Went in for dinner last week and the server was absolutely fantastic! Very attentive and even gave my partner a great recommendation for his entre. The food was great but the portion size on the lobster ravioli was a bit sad. I got 8 smallish ravioli while everyone else at the table had significantly larger portions than me. I finished my meal very quickly because of it so it was very awkward I sat there finished and everyone else was still eating. And before I could even take some bread to scoop up the left over sauce a busser came by and just took the plate without asking if I was done. Can't be mad they were doing their job but ask please. Also please put how many ravioli are in the dish in the menu. After finishing what was left of the appetizer I went home and made additional food as I was still very hungry. TL;DR great food and service but the lobster ravioli were very small

Google
I truly want to give more stars as their martinis are the best in town! The only thing preventing me from the 5 star is the bar allowing regulars to hold seats for people that aren’t there. Was there over an hour and had to stand along the wall with multiple empty seats clearly unoccupied around the bar area, every empty seat followed by a “I’m waiting for etc…” to never be filled over the hour I was there. I feel this place does not give new patrons the opportunity to become regulars or even get a genuine feel of the place due to how much they cater to their regulars and holding seats that aren’t really occupied. Wish this establishment cared as Much about newcomers as their regulars. Disappointed but hoping for change, 3rd visit same experience every time - doesn’t matter if it’s a weekday or weekend.

Rasos has been and will always be one of my first choices! I just tried their bolognese the other day ITS AMAZING. Something about their sauce is just so good. Good quality is always 10/10!!

Google
Alicia was AMAZING!! Best server I’ve had in a very long time. She had me hooting, hollering, and roaring! The food was fantastic (table got lobster ravioli, steak tips, baked haddock, and gnocchi) and the martinis were to die for. Will definitely be back! The server definitely stole the show and was a great time.

Google
Always drive by here during my commute & decided it was time to try it. The parking is not good as there’s not enough space. The restaurant itself looks pretty nice spacious & the bar I would say would be the best part of it. Now food wise they did have a pretty decent sized menu with pretty much Italian inspired dishes. Once I got my food tho it was a different story, The chicken & broccoli Alfredo fettuccine looked great presentation wise . But after taking a few bites I realized how saucy it was & I mean an overwhelming amount of sauce. The Alfredo sauce was overpowering after & I didn’t really finish it. Then I ended up getting a different dish & was the same as the last one, overwhelmingly sauced up & i just feel if they took their time a lil bit more Im sure it could taste better. the only thing that was actually pretty decent & had taste was the meatballs. Overall I’d give it 3/10 food 8/10 drinks & 7/10 in the restaurant itself.

Google
So delicious! Loved the homemade fusili Sophia and the fusili with calamari in scampi sauce. The tiramisu was also yummy. The atmosphere was very nice and a little elegant, yet unpretentious. The service was attentive and courteous. You will want to add this to your favorites!

The espresso martini is amazing, cant wait to go back for more. I only sat at the bar for a drink but next time I will have to try the food.

Yelp
Came here twice already and the food was consistent. Chicken wings have options of different sauces. Sweet potatoe fries are hot and yummy! When you walk in you see a bar area and the dining area is in the back. Service is friendly and waitstaff Provides water and bread upon seating. Cocktail menu is fun! The pear martini was delicious.

Yelp
We were in Salem earlier and got talking to come locals who told us we had to check out Raso's since we were staying in Medfort and because of that we made sure to come by. They also told us we had to get the Florentine Pizza Sicilian style we came in with a game plan. We arrived at around 7:30PM on a Sunday and had no problem getting a table. Our waiter was very friendly and helped us out with the menu. I will say they also had a huge cocktail/martini menu and I went with a Dirty Martini with vodka and they had Blue Cheese Stuffed Olives which really makes the martini for me. We of course had to get that Florentine Pizza Sicilian style for a appetizer. Now I'm normally not a fan of Florentine Pizza you know because of the spinach but I really enjoyed this pizza. The white sauce was great and the pizza was cooked perfectly. They had a lot of options for entrees too that sounded amazing but I ended up being basic and went for on of my normal orders, Gnocchi in a Vodka Sauce or as they call it Gnocc Me Out and added a the Chicken Cutlet. The Chicken Cutlet is breaded chicken similar to what you get with chicken parm. The gnocchi was very good and the sauce was very rich too. Would for sure get the again. I'm also really glad I got the chicken cutlet. It was cooked perfectly and had a nice breading. I will say after starting with a Sicilian Florentine Pizza there was never a chance that I was going to finish my entrée but I did my best and did finish it the next day. My Dolphins were playing Sunday Night Football so I went to the bar to watch. The staff was so friendly. I also chatted with some regulars there too who were great. Honestly we had such an amazing time here that's a big reason for the 5 stars too. I hate to say it but when we were hear we were treated like family. Gotta check Raso's out!

Julia T.

Yelp
Drinks are amazing here. The martinis are delicious. So many different types to choose from! A bit small in here. I normally do a a reservation before to ensure I have a table. Ambiance is very nice and fun to hang out in. Definitely recommend for the drinks!

Sheri R.

Yelp
Always amazing meatballs and chicken parmigiana delicious friendly staff great atmosphere

Yelp
Food is clean and very good. We love coming here because it's consistently wonderful. Starts with the bread and olive oil- always fresh and on your table. The pastas are fresh. The gravy aka sauce is beautiful, authentic southern Italian. The entrees are very good and the pizza is tops. Full bar and a lively place. They always have a lead server and multiple bus people. Very happy professional people.

Mike P.

Yelp
Love going to Raso's! Great food and friendly service. The specials always have something good and new. And you certainly can't go wrong with the sirloin or pizza! One of the best spots around for an honest meal, good service, and the type of place you could go to 5 times a week and still never get bored with it!

Susanne H.

Yelp
We went there last night , party of 10, excellent experience! Food was fantastic, service outstanding and the drinks were great too!! Great local hangout with great food & staff!

Chuck I.

Yelp
Great Restaurant, Drinks and Service. Top notch Italian Food The Bar is lively and busy so go grab your seat early. Chuck

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem! All the food we've tried has been excellent! The pork chop Marsala is a must try. Staff is very pleasant and down to earth.

Andrew P.

Yelp
Depending on why you're going here is huge. If you're going to eat, the food is just OK. On the other hand if you're there to utilize the bar, good luck finding a seat. Same people are there most of the time...especially weekend nights. If you're lucky enough to get a seat at bar. Bar food is excellent and drink menu is above the norm! Bartender usually will make you any drink whether it's on or off the drink list.

Rosemary E.

Yelp
Busy bar. Great food and cocktails. Friendly atmosphere, comfortable dining area. Friendly staff.

Stacey C.

Yelp
Fun & friendly staff at the bar, attentive (but not overly so) waitstaff, solid menu. I highly recommend the D&J Salad, the Eggplant Stack, and the Lobster ravioli, as well as anything on their specials list!

Bill D.

Yelp
My wife and I dined here after a few friends suggested it. The service was very good from start to finish. The waitstaff was very attentive and friendly. We decided to split a pizza with each having our favorite toppings on it. We both agreed the pizza was OK, nothing great. It definitely did not meet our expectations. Raso's is a very comfortable place to eat. The staff is very good. I give it 3 stars.

Logan A.

Yelp
Best food ever!! Everything tasted amazing!! The cheese pull on the pizza was insane and the fried Oreos were great! However I highly recommend the cheesecake! It came with blueberries and each one was perfect and ripe! The atmosphere was great and the staff was great! Hope you get the chance to check out this restaurant!

Jacki C.

Yelp
I just love Rasos! The food is fantastic and heartwarming. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The drinks are fantastic, and the staff is personable and welcoming. I am Italian so I know good Italian food, and this is good Italian food!

Yelp
Raso's is a traditional Italian restaurant that offers more. In addition to classic Italian dishes it has a nice selection of meats and seafood at very reasonable prices. I'd been wanting to try this place since moving to the area a couple of years ago but was always put off a bit by it's location- kind of a mixed industrial/business area on busy Mystic St. in Medford. On this Saturday night the only real challenge was finding parking. The front and side of Raso's can fit a small number of cars. After that you're stuck looking on the side streets where most of the parking is for residents only. It shouldn't be such a pain. Perhaps Raso's can strike a deal with some of the local businesses to open their lots in the evenings when they are otherwise closed. Every local business lot has bold signs- parking for customers only. Enough parking rants. The place was packed. We enjoyed a drink at the bar. The local patrons were friendly and made room for us. No draft beer- a significant shortcoming these days. A good selection of bottled beers- See them up on that shelf? No- they were too far away to clearly see the labels. A beer list would be helpful. The wine menu was reasonably priced but not very appealing. Unlike the large food menu, I would have preferred a broader selection including some heartier red wines. I settled for a passable Shiraz. The Cosmo was perfect. Seated in 15 minutes we were greeted by a young man who couldn't have been any better of a waiter- friendly, always checking in on us, offering informed suggestions and highly professional and responsive. A+ Now to the food. We started with Crispy Calamari in a hot peppers and garlic aioli. Not crispy but some of the most tender calamari I've ever eaten. The peppers added zip. Light if any garlic though. We shared the Shrimp Scampi- large perfectly cooked shrimp on angel hair pasta in a very light and fresh scampi sauce- but where's the garlic? Still delicious. Portions was reasonable. The side salad and bread were OK. The salad was not served chilled. The restaurant is cozy, friendly, busy and with enough space between the tables and booths so you don't feel cramped. The service was impeccable and friendly. The food selection was outstanding. It was fresh, well prepared and reasonably priced. Good local spot. I hope Raso's will update the beer and wine selections and work out some parking options on the weekend. 3.5 Stars

Yelp
Always an excellent experience at Raso's when it comes to drinks, food, and service. I have yet to not have an exceptional meal there. Whatever they are doing, keep it up

Yelp
Yes. Yes. Yes. Where do I begin with Raso's? I'll start with the vibe. Any Soprano's fans in here? You walk in and literally feel like you're in Vesuvio. I absolutely loved it. It reminded me of sunday dinners with my step mom's huge Italian family. There is a dining area in the back along with a bar/lounge dining area up front. I'm a huge fan of the bar/lounge seating because of the nice big windows! We sat at the table in the corner which was comfortable and inviting. Next, the service. It was truly excellent. The blonde girl who was working at the bar, and the young gentleman who was serving in that area were some of the kindest and most pleasant people. They really, truly made our experience better. The drinks are priced so fairly that it makes you want to drink more! A titos and cranberry for 6 bucks? Huge glass of wine for 7? Sign me up. We started with the bread and olive oil (which by the way, tasted so unbelievably authentic), and an Antipasto salad. The salad was OUTSTANDING and had so many delicious components. For dinner, I had the steak tips and turkey tips with green beans and broccoli rabe. Everything was cooked to utter perfection and the portion was MORE than enough. Overall my visit to Raso's was absolutely perfect. I can't wait to come back soon!

Yelp
The vibe was quite cool when I got there, and the service was pleasant. We shared Lobster Rangoon and the Meatball apps. Rangoon was OK - not much sign of lobster. The Meatballs were excellent. Two out of three entrees were really overcooked. Steak tips ordered medium rare came out well done. Momma's Pork Chop was also cooked beyond well done and kind of tough as a result. A restaurant pork chop - heck, any pork chop - ought to be light pink when served, and never grey. Too bad, because the flavor of the vinegar and peppers with potatoes was quite good. The cocktails were excellent. Generously poured and beautifully presented. Beware, they seat some very large, loud groups. We had to shout to hear each other at our little booth for 4. The noise level was well beyond healthy and took away from our enjoyment. Also beware, the parking situation is ridiculous. If you are thinking about having a drink, consider backing in and parking nose out (if you can get in at all) because the close quarters and busy street will cause even the most seasoned sober driver to have to concentrate and maneuver. It would be a shame to end up scraping a car (must happen there a bit) and having even one drink on your breath. All in all, this place was alright. I can see going back, and being more assertive about the degree to which things are cooked, and finding seating that may be a little less exposed to the loud party atmosphere.

Yelp
This was our first place of choice for dinner for our 3 day vacation and was pretty good. I Thought it was going to be another regular restaurant with regular food but I was wrong. I ordered some spaghetti ala something that had egg in it. I ASKED IF THEY COULD AD CHICKEN and they said it was no problem. Food came out pretty fast! I was a big wprried about that because when I went to San Francisco and the same thing happened, I had a really rough case of food poisoning. Somehow, I ended up totally naked and throwing up like a drunk high schooler. Anyways, not only was my entrée good, my gf's food was really good as well. She ordered the chicken with broccoli. Super creamy and delicious! Now, the bread that came out before dinner, was a little boring and bland. It was cold (which sucks. Were from California and we've come accustomed to warm bread with sides of butter, pamesan cheese, vinegar and oil at restaurants with Italian food) and only have olive oil (which the oil was really good so you can't really knock it. Over all I say a 4.5 out of 5. Would do this place again to try something out. STAFF WAS AWESOME.

Yelp
Ordered from here a few times during the pandemic and I am thoroughly disappointed. I want to support them, but I don't think I can anymore. The food has gone downhill. The last couple of times I got the wings (I get them almost every time) they were not fried right (rubbery) and the sauce was super skimpy. The chicken parm used to be one of the best items on the menu, and now they're making a lazy man's version of it. I prefer my cutlets to be pounded out so that they're nice and thin. The shrimp scampi was oily and watery. The texture of the pasta was limp. Whoever is in the kitchen right now simply doesn't care. The manager should not let such poor quality food out of their kitchen. The worst part about it all is that you don't really know how bad it is until you bring it home. I prefer the limited contact delivery. It's nice that they offer that, but once you're home with your food there's really not much you can do about it. I suppose you could re-order and wait another hour plus for them to redo it, but who has time for that? This used to be one of my favorite local places. No more. I wish them luck. I'll keep an eye on the space in case they get their act together. I'm trying my best to support local businesses during the pandemic, but I also want to make sure that my money is going to a place that is going to respect me as a customer.

Raymond G.

Yelp
I go here twice a week for dinner.GREAT pizza and specials.Very nice people.

Tim M.

Yelp
Okay. I don't write reviews typically, but this needs to be said. Been here a few times and the food is good. However; during my last visit I noticed two things, one is that the martinis seem to be a big draw, the other is the reason I'm posting this. I witnessed one of the bar backs/bartenders refilling their alcohol bottles with what was obviously an inferior brand. Typical large plastic alcohol bottle poured into the glass bottles with a funnel. Now, I don't order the martinis, but thought the people that do would like to know this. I don't like seeing people getting taken advantage of for any reason, but greed especially.

Yelp
When we first arrived we were looking to sit outside as this was during COVID. Upon walking up we see one of the employees sitting in the outside dining area smoking. He was sitting at one of the tables. With that we decided we would eat inside. The highlight of the place was our server. He was friendly and attentive. I got Fish and Chips which was horrid. They looked more like Chinese chicken fingers. They were on top of fries that also came with a scoop of slaw. the slaw juices covered the bottom of the plate so most of the fries were soggy. The fish was very greasy. I could not eat it. I was given tarter sauce that I believe may have been some type of salad dressing. The server notices and took the fish off our bill. I tried the pizza which was nothing great either. When I tell people how bad the fish was they ask me why I would get that at an Italian restaurant. Good point.. But why is it even on the menu. It cannot be popular. Overall not sure I would go back.

Dalia V.

Yelp
The chicken parmigiana was out of this world. Their serving sizes are huge and plenty to take home afterwards. Service was a bit slow and it took our food a while to get to us. But our server was apologetic and gave us a complimentary glass of wine for our patience. Would definitely go back to Raso's Grille. Give it a try you'll love it if you're in the Medford area.

K G.

Yelp
Had a delicious dinner here last night prior to seeing a show at the Chevalier. Made a reservation for 7:15 and we were seated right away. Ordered martinis (creamy espresso for me; orange blossom for my friend) that were delicious and served up really promptly. Tried the Brussel sprouts appetizer, shrimp scampi, and steak tips with roasted potatoes & broccoli. Everything was packed with flavor and cooked as requested. Our waiter and the bus boys were all friendly and efficient. Waiter was able to give us recommendations on drinks snd tips for parking at the theater afterwards. Overall a great experience and I'd certainly return next time I'm in town for a show!

N. D.

Yelp
Really don't have enough nice things to say about Raso's. We are there at least once a week. Love the way the manager runs the place. Highly professional team. Food is always consistent. And a huge shout out to Nabil. Best server Eva!!!! We love this place.

R S.

Yelp
Sub shop / cafeteria quality food at way expensive prices. We got several dishes and all were sub standard (sad pun intended). Chicken parmigiana was bone dry, sauce no taste. Chicken Marsala was a joke. Fried Calamari was cold when arrived at table and flavorless.

Robert B.

Yelp
Raso's consistently turns out exceptional meals. It is perhaps best known for its old school Italian food. That is for good reason. The chefs, cooks and staff are North End trained or North End ready. Of the many meals I've had or tasted, it's the eggplant parm meal the stands out. It's prepared Sicilian style with not a single bread crumb. It is very light, with no hint of it's having been fried. The pasta is always cooked perfectly. The gravy, or sauce (I'm not going there tonight) is plate licking good. The chianti was nice. The staff knowledgeable and chill.

Dil S.

Yelp
Solid local Italian spot. Top notch service and plenty of TVs as well as a large projector. Great for watching games. Beers, calamari and sweet potato fries were on point. Sicilian pizza was pretty good.

Samantha M.

Yelp
I was honestly pretty disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. When we arrived they completely disregarded that we had a reservation and had us wait in a very lengthy line out the door. Not only this, but there was no social distancing being practiced anywhere in the restaurant or in line. We eventually decided to sit outside to avoid waiting any longer, but it again took a while for anyone to come over and show us the menu or take our order. All the food we ordered was okay, but definitely over-priced for what it was. We ordered calamari for an appetizer which was an extremely small portion. I do have to say that our main courses were a decent size, but again they were very average tasting. Overall, I could see this as a good place to come get a drink with a friend, but if you are looking for a nicer dinner spot, this is not it. I have friends that have gone in the past and enjoyed it, but it sounds like the restaurant has made some changes to their menu recently, since none of the dishes they recommended were offered.

Denise M.

Yelp
This is a local restaurant with a very local feel. The bar area is great. Lively with nice staff. The gluten free options are one. Yes only one. The grilled chicken with asparagus and mashed potatoes. While I did want to go back and fix their mash potatoes for them, watery and bland tasting, I did not. Instead I just enjoyed the company and the fun atmosphere of a home town restaurant. The staff are super nice, it's clean and close to home. Would this become my go to spot in Medford no but the pizza did look good. So for those gluten eating locals go ahead and try this place for yourself. The reviews are mixed but if you know what your walking into you'll appreciate it, if you can!

Melissa J.

Yelp
I have been going to Raso's since the doors opened! I have never had a bad meal, bad service, or a bad drink! The Espresso Martini is amazing and if you're lucky enough to be there when Marllon is at the bar you will not be disappointed with this fave martini! The fusilli is delicious and I highly recommend the eggplant stack!!

Matthew M.

Yelp
After a few visits, overall am quite fond of this place. It has character, friendly service and good food, specifically their flatbreads. Depending on the server, I either get 5 star service or 3 star service. Never had a complaint about food. My pickup orders are always prompt and correct. If I had to nitpick, I'd say evening service is much better than lunch. Lunch time, I rarely see the server and food takes a long time. Dinner, no issues. I like walking in there and seeing so many happy folk in the bar area. This place definitely has character and a good regular crowd of people who have been coming here for years. It's quite special.

Sasha M.

Yelp
Came here for date night Friday night. It was both of our first times here and I'm glad we chose to go here! I think we saw a segment on Phantom Gourmet that mentioned Raso's and that's why we decided to come here. It was pretty busy at the bar side and there seemed to be a good amount of people waiting to be seated. We started off with drinks (I had the espresso martini because the waiter swore by it; lived up to the hype! It was very tasty and strong) For our meals we got the chicken parm & filet mignon. I have to say and I can't seem to rave enough about it, the steak was PERFECTLY COOKED. I am so anal when it comes to ordering steak because I love it medium rare and some places that don't usually "specialize" in steaks would overcook it and it just ruins my dining experience. Our waiter told me that it will come out perfectly cooked or he will pay for the steak out of his paycheck. That confidence definitely sold me! No regrets, I was so happy cutting into it when it first came out. It came with mushroom risotto and sauteed spinach. My only gripe was the risotto. It was still good but it wasn't so much risotto as it was just rice with mushrooms and the sauce. My boyfriend absolutely loved the chicken parm! Overall we had a great dining experience. They played Sinatra overhead and I was ecstatic; I always play Sinatra while I cook at home so that was pleasant to listen to. I loved the vibe. Our server, Gustavo was a doll. He was very attentive, he was funny, he made sure to come check on us without being too invasive. We already are planning on coming back again for our next date night!

Kelly L.

Yelp
My husband and I always enjoy our dinners at Raso's! Great food, drinks and customer service. Our favorite dish is their steak! Five stars!

C M.

Yelp
Spinach Florentine pizza, baked pasta & richie's eggplant stack are so delicious! Everything is good and the drinks are pretty great too! We live nearby and are regulars for both dining in and now take out and the food is consistently excellent every single time! Hidden gem of medford!

Rick C.

Yelp
Used to be a good place to go and sit down and have a nice meal. Now you go and sit down and do just that you sit there. Awful service. We had a bad experience about 6 months ago and decided to give it another shot. And once again it was the same. 1hr 20min and dinner was still not on the table. Wife couldnt even get another Martini, I couldnt get another beer and they forgot my daughter all together. Richie you need to clean house and hire wait staff that knows how to work the floor. I worked in this industry for over 10 years and know a thing or two about service. On a side note. Tables around us that had a older lady as a waitress were well taken care of and the hardest person working in that dining room was the busser. He was so attentive to the tables and whatever we needed. Also when you tell your server this is an issue the last 2x you been here and they give you an attitude, why would I go back.

K L.

Yelp
So I'll start off with why I didn't give it 5 starts. As soon as we walked in (I had a reservation for 2) the hostess was not pleasant at all. Rude. When our table was ready she called for us and said she had a "cozy table" for us. Cozy? How about a table in the back corner in the dark. Literally. This wasn't ambient dim lighting, this was straight up in the dark. We were in the very far back corner of the restaurant, squeezed aside a 4 person table. Not the best way to start the night at a restaurant we've never been to. Finally the waiter came by - didn't introduce himself, but he was a good waiter. The food was delicious, the portions were big - My friend and I split a caesar salad which took up an entire dinner plate. I had chicken parm that was great. Had alot for leftovers. My friend got penne a la vodka - which compared to the generous portions of the other dishes coming out, hers was pretty skimpy. We would definitely go back again, but would certainly request a booth so we don't feel like we're sitting a hole. Also, the hostess may want to be alittle bit more upbeat and have a smile on her face. It's one of the first faces you see walking into the restaurant and sets the tone for your dining experience.

Jordan K.

Yelp
Great spot! Went during Covid. Felt safe and had great food! I got the shrimp scampi which was great!

Jenni F.

Yelp
Best expresso martini! Food is standard and the bar staff friendly. It gets busy early but you can grab a high top at the bar. Parking can be tough.

Joe V.

Yelp
This is a great place to eat. It has a restaurant and bar side. Service is great. Daniella is always attentive. Have had several dishes but the haddock stuffed with crab meat is phenomenal.

Ren D.

Yelp
I invited a few friends to join me at Rasos for dinner a couple of Fridays ago. love their food. This visit left me with a bad taste. We never even got to the food, the Hostess was extremely rude. I got there after my friends and the Hostess again was rude to me as well. So we asked to move tables, why is that a big deal? My friends asked to go somewhere else. I agreed. I live in Medford and won't go back. If you don't like serving CUSTOMERS, get out of the hospitality business. Oh, forgot to mention, the place was EMPTY!

N P.

Yelp
We stopped in the other night because of the high ratings. The first thing that we noticed when we entered the place was an unpleasant smell... remsniscnat of sewage... we should have turned around and left but we stayed as we thought we were missing something based on the high ratings... The place inside is ok form a decor standpoint. The restaurant portion windows were dirty and just oozed a bad impression.. the food was average at best. The prices were higher than what they should be... At least the service was great, form all the waiting personnel. The smell still makes me want to puke... We would not recommend nor go there again.

Yelp
Ordered takeout the other night and it was delicious! I had the eggplant stack which was so good! My main dish was penne alla vodka and it was perfect! My husband had the chicken parmigiana which is always spot on! Excited to dine in as soon as spring comes back!

Yelp
Nothing special. Kind of a tired dark dingy place. Uninspired menu. Run of the mill Italian red sauce joint. More of a bar with food than a restaurant with a bar. Very poor service. Pricier than the space, food and service should be. Just not much to specifically complain or crow about. About as average as it gets.

Yelp
I made reservations for this restaurant for a specific time. I called 15 min prior to my reservation (after driving by and seeing how packed it was), to confirm my table would still be ready at my time. It was confirmed! I arrive and then am told by the hostess it's going to be a 10 min wait. This of course was no big deal, until a small group arrived after us, on a name basis with the owner, and was let in before us. After 20 minutes passed by, everyone waiting was told their reservations were pushed back half an hour. I can be understanding with them being busy and having specific restrictions but don't accept so many reservations if you can't accommodate them. And don't openly move people up when you have a lot of waiting customers!
