QUICK COUNTER _ Flavorful Lunch... BUT; the portions fall short. I tried their lunch special, hoping for a quick yet satisfying meal, & while the flavors truly delivered, the overall value left me hesitant to return. Every bite, was truly very good, extremely tasty, and wonderfully authentic. Each dish had a depth of flavor that spoke to genuine Indian culinary traditions. The spice levels were perfect, without overpowering the intricate tastes. However, my main disappointment stemmed from the portion size, which simply did not justify the price. While the quality was high, the quantity provided for a "lunch special" felt meager, leaving me wanting more or a lower price for the quantity. If you're looking for incredibly flavorful Indian food and don't mind paying a premium for smaller portions, it might be worth a try.

Google
The Indian vegetarian supermarket & grocery store with a Indian Punjabi Veg restaurant tucked in one of the corners. The food is very homely and color or chemical free. Very tasty and has 3 portion sizes suitable to your needs. Self-service format. The lady who operates the restaurant side of this store seem very arrogant, expressionless and unwilling to serve any request, it gives an impression like they are offering food for free. If you make any small request, the lady wouldn't acknowledge and wouldn't care to execute, pretty unhospitable to be standing across a counter and dealing directly with guests.

Stopped for familiar foods, they’ve multiple options but expensive compared to similar stores in the city, people are not welcoming biggest negative point, even i asked them for few items the man and lady are unable to answer basically they look like they don’t want to answer. Just go garb your stuffs and checkout pay get out, this is how this business run 😂

Google
Came for one item that I wasn't sure was sold here. The store aisles were clearly marked so I easily found what I was looking for. I've been to small family stores where product is all over the floors and their are no prices, this store was clean, organized, prices clearly marked and a variety of products sold. This would be the place I go when I want to try something different for me.

Google
Trash. No customer service from the restaurant area, old mango lassi even though it says made fresh daily. It wasn’t, if you’re Indian you can taste. It was bitter and sour, so it wasn’t fresh. Also ordered Chana batura. Batura was bad. Chana curry wasn’t all that either. Tasted like it was left over from a few days ago. Nothing special…. But my daughter loved her samosa plate. That’s all that was decent. Also got jalebis for my father to take back to Los Angeles, and they advertise they are made fresh. Fresh would hot or warm, and sweet. As we got into the parking lot, decided to try one and it was bitter and salty as well. And cold! Went to right back to return them and they just took them and threw them on the floor as if they already knew they were bad. If we’re ever back in Vegas. Avoiding this place because of this bad experience. A lot of Indian stores and restaurants cut corners with a lot of things. And this seems like it is one of them also.

Google
Very nice simple yet tasty food in Las Vegas. We were travelling for very long and looking for authentic Indian food restaurants. We were lucky to find this restaurant. We ordered Indian vegetarian panjabi food and it was worth each penny. Every bite reminded us of comforting home-cooked food.

Google
Incensing The Price on Weekly Basis But not the quality, Food Sweets way expensive, 1 Pratha $14 and one Thali $17 plus Tax , All Grocery items are High price too

Yelp
Amazing homemade Indian food. We've come here twice so far and it was delicious each time. Everything tastes homemade. I love that you can get a full meal with different items (thali) instead of having to buy massive entrees of it. You get to pick two entrees and a daal and it comes with 2 chapati (roti), rice, and spicy pickled chilis. They have lots of chaat (snack) items as well, and amazing huge samosas. We will be back to try all their other menu items!

Yelp

Yelp
My mom loves their cardamom seeds from here so this is the only place we come to. She lives 2000+ miles away and she always asks for their seeds and we drive 25mins just for this to send it to her.

Yelp
I ordered a main dish of Saag and I received an 8oz container of saag for $14!!!!! The same size I would expect a side of rice to come in. But that was it! That was the meal! $14!!!! AND it was not flavored well. The traditional flavors in saag were not there, it was watery and flavorless. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!

Yelp
There are so many products available here! This was my inaugural visit, and I'm certain it won't be my last, especially as I delve deeper into Indian cuisine. I tried Gobi Paratha for the first time--it was excellent. I also purchased Chana Masala, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Yelp
Really loved this home style prepared food. It is prt of grocery store so not lot of space to dine-in but elderly owners are very friendly and ask about what we like. Loved their hospitality. Food is all vegetarian. Try out simple home style food if you are bored with cheesy , high priced restaurants

Yelp
I ordered for pickup when I was looking around on grubhub for healthy options. Although I did not look at the nutrition facts. This was definitely a healthier option. I ordered the Gabi Paratha. A food that I have never tried before so please take my review with a grain of salt if you love this type of cuisine or you are feeling adventurous. The flavor was not too pleasant for me. It was bland but really spicy. I could hardly taste the cauliflower. I love any homeade bread. It seemed rather expensive. I couldn't eat it without dipping it into the yogurt because it was so spicy. Lots of shiny things in the store. This is a food counter in the middle of a shop. Definitely things to look at. My food was ready when I got there which was good.

Sumeet K.

Yelp
Food quality has significantly gone down. Food prices have gone up. Overall not very happy about dining here.

Yelp
Holy moly. I drive past this place on my way home from work and never knew it existed! For someone who loves flavor and spices and Indian foods.... You have to check this place out! There are tons of things to try just in the frozen section alone!!! I grabbed some samosas to-go for the meal I was cooking. They were huge and delicious. They came with the red and green sauce. There are all types of treats you don't find in American grocery stores and a few veggies. I'm sure they have almost everything you need to really get into some Indian cooking. I got some spice packets to use with chickpeas and tofu. My husband even said he had never tasted a flavor like the one dish I made. Look for an Indian recipe online and go here to get all of those ingredients you thought you had to special order.

Yelp
Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Will never go back or recommend to anyone Aloo Paratha had mold!!!!

Yelp
Went here for the first time today and will definitely be back. They have amazing vegan options at the restaurant/take out area.

Yelp
Very unique market with super spicy food cafe. Lots of foods from Gujarat and the packages show their origin. Western Indian food and groceries are unique and fun. Never been to that part of India yet, but it is on my bucket list as I need to try more Western and Eastern style cuisine. Food is made fresh to order at the cafe, for my sensitive to capsaicin palate couldn't handle it very well. Don't let me dissuade those that love spice! Friendly staff, and no complaints by me.
google avatar

Geeta S.

Yelp
Very courteous and helpful.all the staff is very helpful and prompt.I have tried the food as well and it always comes hot and fresh to your table

Swastika S.

Yelp
What a rip off! Don't bother calling and burning fuel to pick up your order. Order from Doordash. The paranthas are only $9.99 on Doordash and $12.99 in store. Never seen such a huge discrepancy in price. I have seen the other way around but not this. Oh well! Coming to the taste - very average tasting paranthas cooked in corn oil. One would expect a generous stuffing at this whopping price and quality ingredients.

Sid S.

Yelp
Decent food ! Quick service! ! Good location near the strip. Will go again when in the area

Yelp
Great place for vegetarians. We had Parathas. Was done very tastefully and fresh. Being a vegetarian anytime I'm going to be in Vegas area. I'm absolutely going for this.

Yelp
This is our new favourite breakfast place for Indian good, it's run by wonderful family and they make you feel like eating at home. Food and services are excellent, you must order their aloo and gobi parathas

Yelp
This is the third Indian market I've been to in Las Vegas and for me it's, the best. I was out of most of my Indian food items and I came here for a quick Sun day morning stop and spent more time than I had expected. There is so much here--much I had never seen before. There's fresh, frozen, and canned/jars of Indian food and items to make your Indian dinners. I ended up with four jars of Patak's simmer sauces, one flavor I didn't know existed. I also got some vegetable packs with different foods than ones I've seen at Sprouts. Check out was quick and the checker was pleasant. I need to go back and take the time to check out the rest of the store. I only saw about 2/3 of their items but I know this will me my go to place for Indian food preparations.

Yelp
I came looking for curry. I found so many types and flavors of curry. I was stumped! So I just started reading up on curry and decided the one that i wanted plus I saw this burger curry too!

Ashwin Kumar S.

Yelp
Very good vegetarian food here. The ambience is Family friendly and the service is also good.

Yelp
This small market was absolutely amazing for anything you might need from India. We were traveling from Las Vegas from a small mountain town in Southern California and we only get to stock up on our Indian groceries about once a year. Although this market was in a tiny strip mall, it literally had 95% of what we were looking for. They even had curry leaves which are so hard for us to find. The people working here were unbelievably nice answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to help us locate specific items. We were able to find items such as date chutney, giant things of tandoori seasoning, garlic, ginger paste, curry leaves, and even the mango kuftas that are my boyfriend's favorite.

Mandeep S.

Yelp
I bought some groceries from Rani. The cashier charged me for 2 items which I didn't even buy. When I came home I checked my receipt. I saw these 2 extra items on the receipt which I didn't purchase. I thought that was deceiving. I wonder how many people they do this. When I called the cashier. She gave me attitude. It's was only $16. But I didn't like it. I felt betrayed
google avatar

Elayne L.

Yelp
I feel so blessed to have discovered this market! What a wonderful selection of Indian food products and home goods like incense and other imported items. It's so clean and the people working here are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The restaurant inside is so delicious and a major reason to return in and of itself. I had the best samosa ever and the vegan selection is amazing. If you're looking for a reasonable hearty Indian meal, this is great spot. It's not fancy but the quality is exceptional and you'll satisfy your craving with flavorful dishes.

Poorna V.

Yelp
Overall Rating: 4/5 Taste: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 3/5 Value for Money: 4/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Every dish we tried was exceptional. The flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation of each dish was beautiful. In terms of ambiance, the restaurant could use some improvement. The lighting was a bit too bright for my liking, and the decor felt a bit outdated. It's still a food place in a grocers store.
google avatar

Nabeel K.

Yelp
They have a vast selection of Indian groceries and produce - but best of all is there dine in or to go food offering. Samosas are fried FRESH, and most dishes are made to order ! Best place for a veg breakfast on an early Vegas morning
google avatar

Stephanie T.

Yelp
Sooo I really did try to give them another chance but the woman at the hot food counter was just extremely rude. She was cleaning the counter when I walked up when she saw me she never acknowledged me just kept cleaning the counter. Finally when she acknowledged me I ordered 2lbs of vegetable pakora, aloo paratha and 4 samosas. The reason for the 1 star besides the rudeness is the fact that the pakora was so extremely salty we couldn't eat it, as it was not suitable for human consumption. Nothing could make this any better except another batch and we do not live close by otherwise I would have taken it back up there. We should be refunded at the very least.
google avatar

Raheel K.

Yelp
Good selection of spices, drinks, and random frozen foods from the east, you can also buy ready made food in the back of the market.

Gargi P.

Yelp
very nice place and people who serves the best service for Indian food... must visit them for fresh food...
google avatar

Sandeep P.

Yelp
Rani's is the best place to get delicious food for just few bucks. It is a cafe and grocery store, so the combo makes it more special. While getting grocery, we can taste amazing food that make us go back again just for the food. Must try vegetarian food. Best part is Grandma speaks to everyone making it homely. Parking is free and place is located at the end of the alley.
google avatar

Priya K.

Yelp
I use Rani's for all my Indian food basics.. they carry almost everything from fresh vegetables to spices, lentils, naan, frozen entrees, snacks, you name it. They also have a small cafe onsite that serves vegetarian food. Their stuffed paratha (bit pricy) but is delicious. They have lots of food choices. They also make fresh Indian desserts and sell by the pound. The place is clean, things are organized and unlike other Indian grocery stores in town, every item has prices clearly displayed.
google avatar

Sean M.

Yelp
Very good selection and reasonable prices. Great service. Didn't realise I was there shortly before closing when I ordered a gobi paratha, but he made it for me anyway. Delicious. The lady at the checkout counter was also very helpful in finding what I needed. I will return here again for sure!
google avatar

Rubi M.

Yelp
I was looking for some spices to try making new dishes and saw they have a small restaurant inside. I love trying new things so I have gone back to make sure I try everything on the menu. So far, every dish I've had here is delicious I believe their food is all vegetarian but I can honestly say that although I am not vegetarian, I have not missed the meat while eating here. I always ask for extra roti. They are fresh made and delicious.
google avatar

Indo S.

Yelp
Stopped by for some essential groceries. Good selection Store was clean Service was nice. I was happy to find an Indian grocery with all the basics here in Las Vegas. I have not tried the vegetarian restaurant inside.
google avatar

Lorna D.

Yelp
Love this grocery. Phenomenal spices, desserts and snacks. The fresh samosas are so good, and reasonably priced. Always a pleasure to shop here.
google avatar

Andre E.

Yelp
The store has been completely re-organized which makes it even more awesome...go and check it out.
google avatar

Michelle P.

Yelp
Rude, disrespectful and racist staff, if you are not middle eastern they will treat you like crap, better off going to the international food market or Indian mart where people are nicer and prices are more affordable :)
google avatar

Joanna V.

Yelp
My mind is toggling with how much I like this place. I start with a neutral three star, and either increase or decrease my rating. Okay so honestly... I'm missing Bombay Bazaar in Riverside, CA. They were a clean store, very organized, many selections, carried falooda kulfi, and extremely friendly helpful owners. I walked into Rani's and I wasn't wow-ing. The store carries A LOT of products however. So I'm glad about that. I took my time through the isles cuz there were items I was thinking of trying. And with my inclination to read labels, to see what I can do with some ingredients, I discovered some turn offs. I was eyeing the ginger garlic paste. I know I could mix that in with plenty of recipe creations. I checked out two that they had on the shelves - Asian Kitchen & Rani brand. Bitter faced, I read they had expired this past June or July : / I came in for flatbread though. I did find what I wanted. Lots of choices! Found the garlic naan yahoooo! And a variety of parathas : D Only thing was in the frozen foods section, some packages were misplaced, fallen or left there mishapped. I literally wanted to organize them all back. Maybe they needed help : / I didn't know for certain what I picked was for that shelf price. It's fine I wanted what I placed in the basket. Walking toward the cashier, I checked if they had rose ice cream (falooda) in the kulfi freezer box. There were miscellaneous frozen food items covering the ice cream tubs. Who did that?! Customers maybe... or were they placed there temporarily for go backs later... 8 \ No buy 2 get 1 free on ready to eat selections here ppptthh. But again LOTS of selections I like. I also like their expanse of hair care products. They have a tall shelf filled with incense - very nice! There's also a restaurant and a decent seating area. Restaurant wasn't open tonight, but pics already posted show some delish rice plates. Being Rani's is the only Indian grocery store I've found to be closest, I'll be settling to shop here.
google avatar

Tanmay T.

Yelp
We went there for food. It was resonably priced and tasty. A lot of variety to choose from.
google avatar

Joseph Alexander F.

Yelp
Been here many times, great selection of products and supplies. As a matter of fact...it was my only go to place. However, today I'm in there and the owner follows me around and I was in the store less then 90 seconds. They moved the hair dye to another row which I couldn't find. When I got to it, I no more then picked up an item to look at it and he came around the corner yelling at me. Couldn't understand a word he was saying. So I just walked out. What a strange experience. Strange because I would eat at the inside cafe once a week. And then buy groceries. I can't add up how much money I've spent in this dive. But they have great products and good food as do most dives. I'll be finding another store to shop and dine at.
google avatar

Emma T.

Yelp
I'd give 5 stars but the employee came back it of the restroom without washing their hands, I know because the soap dispenser was empty... Also they didn't flush. But the service is awesome and the dates I bought were delicious and very fresh tasting. The woman who helped me look for lentil chips was very kind and friendly. 5 stars for service, but I'm taking two away for hygiene.
google avatar

Maggie M.

Yelp
This place is great! I give it 4 and not 5 stars because it's no where near to the places out in so cal but I enjoy coming here and buying ingredients to cook with and explore Indian cuisine. There is a good size of ingredients and their pastries are yummy. It's nice that they have a restaurant if you're interested in eating there. I haven't tried it but it's nice to have the option if you're hungry. The bathrooms are clean.
google avatar

Adil K.

Yelp
A good selection of Indian spices and frozen food. The staff are unfortunately on the unpleasant side.Over look this important factor and just shop.
google avatar

Kimberly S.

Yelp
So glad I came in. Huge selection of spices and herbs. Fresh curry leaves and produce. We did order at the little restaurant inside. The women were very helpful. We had someone with us that had a allergy to mustard seed and they were very kind helpful and had tons of patience. The food was absolutely delicious!!! Omg I wish I remembered the name of the dish. It was a bit pricey but its homemade and so flavorful. I would definitely shop and eat there in the future.
google avatar

Lostin S.

Yelp
A nice store. Great selection. Hands down the best Indian Grocer in Las Vegas. The spices selection is exceptional. There is plenty of specialty dry, canned, produce, and refrigerated items.
google avatar

Sarah C.

Yelp
A small casual restaurant within an Indian grocery store so you can get a meal and shop in one stop! I have been coming here for all my cravings for Indian goodies such as dal, tumeric, yellow split-mung beans, puri, samosas, frozen curries, snacks etc The place is very expansive in size and holds variety of items. It's clean and organized. I like to check the expiration dates before buying. The food is North Indian cuisine and vegetarian and they serve vegetarian lunch thali, a tray filled with savory Indian dishes. The price varies from $2.99 to $7.99. You order at the counter, then wait for your food. There are only 4 or 5 tables so it could get busy during lunch. You can try their complimentary tea. After you finish eating, you can do some grocery shopping.
google avatar

Masuda G.

Yelp
Fantastic little place. We are visiting from Cali. We originally went to eat at Egg and I and came in here beforehand for some spicy Sev and other items. We ended up getting a bunch of items, sweets and lots of Samosas...sooooooo yummy!!!! Hit the spot for us both!
google avatar

Janaki V.

Yelp
One of few Indian groceries located in a strip mall on busy Sahara Avenue off the strip. It's small and cramped but well stocked. Authentic Indian vegetarian food that was tasty and cheap. I got the daily thali with choice of three veggies, chapati and free chai.
google avatar

Mary Jane I.

Yelp
What a gem! Funny and friendly staff! Authentic and delicious food... love the Samosas! I highly recommend this place. Will be my new go to. :)
google avatar

Priscilla Y.

Yelp
We've been driving past this place for a good year and finally we decided to check it out. I love Indian food but don't know a ton about it, so it's always fun to browse and look at everything. Previously I was looking for mango and lime pickles, and chutneys. I was happy to find a decent selection at International Marketplace, and that was my go to spot for everything I couldn't find elsewhere. Well come to find out Rani's has TONS more selection and their prices are better too! My pic of the chutney/pickle/sauce aisle doesn't even cover half of what they offer! Since I'm new to cooking Indian, it's great to have a huge selection of pre made spice/sauce packs to add to whatever kind of meat you want to cook. Easier than buying all the different spices and not getting the ratios right. They also have a huge freezer section. Not only do they have frozen naan and roti, but also paratha, sheermal, chapatti, bhature, taftan, what? I don't even know what most of those are but they are all types of flatbread. And for those looking for it, there is an entire row of Sri Lankan food, but I don't know anything about that, yet! Haven't tried the cafe, but maybe next time. Aisles are organized and uncluttered and it smells great inside with all those spices in there.
