ReadySpaces

I recently joined ReadySpaces as a business client, and their facility is exceptional, clean, organized, and secure. My situation was somewhat unique, but the ReadySpaces team was consistently accommodating and helpful throughout the process. Danielle Kriss, in particular, went above and beyond to make things happen. She’s an outstanding general manager and always a pleasure to work with. Part of me wants to keep this gem to myself, but they truly deserve the praise. If you’re considering ReadySpaces for your business, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better partner.

ReadySpaces has been very helpful with the whole process. A MASSIVE shoutout to the managers at MVR, especially Danielle Kriss & Marlando McFarlane. They are both wonderful people and truly want to help startups like me succeed. Having general managers that care for startups/small businesses are essential to having a thriving co-warehousing building. Without the essential care from the manager and cleanliness, ReadySpaces would be a building without its strong foundation.

We absolutely adore this place and it’s truly wonderful. The general managers are incredibly respectful and wonderful. However, our experience has been less than pleasant, particularly with Shawn Love, the East Coast Operations Manager. We’ve had previous conversations with him, and his demeanor suggests that he intends to charge members like us for minor, insignificant incidents that don’t even touch or damage ReadySpaces’ property. He seems to believe that this is necessary to appease corporate and boost the company’s revenue. This approach is not only unjust but also detrimental to small businesses, especially during this current economic climate. Regrettably, we’ve witnessed this firsthand and have decided to terminate our lease after the initial commitment period. We have relocated from this warehouse and will be avoiding ReadySpaces altogether. Small businesses are the backbone of our economy, and without them, larger businesses will struggle to make a steady profit. We are a supply chain-driven world, and we all rely on each other for survival. We genuinely hope that ReadySpaces can rectify its situation in the near future.

I was looking for a space to move my business out of my home, and found that space at ReadySpaces. Marlando was very helpful in helping me find a space to suit my business. Danielle Kriss was also very helpful in getting me in my space. I appreciate you guys!!! I almost forgot to mention the handyman at the facility, Johnie. He was able to adjust the door on my unit and provided me with magnets so it could stay closed from the inside. I have recommended several other small businesses to sign up.

The space is easily accessible, but there’s no one available to take calls or reply to emails. You can email them for concerns or questions, but they won’t reply to your topic. They’re friendly and helpful when showing you the space, but ignore your requests, calls, and emails once you lease.

Danielle was absolutely amazing at explaining everything I needed to know! I thoroughly enjoyed my tour and look forward to moving in soon!
