Fantastic experience from the moment that I walked into the shop and every time I wear my Ranger Station fragrances. Greeted warmly by a young gentleman, highly knowledgeable of the brand and scents. He lead me through my exploration of the house and ultimately helped me land on the right scent(s). I purchased two scents in bottled, roll-on, and candle form. I've since received multiple compliments from strangers/office mates on my fragrance and my housekeeper/guests love the smell of my den (that's where the candle lives). I will be returning to explore Ranger Station's line again in the very near future.

Grace was amazing! She was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Felt like I was talking to a friend. Will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Absolutely amazing experience staff are very knowledgeable and kind they have one of my now favorite fragrances, if you ever go there try the tobacco and musk, it is the best.

This is a sleek, high end, local cologne/perfume & candle company. I think they do have some clothing merchandise too. The scents feel very gender neutral and range from floral to musky. I definitely recommend trying them on as they last very nicely once sprayed on the skin.

Discovering Ranger Station was my absolute highlight of visiting Nashville for the first time! Got the incredible Tennessee Tomato seasonal candle and two quick draws that I can’t stop wearing. 😍

Love the fragrances! Have had two great visits there when this friendly gal (think her name is Taylor?) helped me out. However, went back in December and they had a girl and guy working there that gave off the vibe that they didn’t really want to be working that day. They were not helpful at all and I walked out not buying anything. I’d rather buy online than walk into a store and spend my money with unfriendly staff. Maybe this was a one off. Feedback to the store team: be outgoing and friendly! You’ll make more sales in store.

Howdy, ranger. Ranger Station is a locally owned, Nashville fragrance house-- specializing in luxury candles, colognes, soaps, room sprays, and diffusers. Scent notes range from fruit and amber to wood, spice, and smoke. Located in the heart of the 12 South neighborhood, this location offers an in person experience to sample each aroma collection offered and see all of their iconic products in person. The interior is very modern, clean, high-end, and aesthetic. The service was friendly and professional with one worker offering to tell us about their vast collections, seasonal scent, and encouraging us to sample the encased candles on display. I purchased the sandalwood + bergamot candle. Each candle is priced at $39 which is steep for their small size; however, the smell, quality, and branding is impeccable. When burning, this makes my entire apartment smell like luxury. The high-end candles are a premium soy wax blend poured and packed here in Nashville. Each candle vessel also doubles as an 8 oz lowball cocktail glass, complete with the classic Ranger Station logo. They are each packaged with a box of matches and a recipe card for a signature cocktail that pairs with your chosen scent. Upon checking out, we were prompted to sign up for their loyalty program. You receive point for every purchase, which lead to exclusive discounts and coupons. We were also told this allows emails to be sent notifying of special promos or early access to new releases of fragrance collections. We even got a free vinyl sticker complete with the stylish branding and identifiable hat graphic. Whether you are a local looking for an elevated fragrance, a tourist looking for a souvenir, or a friend looking for a house warming gift-- Ranger Station should be your first choice. The fragrance house offers high-end scents for all occasions and high-quality candles for all connoisseurs. You will receive great service and a great product. We've been excited for RS to open a brick and mortar in town because ya know, it's local. My husband especially who has been a fan for a few years. We live a few blocks from 12S so it was even better to be able to walk there and not have to worry about parking or anything of the like. 12S has been overrun and is completely unrecognizable from the 12S it once was but we thought this was a nice local addition. First of all points off for us going yesterday and they being closed. Given in was the Fourth of July, so it was a risk that it wouldn't be open but we didn't see anywhere that they weee closed and there was no sign on the door saying they were closed- the doors were locked. Upon further investigation, on their instagram they posted they were closed, but without Instagram I would have had no idea. We go today, right when they open and they are pretty busy. Cool. It's a very small store, which makes sense, they don't sell a whole bunch. Greeted by the employee, awesome, and then the employee helps everyone to find their perfect scent, save for us, checks out a few people and just stands there. We were alone in there about twenty mins smelling things and he just stood there texting. I was hoping he could come help us with some questions, but nope, texting away. He asked us finally if we were ready to check out, to which I said no we can't decide, and he then just walked to the back for a few minutes. I had some air fresheners in my hand waiting for him to come back and check us out and after 5 mins when he never came back out we decided to just leave. Haven't had service this bad in a while, and I guess we will just stay shopping online.

What a great place! Top notch customer service paired with a great product = win-win. My husband shopped here for a Valentine's gift. He could not stop talking about it. Seriously. He bought two candles for me, one I loved and one I didn't. Eventually, he convinced me to go with him to return the one I had lit and did not like. I am so glad he did!! What a great shop and what a great product! The place smells and shows beautifully, the candle scents are very unique, polarizing and very intriguing. You have to smell them for yourself. They are expensive, but a very happy splurge. They did indeed return my gently "used" candle and exchanged it for another one () I am a customer and fan for life. Plus, on a side note, a recently hospitalized lady came in with her family seeking her nurses perfume... thank you to her because I sampled it on my wrist and hubby has strict instructions to go and buy it for me...
