"Six months after the arrival of the first Randy’s Donuts location in Las Vegas, the famous California doughnut shop is opening its third location on Thursday, February 16. The Summerlin location at 10267 West Charleston Boulevard will have over 60 varieties of doughnuts, mostly priced under $3, along with Randy’s Rounds — which are like larger doughnut holes— and Randy’s Roast coffee. The drive-thru will be open from 5 a.m. to midnight on Sunday through Thursday, 5 a.m. to 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. It will be open for walk-in counter service daily from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. The Summerlin doughnut shop is the third of seven planned locations in the Las Vegas Valley, including those at the intersection of Blue Diamond Road and Cameron Street and another at Hacienda Avenue and Fort Apache Road. The original location in Inglewood is a famed attraction for its 32-foot-tall doughnut sign mounted on the roof." - Janna Karel

Located off West Charleston Blvd. and Town Center Dr. next to Taco Bell. I was greeted immediately upon entering the shop. Asked how many donuts I was purchasing presumably for whether a box or bag was needed. I purchased: 1.) Double Chocolate donut $2.80 2.) Blueberry Iced Cake $2.80 3.) Blueberry Cake $2.80 All the above donuts were fresh, moist and very tasty. I will definitely be back to try different donuts next time.

First time trying Randy's donuts. Dounut fans rave about their wide variety of donuts. They are fresh and delicious. Yummm..... 😋 And the staff was very friendly.

Came into the shop to enjoy my favorite donuts with my handicap grandma. However, we were extremely disappointed today. This location claims it is handicap friendly but they're lying. There are no short tables which would allow a person in a wheel chair to eat. One of the ladies seemed annoyed while helping us. I assume it's because we were unsure of what to pick. However, no recommendations were suggested to help the process nor to be friendly and socialize. I hope your shop abides by the ada rules and regulations in the future.

I deleted my first review. The reason is that the doughnuts have been tasting stale lately. The last time I got doughnuts, there were good (FRESH), definitely not buying there anymore....

I stopped by here because I desperately needed coffee before a doctor appointment. And I am so glad I did! I got an iced caramel mocha latte, and it was so good! It was better than Starbucks, and I am a huge Starbucks fan! I also had the Oreo donut and the raspberry filled donut, I believe I've had the Bavarian filled one too, but I don't remember. All were so good! They greeted me as soon as I walked in and were really nice, so good customer service! Ambience is really cute too because they have the Randys donuts statue inside that you can take a picture with if you want to. I will definitely be back!

Google
The parking for the donut shop is tight since it shares parking with other vendors. The shop is kind of hidden from the main road. The shop is typical size for a donut place. The service was very good. The donuts are tasty. They have a website to order the donuts in advance to avoid the any long lines.

Google
First time trying Randy’s and I absolutely love both donuts I tried!! The chocolate twist has a-lot of chocolate and is officially my favorite chocolate donut of any donut shop.😍 And Pumpkin Cake is so great also! 🧡🖤🤍 10/21/23

Located off W Charleston Blvd, east of Indigo Drive across from Taco Bell. Randy's Donuts is iconic in LA, so when we were visiting Vegas from Southern California I had to stop in. I was pleasantly greeted by the staff upon entering which was nice. The staff was super nice and very patient while I was slowly deciding which donuts to pick. Randy's has a wide range of donuts to choose from, from the classic plain donut to the extremely large glazed donut. In addition to the donuts I also purchased a Randy's Donuts hat, I mean why not. There's a mini replica inside the shop, of the large donut that sits atop the LA shop, I thought that was neat. Donuts were good, I'd stop in again when I'm in the Vegas area.

Yelp
If you want VARIETY in your life, you will definitely find so many options of classic and fancy donuts here at Randy's. Donuts here range from $1.90 to $3.65 depending on whether you get their classic, deluxe, fancy, or premium donuts. Classic donuts include options like their plain glazed, cake, and crumb donuts while their premium options include toppings like bacon, s'mores, and matcha. If you're a donut fiend, there are so many fun flavors to choose from. Service was fast and what's nice is this store has a drive through to make ordering very convenient. Limited places to sit but a nice, classic donut shop feel to the interior!

Emily G.

Yelp
For these donuts to be so hyped up as they as they are dry and lack flavor. Won't be returning here again unfortunately Considering I got a cake donut I was looking forward to some type of moisture absolutely HAD NONE

Leanne C.

Yelp
Yum! I decided to stop in after getting my hair done. I wish they made chocolate doughnuts with nuts. The chocolate doughnut I got was fresh and delicious. It is very clean inside and the girls at the counter were very sweet

Horacio G.

Yelp
The donut was amazing. I should have got something to drink with it. Service was quick and helpful. I love all the photos on the walls really made me want to go to the one in LA.

Terri R.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try Randy's Donuts and super excited I did. They have a great assortment of donuts. They range in price, Classic - Deluxe - Fancy - Premium. You can get an assortment of them and pay based on what you get with a little discount for a dozen. We cut up the donuts so we all could share and try different ones. If you like lemon, the Lemon Old Fashioned is my favorite. The Red Velvet was also an overall favorite. I went in a little after 5pm on a weekday. The place is super clean. The cashier seemed a little frazzled but was efficient. When in the area again, I would stop back in!

Paul N.

Yelp
Great donuts! Customer service is lacking bad!! Worker was upset cause I interrupted her breakfast lol spent $70 on donuts and got treated like crap!

Claudia E.

Yelp
We were in the area and wanted donuts so we decided to stop here and get some donuts. It was our first time at Randy's so we decided to get just a few to try them but we ended up loving them! They were soft and fresh. A team member by the name of Marcos helped us and we just want to highlight that he was super helpful and nice! This will definitely be our go to Donut shop.

Angela L.

Yelp
Pinkbox donuts are out! I love Randy's donuts!!! I love real dounts and freshhhhh.. The butter crumb was so delicious!!! All the donuts are incredibly delicious and soft. I have no regrets. Forget the sugary fake donuts at Pinkbox Donuts.

Montse S.

Yelp
The coconut raised donut, sugar raised donut and the classic glazed were outstanding! So light and airy and not overly sweet. They donuts are quite large but irresistible so I understand why people buy more than a dozen. Unfortunately they were out of the maple raised donut but I look forward to returning to give it a try. We went through the drive thru and the fountain worker was friendly, next time we will visit inside!

April E.

Yelp
First time trying this donut spot. Service was quick and friendly. Store was kept clean. Went on a weekday late morning so wasn't too crowded. My favorite of the 4 we ordered was definitely the apple fritter! Loved the crunch/crispness of the edges and softer middle. We really liked the raised maple but probably would've preferred without churros next time since we felt it was sugar overload. Nutella and glazed raised donuts were good but nothing special. Would return to try other flavors if in the area though!

Yelp
Located just off the 405 in Inglewood is Randy's Donuts, celebrating 70+ years slinging fried Dough under an iconic 32-foot sign 24/7, and now growing the name globally with 20+ locations stretching to South Korea and Dubai - or in this case Sin City. Unimpressive in 2015 at the Original, though new outposts trend cleaner without the cash-only policy, Randy's on West Charleston Boulevard opened in February 2023, recipes reportedly unchanged since day one though premium toppings and savory items have been added. Busy at noon on a Wednesday, though a full selection was available, it was in exchange for $30 that a dozen Donuts were received, including two Jumbo-size Rings. Recalling Cake Donuts greasy, Randy's Red Velvet actually performing well, Maple Frosting is featured abundantly with taste artificial but pleasant in comparison to Chocolate that is undoubtedly cheap and applied too thick. Well-priced in the current market, "cheaper-by-the-dozen" offers growing less common, Cereal-topped specials execute as expected while Maple Raised with Churros and Vanilla Oreo both prove worth the cost and calories.

Yelp
So what is the point to staying open late when you literally have no donuts to sell. If you come here after 6:30PM expect to maybe see three sad donuts living in the case all hoping to go home to a family. No point in staying open till 9 if there is literally no donuts available. If your looking for a lonely donut that has been passed over all day than this is the place to go in the evening hours.

Carl S.

Yelp
Stop by for the first time and purchased a bear claw and it cake doughnut. The cake donut was quite nice and very flavorful. The challenge I had was with the bear claw. It was filled with apple pie filling. I have never seen this before in a bear claw, as they are always filled with an almond paste. I wish I had known in advance as I would not have gotten it.

Mechelyn H.

Yelp
What a delicious treat!!! The CMO of the company brought donuts from here and they were a big hit at the office!! Everyone was raving about how moist and fresh they were. I will definitely frequent this place!!!

Julierose J.

Yelp
This is a great donut place for those who love a dough-ier donut as compared to a light and airy donut. They're larger donuts with unique flavors too, so I feel their pricing is justified and reasonable! 10/10 would recommend!

Monique W.

Yelp
My husband picked up donuts from Randy's Donuts around 8:30 A.M on a Saturday morning. All of the donuts were baked fresh! This location is new and it's located on Charleston, from downtown Summerlin. There is ample amount of parking available and there is a drive-thru at this spot! We ended up picking up a box of donuts 3 Glazed Donuts 2 Extra Large Glazed Donuts Chocolate Glazed Donut Apple Fritter 2 Sugar Donuts Coffee Donut These donuts are amazing! They're light and fluffy. The Glazed donut is my favorite though! The staff at this location are great! Pricing is different based on the donut type that you get. I'm super excited more Randy's donut locations are opening up in Las Vegas!

David K.

Yelp
Guess I'll never find out if donuts are good. 6:00 Saturday. Walked in. Employees all chatting in baking area. Yelled hello 3-4 times over 3-5 minute span before just gave up. They were just too busy hanging out not paying attention.

Lisa T.

Yelp
Pretty good! Not as good as LA but the original is always the best! They were also out of a lot of items! But it was day after Christmas! We went for a hike at red rock and then added the calories back! They were fresh and tasty! Latte was just okay! Milk Carton is super small you might want to get a couple per person!

Iris Y.

Yelp
It's on Charleston down the road from downtown Summerlin. Open late. Yay! They sell out of all their donut selections but besides that it's good to have a drive thru shop that's sweet & perfectly expanded bread! Their glazed is not dry or cakey, but more slightly doughy/stretchy compared to the rest of their donuts. I love how they change it up from regular donut shops. Quick notes on my discoveries: * Coffee raised was awesome! * Churro maple raised was hard, so don't let it sit. * Matcha raised was also sweet. * Mango tamarind(?) - I haven't had but hear it was interesting. Not for everyone. I like fruity but not acclimated to Spicy mango but I can see why. * Donut holes cheap, big, & not sweet, does the job! Good for groups. Great for visiting friends. It's on Charleston down the road from downtown Summerlin.

Yelp
WARNING! Ask for a receipt! Some employees are running a tip scam. My wife used the drive through when they first opened and did not leave a tip. The charge on the credit card was a $3-4 dollars more than her receipt stated. She called the store and had it reversed. Since then we always ask for a receipt when ordering or say yes if they offer. Fast forward to this Tuesday evening in the drive through. My wife got 7 donuts, total was $16 and some change. She forgot to ask for a receipt when ordering but asked when she got to the pay window. The employee kind of acted annoyed, shut the window for a minute and when he gave her the receipt it said $14 (and change). Employee gave himself a $2 tip! Donuts are really good though so if you go just pay attention to the receipt.

Brandon C.

Yelp
Everytime I get donuts for the office everyone raves about how good they are. The quality is amazing so say the least. They offer a good selection and different tiers to choose from. Staff is also very friendly and efficient.

Arev M.

Yelp
I used to like Randy's donuts and visited many times during week.... Unfortunately not anymore I used the drive through and the walk-in .. The last couple times I visited I was not served in a good way and was not even greeted. I stood there with others watching how the employees were having good time joking and ignoring customers. Coming to the donuts... they used to be better. Last time I visited was 2 weeks ago and I got another dry donut with unpleasant flavor that again made me sick later like the ones I've been having before. This was the moment that I told myself I am not visiting this location again. I hope the other locations have better donuts than this one. But since I was keep getting negative vibes and not well donuts I am kind of concerned and thinking if I should visit another location or am I going to get the same service?? ...

Yelp
In a city that has been inundated with donut shops, I was super excited about this franchise coming to my city as I have never been to the original location in Cali, which I am sure is the best. Randy's Donuts has been in Southern California since 1952 and the rooftop donut is their iconic symbol. I waited till the frenzy ended when they had their grand opening and decided to give them a try. I drove to the Rainbow Blvd location first. Employees were kinda bored and not a lot of excitement coming from this store. The donuts we bought tasted pretty dry. Next I tried this location on St. Paddy's Day and again these donuts just didn't blow my doors off. They tasted like they had been sitting for a while and again on the dry side. Service was superb here though. Very friendly and helpful workers. Interior was very clean too. Perhaps the key is to get here very early in the morning for the freshest donuts. I think I will just stick to my local donut stores for now.

Yelp
Delicious donuts and friendly, polite employees? Randy's has both. Though I wasn't an adherent when I lived in LA, I very much appreciate this addition to the Las Vegas foodscape. Every order so far has been consistently impressive and fresh; as an East Coast native, I'll admit the cake donuts are the closest thing I've had on the West Coast! Highly recommend the Nutella raised donut -- it's just a delight.

Mato S.

Yelp
Yum!! I used to go to Los Angeles a lot in my 20s and had to make a pitstop at Randy's! So happy they have locations in Vegas now.

Yelp
This is a second hand review, as I didn't go personally. Mom got bored on a rainy afternoon so she decided to pop in here for some donuts and dropped off a box for us. She's been looking forward to this location opening since last December, when the signage went up too soon, which I read was due to a communication snafu. She said service was fine and she's going back the next time she gets a hankering for donuts. I'm not a big fan of donuts, but I thought they were fine and the husband enjoyed them. Funny thing is, I grew up in L.A. and never had a Randy's donut, but I finally got to try them here in Vegas.

Sandy W.

Yelp
I absolutely LOVE Randy's Donuts! The location on Rainbow is great, but this is my first time at the W. Charleston location & they blew me away with their customer service! It's a great, convenient location & super cute, clean & organized restaurant! They were out of my favorite: lemon filled, but suggested the lemon old fashioned & I also got matcha tea raised & coconut raised. When I went to check out, they gave me the lemon old fashioned gratis to try: how nice! The donuts were delicious, as expected, but the nice counter service was a clincher! This will be my go to donut shop from now on...

John O.

Yelp
I went mid afternoon which is late for a donut shop but they still had a good selection and the quality is very good as always. The people are very nice and helpful.

Dan P.

Yelp
I love these donuts. So do my kids. They are fluffy and chewy and what I want in a donut. Service isn't anything special, but I feel like this is one of the tastier donut places here in Vegas. Randy's is also fun because it has the giant donut and some cute decorations on the walls. Donuts are reasonably priced.

Richard M.

Yelp
Good classic doughnuts ... no better than Real Doughnuts but three times the price... I go to Randy's for the Nutella doughnuts but the last 4 times they are sold out... and they say "sorry we always sell out of that one" this might be a clue... if you were as worried about serving your customers as you were about asking for tip money it would be better for everyone!! It takes a little more time to drive to Real Doughnuts but I don't remember leaving disappointed..... sorry Randy's I am done.

Danielle G.

Yelp
Two stars goes to the nice cashier. She was friendly and kind of funny. But quality, blah. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but seriously now people. Go somewhere else. Now, admittedly I am no expert on anything, TBH. I'm not a pastry perfectionist, a confectionery connoisseur, donut dictator, or really know anything about anything. But what I do know, is these were yuck. So nope. They tasted stale and had a weird after taste. I was thinking this supposed 1950's powerhouse of donuts would blow my mind away. No, I blew a few dollars tasting what seemed like basement cafeteria. Would not return.

Jessica T.

Yelp
I come here every Wednesday/Thursday very early in the morning to get a donut for me and the two kids I nanny for. It has become a tradition. The ladies know my order when I walk in and are always so sweet. The environment is also welcoming. I enjoy coming in here every week and the donuts are delicious.

V C.

Yelp
Donuts are ok. Cashier in the front is super loud, has that fake nice attitude, and talks bad about customers right in front of them. No thanks.

Chelsea A.

Yelp
Clean, friendly and lots of choose from! Also tastes great! I like that they pull from the back and not the display, makes the vibe that much better The staff were so nice and very helpful Def our new Sunday morning donut spot!!

Nadine S.

Yelp
If I were to eat a donut in Las Vegas, I'd simply choose the Glazed Raised and the Maple Raised at Randy's Donuts. Their donuts continue to pack a punch of good food nostalgia to my childhood. One of it were Yum-Yum donuts only located in California and they always gave me a warm hearted feeling. Different, yet both successful donut shops that are satisfying for my belly! I'm a simple person and only go for glazed raised and the maple. Unfortunately, they were out of the maple and other donuts that my boyfriend tried to order which were a bummer. These donuts are seriously larger than my hand and for their price, it's a good deal! The donuts aren't airy and small like how Krispy Kreme's are-- these are delicious and so fluffy! If I were to explain how a donut would taste, just eat the glazed one and perhaps the other ones too yet they can be a little too sweet for my liking. I appreciate the late night hours of this place and the drive thru, if i'm craving something sweet or feeling homesick, I can just drive over here and quickly grab a bite. I always try to tell myself to wait to eat them till I get home but I always devour one before leaving the plaza. Highly Recommend this place!

Arik S.

Yelp
We went in right before closing and they still went above and beyond to help us. The donuts were excellent!

Veronica W.

Yelp
Randy's donuts was not as mind blowing as I was hoping it'd be. I tried their old fashion donut and a devils chocolate donut and they were kinda blah. They were extremely sugary and lacked the flavor to distinguish between a chocolate donut and an old fashion. I did however try their coconut donut and that one actually tasted like coconut and wasn't as dense as the other ones. It was actually pretty tasty and super moist-- kinda reminded me of an apple fritter. The total for 4 donuts and 1 small coffee was about $11-12 which I think is quite pricey. Overall I probably won't be making my way back anytime soon because I definitely prefer Dunkin's. Thanks Randy but it's a no for me.

Danny R.

Yelp
Donuts are great. . What impresses me is that everyone that works there are very friendly and welcoming it's really nice to see that nowadays!!

Zachary T.

Yelp
It's a donut place with decent donuts. The matcha donut is not worth it though. Get that from an Asian place instead.

Mary S.

Yelp
This Randy's Donuts recently opened on the Summerlin area. Very excellent donuts. I bought a dozen and they were all fresh. The glaze and chocolate donuts are larger in size compared to the other chains. The apple fritters are huge. Service is excellent. The staff were all smiling, friendly, and helpful. Definitely give Randy's Donuts a try. I am a fan and will buy from here again.

Leigha V.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I went here to pick up an order and asked a question about the cake doughnut. Instead of just simply answering the question, the lady in the front looked at us as if we were dumb and reluctantly answered it. I work in the service industry so I can understand the whole "dumb question" moment but I never try to make the customer feel as though it was. Won't be coming here again. Other than that the other guy in the front was polite, maybe she could learn a thing or two.

Deborah B.

Yelp
Always tastes superb! Unique donuts. I love the maple bacon donut! Always fresh! Try one!

Troy T.

Yelp
Just a few blocks from downtown Summerlin, the area finally has a great donut shop! Clean space, friendly staff, and really good donuts. Prices come in three tiers, with each offering a bit more flair. One of the best custard filled donuts I've ever had (insert Homer Simpson joke here).

matt m.

Yelp
I have been waiting for this location to open for months. Absolutely no wait at 9am on Saturday, I was pumped! But this was the worst apple fritter I've ever had. It was so dry and had no apple flavor to it. One kid liked the Fruit Loop donut, the other took a few bites of Long John and determined it was not filled and was done with it. Not a winner for our family.

Kathy G.

Yelp
OMG! The BEST donuts. Much better than that "Barbie color" place. I bought 4 of the deluxe donuts going through the drive-thru. It was very quick! They put them in a big box and it felt SO heavy. When I got home I opened it up and the size of the apple fritter and cinnamon roll were enormous. We were all so excited to try them, that I forgot to take pictures! Next time I will - it will be awhile because sadly I can't handle that much sugar very often.

Anna T.

Yelp
I'll start by saying I'm not a donut connoisseur and don't generally eat donuts, so not entirely sure what a great donut is really supposed to taste like. I needed a 1/2 dozen donuts in the evening and Randy's was the only place that was both nearby and open. There seemed to be roughly 13 specialty or what they call "premium donuts," and about 30 regular donuts that you would find at any other place (think Dunkin's donuts). They looked okay and they tasted okay (see picture attached). The cashier was very friendly and helpful and there was a long line of people waiting (that must mean they're good, right?).

Allison B.

Yelp
Decided to drive by while out this morning on their opening day, and it wasn't as busy as I expected! so I stopped in for half a dozen donuts and some coffee. I've been a fan of Randy's ever since a friend in LA introduced me, and I was so excited to hear they were opening one close enough for me to bike to. They were well prepared for their opening day, lots of friendly staff, and a beautiful display of fresh donuts. My favorite today was the Cinnamon Toast Crunch! I love how fresh their donuts are, and the doughy part isn't sweet which compliments all the sweet toppings well. I'm sure my donut loving 4 year old and I will soon be regulars of this location!
