Just got home from picking up some doughnuts from here. Loved the doughnuts until today. I opened the box and was greeted by a roach. Not coming back at all after that. That was extremely unpleasant and I am very disgusted. Its a tiny one too, meaning theres probably a nest or an even larger problem at this location. And side note. I ordered a peach green tea, got the green tea with no peach at all. I am very disappointed with this visit and will forever triple hesitate to come back.

I was super hyped about these donuts but that was about it. Walked in around 830 in the morning. I was the only patron so I was helped promptly. I proceeded to order what I was told their "3 best donuts". The Red Velvet, Chocolate Devil's food, and Blueberry Iced. I was only able to muster up a bite of each. They were all dry and super dense. You could literally taste the oil in the donuts. It fell really really short compared to the donut scene we have here in Fresno. Save your time and money and go to a more reputable shop!

So I'll start off with the service. It was awesome. They put the donuts in the box magnificently. Very friendly and super nice. Now, that was about the only thing impressive. That being said. It wasn't bad. The donuts were just regular donuts. Not as sweet as say fosters donut. Kinda pricey for a donut shop. Did have some artsy type, but I'm an old-fashioned guy. I'll come back in a few months and see if they change. Hats off to staff. It would be cool if they made them in-house. I love that smell. Nice looking and well lit inside. Easily readable menus. Give it a chance but not my cup of tea.

Google
The first time I visited, I wasn’t fully impressed, but I decided to give them another try today. From my last visit and today I’ve tried 7 different varieties. The donuts look delicious, and I’m sure they make them fresh every morning, but it seems like they’ve been sitting out for a while, which affects the texture and flavor. The red velvet donut had nice flavor but was very dry. At $10 for three donuts, it would be great to see them keep the donuts fresher throughout the day because they do have potential.

Google
Nothing special but a name synonymous to the giant donut that Ironman/Tony Stark sat in Ironman 2. The donuts are average at best. They have giant size donuts but I think that taste wise you could get the same taste at your donut store close to you. Sure they have different kinds of sweet coffee drinks that may differ from others but you’re visiting this place in hopes for a spectacular donut. Sorry to say, you won’t be getting it here. I’ve been here a couple times now but it’s nothing to write home about. I’m not going to be raving about to friends or coworkers. Prices are average. The service is average. Location is probably below average, it’s not the best location. Give them a shot or don’t, you aren’t missing out either way.

Google
Eat at your own risk. We got a bad bunch, the donuts swam in oil on the way home. Then one bite tells the story, cost savings buy not changing out their fry oil. Despite the look, absolutely worst oil dough ever. Even the icing couldn't break through the grease. The only thing this place has in common with the big shop, is the name.

Yelp
Randy's donuts have some of the softest, fluffiest and tastiest donuts around. I was introduced to them at work one night and just had to visit with my kiddo. We came by this morning for a breakfast treat & drink. The first thing that caught my eye was the large display case full of glorious yummy looking donuts. I wanted all of them lol we chose the Apple fritter, Oreo cookie raised and a chocolate cake. The frappe and maple iced coffee were good. If you like sweet things. We were greeted with friendly smiles and a hello. The employees were very kind and made our drinks really fast. Nice shop near Fresno state university. Good photo wall and lots of good choices for everyone's different tastes. Next time I'm getting the little donuts I forgot the name but they're like donut holes that are bigger. Thanks Randy's for giving us a nice stop for breakfast or a mid day snack. Nice inside lighting and really clean! Randy's will be at the Savemart center for different events if you're going there check them out.

Yelp
We were really looking forward to Randy's being that we love the original in LA. The anticipation when we first seen the sign go up and the seemingly forever amount of time for it to finally open... and disappointment.. our first visit was the first week; donuts were not good, greasy and sooo sweet and the coffee, we passed on even though the descriptions sounded good.. the patrons in front of us were waiting and waiting for their coffees and getting frustrated.. the person making them had no clue what they were doing and kept asking for help and reading instructions.. felt bad for her.. the staff appeared frustrated as well.. figured first week and give them time to work out the kinks.. we went back a couple months later and nope, not going back.. I was reminded that I hadn't left a review because I seen another sign for another opening up in Clovis.. of course I'm going to try it but my hopes are not high.. I do wish them the best and hope they find their groove

Yelp
I grew up in LA, specifically Gardena, where the og Randy's is at. I would walk there and get donuts with my friends after school. Or Whenever I saw that big donut outside the car window I knew we were almost home. So I feel pretty nostalgic about Randy's. I was happy to see one was coming fresno! I got to come visit this time with my kids through a Yelp event. When we arrived the sweet smell of fluffy fried donuts filled our noses and we were drawn to the display. They have the classics like glazed, chocolate twist, cake donuts, premium donuts with fun toppings. They all look good! When we were ready to order it seemed like we may have interrupted the man at the counter. He was the only one there and he was in the middle of something. We waited and he took our order. A while after another guy came out and he made the coffee I ordered. I ordered a cold brew with sf vanilla and cream. Chat, it was not a good choice. The coffee was pretty bad and I think the guy didn't know how to make the cold brew because he was asking for help from the already irritated guy. So when I got home I had to doctor it up. Anyways, the donuts were definitely delicious and perfectly sweet. The bacon maple bar was so fire! It had thick smoky bacon that was very flavorful. Not sure I would come back to this location because of the service. I remember Randy's being a welcoming place and the people were happy to be there serving the community . But the donuts were suuuuuuure good!

Yelp
Been here twice- Once, as a yelper and today as a walk in customer. The one thing they have in Fresno that's cool is the Mega Texas donut which is basically a gigantic donut. I've had their specialty donuts from the Yelp event and a really good iced coffee. However, what I found about Randy's is that I really liked the regular flavor donuts. The donuts are so soft. The glaze is pretty delicious and the chocolate sprinkles are delicious. I've been dying to try red velvet and Nutella. The lady at the counter was annoyed that I wanted to take a photo with my large donut in front of the Randy's sign. I guess I'd be annoyed too because I did drop sprinkles everywhere.
google avatar

Chiquita G.

Yelp
My boys didn't even make it home with their donuts. They devoured them within minutes of getting in the car. I tired a pumpkin donut and it was a little too thick for my liking. I need to go back and try a classic donut. The price is higher than most donut shops but you can tell they're quality donuts and bigger. I just wish they had somewhere to sit and eat.

Yelp
Came here many times. Plenty kinds of donuts to choose from and it definitely depends on the flavor or texture of donuts you like. Service is always good. Love the decor. The only thing I worry about is how empty the place is anytime of the day. Hope it will stick around for awhile.

Yelp
I've come here a few times now to get donuts . They have a pretty large selection of donuts here and the store is super clean . I really like there apple fritters and butter crumb donut . The apple fritter here is huge !!! It's like 2x the size of apple fritter from other stores . The butter crumb donut is also delish , the butter crumb topping is so yummy and sweet . The cold brew here is great and goes really well with the donuts . Great place for a sweet treat !

Yelp
I absolutely love Elite events and Randy's Donuts is no different, of course as a donut lover I couldn't resist myself and bought an extra 6 just because, plus I shared them to spread the joy of circular love . I must say the gentleman that assisted me was very pleasant and patient, I stood there like a 10 year old staring at a wall of sugary delight with my eyes glazed and roaming the entire display ;-) Alas, I had to select a few and with my choice of pastries and a smile on my face I left hoping the ride home wouldn't take as long. Enjoy

Yelp
Came here in the afternoon, wasnt very busy. They had all their donuts out. It's very open, bright and clean in there. Service was great, got the donuts fast and waited a few minutes for the lattes. The espresso is made to order and tasted delicious not burnt or bitter. I got iced latte, S'more donut, crossiant donut and a Chocolate long John not pictured. The donuts were fantastic, the crossiant donut was really amazing. Lattes were great as well. They have non dairy options. I got almond milk and it was so good and creamy. Some of the donuts are pricey but even then worth it as a treat.

Yelp
If Willy Wonka ever ditched candy and went full-throttle into fried dough, Randy's Donuts in Fresno would be the sugary sequel. Tucked across Fresno State campus, on Shaw Avenue, surrounded by backpack-toting students, philosophy debates at the crosswalk, and the scent of ambition in the air Randy's is more than just a donut shop. It's an edible legandary donut palace. A gravitational pull for anyone who's ever needed caffeine, carbs, or clarity in a box of 12. First, let's talk size. These aren't dainty donuts. These are donuts with presence. We're talking donuts so big they cast shadows. Donuts that dare you to finish them in one sitting. There's something unapologetically over-the-top about it, and that's exactly the point. Randy's doesn't whisper, it shouts. From the peanut butter crunch colossus to the cereal-topped nostalgia bombs, every one is a sugar-stacked reminder that moderation is overrated. But it's not just the donuts that hit different -- it's the vibe. Step inside and you're greeted by a crew that feels less like staff and more like your caffeine-fueled cousins. Friendly, sharp, and quick with a recommendation, they know their product inside-out -- whether you're here for a classic glaze or going rogue with something that looks like it was engineered by a mad pastry scientist. Students drift in and out like clockwork, some in study, mode silence, others mid-podcast or post-gym. It's a perfect collision of youthful hunger and fried joy. Coffee in one hand, a massive donut in the other, and somehow still managing to walk, talk, and not spill a drop. Bottom line: Randy's isn't just serving donuts, they're serving moments. Big, goofy, glorious moments that taste like joy, smell like childhood, and feel like a Central Valley hug. Go hungry. Leave a little sugar-stunned. And yes -- you will go back.

Yelp
Just went to the one in LA because we didn't know we had one in Fresno. The location was clean and organized. The server was kind and patient. The Texas donut is superior and I loved the stickers ! Thank you

Yelp
Highly disappointed in the selection and the quality of the donuts! I been anticipating on coming here and when I did, they ain't had shit! Barely any donuts. I was so shocked to see a BIG ASS DONUT just sitting there behind the glass tho lol. Those are the TEXAS SIZED ones. To be real, all of their donuts look extra big besides the cake ones.. they look regular size. I think the donuts are priced individually if I'm not mistaken??? Idk if they do half dozen prices.. I really dk. I did not pay lol. I see dozen prices n that shit is expensive! We only got 5 donuts altogether. I chose a simple glaze. I always feel if the glaze is good then should be a good sign. The glaze was just alright. The donut must've been sitting there for a min... I do appreciate how big it is. The red velvet cake one was dry af and nasty! My son wasn't even fuckin wit it. The chocolate Oreo was alright.. wouldn't get that again. I never tried the powdered one or the apple pie crondy. But that crondy looks really good! I think it's a croissant donut. I came in wanting to try the maple bacon doughnut, but something about it looked really old and dry so I didn't bother. I think if I went in when they're freshly made which is early in the day and I'm not even a morning person then maybe I might change my mind and rating on how I feel about this place.

Yelp
What a cool donut shop! Amazing selection and fabulous service! These guys have been pumping out Great donuts for years! Glad we have a location here in Fresno. And the place is sharp looking inside! Love the wall paper inside showcasing great pics throughout the decades. It is spotless and they have the most amazing selection of delectable donuts! Love love love this place! I'll be back soon

Yelp
I try to stay away from doughnuts but these places just lure me in like a wailing banshee =) I had a draft review that I thought I completed but apparently not so here we go... Service: Came in during around 4pm on a weekday. Only one patron ahead of me but seems it took forever despite two employees. The gentleman that assisted was just there, told him I was a first time visitor but he seemed indifferent. More of a "tell me what you want, pay for it and leave". I'm not there for chit chat anyway so I careless, but I just want to note this if attitude is a concern of yours. 3 of 5 stars Food/Offering: This place is apparently iconic however I've never heard of them; probably just me not being aware. Typical designer doughnut shop with your coffee/refersher but they are more towards the expensive side with the priciest at $4! If you blindfolded me, I really couldn't tell the difference between Randy's and a local shop that serves "fancy" doughnuts. 3 of 5 stars Overall: If you purchased a dozen doughnuts at $4 each, you'll end up paying more than $50+ with tax. Of course there are plain choices at $2 but be prepared for a lighter wallet if you want the premium doughnuts. Would I seek it out again? Probably not. My curiousity just brought me here. Are they any good? No better than the offerings at Clovis Donut.
google avatar

Yelp
My intern shot some social content for them and dropped off a few of the donuts for my kids and, who am I kidding?, myself as well. I'll tell you these donuts were very good. I say that because sometimes the franchise of a well known food place doesn't meet those standards, but our local Randy's Donuts delivers on that iconic flavor and look. Out of our bunch, my favorite donut was the apple fritter and a close second was the maple glaze old-fashioned. My son loved this s'mores donut, and my wife really enjoyed her maple bar twist. I wasn't really a fan of their cake donut, but my daughter loved it! I see a lot of people complaining about the price, $25 for a dozen donuts is about the running price for donuts these days. I've been to a lot of mama and pop donut shops around Fresno & Clovis and a typical dozen will run you, at minimum, $20 and that's not including tip. Plus these donuts are massive, so do you think about it? It's not that bad. Good luck to Randy's Donuts and the local team who owns them!

Yelp
I wanted to like Randy's, but maybe it's not for me. My Dad mentioned the infamous Randy's Donuts from LA opened a new location in Fresno. I've always wanted to try the OG but never made it, so I was excited for an afternoon treat! We arrived at Randy's on a weekday afternoon. It was a bit busy with excited customers. The shop is decently sized and quite open. No places to sit, just the donut cases and menus posted above. The donuts and pastries are humongous and colorful! Like other donut shops, the service was quick and straight to the point. Order, pay, and leave. I'm a huge fan of a nice classic donut but also something a bit more extravagant, so I was looking forward to trying their premium options. We got Glazed Raised, Maple Raised, Pink Raised with Sprinkles, Maple Raised with Churros, and Matcha Tea Raised. Honestly, the classic donuts were fine but truly nothing special. I was hyped about the matcha and that was extremely disappointing. The taste was nonexistent, just pure sugar, and not worth it at all. Honestly, their donuts just tasted like dough, and sugar, and left an oily taste in your mouth. With so many options, maybe what we got wasn't it. For donut lovers, Randy's Donuts is worth a try. For me, it was a one-and-done but I'd consider revisiting in LA. The donuts aren't anything special in terms of taste, just presentation. Maybe it'll get better over time though. The shop is found off E Shaw Ave. across Fresno State. Parking is available in their shared lot.

Yelp
Coming from SoCal, I was so happy to see a Randy's Donuts coming to Fresno. This is a SoCal staple for a good reason; their donuts are great! Inside this location is small so a line can form quickly. They also have so many options so you may want to look at their menu ahead of time so you're ready when it's your turn. I recommend the Nutella donut - it's my favorite! They have a wide variety of coffees, too. I usually stick to what I know I like so you can't go wrong with an iced vanilla latte.
google avatar

Jimmy U.

Yelp
Everyone knows the Randy's in LA from experience or the iconic landmark photos from movies, TV or just pop culture in general. So when I heard they were opening one in Fresno I was ready. I love me some donuts. Like if donuts were a health food I'd be a famous fitness influencer. So I came here and got and ordered a small variety of what I thought looked good. The Apple Fritter: Probably the biggest one I've ever had. I'm not a small dude by any means and when I held it in my hand I said "why tf you so big" and it was good. Took me a few days to finish but damn it was good. The Nutella Raised: Brooooooooo if you like Nutella and you don't self judge then this is the one. The chocolate long John was just ok. The Matcha one was also just ok. I don't like Matcha but my Fiance does and she liked it. The mango one caught me off guard. I didn't know what to expect but for some reason I don't think this flavor profile works on a donut. I also ordered an iced vanilla latte that I wouldn't recommend. The staff is nice and the place has its own little vibe. It's not like the one in LA but it's coo.
google avatar

Susie Q.

Yelp
The donuts are delicious and I tried one from every category So whether you want a classic glazed donut or a fancy smores one, they've got you covered. My kids enjoyed them thoroughly. I will be going back for the watermelon refresher. It's so refreshing, especially for summer and it tastes like the authentic agua de sandia. The people were super kind!

Yelp
RANDY'S DONUTS IS OPEN FOR BUSINESS IN FRESNO! Arguably the most iconic donut shop in Los Angeles - their giant rooftop donut has attracted customers from all over since they first opened in 1952 - Randy's Donuts is expanding and has finally opened its first location in Fresno. This one is located on the corner of Shaw and N. Maple Avenues, across from Fresno State University. Randy's Donuts has a special place in the hearts of donut lovers from all over, including those I know from the Central Valley who will be sure to stop by one whenever they visit LA. Now, they are just doorsteps from one here in Fresno County. Randy's loyalists claim these donuts are the biggest, fluffiest, and freshest. Randy's has an array of choices, including classic favorites like glazed raised, deluxe favorites like pink raised with sprinkles and blueberry ice cake, fancy choices like raspberry or strawberry jelly-filled, and the chocolate long john with cream, and premium choices like red velvet with ganache. Along with their most popular, the classic butter crumb-raised donut. My favorite is another popular premium choice, the bacon maple long john. I just enjoyed one, along with a complimentary free glazed raised donut for its grand opening, and they are as good as those prepared at many LA and Orange Counties locations. The combined salty, savory smokiness of the smoky bacon and silky maple syrup's sweetness is unbelievably addicting. It is great to know that it is made with the same consistency in taste and texture here, using quality bacon and maple syrup. Fans say you would be remiss not to enjoy their coffee and coffee drinks, frappuccinos, milkshakes, and boba drinks along with your donuts to get the complete Randy's Donuts experience. This is the first of two locations in Fresno, with a second one slated to open soon on the northeast corner of Palm and Bullard Avenues. Randy's Donuts plans to open 10 locations in the Central Valley. So local donut lovers rejoice! This expansion opens opportunities for new legions of donut lovers north of LA to enjoy and become part of the growing Randy's Donuts fandom.

Yelp
Swung by Randy's Donuts in Fresno today to see what all the hype was about. Place was clean, bright, and we got greeted right when we walked in -- which is always a good way to start things off. I ended up chatting with another Yelper named Bruce while we were both staring down the donut case. Cool guy. Always fun meeting someone who gets the whole Yelp addiction. They had a big selection, but let's be honest... I had my eye on that big ol' "Texas Decorated" donut -- pink icing, rainbow sprinkles, and about the size of a hubcap. Definitely one of those "go big or go home" kinda treats. I also picked up the iced blueberry (probably my favorite), the iced cherry classic, and a lemon iced old fashioned. To drink, I went with the mango lemonade refresher -- and that thing surprised me. It wasn't overly sweet or too tart. Kinda right in the middle, and it actually hit the spot better than I expected. Donuts were all fresh and good, with the blueberry one being the standout for me. Nothing I'd complain about, but I wouldn't say any of them blew me away either. Still solid though. Staff was friendly. One of the workers looked like it might've been their first week -- needed a little help from the other guy who seemed more experienced, but you could tell he was trying to juggle helping customers and training at the same time. No big deal, just something I picked up on. All in all, pretty good experience. Clean shop, friendly staff, good donuts, and that refresher drink is worth coming back for. I'll be back again to try more of their lineup... and no, I didn't eat all of this by myself. LOL

Yelp
We went on opening day at about 7 PM to get a dozen donuts. It was clean, organized and the employees knew what they were doing. They had a DJ playing music outside that was unbelievably loud. It was difficult communicating with the employees because of that. The donuts were very expensive so I expected them to be phenomenal. The were good but definitely didn't meet our expectations. They werent as sweet as most donuts which could be good, depending on your taste. The oreo was the best one. We were disappointed in the Nutella and the regular glazed. They were out of the churro donut which looked like a good option. I would have guessed they were day old but this was the first day. I guess if you grew up with this instead of Judy's you might like it better.

Yelp
Finally made it to randys donuts! We tried the apple fritter, bacon maple, churro caramel, brown butter.... and small glazed and chocolate donuts. All of them were good!!! I especially enjoyed the bacon maple but nobody else in my family wanted to even try it. I definitely recommend Randy's if you're looking for more unique flavors! They might be a little more expensive but the ones we tried were larger than most and very good

Nicholas S.

Yelp
Amazing people and very nice donuts!! The nostalgia is even better! Would recommend 10 out of 10! Also their hot chocolate is one of the best I've had in town!!!

Yelp
My son brought a full dozen of specialty donuts. This place is such an icon! Just seeing the box brought back so many memories! Thanks to Randy's for bringing it to central Cali!

Yelp
Came into Randy's around 5pm for a post-dinner sweet treat and was not disappointed!! The donut was fresh, the inside of the establishment was IMMACULATELY tidy, and the customer service was top notch. Special shout out to the supervisor, Abdiel, for being welcoming, kind, and making sure everything is in tip-top shape!

Yelp
I had such a great experience at Randy's donuts. I had always wanted to try it and was finally able to. Both of the ladies working were so nice! They were very attentive and friendly and super knowledgeable. The mango refresher was delicious and helped quench my thirst. The three donuts I tried were so soft and flavorful without being too sweet. I will definitely be returning because the vibes were immaculate!
google avatar

Mary Lou S.

Yelp
Nice counter staff. Cute little place. More expensive than the usual place I go to for a donut fix, but they were good. I liked the maple frosted donut best of the few I got on my visit to Randy's. Next time I'll have to try a jelly donut, my all time favorite since I was a kid. On Shaw, right by Maple. Parking on the west side of the building.

Yelp
4/26/25 Brand new! Getting breakfast for tomorrow & a drink to enjoy now! What a Great experience! Outstanding service! Workers are kind and welcoming. They have a HUGE, DELICIOUS variety! I wasn't sure what to get! Just wanted to, for sure get something different. Short wait and ended up ordering the coconut, s'mores & cherry donuts! Yummy! Also ordered a large iced coffee with almond milk to enjoy now! The worker was Great and had no problem giving me another cup to split to share. Paid for it and wished a good day! GREAT! The line was short to start and by the time I left, it was growing....all the way out the door. Fantastic, iced coffee and mother loved her half! Look forward to splitting the donuts for tomorrow & another for a dinner. Great service, Iced coffee & donuts look GREAT for tomorrow too! Ill add it adder breakfast tomorrow!! Highly recommended!!

Yelp
Stopped in for the Yelp Elite event. I was really excited that Randy's was opening a location in Fresno. But I felt that donuts were just okay. They were way too sweet for me. I was only able to eat a small piece of the donut. They were also a little too hard IMO. Not sure if I'll be back. If I do, it'll be just for the service. The young gentleman that helped us tonight was very helpful and kind.

Yelp
Place is nice and clean, their display of donuts are so pretty and delicious looking. Service was quick, he wasn't really talkative probably had a rough morning. Overall everything looks tastes and the drink selections sound wonderful. I took my daughter with me to pick some doughnuts out with me and we bought 2 more to take back home. I really wanted to try the green tea doughnut but they didn't have any left over. We picked out the chocolate chip cake, cinnamon roll, fruity pebble, maple bacon bar and the smores. Our drink of choice was the watermelon lemonade which my daughter devoured! Everything were all pretty tasty I'm definitely coming back to try the coffees!

Yelp
What an amazing selection of fresh donuts wow. I will definitely be back. The staff Sofia and Monique were so friendly and welcoming definitely a great duo for sure. The ambiance is airy and clean with plenty of room. This is definitely a fun place to visit. The Yelp event was very cool with all our signage to support local businesses. Great job! Nate another successful event. Stop by and say hello and o yeah check out a few of Randy's delicious treats.

Yelp
Went during on Friday during grand opening week around noon. Thankfully beat the crowd that followed. Located in front of FSU parking can be limited in a tight space. They had so much variety priced differently: Classic-$2.10, Deluxe-$2.40 and premium-$3.90. I didn't take the time to look at the menu, as I didn't want to hold up the line. I just ended up choosing 1/2 a dzn that looked good. My daughter really wanted their limited ed Easter Bunny Donut and I chose the rest: Maple Raised w/Churros, Coffee Raised, Matcha Tea Raised, Butter Crumb Raised, Blueberry Iced Cake. I really enjoyed the blueberry iced cake and the matcha flavored. Everything else was okay. The churro was hard, all of the icing on the donuts were falling off the donut it didn't stay on. The donut itself tasted like any other donut. I also ordered an Iced Sea Salt Caramel Latte, oh my it was so sweet I had 2 sips and struggled to keep going. Overall it was just okay. I would definitely return for the blueberry iced cake and all the other flavors of that kind of doughnut. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and so patient. Sign up for their rewards, the app also allows you to order ahead of time.

Yelp
Nothing special but a name synonymous to the giant donut that Ironman/Tony Stark sat in Ironman 2. The donuts are average at best. They have giant size donuts but I think that taste wise you could get the same taste at your donut store close to you. Sure they have different kinds of sweet coffee drinks that may differ from others but you're visiting this place in hopes for a spectacular donut. Sorry to say, you won't be getting it here. I've been here a couple times now but it's nothing to write home about. I'm not going to be raving about to friends or coworkers. Prices are average. The service is average. Location is probably below average, it's not the best location. Give them a shot or don't, you aren't missing out either way.

Yelp
Went to the opening of Randy's. They have a variety of donuts to choose from! Service was great and organized. It is not a sit in place but great to go donut shop!

Yelp
The doughnut I got was delicious the strawberry filling was so good! The service there was a 10 the lady in the front greeted us as soon as we came in. The ambience of the donut shop outside is OK. I would give it to 7. Inside was very clean a 10 for sure!

Yelp
I was excited to hear that Randy donuts was going to open up. I've never been to one so I was eager to try it. The gal there was very nice and very patient as I looked at the menu. They were in the process of putting all the donuts out, so some were not in the case just yet. I chose a half dozen of donuts that included maple raised donut, a chocolate raised donut, a chocolate bar, maple bar, which is not pictured and a jelly filled donut and lastly, a red velvet cake donut. They do have a great assortment of donuts some are classic, others are deluxe, and then some that are fancy. It was about $15 for the assortment half dozen that I chose. I will honestly say that I really wanted to like their donuts, but it just wasn't what I thought they were. The icing was a bit too sugary for me. The dough didn't seem as sweet as a donut dough should be. I did like the strawberry jelly one that I got, but again the dough still wasn't as sweet although the jelly filling was very good with the powdered sugar on top but the bottom half of the donut just wasn't sweet enough. The red velvet one I couldn't really taste the chocolatey velvet flavor that you should get from a red velvet donut. I am glad that I did try them. I really appreciate the customer service. She was very friendly and accommodating to the questions I had about the different flavors. They look to have a variety of different drinks from coffees and juices that you could get. You should definitely try them for yourself. I do like that they have an app available for you to order ahead. That would be really great if you want to take some donuts to the office there's also a rewards program so if you're a frequent customer, you can get points towards your purchases.

Yelp
The donut was good in size, texture, and price. It would've probably been a lot better fresh, but for a 7:00pm donut it was good.

Yelp
I'm a sucker for sweets, especially donuts. I walked into this place at 815am on Veteran's Day and I was the only customer. I'm not one to post negative reviews but the donuts looked a day old and dry. I ordered a dozen anyways. The cost $28 for a dozen. I ate the chocolate bar in the car, which is usually my favorite. It was dry, heavy and not what I'm use to, the light, melt in your mouth. The two stars is only to show that I may have different tastes from others that may prefer this kind of donut. I always wish businesses success!

Yelp
We were excited to see this place finally open. We went a couple days after the grand opening and there was a small line. There was a handful of people working so it went by quickly. There's no sitting room FYI- just take the donuts and go. I thought the donuts were good and there was a lot of fun flavors to choose from. I'll be coming here again to try out more flavors.

Yelp
What a fun addition to the community, yes they can be a little pricey compared to other donuts but considering the innovative flavors they have it's a fun treat. Are they the best in the world? No, but they had a good flavor dough wise, the creative flavors were a welcome plus, and the location while in a sketchy area near Fresno State, was clean inside with friendly staff. We hope they can continue in this area as the area can be sketchy with heavy drug users that discourage stopping by to patronize this location. Best of luck to Randy's! We'll be back!

Yelp
Service was top notch but the product..... wow. Quality was horrible, donuts were thick and icing not smooth, very sugary & dense. Donuts first of all are not good for you, so it better be a GOOD DONUT! Im a fan of a Winchells type, Judys donut & this is definitely NOT IT - Pictured: JELLY DONUT Whole thing is like week-old taste! NOT a "fresh" tasting donut- Gotta go to LA for the real ones!

Yelp
Honest cop review... Randy's donuts missed the mark in the Fresno / Clovis area due to price and taste... when compared to our TOP COP rated #1 Bullard donuts in Clovis and #2 Bingo donuts in Fresno...donuts weren't fluffy enough, texture of the dough was overworked and the price was $28 a dozen which is almost double the others.... Good luck to Randy's Donuts, I hope they get enough of the rich people who don't eat a lot of donuts in the area , but since they aren't in N/W Fresno it's just time before everyone goes back to their regular donut shops ...lmao

Yelp
Phenomenal. Traveled from New Jersey and was looking up some spots and Randy's donuts popped up. We got a variety and wasn't disappointed with any. The worker at the front was super sweet and kind. The line was super long. The vibe was old school. Still think about these donuts.

Yelp
Finally tried Randy's donuts on a random weeknight evening for a sweet treat after dinner. Tucked on the corner of a little strip mall across from Fresno State. Nothing fancy inside, but love the colorfulness of the Randy's Donut photo collage on the walls paired with the large display of donuts. Everything is priced in sections and there are signs on top of the donuts listing prices. Everything is clearly labeled making it easier to identify some of the specialty donuts. When I was walking in I saw the rewards program advertised so I was signing up in store while I checked out the donuts, but did not finish. The woman working behind the counter was nice, but a different man rung up my order. He asked if I wanted a receipt and I asked if I could use it to get rewards points. He said if I wanted points I needed to do that before checking out? He never asked me anything about rewards when checking out. He said I did not need my receipt so I didn't take it. Cut to me finishing the process of signing up for their rewards and it asks if I have a receipt to add missing points! Donuts were good. I had the Matcha donut and the next day I ate the blueberry glaze. The matcha was good. Donut had a good texture. The matcha glaze did break off from the donut but not a huge deal. Surprisingly the blueberry donut was still pretty fresh tasting when I ate it for breakfast the next morning. I think I am out of touch with the price of regular donuts, but it cost me over $17 for 6 donuts. Not ridiculous but not cheap either. Worth checking out for some of their unique flavors.

Yelp
The donuts were everything I wanted from a donut shop. They had a huge variety, the donuts were all made fresh, and of course, delicious. The inside of the place is very neat, but nowhere to sit from what I saw. The most important and memorable thing for me was the service. The 2 women that worked there were so kind and helpful when choosing my items. My thanks to the workers there and for creating a warm and hospitable environment for customers.

Yelp
Finally finally they opened up in Fresno County. Yes I have been to Randy's donuts before in LA and Orange County. Now there is one in Fresno County. This New Yorker First off the donuts are so delicious and not small at all very well portioned. They do offer a rewards program if you are a regular look into it online sign up. I did not make it for the grand opening but I did go there the very next day. The service was fast which I like not to wait in long lines. They had a person on the cashier and the other person boxing up the donuts. I bought two boxes of donuts for my colleagues. They ate them all. The prices are on point with the county. The store was clean marketing signs everywhere. Visible menus signs yes they offer other options besides donuts. They do need to work on the parking lot entrance very tight space. We definitely be back to get some more stuff. Check out the pictures below.

Yelp
Over price for what they are. And the old fashion donut tastes like it's be fried in a deep fryer for a Chinese restaurant. It didn't taste like a donut at all. I'll stick with locally owned shops.
