REBEL Convenience Stores

I found out that the employee name is FERNANDO Tonight(3/02/26) around 10 pm called me a thief. FERNANDO was targeting me as one of the store shop lifter withou reason and in a very offensive approach. I am coming to this store almost every day to this store, for the last month and a half since I moved to the city. All the ladies and the youn guy that work there are fantastic, attentive and very cordial. FERNANDO was discriminatory, and was making defamatory accusations to me in every possible way. I went to my car to get my phone and show my app wher I scan my receipt of gas and groceries from the store to clarify that is what I do pretty much every night, with the consent of the other staff members, and in an treating way, he said if I take a picture of him, he will smash my phone on the floor, while I was trying to show all my receipts from the store and I end showing them to GARY, which apologized for his own bad assumptions, because he was thinking I was complaining about the past holding time on the pizza I ate to get it free, after I discarded and didn't ask for that. Just let him know it feels it needs to be discarded. This type of behaviors, targeting clients base on race or aspect are disriminatories. Falling accuse a client is offensive and defamatory. I was very happy to have this convenient located establishment, until this horrible episode. I wish this type of employees bad behavior doesn't exist yet on this days.

The gas station staff left the food overcooked and burned all day. Not a good quality, pan de bonos was hard to eat, like a piece of concrete. I stopped by today and showed it to one of the staff members, but she didn't apologize or fix the problem. I show her the overcooked and burned pan de bonos. she doesn't care.

Damaris is doing a wonderful job! Went there on a Saturday evening and everything was clean, we'll stocked and the food was fresh. Made it one of my favorites spots to get gas and food.

This place is selling fake Labubu’s and charging as if they were real. They won’t tell you it’s final sale or that they’re fake. Watch out! The worker, Gary, will let you know it’s a knock off only when you try to return it. And when you try to return it, he won’t.. because it’s a knock off.

This gas station is crazy, I went down to buy a coffee and it’s super bitter and transparent! A lot (water and little coffee) I tried to buy a bottle of Gatorade and when I saw the price of $4.79, I returned it immediately. If you want to throw money away, come here!

Just wanted to say the staff member, Omar, is so kind and seems to be a hard worker! He was rushing around washing floors and windows and stopping to quickly check customers out. He was so polite!

Love to come to this store. Always very welcoming, and such a great vibe since the new manager Mai took over. She is always so cheerful and respectful. I go there everyday to hear her tell me to have a Blessed day.

Reams Road convenience store is a great location but the people that you have working there are incompetent and have bad attitudes, the lottery machine seems to have many problems and some of your gas pumps are not in service. I drive out of my way to shop at other convenient stores where the people they employed are courteous to their customers. You need to start employing good managers. 7-11 management was superior for customer service where Rebel's is in the toilet.

Don't come to this place at night time when you need quarters to use the air pump!! The day shift has no problem giving but the night shift is completely rude!!
