Good place to go if you're in or passing through the Raleigh Durham area... Gotta 18 inch...was full after 3 pieces...ate 5...cause it was so good... I like a well done pizza n ordered it extra well done...so instead of serving n undercooked pie...they asked me twice if it was done enough... Well worth the couple extra dollars for a quality pie.... Awesome pizza .... Awesome staff ... Awesome service....

I ordered the Stromboli. It was lunch rush hour so it took a bit to arrive. It was a generous portion. The filing was tasty but it was quite oily. The metal plate it was on kept turning on me when I tried to cut it with the cheap plastic fork and knife. I eventually picked it up and ate it with my hands when it cooled down. The marinara dipping sauce was very tasty. Maybe I should have just stuck with pizza slices. LoL

Moved away and was so looking forward to Randy’s as it’s been awhile. RTP always the best location, but not my day with them. Ordered a Stromboli (even confirmed there was no ricotta as I hate it). Get back to hotel and cut into a pepperoni calzone loaded with ricotta. I attempt to call, placed on hold. 7 minutes later I’m in their parking lot walking in before they answer the call. Apologies given and they will make me the correct thing right away (first verified name and ticket number to see where error happened). They assure me it’s correct. I get back to room to a “blond” Stromboli- best I can describe it. Yep, still doughy inside as they must have rushed the cool to make up for their error. Please never rush to correct an error, it never works out. Off to a different restaurant to get dinner, and will second guess myself before trying Randy’s again ☹️

Randy’s Pizza located at 5311 S Miami Blvd, Durham, NC 27703 is a large pizza chain in the Raleigh area. Many locations across the area. Their slices are quite large, huge actually, and cheaply priced. Crust is a soft bottom crust, and the cheese and toppings are generous. It was good, not great at all. I only got 2 slices, which is ate about half of and discarded them. My slice of mushroom, the toppings were added on after taking a slice of cheese and heating it up. That never melds the flavors!! Manager who was at the register was great and welcoming to everyone.

Based on the reviews, I requested an original Ray's pizza .... thin crispy well-done crust, greasy mozzarella center. In fact, literally specified that in the instructions. I got a round piece of chewy bread with a little bit of red stuff and some chewy cheese on top. I tossed it and ordered a Domino's "New York-style" I'm only giving Randy's 2 stars because the picture makes it look like it might taste like pizza.

This was the most disgusting pizza I have EVER seen!!!! Came very fast but.... We paid $30.00 for one small pizza that was thinner than a piece of paper, bottom was burnt black with probably 3 bags of cheese on it. So much cheese that the grease from the cheese made the middle of the pizza so slimy it stuck to the box. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR MONEY NOR TIME THINKING THIS IS WHAT YOU WOULD EAT FOR DINNER BECAUSE YOU WILL SPEND THE MONEY ON THIS THAT IS NOT EATABLE AND STILL HAVE TO SPEND MORE MONEY TO GET FOOD THAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY EAT !!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED

Ordered a pizza through Uber eats. They livered a pizza way too thin and way too wet. Super undercooked. A pizza this poor in quality should never have left the store, it's still raw. Asked me to go through Uber eats to have them remake the order rather than trying to fix the issue and remake the pie. No other option was provided to even pick up a corrected pie.

I don't know what the bad reviews are talking about. The Davis drive location is still providing excellent service like always. I ordered a delivery order to Amberley Lake area. Randy's Pizza said it would take an hour to receive pizza. No problem. 30 minutes later, I received my pizza. Hot and cheesy meat lovers like always. I would take a picture of the whole pizza but was hot and cheesy. We couldn't let that opportunity go to waste

Coming from New Jersey this was super yummy pizza. My daughter asked if they could deliver to NJ! Staff was super friendly, when we drive through town again we will definitely be stopping!

It's pretty good pizza but personally I don't like their dough/crust very much, a bit dry and like cardboard if you ask me. Better than most pizza chains but doesn't hold up against some of the more unique options in Durham.

(We are only in Durham on the weekends and usually get pizza hut, but they are going downhill lately, so we shopped around for a new cost-effective pizza joint) We ordered two calzones, 6 garlic knots, and 6 mozzarella sticks, with marinara and ranch. The calzones were the best I've had, the dough was perfectly cooked, cheese was melted and tasted fresh, the pepperoni (we got substituted instead of ham) tasted like deli meat not just bland greasy fast food pizza pepperoni. The garlic knots were fantastic they could've used a little more garlic. However, the bread was perfect it was fresh and perfectly dense dough, cooked all the way through but still soft. It's definitely a fresh breath of air from Pizza Huts frozen mess. The mozzarella sticks however I give a 4 out of 10, could be my fault though because we ordered takeout instead of eating in but we didn't like them, they were to tough and a wee bit salty. The prices are amazing for the amount of food and flavor!! Overall, I WILL be returning. We enjoyed it quite a bit!!! 8/10

Randy's is the place to visit if your looking for a good pizza or cheesesteak! My favs, always great service and the staff makes sure your satisfied every time.

Worst pizza I've ever had. Slice was so greasy everything slid off, couldn't even pick it up. Rubbery crust, olives tasted like a can, honestly just so bad. Dominos might be trash, but at least the cheese stays on.

Order my food at 11:25 and still have not received it at 12:10 when I asked how much longer I was rudely told if it's made from scratch it will take forever and not given an answer for when it would be ready. Didn't think it was that hard to make a calzone.

While In town for the weekend we ordered delivery from Randy's and got a supreme pizza, Philly, chicken strips and mozzarella sticks and they were all delicious.

Haven't been to Randy's since before the Pandemic occured. After today's experience, I have no reason to return. I ordered a Stromboli at 12:15pm. Asked for an update on my order at 12:40pm and was assured it would be coming soon. Asked for another update at 12:50 and was informed that my order was given to another person and that I would be given a refund and 2 slices of pepperoni as compensation. Asked for an update at 1pm on the 2 comp'd pepperoni slice and was told they would be out soon (as they continued to server other customers pepperoni slices). Asked for another update at 1:05pm and was given 2 lukewarm slices. Love supporting local businesses, but not if the service is as atrocious as today. Will take my business elsewhere.

My nephew put me onto this place and I am happy he did. You can buy the pizza here by the slice or buy a pie. They also offer other food items besides pizza but I come only for the pizza! The pizza is huge and thin just how I like it. I think my favorite is the meat lover pizza. Service here is amazing and everyone is so friendly even the owner.

The food is delicious and I enjoy eating their Philly steak sub which is my favorite especial when you say you want the works and they load it down with steak and all the toppings too. I order the foot long and it's normally two meals for me when I'm supposed to be on a diet. (LOL) Their team is exceptional and they work as a team too. Love it love it. And their chef salad I order sometimes and it's delicious too. Clean restaurant and did I mention that the food is good. Either way, call it in and pick it up or order it and eat inside, you won't go wrong either way. And if you don't take my word about the business, then make it your business and go check it out for yourself. You heard me!

Every time we order from Randy's, we always end up getting the same thing - the Mango Habanero wings, Garlic Knots, Onion Rings and the Kickin' Hawaiian Pizza with pineapple, bacon, jalapeno and chicken. This usually gets us through several yummy, indulgent meals. The latest time, we decided to get half Kickin' Hawaiian and half Margarita. Such a good combo of sweet, salty, and refreshing. I also love the sweet kick of the mango habanero sauce on the wings. I'm excited to try some of their other sauces as well in the future!

Words cannot describe my disappointment. Pizza tastes like sheet. Horrible pizza dough and no flavor. Greasy and flavorless. Would rather eat dirty laundry than this pizza. Pizza looked better in the trash bucket . Worst greasy pizza I've ever tasted in 45 years. I can't believe this place exists.

Great pizza. Ordered delivery, pizza arrive hot. It was very tasty and loaded with fresh toppings. I ordered the 12 inch deluxe.

This is the best pizza! The GF is so yum and the prices are fantastic. Cannot find a better combo.

We're done. We started coming here 2015. The staff was cool, the pizza and sandwiches were awesome! Better than the other branches of the chain. It was our go to pizza place. Quality was excellent. Marinara was made fresh. A year or two before Covid things changed. Staff was still cool, but the quality was slipping. Marinara tasted just like a squeezed tomato. We've stayed because things would go up and down in the quality. One night bland or lots of mistakes in the order, and other close to what it used to be. The last several times it's not worth it. The flavor and quality seem gone. Maybe trying to save money, but manicotti and others dinners have less and less cheese. Sandwiches are a mouthful of lettuce. Garlic knots are oil with little garlic flavor. Pizza dough doesn't have the same flavor it did.

Love their slice of pizza with 1 topping (mushrooms for me), side salad, and soda deal! The slices are huge and yummy! It's always busy in here at lunch time, but the food comes out pretty fast. You order at the counter and they call your name for you to pick up the food. Parking can get a bit crazy in their lot since they share it with a bunch of other restaurants.

Amazing NY style pizza in Raleigh. Fast delivery and great food. I'm a big fan and as a former northeasterner I like to think I know good pizza. This place is awesome!

I'm really surprised the ratings vs what I got. This pizza tasted like cardboard with delicious toppins and sauce. Now, I will say that their boxes are things that I still talk about. They can break down so you only have a half pizza size left. I thought that was brilliant and amazing.

I've been eating here for over 10 years and it's one of my favorite pizza spots and my favorite Randys location. Their slices are huge and the pizza always tastes great! Their prices are reasonable and there is plenty of seating. What more can you ask for!?

Wow , this was probably The worse pizza I had in my Life .. flat dry dough , cheap Process meat ( o very little as well) I am not sure how people like this pizza but they somehow have multiple locations ( this blow my Mind ....) Well , I guess people don't know what real pizza is supposed to taste around here !

Pizza is good here but the people are excellent. The owner welcomes people at the door and seems to know most of the customers that walk in. The girl that took my order was nice and walked me through my order so I didn't screw it up. Will always stop in for a slice.

Terrible Baked Pizza. No cheese, just marinara sauce for $13. Worst Lunch Ever..... There are much better places for lunch.

Moved to Durham three years ago. Lived in NY and NJ for most of my life. Good pizza was a given. With great trepidation my wife and I began our pizza search in earnest. Initial experiences were disheartening. Limp crusts, lousy sauce, questionable cheese and toppings, etc. We almost gave up and resigned our selves to living with mediocrity. And then we discovered virtually just down the road, Randy's. Excellent pizza, crisp crust, lot's of toppings and very nice people. Now, if only they made bagels.

Randy's pizza is a good solid choice for a pizza night. Every time I have ordered from randy I have not been disappointed. The sausage is high quality and spicy. Other toppings are similar in quality. Next movie night randy will be on the menu. The garlic knots are not that good. Will pass on the next time I order. Will try another appetizer instead.

This pizza does not taste good at all. It was very thin and taste like it was sitting out for awhile. I took two bites and threw it away. A true waste of money.

We got our pizza at the Miami location, and it WAS good. Lots of pepperoni but the other 3 toppings were pretty slim. The crust and sauce were terrific. They lose points for their customer service. I ordered online and they gave me a pickup time about 30 minutes after. We arrived about 10 minutes early, and I let them know I was there and signed the credit card slip. They told me they would call my name when the order was ready. 15 minutes AFTER our supposed pickup time, I asked about my order. Turned out that it had been sitting on top of the ovens for who knows how long. The guy gave it to me saying "it's still hot". No apology. Not even a thank you for your business. I'm glad others say the TW Alexander location is as good as Miami. 'cause it's unlikely I'd go back to the Miami location

They delivered an undercooked and cold pizza for $40+tip!!! All of the toppings were gathered in the middle and the chicken pieces were so big they weren't cooked through properly. Parasite central this place is...

Legitimately the most disgusting pizza I've ever had in my life. So greasy that the contents of each slice slid off before it got to your mouth. Girlfriend said it looked like "soup" before sadness overcame her when she tasted it. Could not recommend less.

This is the best Randy's here in the triangle. If I worked in the area, I would be in trouble. Pizza is ALWAYS delicious and fresh, and their pasta dishes always taste great. Side note, their ranch is delicious. Salads are fresh and tasty, and the service is always great. I will go out of my way to visit this location versus any others

Two very large slices of pizza on their lunch specials menu and a drink, less than $10. Huge and well topped with a "tangy" barbecue sauce and a lot of chicken. One slice would have been enough but Mister Eyes-Bigger-Than-Belly placed the order and so here I am with half of a slice of pizza that I'm not possibly going to eat. Friendly service and good pie. I'm a fan.

Some of the best NY style pizza in town!! It's a small building with seating inside and out for eating. The slices are huge and decently priced. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for local pizza spots!

Visiting Durham and had heard about this place. Ordered a Margherita pizza and added goat cheese and mushrooms. That pizza was delicious. Definitely would recommend this place.

I've popped in a few afternoons to pick up a free weekly newspaper but recently stopped in for lunch on a Friday. It was night and day. It was very busy and almost full at lunchtime but much quieter later. Food quality is okay, nothing spectacular, but they do offer daily specials and the prices are pretty reasonable. You could do worse if you were looking for filling pizza and subs.

Randy's pizza is A+ in my book. Bryan and the crew are always friendly and professional.

Late lunch slice and soda - what a treat! Hot, fresh, tasty! The crust is to die for, as is the sauce. Staff is super friendly. I appreciate that they are playing it really covid-safe. We ate outside at a table well-spaced from other tables. I wish this place were closer to my house. I would come here every week. Best pizza in the area hands down.

Love dropping by Randy's when the slice itch hit and decided on Miami Blvd. location around 7:40pm. Called the order in and although google stated closing soon the voice taking the order gave me 12pm vibes. Great sign! Allowed 10 mins. for pick up and received an hello here and there from staff...another awesome sign! Waiting 2nd in line a fellow making pizza gave me a thumbs up! I'm like pretty impressed with the customer service from the staff!! We ordered four pepperoni slices, two each and I apologize I don't have pics of the huge pepperoni cheesy laced slices but imagine deliciousness fresh out the oven, cooked to perfection, golden brown crust and there you have it...10/10!! Next time I'm eating in, the environment was laid back with families, couples and friends hanging out with the game on. I saw folks eating pizza, and cheesesteak hoagies like they were going out of style LOL LOL. Will be back soon.

Overall I'm a fan. Came here years ago and can't recall how I felt about them then. But many years have passed since then and I must say it was actually really goodb this time around. The pizzas are gigantic. They do offer smaller sizes, but the ones that came with combo #1 are huge so you do get your money's worth. They are super thin and taste great. The cheese and sauce are also quite nice. The chicken parmesan sub was also very satisfying. I enjoyed it very much and would definitely want to come back here again.

Good pizza for a good price. If you're going for value, classic flavors, and crowd pleasers, Randy's is my go to.

Great pizza, loved it. Almost New York like, the wings on the other hand were not very good. I ordered Hot and they were more like mild. i will definately be ordering another pie here though. even leftover pizza was good. always a good sign ;)

Randy's pizza is one of my favorite places to grab a huge (and I mean HUGE) slice of cheesy, thin crust pizza. Since we've moved to North Carolina, we've struggled to find a pizza place that we love. Pizza is one of my most favorite foods; so, I'm constantly on the search for the perfect pizza spot. I first tried Randy's whenever it was part of the catering for an event I attended. My taste buds and I were excited to find out that the restaurant itself was just down the street from where I work, as well. If you're looking for your typical thin crust, New York style pizza in the triangle, this is your place! The sauce is tasty and light and the cheese is so yummy and greasy! What good is pizza without a few drips of grease? ;) Not to mention, their slices are huge. It's pretty much half of a pizza (just to give you an idea). My absolute favorite pizza I've tried from Randy's so far has been the Don Vito. It has pepperoni, garlic, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan, and oregano. YUM! The hoagies are really good, as well. All of the sandwiches come with cheese, veggies, mayo, banana peppers, and oil and vinegar. This is so good on their steak hoagies and Italian hoagies. I am definitely a fan! Prices are pretty reasonable and they often have combos or daily specials, as well. Another thing to note is that there are many different Randy's locations throughout the triangle. We've eaten at mostly all of them and they have all tasted just as good! I have noticed the menus differ a bit; but, it doesn't seem to impact the quality or taste of the food.

Randy's is most known for the pizza, but me and my wife are now crazy about the chicken Philly sub, delicious!! Overall, you can't miss, quality food served with quality service by quality people...That's what's is all about, quality!

Came hear to get my son a pizza his autistic does t say much and is a picky eater especially when it comes to his favorite food and I know he loves it when he eats more then normal he almost finished a 12 inch all on his own and his only 4 he asked me to heat up the rest later for him they made it perfectly he loves his crust thin and crunchy but still soft and the Sauce was perfect flavorful and savory.

Love this NY style pizza spot for a a slice or two at lunch! It's casual and quick. They serve up many slices at lunch time to cater to local office workers in the RTP area. Lunch specials of the day are always available. Their crust, cheese, sauce and toppings are always solid and reliable. I haven't gotten a stromboli or any of their subs, but they look good! If you're looking for a good lunch spot, I recommend Randy's.

I love their pizza but a little overpriced. They are not consistent in our delivery. I like my pizza hot and cooked. I've gotten pizza that was cold and under cook. If they were consistent with my orders being hot. I would recommend them. Their pizza is good when it's cooked right and hot.
