"I mention that chain supermarkets like this are currently slammed, experiencing limited hours, sold-out items, and overbooked delivery options as they enforce social distancing." - Nadia Chaudhury

18322 Clay Rd, Houston, TX 77084: I had a great experience at this Randalls location. The store is clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with a wide variety of products. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I needed. The produce section was fresh, and the bakery had some amazing selections. Checkout was fast and efficient. Overall, a great place to shop—highly recommend!

(4-22-2025) Rachael is so helpful!!! Everytime I’ve came in as a customer or shopping for others she’s made herself available to stop and help!! I don’t know what her position is, but she definitely shows great MANAGEMENT QUALITIES!! Very grateful for that!! A quarter mile Randall’s has great deals I’ve included some DOWNLOAD THE APP IT MAKES SHOPPING 🛍️ SO MUCH EASIER & u don’t miss the great sales they have!!!!!!

Just paid $40 yesterday for these balloons. It hasn’t been 24 hours and they are already falling down. Not worth it. Of course I sent my concern to the corporate office per their request and my claim was denied. Buyer beware. Go to Arnies, pop shelf or either Michael’s for your helium balloon purchases. Hard lesson learned. Save your money.

Haven't been to a Randall’s in years. Very nice store. Went early - pretty empty. Very courteous staff. Selection not up to HEB. Have a Quest lab in store; did some shopping when I was done

The location we like best is the Clay Rd store. Clean and well stocked. High prices unless you go for coupon deals, which we do. Not crowded, and very helpful staff. Good bakery, lovely floral dept.

We love this Randall's store. We hope it stays busy enough to keep the neighborhood happy. I know we treasure having this location. The staff is always nice and the appearance of the store is always updated and food - especially the meat and produce is fresh and well organized and presented. Bakery is wonderful. Have a look around - Randall's is always having a sale on something. Be sure to sign up for their frequent shopper club so that you can get all the deals they offer.

This is an amazing place! Actually first time visit there today for the Quest Diagnostics and got to look around. I found the amazing deal with the card membership! I am a big cereal consumer and guess what? The $4.29 worth cereal was only $1.49 with 4 boxes or more! Yup, I got lucky 7 boxes of them for around $10! Great deal!! I don’t need to worry about my cereals for an half year at least or more! The deal changes soon! So if you are like me then come and get them! The deal ends tomorrow (1/28) I love the environment and the staffs there were pretty chills! Will definitely be back there! So come and enjoy shopping! Cheers

Their ads are very confusing and on and off as far as making them customer friendly. For an example their add this week has a section that you have to order online for pickup or delivery. I think that is ridiculous considering most people pick up this ad when they walk in the door, and are not interested in leaving and going home to order some things online to pick up or have delivered. Also they'll have yogurt on sale and it will state a maximum of 12. Another time the same yogurt will be on sale and say you have to buy a minimum of 12. I call this very shady advertising
