DO NOT USE this company, the product is ok but I cancelled by account over a year ago and they are now sending me to collections. I had met all our terms and I spoke with someone at their office and told them to cancel my account. The guy I spoke with said he would have billing take care of it. Never put any thought to it until about 8 months ago when they started calling me regularly to tell me that I was late by 6 months then, I just got another call now I'm at $1200. They must be doing really bad to keep billing a company that closed with them over a year ago. I've since spoken with various different people and have told them over and over again that I had cancelled. They still keep it open. THE ARE AWEFUL or really hurting for money that they are trying to rip people off. Again, DO NOT USE THEM if you don't want to have a big ticket for services not provided and get harassing phone calls regularly.
In response to your response to my review "And you continue to lie, I will not respond any further. Again, this the type of people you hire. I cancelled for a reason why would I want to reinstate. I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB last Friday, just like I mentioned to your employee on Friday when I called to find out what city you were located so i could file to the correct BBB. Also, I have a voice message from a Frank (he left two messages on Friday) saying he's returning my call from a voice message I left. Another lie, I did not leave a voice message, I asked the person who answered the phone where you were located, he asked why and I told him I was filing a complaint with the BBB. It's crazy to see how your company handles business.
