"As soon as you enter the restaurant, you will pass the open kitchen, which is sure to whet your appetite. The menu is really wide-ranging, from regional classics such asTafelspitz(beef boiled in broth) orRostbraten(roast beef), to the set menu ("Pflüg-Genießer-Menü") comprising three to six courses – these might include cod slices in saffron mussel broth, fennel kimchi, salted lemon and Duroc lardo. There is also a three- or four-course vegetarian tasting menu. And then there are the prized steaks! What a fantastic surprise, we were very impressed with our stay at this hotel and restaurant High quality finishes in the hotel with comfortable beds and amazing restaurant Our level of service from Sebastian and his team were A+. He helped with needs for our children and troubleshooting issues with my car charger. We traveled with our family and the hotel was very accommodating. We spent the prior night at Rothenburg ob der Tauber but preferred the village and river area of Schwäbisch Hall.

Stayed here for one night, traveling from Italy back to NL. Rooms are excellent, clean and spacious. Dinner is an experience on itself. Excellent and friendly staff, excellent wine list and above all excellent food. We went for the dry aged Cote de Boeuf, presented to us raw before grilling. Excellent taste. A place to remember.

Coming around the parts of Schwäbisch Hall for an business event. The Hotel is an absolute positive surprise. An old house in pretty good shape. The interieur is warm and cosy. All super tidy, the whole place is real modern style on the inside. Modern bathrooms, the bed was super comfy. The crew is awesome, polite and helpful anytime. Need to come around here soon.

I have never been in this town and due to Duestsche Bahn i was in a situation with nowhere to go when i arrived in Schwabish Hall at 11 p.m., this was the only hotel, which could provide me with a room and great service(Taxi, room service) in the meantime. The reception guy was polite and nice. The room was clean and had quite good design. So i would say this place fulfilled my expectations and beyond.

If you are travelling south from Frankfurt this hotel is a wonderful place to stop and spend a night.||The Rebers Pflug is everything you could want. The staff are professional, friendly and efficient. Our room was stylish, super clean and well equipped with quality bedding, flat screen tv and free wifi. The bathroom was very modern and parking was free. The location of the hotel is quite, about a 5 minute drive from Schwabisch Hall. The complimentary breakfast was perfect.||There is nothing not to like about this boutique hotel. The room tariff is very reasonable. I give the Rebers Pflug a perfect score!

I have to admit the place fulfilled my expectations and beyond. Located in a very calm area, the decoration is very modern and the staff kind and welcoming. Fully able to communicate in english. The 3 course menu is outstanding, and the creams from the house splendid.

we stayed in one of the garden suites with a small child, cat and dog... and just loved it. great surroundings, great food (of course) but also just friendly and efficient. the outside rooms are quiet and a bit away. Weekend were not noisy at all.
