"Friendly service, sensible prices and plenty of buzz in the air – this is the kind of neighbourhood spot we’d all love to have at the end of our street. It’s located in the north of the city, inside a substantial three-storey building dating back to the 19th Century. The unfussy dishes are a great example of Nordic bistronomy: rustic, satisfying and filled with bold, balanced flavours – whether that be fresh herbs adding vibrancy to a burbot dish, or tart lingonberries cutting through the sweetness of meringue." - Michelin Inspector

My wife and I had a wonderful anniversary dinner here. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable (I was in a clean T-shirt and shorts), the service was excellent, and the food was tasty, with unique flavors created with locally-sourced seasonal ingredients. We both had the five course set menu, a side of tartar, some cocktails--pornstar martini and margarita for her, espresso martini and kiwi cocktail for me--and two glasses of wine each (the second glass was comped because our main course was slightly delayed). The cocktails were good, not anything to write home about, but the food was excellent. Summer Soup: One of our favorite courses. Peas were crisp, the butter sauce was creamy. Whitefish: Ponzu slaps your palate then the whitefish mellows it out. Delightful combination. Potato: Bread was sweet and flavorful, crispy crust, soft middle, loaded with Västerbotten cheese. Pike Perch: Small crisp radish was a nice texture contrast to tender and perfectly-cooked pike perch. Strawberry: Served with vanilla ice cream and almond crumble; spruce added a unique flavor, spicing up what might be considered a simple dessert. Tartar: Wrapped the tartar in the nasturtium leaves and made small burritos. All we left on the plate was a single leaf. Suggest making a reservation, especially during peak hours. We're both looking forward to another visit, maybe during the winter season.

Ravintola 305 was an unpredictable flavour expedition that kept me guessing. We chose the 5-course menu with all the extras—some hits, some misses. The fish dish had a sauce that overpowered the delicate flavour, and the "fried" olives tasted oddly like gasoline. The cheese board was more cheese boring than cheese board. On the bright side, the potato bread with moss and dry-cured meat was a standout—creative and delicious. The beef tartar was very good, though a little heavy on the crispy potato. Dessert was excellent—elegant and balanced. All the dishes were beautifully presented, and the service was spot on. Friendly staff and full glasses throughout made it all the more enjoyable. Despite a few off notes, I really enjoyed 305 and will definitely be back to try their future menus. Price for the two 5 course menus, extras, one mocktail, sparkling water and two glasses of wine was 211 euros.

Would give it 3.5 if there was an option. I thought the food here was decent, but worse than most bib gourmands. My main problems were the wait time (quite long) and the small portions. For example, the main (which cost 28 euros) came with only 4 small slices of lamb. I had to go to McDonald’s afterwards to get more food. Also the potato soup was a bit misleading, it wasn’t really a soup, more like some vegetables with some sour cream tasting sauce. If you want a similar experience, I recommend Ravintola Nolla, which I enjoyed a lot more.

The restaurant has a really intimate feel and a nice atmosphere overall. Food’s generally good and the prices are fair, not crazy expensive, but you kind of get what you pay for. I’d recommend it to friends, but not totally sure I’d go out of my way to come back myself.

Not sure if it is worth the price point. This was a tricky one, as I am familiar with the Bib Gourmand peers Plein and Nolla. In my opinion it fell flat compared to the two in innovation, flavour and service. However, taken out of that context it was fine. I might try it some day again. - The food was fine. Some of the dishes were too sour or salty for me and there was nothing surprising or memorable besides the bread. - The service was fine as well. There came many different people to the table so it was a bit inconsistent in explanations, repouring water etc. But everyone was very friendly. - Atmosphere was good, even though the dinner was a bit rushed.

Good and tasty portions, the french fries were some of the best I've ever had and the desserts were really tasty. friendly service and good wines by the glass.

Nice ambience, nice food, nice cocktails, wine on a weaker side. I would recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a comfortable yet polished meal with a couple of cocktails on the side - without the fear of encountering an experimental dish. I liked the food, but as a 5-course meal, the overall composition felt a bit too accommodating.

Delicious, creative food. Sat at the chefs table. Fun to watch them work. All the staff were super nice. Price for 4 courses and a drink was 65 eur.
