For the holidays, the cocktail bar transforms into a winter horrorland — instead of heralding the arrival of Santa Claus, the theme centers around Krampus, a half-demon, half-goat from central European folklore who prefers to punish naughty children rather than leave behind coal. The manor’s Holiday Horrors drink offerings include the Silent Night Smokey Night, a manhattan with Islay scotch and grand marnier, and the sharable Winter Witches, a “large cauldron” of cinnamon apple vodka, champagne, and pear puree." - Ben Coleman
