I visited Randy's on a Saturday morning around 8 AM and was pleased to find the line relatively short, with only four people ahead of me. The donut selection was well stocked, which was a great start to my day. I decided to order three maple bars, a dozen maple donut holes, and two glazed old-fashioneds. While the maple bars were ok, I found both those and the donut holes a bit lacking. They seemed less fresh, possibly made the night before, as the maple topping flaked off in large chunks. The flavor was good, but the freshness left much to be desired. The glazed old-fashioned donut, however, was a standout. It tasted fresh, and I detected a subtle hint of lemon, which, despite not being a lemon enthusiast, I found pleasantly unobtrusive. As for my drink, I ordered a regular iced vanilla latte with almond milk. It was good and struck the perfect balance between flavor and sweetness (not too sweet). Overall, Randy's offered a delightful start to my morning, with a few minor areas for improvement.

Google
A doughnut 🍩 is not one of my favorite things to eat. However, when I do get the desire to eat one or two, Randy’s Doughnuts is my go-to spot. Randy’s Doughnuts has a long history and they are always consistent in the quality, taste and texture of their doughnuts. I recently bought these for the team that I manage and of course, the doughnuts all disappeared in seconds lol 😂. These beauties came from the Manhattan Beach, CA location.

Google
Visited mid day on a Thursday , no other customers were in the shop but plenty of doughnuts to choose from. Ordered an Apple Fritter, plain glazed, maple cake, and a maple bacon doughnut. Everything was delicious. Apple fritter was the best- had a nice hard exterior with a soft flavorful cinnamon inside and tiny apple pieces. All donuts tasted fresh and none of them were overly sweet which I really enjoyed. Classic plain glazed was fluffy and better when microwaved a few seconds at home. Would highly recommend

After seeing so many videos and watching it on so many movies, it was my first stop when landed in Los Angeles International Airport. The donuts were fantastic. Very good donuts. What upset me is they seem to have lots and lots of trays of all their regular donuts but they just said sold out sold out. I enjoyed the apple fritter one of the best I've ever had

I had a quick but great experience at Randy’s donuts. Got a delicious fruity pebbles donut and I cant wait for my next one. I loved the decor of the bakery, lots of pictures and memories :) So many fun donut options to choose from!

Google
Tried their classic chocolate donuts, they were really tasty but be cautious as it's all highly processed sugar and just cause it tastes good doesn't mean it's good for body. Just once in a while is fine but don't get addicted cause this stuff is highly addictive lol. The workers were very nice and friendly.

Google
Holy cow, these donuts are insane. As a donut-lover, the fluffiness of the raised donuts are unmatched. There is so much to choose from that everyone can find something for their tastes. Service was friendly and patient as we took in all the options and tried to make the impossible decision of narrowing down our choices to a reasonable order. We are here for two more weeks and you can guarantee you will see us again. Thank you for a great experience!

Google
Randy’s has been a local staple for decades and it’s easy to see why. No kidding, they’re probably 10x better than a Dunkin donut. They’re always fresh, fluffy and just plain good. Dozens of flavors to choose from and the line usually moves pretty quick. Parking is in the back so if you’re coming from Rosecrans you’ll have to turn onto either Apollo or Continental into the business park.

Yelp
Excellent customer service! The guys that helped me put together food for my staff were top notch... Best sweet treats for any occasion in my opinion. And their Cinnamon rolls are the best in the donut business! Love this location specifically quick service clean and always fresh... see you in the morning

Yelp
This is the El Segundo outpost of the famous Randy's Donuts. It's in a nondescript office complex and kind of easy to miss(no big spotter donut). The donuts were not as good as what I like at Krispy Kreme and Sidecar but I bump to 4 stars for excellent service with good attitude.

Yelp
While this shop has a smaller footprint than the one in Inglewood (with the huge donut sculpture out front), they offer a wide selection of donuts! If you get there later in the day, there's a chance that some varieties will be sold out. The service is consistently friendly and prompt, and there's both indoor and outdoor seating available. I enjoy their donuts (I usually get the chocolate raised), and I also like their cinnamon roll with its pillowy texture. I like how this Randy's is near a variety of restaurants and even a Philz, and there's ample parking on site.

Yelp
I broke down and wanted a doughnut. When I walked in, I saw the SpongeBob special Krabby patty doughnut. All I could say is it was delicious, beautiful and a good value ! I really enjoyed the green coconut lettuce the little nugget that came with and the patty. It was really tasty. I hope you bring it back or have a similar promotion. It also came in a really cute box. While they don't make the doughnuts here they always seem fresh and the employees are great.

Yelp
We did a taste test with several donuts, and one clear winner stood out, Randy's Glazed Raised. Their original glazed donut was light, fluffy, and impressively large. Truly delicious! It's easy to see why this classic takes the gold. Yumm!

Amana C.

Yelp
Donuts were great. Bought for a party and everyone enjoyed them. Nice and soft. Will come back.

Melinda E.

Yelp
Of course I'm here for the history and culture but I truly Enjoy the fact I can come here and get a traditional doughnut . They were fresh which is all I could ask for. The service was friendly and I love the new vibe this location brings to a historical name , Randy's!

Steve M.

Yelp
Always a great selection. The staff is great and I love their specialty donuts, both seasonal and special events like Sponge Bob and Snow flake donuts!

Tim S.

Yelp
Was staying at my Mom's for the weekend and drove down here Friday morning for some donuts. The perfect donut exists, and its the butter crumb raised from Randy's. So freaking good! I have had many donuts over the years, and NONE are as good as the butter crumb raised. Still thinking about it days later.

Jenny K.

Yelp
I've heard Randy's has the best donuts here in the South Bay. I have a big sweet tooth so I had to check this place out. We went in the afternoon and unfortunately, my favorite donuts were all sold out. We opted to get a chocolate old fashioned and a blueberry cake donut. I think the textures on both donuts were a bit different than what I've had at other places.. Pretty dense and heavy? They're good donuts but i think we got the donuts late they tasted a bit dry... maybe we'll go back in the morning when they're fresher

Angela V.

Yelp
Great donuts. They tasted fresh and not like they've been sitting out all day. All of the workers were super friendly here. There was a small line but it went very quick. We got two free donuts since it was National Donut Day so that was nice!

Michael B.

Yelp
Probably one of my favorite donut spots ever. The dough is better for all of their raised donuts and their chocolate is better for all of their chocolate dipped donuts. My favorite is their custard filled long john. I enjoy all of their raised donuts. Their donuts are affordable and quality so you can't go wrong no matter what your preference. It's just as good as the original Randy's so glad they've expanded and opened more locations.

Ashley M.

Yelp
Ordered ahead to prevent them selling out of the donut I wanted. Opened the bag to a really soggy cake donut. Sadly I didn't even finish it.

Ashley A.

Yelp

Sabrina S.

Yelp
Great selection of donuts! And they've got all their donuts well organized into categories - classic, deluxe etc. Pricing was easy to follow. Fam had a request for cake and classic donuts, so I chose the dozen combo ~ $23. Chose an array- blueberry, lemon, vanilla, chocolate, and maple. The devil's food chocolate and blueberry cake donuts stood out. Being an apple fritter kinda gal, I ordered one for myself. It was huge! Slightly crunchy on the outside, with a soft, cinnamony doughy inside, and small apple bits dispersed throughout. I think I ate the entire fritter over 3 days lol Friendly service, great donuts!

Sammy G.

Yelp
There are so many different flavors to choose from! I really like the creativity of the donuts .

Phoebe M.

Yelp
Best donuts I've ever had in my life. I found a few that I stick to, the apple, fritter, the long John, maple filled with cream, and the Nutella raised. Can't go wrong with any of those.

Eric R.

Yelp
Randy's used to be our go-to place in El Segundo to get our donuts, we shunned other donuts because of the past quality of Randy's. We were shocked on a recent visit, to find all the donuts were subpar. The maple donuts frosting was hard and crumbly, good luck eating that and not getting all that frosting on your shirt. My beloved toasted coconut donut was removed and replaced with something that says coconut but does not look like coconut. Thanks, corporate... We also noticed the texture of the donuts were off, did not taste fresh natural.. had a chemical aftertaste. The kicker, was we saved a couple donuts to eat the morning after with our coffee... They were rock hard and tasted even more like they had chemicals inside of them... Unsure if the whole chain is falling apart or this location is getting sloppy with their baking. The kicker here, is we saved the donuts for the next day and wanted to have it with coffee.

Ryna D.

Yelp
Love Randy's. It's like Dunkin but way way better. Much cheaper than some of the fancy donut shops in LA but always terrific. Not much a fan of their cake donuts though. For those, go to Sidecar.

Alona L.

Yelp
I love this location and always pick it Vs the historic one because you get Philz next door and little tables to enjoy the donuts. They also seem to be less crowded here. They have great selection of donuts, friendly staff, quick service.

Yelp
Walked in yesterday. 2 girls on their phones not a client in sight. I asked for an order of donuts. I saw that there were 2 cinnamon donuts and asked for them. The girl Helping me said oh there was an order for it. I said but I it's there and I just picked it out. Her response was the order was already paid for again I said but the donut is there, her response It's paid for. I left the donuts. I did not appreciate that the employees are standing around ok their phones and I choose to purchase that is available just so they now decide to fill the order. No thank you that's horrible service. I how the business knows it lost the profit from a dozen donuts because their employees slacked off. I'll never walk back into this business. Horrible experience for a first time client.

Abraham K.

Yelp
Great donuts and friendly service. Comes out to around $2 a piece and $2 off any dozen. Cakey batter and not way too sugary.

Britt C.

Yelp
I think this will be the last time we get Randy's Donuts. Twenty bucks for 6 and most tasted stale. We have tried different locations and we just aren't fans. Hard when you have the best donuts in Tehachapi. Try Carlos donuts and then compare to Randy's just no comparison

Ronee M.

Yelp
i was looking forward to my donut but went to eat it and saw it was dirty and had hair on it . no thanks .

Zoe C.

Yelp
I've seen Randy Donuts many times and decided to stop by and purchase some donuts to share with friends at work. Very good Donuts larger than most typical size donuts at a slightly higher cost. The entrance is in the rear of the street so don't miss it.

Ali S.

Yelp
The iconic Randy's Donuts is something I have always wanted to try. On a trip to aek Segundo today, I saw a new location tucked next to a Shake Shack and decided to try it. They have multiple flavors covered in churros, M&M's, you name it, it's here. I bought a couple and knew what I was getting. That oily old school donut. Solid if that is what you are looking for. I would still like to go to the original location, but for now, this will do. IG Tip: Any Reel or TikTok would look good with one of the donuts in it! All looked great!

Amira K.

Yelp
I was very disappointed to spend $40 on donuts to open the box and find a bunch of bugs crawling all over and the inside them. Called and spoke to the manager and she said "there wasn't bug when we put them in." Right Ok....

Mo M.

Yelp
Service was prompt and attentive. Two gentlemen behind the counter on a Saturday morning were rather busy. Good customer skills. Our only suggestion is stop saying "no problem". We live in a city elsewhere in California that will soon be getting 3 or 4 Randy's. Makes us think maybe the original sold the name or franchised. No matter, it was nice to have some donuts that were better and different. Pretty sure most donut shops in our town have the same supplier of donut powder to which they add water and mix. Randy's we're good! We got a cinnamon crumb, an apple fritter, and a"crundy" (sp). First time in LA metro in 20 years. If we come back, we'll stop at Randy's again.

Julie F.

Yelp
I dropped by after lunch nearby yesterday to get a few donuts with my friend. I ordered an apple fritter, a glazed old fashioned, and a chocolate old fashioned. We were the only ones in the store. When I got home, I was very surprised that I received a raised glaze and a raised chocolate donut with the apple fritter. Apparently the person who helped me wasn't listening when I ordered. Next time I guess I'd better open the box before I leave to make sure I'm given the right donuts!

Aliyah C.

Yelp
Good quick service. Okay donuts - got a Nutella one and it was so thick of frosting it was overwhelming. Caveat here is that I'm not the biggest donut fan but mom wanted to stop and try it out.

Tosha L.

Yelp
Vince D. thanks so much for your attention to this matter. I have reached out to Samara as requested.

Genevieve G.

Yelp
Full disclosure, opinion expressed from a Canadian with a huge sweet tooth! I was told, " You must try the famous Randy's Donuts!" So I finally did! I purchased the Nutella donut. The dough was good but saturated with oil that tasted strong. If you have ever had a Beavertail in Canada, this is the same oily flavor. *Beavertails are food truck style, fried dough covered in cinnamon and sugar often sold to locals and tourists in the blisteringly cold winters." Personally, it was fun to see a good variety of donuts but not my favorite treat.

Isaac K.

Yelp
The butter crumb raised donut is something else. The location is right in the middle by a philz which is a plus.

Eddy H.

Yelp
Having previously lived in Southern California for 15 years, I remember seeing some of the original Randy's Donuts locations with the huge donut on top of the building. This time we were headed to LAX, and my daughters wanted to stop at the coffee shop in the same center. So, I decided to walk into this modern looking Randy's Donuts and check out their selection. They definitely have a great variety of donuts. The one that caught my eye was the Bacon Maple Long John Donut. We have similar donuts back in Atlanta, but this one looked unique with all of the bacon chopped. So, I ordered the Bacon Maple Long John Donut and it definitely didn't disappoint. The sweet maple icing and salty bacon go together perfectly, and with the bacon being chopped, you get just the right amount of maple and bacon in every single bite. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in California.

Yolanda R.

Yelp
Delicious donuts not full of air holes! Always fresh and they're big! Service is on point! Ambiance nice clean and friendly!

S C.

Yelp
Swinging by Randy's for a bacon maple bar is a guilty pleasure of mine. This morning, I went around 9:15AM to pick up donuts for my coworkers birthday and I picked up a bacon maple bar for myself. Unfortunately it did not taste fresh but seemed like it may have been a day old. Usually they are incredibly delicious and melt in your mouth, but today's tastes different. Not sure what happened on their end.

Dulce C.

Yelp
Sat morning 10/14/23 . I can to the famous Randy donuts, with the surprise when I arrived to the office that these were not fresh donuts, These are yesterday's donuts. How can you possibly let this happen, or is this the service you deli er on Saturday. Definitely will be and the last at this place, I will pass it on to our office staff to go do business elsewhere

chris d.

Yelp
Had hoped it'd improve. It didn't. Same guy working. Had a smile on his face until I walked in. I asked for 5 donuts. I got 3. Not sure what he charged me for because I don't have the receipt (which they're supposed to give), but it doesn't matter. I arrive home and find 2 less than I ordered, not happy. It's not rocket science. Not happy.

Rick S.

Yelp
There's no denying Randy's is a good donut shop! They have a huge oversized donut that looks sharable for 2-4 people that's like $3.50 I think. I don't love donuts nor often crave 'em but when I do feel like one, Randy's is a solid go-to spot to get 'em. I like this location, as I was accustomed to the Inglewood location you can see off the 405 in the ghetto 'hood, but they've expanded to nicer more convenient locations in the South Bay and it's got greater appeal and accessibility for customers like me. I like this location and the service was friendly and nice too.

Monica S.

Yelp
Worst service ever, will never return here especially for subpar donuts. The way we were treated here appalled me.

Sheila W.

Yelp
If you're not a big fan of lines like Randys in Inglewood, head to the Randy's in El Segundo. It's one of my go to use for an amazing doughnut too. When you walk in you are first greeted with the smell of ingredients to make donuts afterwards the crew comes out from the back to take your order. Today I was greeted by Nick and Jacob who had amazing energy and great smiles. There's a cool vibe in the strip mall with other eateries. Right next to Randys, there's a stop to gather with friends and enjoy your coffee. There's a lot with free parking but it gets crowded and the spaces are tight. I stopped in to order "One" donut but end up with two more deliciousness. The donuts are always fresh, and some donuts go faster than others. My favorites are the classic twister, bear claw and red valet donuts. They also offer hot and cold beverages but it look like most people pick up donuts her and coffee next door. There's so many others to choose from you can never go wrong. Enjoy and watch out for the Randy's boxes!

Sara I.

Yelp
Not your average donut shop. Sure there are a ton of great places to get donuts in LA, but Randy's has been an LA classic for a reason. They have a wide variety of unique and delicious donuts to choose from. I arrived a few minutes before closing time so I have no idea when the donuts I purchased were made but all of them exceeded my expectations! I would definitely come back. the $4.65 Nutella donut seemed a bit overpriced but everything else was reasonably priced

R H.

Yelp
Best donuts Service is excellent Ambiance is cool, I wished they had little tables to sit and enjoy coffee and donuts:)

Ann N.

Yelp
Some of the freshest donuts you'll ever taste. We've been trying to try Randy's Donut but was never in the area. Today, we were on Rosecrans and had to stop by!!! Glad we did. Plenty of parking. The workers are pretty fast to help you get your selection and get your boxed up, pay and out. I recommend taking a look at their menu online first so you have an idea of some of the flavors and varieties they have. The line forms quite quickly after you so don't be that one person who holds up the line :) We got a few to try and was happy for each one of them. Especially the matcha one. Not overwhelming. 4 donuts were about $11.50 but about 3-4ppl can enjoy. They are not small donuts. Will return.

Diana L.

Yelp
Perfect all around! Great location! Conveniently located right next door to a Philz Coffee! Fabulous donuts! Large variety to chose from! All so delicious! Highly recommend if you want super delicious donuts!

Bridgette R.

Yelp
The best donuts! And the employees are so professional and kind! Will be back! It is nice to know that there is still excellent customer service out here!

Kate M.

Yelp
This location is awesome! Donuts were delicious and the employees were so nice and friendly. I was a little skeptical as this wasn't the OG Randy's but they were so good! There was a bit of a line but because of the efficient employees it went really fast. I will definitely come back when I am in the Los Angeles area.

Melissa L.

Yelp
I have to admit that in all my years living in Los Angeles, I had never tried Randy's Donuts. So, when I spotted this newer location in El Segundo (opened September 2018), I stopped by to finally try a bite. This small location in a little food mall on Rosecrans, always had a line out the door. I decided to wait on a day with only 4 people ahead of me. There's no eating inside, so it's a grab & go. The wait in line gives you the time to study the varied donut collection. When it was my turn, I opted for the Coconut Raised (they also have a toasted coconut raised). The donut was delicious. Sweet, yet light, and delicious. I attempted to return the next day to try another flavor, but the line was too long. Yep, it seems everyone already knows the deliciousness.

David M.

Yelp
Super fresh, light and airy. The glazed donuts were the best. Old fashioned were super great too -- perfectly cakey and deep in flavor.
