Rastrello Cucina & Giardino

This place is absolutely amazing. We stopped for a dinner last night and I was very happy to discover the gluten free option. The food was perfect stating from the egg with gluten free bread and butternut squash pure to the cheesecake. I was very happy to find such as inclusive place. The staff were also very welcoming and attentive to my other allergies. Absolutely recommend!

We visited for some drinks during sunset on the terrace, it was so beautiful - really recommend booking in advance so you get a table with a good view

Gorgeous view, incredible food with a modern take and lovely hospitality and service. They were so kind and accommodating for us to have an early dinner with our one year old and we had the best view.

Leaving this beautiful design hotel after our five night stay is so difficult. It is in the perfect location between Umbria and Tuscany, allowing you to explore all the hilltop towns in both regions. In addition to being in the lovely and quaint town of Panicale, the Rastrello staff and the intimate level of service provided were above and beyond our expectations. The rooms are so beautifully appointed, with every detail of comfort. The food was delicious, with unique offerings all locally grown and sourced. A culinary treat. If I could give more than 5 stars for food, service, and atmosphere, I would. If you are planning a trip to Italy run don't walk to this location, you will not be disappointed.

Did the New Years Menu at Rastrello Cucine and Giarsino and it surpassed expectations in every way. Each of the courses was delicious with outstanding presentation. The kitchen and dining room staff did an exceptional job managing every moment of the experience, including a private fireworks show just prior to the new year. Knocked it out of the park!

Splendid dining experience. Fantastic food, service and ambiance. Most of all, on a cold, rainy day, they allowed us to come in sans reservations for dinner at 5:30, drenched as wet cats. Thank you, Rastrello Cucina, for your kind hospitality.

It’s actually that good! So it’s a restaurant in a hotel - you’d think that means that it’s overpriced, or under quality. But no! It’s actually amazingly good , and utterly affordable too! Big on local products, small but excellent menu, and everything done Just Right - seriously, just go here….

A magical and romantic place, sitting in the garden is lovely, the service is a bit slow but happy and friendly, the food is delicious and high quality and the prices are reasonable, I have been several times and recommend it to all my friends.
