What a fantastic surprise, we were very impressed with our stay at this hotel and restaurant High quality finishes in the hotel with comfortable beds and amazing restaurant Our level of service from Sebastian and his team were A+. He helped with needs for our children and troubleshooting issues with my car charger. We traveled with our family and the hotel was very accommodating. We spent the prior night at Rothenburg ob der Tauber but preferred the village and river area of Schwäbisch Hall.

I have never been in this town and due to Duestsche Bahn i was in a situation with nowhere to go when i arrived in Schwabish Hall at 11 p.m., this was the only hotel, which could provide me with a room and great service(Taxi, room service) in the meantime. The reception guy was polite and nice. The room was clean and had quite good design. So i would say this place fulfilled my expectations and beyond.

I have to admit the place fulfilled my expectations and beyond. Located in a very calm area, the decoration is very modern and the staff kind and welcoming. Fully able to communicate in english. The 3 course menu is outstanding, and the creams from the house splendid.
