"Ray’s BBQ is a small food trailer located in a dusty lot in Pflugerville, but their barbecue—and more specifically, their loaded fries—make it a spot you’ll want to visit again and again. It starts with a bed of thick, wedge-cut fries, covered with your choice of meat (the brisket is great), nacho cheese, and barbecue sauce. The brisket is incredibly tender, and the sauce is just bright enough to provide some nice contrast to the richness of all that melty cheese. " - raphael brion, nicolai mccrary
Ray's BBQ & Fixins Review - Austin - The Infatuation
"Ray’s BBQ is a small food trailer located in a dusty lot in Pflugerville, but their barbecue - and more specifically, their loaded fries - make it a spot you’ll want to visit again and again. They have a few of the classics - brisket, chopped beef, and sausage - as well as a few less common barbecue meats, like turkey legs and boudin links. But we really love the loaded fries here. It starts with a bed of thick, wedge-cut fries, covered with your choice of meat (the brisket is great), nacho cheese, and barbecue sauce. The brisket was incredibly tender, and the sauce was just bright enough to provide some nice contrast to the richness of the meat and cheese.

This food truck was one of the best ones I’ve been to!!!! They had boudin links that were sooooo good! Don’t forget the mac and cheese and potato salad you won’t be disappointed! They give big portions and you can tell it’s cooked with love. They have this hot sauce on the side they give you and it is fire!!! Must try this place you won’t regret it.

We’ve got this bbg on pumpkin fast. Bbq was the worst bbq in my life, hard like rubber. Fries was good btw, so 2 stars.
