. High prices unless you go for coupon deals, which we do. Not crowded, and very helpful staff. Good bakery, lovely floral dept.

Went there to buy some breakfast sausage and some other items and I get home and open up the breakfast sausage and it smelled so bad. Checked the expiration date and it was expired by two months! How can they get away with this stuff? I would have taken a photo but I couldn't stand the smell.

last week I purchased a decorated birthday cake for my son-in-law. When my family gathered to celebrate and sing "Happy Birthday," we were shocked to discover that the sides of the cake (after removing plastic band ) were covered with multiple black spots of mold, each roughly the size of a quarter. Based on common food safety knowledge, these mold spots could not have developed in just a day or two--they clearly indicated the cake was already spoiled well before purchase. The embarrassment of serving a moldy cake at a family gathering was deeply upsetting. In the middle of my son-in-law's party, I had to leave my guests, drive back to the store, and speak with the manager on duty. While I was issued a refund, I did not receive an apology, nor was there any acknowledgment of the impact this had on my family event. looks like the current manager on duty has no idea about good manners and honestly about personal hygiene . The party was disrupted, my time and fuel were wasted, and what should have been a joyful occasion turned into a humiliating experience.

Randalls canceled my order. Because they were out of advertised 50cent oysters. They said 20 items of my 45 items constituted a significant portion of my order and I had to reorder. So for $5. Of $395. They canceled it.

The coupons are not working properly and the staff are wasting your time putting you through hoops. This store requires an audit by weights and measures and a multitude of internal audits. They clearly are trying to shortchange the customer and so audit every receipt.

This is the nearest Randall's to me since they long ago closed the one on HWY 6 N and the one at at 290. I don't shop here often, some of the prices are ridiculously high. I really like some of their sales though: buy one package of meat, get two free. I like some of their store brands and use them quite often. Some of the canned goods I like are not available elsewhere. Love their bagels and the reduced for quick sale meat items. It just all depends on what you're looking for is the main reason people shop at different stores. It's just my husband and I so it's easier as we don't have to budget for a family. The store is well lit and except when they remodel and move everything, items are easy to find.

Do better Randall's This review is taking place because of who the manager has pulling carts from the parking lot this morning. I have a special needs adult son. I am fully aware many differently abled people cannot do 100 percent of what a neurotypical person can. You DO NOT send the barely 5 foot tall person with Down syndrome out to bring heavy carts back into the store! She was STRUGGLING mightily and had MALE {only adult male} customers shoving by her with a huff instead of displaying a modicum of empathy. Surely there is some other task this person can do.

I have lived within a mile of this Randalls for 8 years and love it. The sales are definitely a gem, yes you need to use the app but what place don't you need to use an app for now a days? Great meat prices, fresh fruit and blue bell for under $7. The cart guy is always so eager to help and always so friendly. I do believe that this location hires or has hired older adults with disabilities and I'm all for it. So many negative comments but this neighborhood Randalls is pretty awesome.

I am getting tired of shopping here because I shop the sale prices and I have to constantly check the monitor at checkout to make sure the computer honors the same prices I see on the shelves. I shouldn't have to do that. Everytime shop here atleast 2 items that I selected due to the sale price advertised on the shelf, rang up at the counter at regular price. When I address it with the check out cashier they don't know what's on sale and what's not so I have to hold up the line so they can go check the price. It's pretty ridiculous that we have to go through all that for this store to honor its prices advertised on the shelves.

They have a deal on a Signature turkey. That if you buy 75 dollars or more. You get a free turkey. Not saying must clip on phone. I bought over 200 dollars. Told man phone broke. Will only work at home. He said I could not have turkey!! Wrong advertising for customer. Very mad.

While this location has received its share of negative reviews, I personally haven't had any problem at this location except a few stock out of inventory items, but I was able to get a rain check each time. They have a huge parking lot and this location has a gas pump, so if you have those gas rewards, you may redeem them at this location. Overall, the store is organized well with plenty of signs and displays. The produce department seems a little confusing. The produce are spread all over the place, rather than being with their families. One thing I could never understand about Randall's is why are items not in their proper lanes, but rather stocked at the ends of each aisle? Naturally a customer's tendency is to look in the appropriate aisle, but when the shelf shows empty, we assume that items are out of stock, only to be further told by employees to check the shelves at the end of each aisle. Other than that, I have no complaints about Randall's. Employees are always visible working and always help out with any questions. One more thing I can suggest, is for Randall's to open a self check out counter. They also have a starbuck at this location.

For the most part it's a great location but needs improvement in customer service and produce has not been the best lately and meats are a hit or miss when it comes to freshness. Great sales on everything. Overall I love the convenience and location of the store Closest grocery store near my subdivision. Lost a star because of the issues that need improvement.

I've given this place multiple chances and every single time I get horrible customer service. If you have a question about where an item is in the store, expect for the staff member to point in a random direction with no explanation. Rude. I've stood at the meat counter for 4-5 minutes while one of the guys stared at me and another customer through the window. Rude. I'd rather drive an extra 10 minutes to the next nearest store then come back here.

This place is crazy expensive. Not everything but a lot of stuff is. It's not like it's better quality it's the same stuff you can get at HEB and Krogers. I also dont like the split rows but that's just petty. Some things I do like are that it's never packed, the parking lot is usually empty, it's open when HEB is closed and it's close to home. Other than that nope. Everything seems marked up. And if you're not using your Randall's card you might as well shop at a convenience store.

I was surprised to find this to not be such a great shopping experience. The entrance is fancy schmancy with dark wood floors throughout the produce section and proudly arranged fruits and veggies. There's a Starbucks and a small dine-in deli. Love the bakery creations on display but the cake book could really use a wipe down. Ick was it gross to the touch! There were 4 or 5 check stands open for very sparse Saturday afternoon shoppers so no waiting in lines. Now for the unpleasant part. Aisle markers were mislabeled making it difficult to find anything. Layout is really weird...or maybe I'm just not accustomed to this store but none of it made sense to me. We spent the better part of an hour gathering $60 worth of groceries. Exhausting! They don't carry skim milk. Am I the only one that thinks thats weird? Prices were higher than most stores unless you've got one of those stupid shopper cards. Even then it's hit or miss.

Quality start with customer service. Unfortunately Customer service is very poor. Let me start with my own two experiences at this location with the store manager. First event when I checked out at the self request and I forgot an item out more than 8 items. I got home and I was missing that item. I drove back to the store. I got there I talked to the person in the self check out she called the manager. The manager came to me with the worse attitude you could imagine. She makes me feel I'm asking them for a donation, but if you think about my question to them was simple "did anyone see my Avocado". No need for that attitude. If they said yes I'd pick up my item and thank them then leave. If not I'm going back and got one and pay for it, but after I saw here attitude insisted to get my item even if it cost me a time to spend there and contact the corporate office. I started making the call the corporate office and the manger sent me one of her stuff to get me the item. The second event happened today. I'm going to write it from my girlfriend phone she was with me. Manager means solving problems satisfy the customer and support your employees. IT'S NOT ONLY AUTHORITY TO RELEASE YOUR ANGER OR TREAT THE CUSTOMER IN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WAY.

The only time I come here is when I want to buy cakes for dinner parties or medicine. To this day I have never understood why their produce section is so poorly organized. I can never find ginger. Tsk tsk. Also, their sushi is awful. I don't even know where they prepare it but I have never seen anyone make it on site. It always sits there in these awful prepackaged containers that makes you think you can probably find better sushi at Narita airport between connecting flights. They have cute cards if that's your thing. Overall, it's just a convenient location as there are no other grocery stores so close to Amesbury Park.

It was my first time here in quite a while.Its really out my way to go here but I was looking for something special for lunch tomorrow and I know the Randall's by my office carries it. I was looking for egg salad and they didn't have any out when I arrived so i asked one of the workers behind the counter and they promptly fixed me up. So I will be all good tomorrow for lunch. I checked out and got a discount by using my Randall's card.

This place is terrible. It's expensive and everything I have bought from the bakery and their pre-made food was bad. I bought a slice of cake from here and most of it was totally frozen. What wasn't frozen was just bad. Walking in this place feels like when you visit a historic site where something terrible has happened.

Iv worked here before so I know how things are handle in the back , the freezers are very old so when it goes out and know one didn't catch it on time what they would do is just put it in a basket take it to the back freezer fix the one that broke and just put the product back .. ask anyone who works there do you buy frozen food here , I guarantee they are going to stay no

I've worked here before the bakery people bake the food/cake and all that with no GLOVES after coming out the restroom. The meat department leaves half of the chickens blood in the package it comes in. The meat looks dried out always it never has that red look it's always pickish/white and most of the food dates expire that week if not the next. They leave most of the seafood out overnight they just throw what looks like parchment paper over it lol and you can walk by and smell the fishyness smh it's not funny but it's funny. Of course stores are gonna have some expired stuff but it gets pull when someone gets to it. Nahh here it just gets pushed back and back with moled the on it and everything I've place multiple items with mole upfront to see if they would fix it nope just put it to the back. You don't even want to get me started on all the nats that fly around the fruits omg and the old cheese and fried chicken from the deli department like the whole store is sour/bad this is me telling y'all from inside out theres workers that been there 16years plus and we are still putting out back stock from when they started 16 years ago. But Hey shop where you want to shop only reason I'm sharing this bc the boss lady thinks she so untouchable and honestly she really doesn't give a damn bc nobody is coming for her spot or that store bc it's paid off.. y'all don't want me to post these pictures I do have the evidence.

if I could give them zero stars I would. I have a Safeway e gift card that is susposed to be accepted at randalls stores. I got all of my items and took the card to checkout. store clerk didn't know what it was and called a manager. let me tell you the manager was very rude! he's a older white man with grey hair. I didn't catch his name because he didn't bother to introduce himself. he told me that he had never seen the card before and that ment they could not accept it. so I called the Safeway customer service and they offered to talk to the randalls manager. He rudely stated that they do not do business over the phone and even went to the register and shoved some sticker in the air. His body language and tone of voice was extremely inappropriate for a customer service representative.

For the most part, I love this location because it's close to home and easy to get to. The customer service is ok for a grocery store I suppose but could use a little work. Sometimes there aren't enough cashiers on and the lines get long but rarely does that happen. Overall, they get 4 stars for convenience and fresh food.

No difference to me between Randall's and Kroger. I don't care what anyone says. If you have been to Kroger's, then you know what to expect at Randall's. This location is around my mom's house on Barker Cypress and Clay. Plenty of parking and they have an OK wine section.

Omg the floral department is not pleasant. Major attitude and fakeness. The balloons weren't fully inflated so they went flat in 3 hours. Never ever will i buy anything from their floral dept! Seriously that woman that works either hates her job...she should just quit and save everyone the misery of ever being in contact with her! Buying flowers should be a beautiful time.. she probably causes them to turn brown.

My son and I ordered, and paid for, a corsage for his date for a banquet a week and a half in advance. Today when he went to pick up that corsage they had no record of the order. Luckily I printed out our bank statement showing the last month of purchases from Randall's and the general manager just happened to be there. We were not the only people who didn't get their corsage order(note that it is prom night). They threw something together that was not near as nice as what we ordered and didn't offer a partial or full refund. Not even an apology. I am truly disappointed and disgusted by their customer service in this matter. I will be sharing this same post on all social media and by word of mouth, as well as not purchasing anything through them again.

This place is right around the corner from where I live... I mean literally, it is. I haven't shopped here much, but I can tell you that the place is nice and bright, great food selection... especially their deli department. The sandwiches, fried chicken, and everything else sold there is great. The pharmacy department is also pretty good, although I haven't used it, but Walter, the pharmacy manager, has been very good to my parents, and has taken good care of them. Thanks a bunch! I will continue to go by this place for whenever I want something from the deli or anything else that I may need there.

Horrible!! This store never opens more than two lines...ever! Their adds are misleading. I dare you to try to buy two sodas and get two free. Mix match is that the add says. Doesn't work and they will argue with you for 10 mins with 15 people in line. Horribly managed store!

Long story short, do not order any orders for a pie to be made. Manager on duty that I called will not do anything because it's not his shift. Courtesy booth clerk was so rude. Would not let me talk, and so did the manager on duty. Rude, rude, RUDE! Other than that, it's an alright store. Nicely put together. Sometimes meat deals and ice cream deals are really good, but I will go to another Randalls and avoid this one altogether!

Randall's is a superior grocery store chain and I will tell you a few reasons why. Our local Kroger is often crowded, messy and the lines are long. They will have 10 people waiting in line and two registers open. This is never an issue at Randall's. The selection is typically better at Randall's as well, and additionally the sales usually will save more money. I highly recommend downloading the Just 4 U app that they are using now. The digital coupons and personalized deals have saved us hundreds of dollars. We have a smaller grocery bill than when we visit Kroger.. AND the customer service is second to none at this particular location. The parking lot is large enough to accommodate a lot of customers.. but I find it to be a quiet store where shopping is always a breeze... I have never had that experience at any other chain in this area, unless I was out at an odd hour.

I've been here twice now since moving to the area and I am impressed. It is very clean and bright, plenty of aisle space, well stocked as I found everything I needed for Thanksgiving including organic and specialty items. Enjoyed a Starbucks coffee while shopping, prices are competitive especially with the Randall's card. Everything you could ask for in a quality grocery. Staff was especially nice and friendly and you can collect stamps towards rewards if you like that sort of thing. Meat counter looked great, no fishy smells! I will definitely be shopping here every week!

The quality of the vegetables and meats at this Randall's is appalling. Almost every thing is expired or 2 to 3 days from expiring. I don't understand how this place can operate when they sell products like that. The only thing that is good about it, is that it is close to the house. If they were more adamant about keeping fresh produce and meat, then it would be a much better store.

I called this place to find if they carry a particular brand in Dairy. But the customer service is not that great the person whom I spoke with she is so rude in answering what i have asked. Do you like expired foods? I know I do, and this is where I go to get them! If you're in the market for 6 month past buy date mustard, 2 month past buy date mayo, or even 2 year past buy date curry powder, this place has what you are looking for! No need to be concerned about getting fresh staples here - old is the new new! If you are really lucky, the salty old guy that runs the place will give you the stink eye and you know your shopping experience is complete! I'm not a big fan of buying my family food at the convenience store on the corner because of the clientele, but this place brings that stale stock goodness home without having to deal with all that. If you can find something on the shelf that is more than 3 years expired, you win a prize!

I absolutely hate this store and the customer service is non-existent. Check your receipt. They are always overcharging for items. I bought some wine the other day, checked the receipt when I got home and they had overcharged me almost $40. I went back, they gave me a refund and it still was not the right amount. I have to stand in line at customer service to get refunded at least once a month. I was overseas last week. Went to get a few groceries on the way home from the store the day I returned. I didn't have my card because I had take it out of my wallet for the trip. They would not give me the discounted price. I left without anything. Do they want my business or not? I THINK NOT!

Clean and looks nice inside and never terribly busy. However, seems much more expensive that other grocery stores and the checkout lines take longer than it feels like they should. For not being busy, there can be kind of a wait to check out. I haven't really noticed any other major issues besides that. I still go to the store mostly just for the convenience. Other stores in the area are usually more crowded which causes more traffic in the parking lot.
