The 19 Best Restaurants In San Juan, Puerto Rico 2024

"You’ll find this Caribbean-Asian fusion spot on the ground floor of the O:LV Fifty Five hotel, where marbled floors, a burnt lavender aroma, velvet seats, and a crystal chandelier set the mood for a big date night. You should start with their selection of sake and Japanese whiskey-infused cocktails, then share the tuna poke pegaíto and maduro chorizo wontons. Their Mongolian wagyu brisket and honey garlic chicken chicharrón lo mein are a must. After dinner, head up to the hotel’s rooftop bar for a nice view of the Condado lagoon. Best meal we had in Puerto Rico. Service was excellent. The Wagyu beef and the Tuna Poke were much better than the Branzino special. The pudding cake with chocolate-caramel ice cream topper was fabulous and better than the lemon cake. We sat out on the porch and watched kayaks on the bay.

Modern and pleasant place. Fusion-Asian food with good and excellent dishes. The service should be improved. It is slow and they are not very attentive to the diners. Good cocktails and wines.

Wow.. it's been some time since I expericence something impressive. 1st food. Everything we had was great but the pegao rice with duck was over the top. Service. Our waiter was excellent. She inspired trust and you feel you may ask anything. Plus, they asked us if we wanted out plates individualy or wanted to share it between both of us. Atmosphere. The place is really good. The lighting and everything is spot on. My only con is that your sitting very close to the table on your side and there is no privacy I definitely recommend this place and will com back.

Cannot recommend this place enough! We came for our anniversary and we're served champagne upon arrival. They gave us a complimentary cup of bisque that was to die for and all of the appetizers and meals we ordered were delicious. If we visit Puerto Rico again, we will absolutely be coming back.

A stunning restaurant nestled within a charming boutique hotel, offering one of the best wine lists you'll find in San Juan, where good selections can be hard to come by. The service was impeccable, making the entire experience unforgettable.

Took myself on a date here and had a really great experience. I decided to do a version of a girl dinner which allows me to try different flavors. I ordered the crab roll, shrimp gzoya, shrimp Bao and the wontons. The crab rolls were my absolute favorite, i would order 50 of them if I could! The baos were pretty good and flavorful too. Unfortunately i didn’t like the gzoya, it is supposedly a popular item but it left a weird aftertaste so I wasn’t wowed. And the wontons were a different take on the dish, but i enjoyed it. I didn’t finish all of these. I could’ve gone with three plates instead of four, but that’s fine. I also had two drinks… the one in the bird glass…super cute and light and refreshing and the sorbet drink, Hadouken, it was really yummy and felt like my dessert drink! The service was really great, I had two waiters check on me throughout the night and i loved that. The ambiance inside the restaurant was really good however i sat outside and it lacked a little big. You can kind of see the water behind the parked cars which was kind of nice…(but not great and obvi not the restaurant’s fault). All in all, for a hotel restaurant it was really good and I’d go again but sit inside next time.

We loved it. We were impressed by the restaurant, the service was excellent. We were 4 co-workers and we sat outside with a view of the lagoon. We started by toasting with 4 cocktails and then we ordered 8 dishes to share, some from the tapas menu and others from the main entrances menu. All were delicious especially the Short Rib Nachos and the Tuna Poke Pegaito…and we finish with two desserts. The pudding surprised us !!!
