I ordered online 10 boneless wings. Usually I get traditional and they are amazing. But being pregnant I try not to eat around bones anyways I ordered 10 “BONELESS WINGS “ when I received my food it was something completely different. The chicken I recieved was like the chicken u buy frozen n put in the oven . I was told they are “boneless chunks” when u eat McDonald’s n look inside the nugget that’s exactly the texture and what it looked like I was completely grossed out and immidiatly called: the lady said she will issue me a refund. She took care of it promptly just completely disappointed in what I just consumed into my body :( don’t get the boneless chunks !

I had a great experience here! My wings were cooked to perfection and the customer service was great. Mug was extremely helpful and ensured we were extremely satisfied with our meal. Kaliyah and Ishmael greeted us with a smile and were really nice as well. I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

This was my first time here and the people that work here were friendly. I should have asked if they had any dry rubs because I’m really not a big fan of wet wings. I’m not sure if the manager that called my daughter sexy red thought it was a compliment because it’s not.

This place!!! 👌🏾👌🏾. Absolutely one of the best wing flavor AND sauces I have tasted in Indy. This is only my second time ordering. My first was from the other location, which also gets 5stars! I gave the atmosphere 4stars only because I feel like it should be bigger 🤷🏾‍♂️. But I can understand why it's smaller. Hands down NO COMPLAINTS. AND THEY HAVE KOOL-AID 🥹🫨

Food was delivered earlier than expected via UberEats by Pedro. Wings were flavorful, hot n fresh and tasted delicious. The fries were limp, bland nothing special. Unfortunately they forgot the honey BBQ sauce I paid extra for & I received no napkins. I did receive a $2 UberEats credit for that oversight. I like that they tape down the straw too. The fruit punch/ lemonade drink tasted great with the wings. Overall not to bad for a 1st visit.

Our visit started very rough. My sister invited us to come eat lunch with her here at R&R Extreme wings, as she had already eaten here. I asked if I could taste the sauces and was told no, I could not. After we ate, we chatted with the manager, who was completely kind and professional, and he stated we could taste the sauces and invited us back 😉. We will be back. Thank you, Ishmael, for wonderful customer service.

Very pleasant place only thing is it’s too hot to eat in right now. That part sucked but outside of that food is amazing would definitely recommend.last note they do have vegetarian options.

Accepted an order on DoorDash and NEVER fulfilled it. Which means I had to wait until this store closed to cancel my order and get a refund. I sat around for over an hour waiting on this store to fulfill my order after working and waiting on this meal all day. You had a very loyal customer who will never be giving you money again! The unprofessionalism is through the roof at this location.

These may be the worst wings I've ever had. They tasted baked, not fried. No coating on them and even though we asked for extra crispy, they were mushy. Run, don't walk, away from here.

Good spot for wings, sauces are tasty and there are plenty to pick from. I like the mild Buffalo. Good value for the price, lunch and daily specials are also pretty good. Only thing keeping the facility from five stars would be that sometimes wait times can vary. I find ordering wings is quicker than tenders. (Which is fine.. but would be nice to know upfront) I recommend placing your order online, then go pick it up. The facility itself is a little dated and could use some freshening up.

Anytime I'm around the Keystone area, R&R Extreme Wings is one of my most frequent places to eat. I enjoy this establishment, because they are always in good spirits and willing to help find the best thing on the menu to eat. I love their wings with the founders favorite sauce. It's soooo good!!! If you are in the area, R&R Wings are a MUST TRY!!!!

Wouldn't even help my girl until I went in... service was terrible we waited for 40 minutes just for them to give part of the order away to someone that walked in after us (a buddy of theirs?) waited another 15 minutes half of the food was cold. The wings were trash honestly bdubs would been a better option. Store was dirty and the employees were rude unbothered and unprofessional.

R & R's wings should be eaten when you're trying to enjoy some "R & R"......... R&R specializes in wings and they do it very well. They have a wide selection of sauces and flavors along with spice and heat levels. I normally like dry rub wings but opted for the Parmesan Garlic which were a wet rub. Not everyone does spicy garlic well but they have mastered the art of savory, juicy and seasoned. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite of these small yet satisfying wings. I'll probably double the order next time as just awas taking my last bite did it dawn on me that the meal was over. Fries came with the order and they were crispy on the outside and well seasoned. The ladies behind the counter were helpful and entertaining. Great food, great service!

Placed an order online. Showed up a few minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready, sent my husband inside alone because I wasn't feeling well. He had to wait another 50 minutes. They store was full of other frustrated people doing the same. When they finally called him over, it was to tell him that they were out of onion rings and asked if he wanted mozzarella sticks to replace them. He said no, we'll just take another order of fries. The order was ready a few minutes later. When we got home, not only did they not send more fries, they sent FULLY FROZEN MOZZARELLA STICKS. They hadn't been near a fryer. Just completely frozen. It sucks, because the food we waited 1.5 hours for was actually really good (well, not the mozzarella sticks, those went in the trash). But I can't ever go back to a place that in good conscience sent uncooked food home with someone. Honestly insulting to do that to a paying customer who waited patiently.

The fish was fresh, hot, seasoned and delicious! It did not have a "fishy" taste or like it had been frozen. The garlic parm bone- in wings are my fave! I will go back everytime. I have only been to the west Lafayette rd location tho.... soooo I can't speak on the other locations.

I went in for the first time because I wanted to order 50 wings. I was told by a rude guy that he would only sell me 20. Then, when my order was ready, no one gave it to me. It sat on the counter for a while. The staff was in the back area. Someone recommended this place but I wasn't impressed.

So freaking good' I've been turned on to this place because of people I work with, we have had it two times in 4 days and I need to get control of myself. The wings are tasty, I had the sweet chili and the lemon pepper, the flavor/ spicy was awesome. All around tasty on its own and with hot sauce and ranch, perfection as well. The fries "slap" as well, not soggy, perfect amount of salt, and having them with the dipping sauces is perfection. Loved both of my sets of wings, I love traditional wings, and was impressed. The price point is also great and the quality doesn't disappoint! I'll be a repeat customer since both times we've gotten wings they have been awesome. I'm glad I've gotten turned on to this place!

I'd prefer these wings over some of the chain places. I love the Founders sauce which is like a BBQ with a little heat. This time I tried the hot honey garlic which were tasty. For fries, get it with the garlic parm sauce. You will thank me later. You can get any sauce on top of the fries, but some don't work as well. For example we got the hot garlic on top of one of the fries but it was dry. Gotta get out of the national chain game and try this place out!

Love the wings here! I'd driven by many times and finally decided to try. I'm so glad I did. They have quite a few flavors. My favorites are the hot barbecue and the garlic Parmesan. Their fries are good too. I dip my fries in sauce, but you can also order fries with sauce. Most people order to go. You can dine in, but the eat in area is very small and most people in the seats are waiting on food to go. Definitely worth it. This is my new favorite wing place.

If you like wings, this place is a must in Indy. Any time we are in town we make it a point to come here. The wings are always grilled just right. Juicy on the inside and a little crispy on the outside. Every sauce we have tried is amazing. My favorite is the hot habanero. As a hot food junkie, these have just enough kick to feel and a nice habanero flavor. It is very casual. You seat yourself and the lady at the bar comes to take your order and brings the food when it is ready. You won't wait long. They are very quick. I can't wait to go again! Food is good, but customer service sucks, employees just stand around, not doing anything or playing on their phone, while I was at the cash register

I went in to order wings on New Year's Eve at around 4:20 pm. I overheard the cashier tell the customer ahead of me that there was going to be a 1/2 hour wait for walk-in customers. That customer walked out and I was next up in line. The cashier then asked me if I had a pick up order. I said that I'm a walk in. She then proceeded to say that they're no longer taking walk in orders. I was surprised because she'd just told the guy ahead of me that there's a wait. After the cashier says this, one of the cooks yelled, "yes we are taking walk-in orders!" Now, I'm giving 4 stars by grace, lol. The wings are BOMB (delicious) and truly saved this rating. Thanks to the cook in the back as well. The Parmesan garlic and the lemon pepper wings are my faves. The customer service is shaky, but the wings are so good that I will return, lol.

finally tried some of the most talked about wings in the city! I had the 10 piece traditional wings with fries topped with their Parmesan Garlic Sauce. The sauce I got on my wings were their house sauce! The flavor of the house sauce was a little heat and a little sweet which I loved. The sauce on the fries were so good. Pricing is very reasonable and they do have specials on certain days.

I have eaten this a few times and it has been tasty each time. I like to try a different sauce each visit. So far I've tried Founder's Favorite, Honey BBQ, and Sweet Chili. I've tried the wings and boneless wings. I always get the Parmesan garlic sauce added on the fries. They currently offer a lunch specials and certain deals on certain day. On Wednesdays, they offer 50¢ boneless wings. A $5 chicken sandwich is the special for Thursday. There are other locations on the west side and northwest side of the city.

A connoisseur of only the finest chicken tenders, I spied a co-worker ordering these regularly. One day she said, "I want you to try this sauce." It was a lil cup of Founder's Favorite. Well, lemme tell you, I only meant to taste it, but I ate that entire lil side of sauce WITH A SPOON as if it were a dang bowl of Campbell's chicken and stars. So, I ordered myself a five piece tender. I didn't get fries with mine. I don't know if that means the five piece doesn't come with fries or if they forgot mine, but it's all good. I was already indulging and the fries would have been tempting. I got thee sauces: founders favorite, sweet n spicy, and hot BBQ. They weren't labeled and one knocked my socks off. It wasn't painfully hot, but hotter than expected. I'd say that was the hot BBQ. All were very different and delicious. The tenders were crisp, juicy, and perfect. Cereal cheese jalapeño poppers were as expected. The wings look crazy good, but that's not a great work lunch.

Dianno and Drew hooked us up with the service. been here a few times and never seen any negativity. I'ma become a regular here.

Officially my favorite saucy wings in Indy...especially that garlic permesan The wings are smaller than what you might find at other wing spots, but what they lack in size they make up for in flavor. So order more than you might from other wing places, and even if you end up with leftovers, you'll know they won't go to waste.

Ordered delivery and my food was still warm when it arrived! 6 Mild Buffalo wings with the Parmesan fries - perfect and under $10! I've had this location and the one on Michigan, I am impressed with this chain!

First off. This place is stupid expensive for the tiny wings you get. I paid $15 plus tax and a tip was $19 for 10 wings and fries. That's insane. I can get a good steak, fries and salad out somewhere for that. The wings are raved about. I totally forgot about the "founders favorite" sauce and got hot garlic and garlic parm on the side. The fries were good. The food was hot but the wings were very meh. Seemed like standard Gordon's food service wings heated up and tossed in sauce. The hot garlic wasn't anything special or new. I might go back for the founder's favorite but might not. There used to be a wing place in the same spot a couple years ago or so that gave you big, huge quarters and they were delicious. These are NOWHERE near as good as Ale Emporium. I haven't had KSR yet.

In fact, It actually tasted better than I remembered!! Listen: Here is what you get: + Parm Garlic Fries!! A++++ Saucy. Crispy. Full of Flavor. Lick the plate good! + Parm Garlic Wings WITH their Lemon Pepper rub sprinkled on top A+++++. Perfectly bite sized wings but they are smaller wings so I recommend getting more than your usual wing order. And if you want to treat yo self: The Koolaid mix the two flavors. It's sweet, okay? Like cups of sugar sweet but it will bring you back to the days yo momma used to make it. Thank you to the fine brothas and sistas who run this joint. You are appreciated!!! Who would have ever guessed my favorite wing joint in the country would be in Indianapolis. Life really is funny sometimes.

We ordered take out from R&R Extreme Wings. What a great wing spot. Typically I would get bone in but boneless sounded good this time. I got the teriyaki lemon pepper wings and wow were they good. So much flavor, the salty from the teriyaki and sweet from the lemon pepper have made me a changed man. I will only want things this way now. The fries were fresh crispy and hot! Can't wait to try their bone in wings!

Disappointed. Despite signs on the door asking customers to wear masks none of the staff were. We left. Can't risk it. Sad we couldn't try the food Also note they have a chicken sandwich on their menu but when asked about it they said no as if they never had one. If you don't offer that item , why is it still on the menu board?

Food Truck Day! I've been wanting to try R&R for a while but hadn't had the opportunity to visit any of their locations. I was super excited when I learned they had a food truck and were posted out at my job for the day. The line was wrapped around the block (always a great sign), but moved quickly and the woman taking orders was super sweet. I decided to order the combo which came with 6 wings and fries for $8.50. I chose the Parmesan garlic sauce and after trying it, have zero desire to ever try another sauce. IT WAS THAT AMAZING! I did think the wings were a bit small, but overall was satisfied with my lunch choice for the day and would certainly order again.

For restaurant week in Indy, I stopped at R&R to get lunch. It reminded me of home with the ambiance ordering wings. It was a lot of people getting lunch so I knew it had to be good. I got a $6 special with six wings, fries, and a drink. The founders favorite sauce was a mild BBQ sauce that was good. The staff was funny and quick with getting peoples order out.

First time visiting R&R Extreme Wings but it won't be the last. The wings so so meaty and the two sauces we tried (spicy garlic and hot barbecue) were awesome. If you're a wing fan this is a must visit. We had the weekly 6 wings with fries and a drink special today. The guy behind the counter was very engaging and helpful - I'm sorry we didn't get his name. Based on Indianapolis food, this is a 5. My husband loves wings, so if he's saying it's good, it is. We came here after we heard someone raving about it and their garlic Parmesan fries (they douse the fries in their garlic parm sauce). I had an 8 piece with the owners favorite sauce, which is what I'd describe as a tangy bbq. It comes with a side of fries that you can enhance with sauce for extra. I did the garlic parm and it was really good. Many years ago Quiznos had a peppercorn ranch that tasted really similar and I always liked that too. My husband had a 12 piece, half mild buffalo and half mango habenaro (which he declared is better than b-dubs). I forgot what sauce he put on his fries, but he liked mine better. This stuff is finger lickin good! We will be back.

I've given this place a few tries over time and I have to say I'm pretty conflicted about how I feel. Let me explain... The Food: it's good. Pretty above average for wings. They offer a plethora of sauces and they all taste pretty good. You can get the sauce on your fries too. That's really tasty. They have a special drink, it's like kool aid on steroids, pretty good but definitely a treat. The prices are pretty reasonable, cheaper than Wing-stop and maybe even BW3. Ok, so here is where my conflicting comes in. This place has got to step it up in the customer service department. They are in a prime area, pretty close to Broad Ripple and Glendale, and the service is not up to par. It's super rare to get someone smiling or even seemingly excited to be there. That makes it hard. If they can correct that, I think they have a great chance of capturing so many other customers from around the area.

why I haven't reviewed this gem before now, I'll never know ‍ but if you happen to be in the area on a Monday, THIS IS DINNER ‼ 0.75 Cent Traditional Wings for the win! tried the Cajun and mango habanero - both packed some heat (6-7/10) lots of flavor, not your basic mango habanero sauce. fries were the perfect side. will remember to take photos next go around as this will not be our last R&R experience. BONUS - excellent customer service, especially for takeout only, wish I would've gotten the woman's name at the register because she is always so pleasant and funny.

I love their sweet chili wings and garlic Parmesan. I recommend the Keystone Location over the 71st Mich Rd

Terrible nasty low budget not done wings. I tried twice this past month and I keep asking for well done party wings . They do not have party wings they have low budget texturized chicken that you can't bite into or enjoy because it's never well done. Very disappointed. Y'all need to get y'all original chicken back or shut down the restaurant. Please and thanks And the workers don't make it no better throw the whole night crew away

So I'm from Memphis, which means that my hot wing standards are really high. I've been complaining about the lack of solid wing places in Indy for years. I've passed by R&R nearly everyday for a year and never tried it until recently. I'm officially hooked. Hands down some the best wings I've had in Indy. I've exclusively been using DoorDash to order and I love that they deliver to my area. Here's some of my sauce/flavor recommendations based on my last six orders lol: 1. Their Parmesan Garlic is undefeated. ( Get it on the fries too, you'll thank me later). 2. Founder's Favorite 3. Lemon Pepper 4. Spicy Garlic I'm still working my way down their list of sauce flavors but the ones mentioned above have not missed yet! Check out R&R if you're tired of settling for BWW's (no shade, but kinda). It's black owned too so that's always a plus for me!

We had R&R Wings to go. They have several options for sauce which was fun to select. My wings were just okay. I will definitely give them another try in the future.

So I went to r&r for lunch & everything was fine till I got my food 25 minutes after I payed for it. I order a chicken sandwich with just pickle & mayonnaise. Why did I wait for it for 20+ minutes just for that & my fries to be soggy my chicken was so salty that I spit it right out, not to mention who doesn't like seasoned food the guy Brandon was coo but his service was pathetic. I spent 15 $ on a slushy which was small a small frie n a chicken sandwich. I wouldn't recommend this r&r out east go to the one out west

Located right by the Indiana State Fairgrounds, don't let this place's appearance fool you. It looks abandoned on the outside and a bit outdated on the inside, but they have some of the best wings in the area. I took advantage of the lunch special, $7.99 for six wings and a small fry. The flavors on the wing are delicious (and there are many) and the texture is just right. The fries are also pretty good. I don't know what seasoning salt they use on the fries, but I need to get some. I make it a point to stop here anytime I have an event at the Fairgrounds. I recommend checking this place out and look forward to returning soon.

I will never order from this place again. 1st I ordered 30 wings, fries, onion rings and had it delivered through door dash. I received about 17 wings in flavors I didn't order. There was no way to tell which flavors were which. What we received was thrown in one box with no separation. There was sauce that came on the fries which I didn't ask for and I never got the onion rings. I immediately contacted the Door Dash driver who said she would go back after her order. I tried to contact R&R to only get a vm that said to leave a message or send an email! I then contact DD to make a complaint. A portion of my money was refunded but my family and I were still unsatisfied. The driver never returned because the order had been finalized. I can't make a complaint with the restaurant because they do not answer the phone. One star is too good of a rating but this app requires me to at least give that much.

Yooooooooo they are sooooo good! I'll never go back to BWW again. I got the sweet n spicy wings. They were large and filling. Cooked perfectly and timely. I'll definitely be I had reviewed them in the past was unhappy about the size of the wings, well they fixed that problem!

I called in my order for the lunch special and perch sandwhich. Everything was perfect. My wings were perfect as usual...but the perch ...OMG fried to perfection( not to hard, or undercooked...PERFECT) . MY order was ready upon pick up...will definitely be back!!!! And will recommend!!! Ty

Well these wing may just be the best in the city even waiting for an hour I an giving them 4 stars . I got all flats and sauces where good . I order the fries no salt and sauce on the side . Love when I can customize a order half crispy half baked they where flavorful and perfect. The DoorDash issue we'll not there problem Wish I would have taken a picture

The boneless wings leave a lot to be desired. The sauces are great, we tried the honey garlic, founders favorite, bourbon and sweet/spicy. The boneless wings are super small. The fries are just fine. I agree with our reviews that say to put parm garlic on the fries, otherwise they're boring with minimal salt. Honestly the sauces are the only reason it is even a 3 star, but I still would not get it again.

I get really excited when new businesses open up and that was no exception for R & R Extreme wings. So apparently they have at least two locations. I visited the new location on Keystone (right before you get to Fall Creek & Keystone). I received a coupon for $2 off 10 wings so we gave it a try. R&R is located where the old Andre's BBQ was and they've done a nice job of cleaning up the space. We ordered a split of honey BBQ and parmesan wings. Let me tell you; they did NOT disappoint. Normally what I find at chicken wing places is that the wings are dried out and saturated with sauce. I'm so excited to know R&R did not follow that routine. The wings were a good size (nothing unnatural) and seasoned very well. They have an array of sauces to choose from. They have hot and honey BBQ; they have Parmesan garlic; lemon pepper; panda orange (intrigued); hot habanero; hot honey Sriracha; mild buffalo and believe it or not, the list goes on. It looks like they have flavors to satisfy everyone's taste. They have teamed up with another company called Indy Jars who make these delicious desserts that were just divine that are sold here. The reason they didn't get a 5-star rating is because the young lady needs a little training in customer service, but maybe she's new and I won't hold that against them. But all in all the wings are probably my new favorite.

The building may look a little shady but the food is really good. Always freshly made and well prepared. Great wings and great sauces.

I love chicken wings especially when they are done right and this place definitely knows how to do it right. The best part is it's black owned but it's also delicious.

Wish I could give a good review as we have had wings from here 4 times now, unfortunately it has been very inconsistent through those visits. Ordered 25 wings which gets two sauces, tried to have 10 left plain, 10 habanero and 5 founders as my kids like plain. I was told plain was considered a sauce(?) and they could only split 12/13. Not sure what planet plain is considered a sauce but fine, got sauce on the side. Got home and discovered these wings must have come off of a pigeon, literally paid almost a dollar per wing and got what you see in the picture. They forgot my blue cheese as well. Tried to give them a chance but I'll head up the road to KSR in the future.

Great food and it was quick services. I will definitely be back there on my lunch break.

My husband had the wings and I had the catfish! I was SO jealous of his fries...I didn't think about getting sauce added, but I will next time! The fish was fried to perfection and the service was impeccable! We will be happy to visit R&R Extreme Wings again!
