Raven and Rose

I walked in looking to get a new tattoo before a game tournament I was playing in the next day. Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Anniston took my idea and executed it better than I ever could have expected - and zhuzhed it up to look much better than what I pictured. Absolute 5 star experience. If you're in the area and looking to get a tattoo, this is definitely the place to go.

Best tattoo shop I’ve ever been to!! Every single artist there is incredible and so talented and they are all very nice and welcoming and the shops environment is unbeatable, so chill. I’ll never use any other shop! They have a person for nearly every tattoo style so that when you come in you’ll get the best person for what you’re wanting!! Also their piercer, Shirley is the best on the coast! Couldn’t even feel my nose or conch piercing they healed so easy and were done with such precision! Love all of them i highly recommend!!

I’m not a tattoo person, but my daughter is. I loved this place! Everything about it was nice. The atmosphere, the cleanness, the friendliness, the professionalism, and even the music caught my attention. Barry was very friendly and humble. I really appreciated the experience.

Had the best experience I have ever had getting a tattoo. I was tattooed by both Brittany and Anniston and their attention to to detail and what I wanted was amazing. I can't wait to go back. These two girls are amazing artists!! Also, the atmosphere within the shop is a perfect place with the mix of artist and their talents. Pictures* Anniston designed and tattooed the nail polish bottle. Brittany re colored and glamified my old unicorn.

Went in and got my septum pierced by Shirley! She was amazing. Made sure it came out perfect and even. Also walked me thru each step on what she was doing! It came out awesome!

Without a doubt the BEST Tattoo shop I’ve ever gotten ink from. The staff is amazing and makes you feel incredibly welcome. Their Artists really take the time to listen and give feedback to make sure you get the best tattoo possible. I’ve gotten tattooed in a lot of other shops in a lot of other states, It will only be Raven And Rose from here on out though. Do yourself a favor check them out. (Also They have a Lord of the Rings themed bathroom! Very cool!) Josh, Barry and co. keep up the amazing work!!

When I came to Raven and Rose, I had a whirlwind of emotions going on inside me. I was just diagnosed with cancer, not sure yet if it has spread all over in my body. All I knew was that I needed to scream defiance at the universe, and what better way than with the words "Fuck Cancer" inked onto my skin in a retro porn font? Seemed fitting. Mattie was so easy to talk to, friendly, compassionate and just a good human being. We talked and laughed and it really did make my whole day better. She did something really kind for me before I left and I just wanted to write this review to say thank you, encourage people to ask for her when they go in, and thank the owners for housing such a great artist in your shop. Now, as I stand on the other side of six weeks of grueling treatment in Baton Rouge, I look down at my inked defiance and feel a surge of determination coursing through my veins. Cancer may have barged into my life uninvited, but with every fiber of my being, I am ready to show it the door. The journey isn't over but FUCK CANCER. Cancer will not win. So here's to Raven and Rose, and to Mattie--a guardian angel with a tattoo gun, spreading love and light one inked memory at a time. Thank you for what you did. I will never forget.
