Raydiant used to be a great company in 2022 - 2023 and in 2024 they moved to text message customer service. There is no way to talk to a human. You talk to Ai and if you get a human by text then it is rare. The software is easy to use, but they like to charge your credit card multiple times as they have poor accounting software. Also, once you meet your 12-month contract they tend to put you into another contract without your signature. You don't even get an online opportunity to sign a contact. It is automatic. Be careful. Raydiant has cut back and they do not care about you or your business.

Ive been using a Raydiant Lobby directory for my client, The Globe Building in Downtown St. Louis, for several years. It's very easy to update and lately we have been adding "Welcome" messages to the screen when VIP's and potential tenant prospects visit.

DO NOT USE this company, the product is ok but I cancelled by account over a year ago and they are now sending me to collections. I had met all our terms and I spoke with someone at their office and told them to cancel my account. The guy I spoke with said he would have billing take care of it. Never put any thought to it until about 8 months ago when they started calling me regularly to tell me that I was late by 6 months then, I just got another call now I'm at $1200. They must be doing really bad to keep billing a company that closed with them over a year ago. I've since spoken with various different people and have told them over and over again that I had cancelled. They still keep it open. THE ARE AWEFUL or really hurting for money that they are trying to rip people off. Again, DO NOT USE THEM if you don't want to have a big ticket for services not provided and get harassing phone calls regularly. In response to your response to my review "And you continue to lie, I will not respond any further. Again, this the type of people you hire. I cancelled for a reason why would I want to reinstate. I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB last Friday, just like I mentioned to your employee on Friday when I called to find out what city you were located so i could file to the correct BBB. Also, I have a voice message from a Frank (he left two messages on Friday) saying he's returning my call from a voice message I left. Another lie, I did not leave a voice message, I asked the person who answered the phone where you were located, he asked why and I told him I was filing a complaint with the BBB. It's crazy to see how your company handles business.

We've had a frustrating experience with Raydiant. Their customer service is lacking, with poor communication and constant staff turnover, making it difficult to get consistent support. On top of that, the connection is unreliable, leading to ongoing issues with displays. If you're looking for a dependable solution, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

This is the custom streaming platform of your dreams. I've launched my first two in-store channels with plans for 25 to come. The tools and interface are intuitive, easy and comprehensive. I customized the two different channels in a couple of hours including artwork creation. The best thing about Raydiant is the customer service. My rep is there anytime and responds in minutes. He knows the platform inside and out. I can't praise this innovation highly enough. It's win-win and really inexpensive for the punch it delivers.

Customer service is basically nonexistent. Like really it’s like sending homing pigeons to each other to problem solve any issues. Emails. No phone call. How is that a thing with digital software and hardware?? Better off just using a flash drive and uploading a google form which is what we’re about to do… FOR FREE. And another shady practice is they want to charge you $100 to replace their hardware that failed but when you say never mind just cancel it they’re super quick to send a free one to you.

As a small business owner with multiple offices in two states, I have been looking for a solution that allows us to be completely flexible with what we show our customers and clients and not break the bank. I have been so incredibly impressed with Raydiant and their display product. The units are SO incredibly easy to use and change. The fact that I can change all of my displays at one time from one central location is fantastic!
