Perfect place to find some holiday gifts. They have a large selection of artisan chocolates, some of which are customized for San Francisco or for specific holidays. I love the turkey chocolates for Thanksgiving, with painted turkeys on each piece. Such a nice little table favor for your holiday table.

I went there because I was intrigued by their chocolate concoctions and I ended up loving the savoury dishes more the sweet ones. On a sunny day, seat outside and if it's chilly ask the very nice waitresses to switch on the heater. I had the savoury cheese soufflé which was fantastic: a perfect combination of sweet and savoury +perfect texture and fluffiness, and then I had the brownie dessert which was good but it tasted a little too much like syrup, I was expecting more of an authentic chocolate taste. Their hot chocolate is good and rich. I would definitely go back to this place and cannot wait to try their new specials.

A cute themed cafe with a great atmosphere and good food and treats. The staff takes a lot of pride in food presentation and it is fun to watch the hustle and bustle of the chefs in their white lab coats. Two must gets on the menu are the deviled eggs and cinnamon rolls. This place is still rather new so it is never a problem to get a table.

Very cute little restaurant with a great brunch. It's still undiscovered, so you won't have to wait in long brunch lines to get your tasty meal. Be sure to save room for dessert. Although they're known for their chocolate, my favorite dessert was the carrot cake (we tried a couple :) The gift shop a couple doors down is worth checking out. Ask them to give you a discount card for the shop when you eat at the restaurant.

Despite the name they actually have a full, and quite delicious dinner menu. The menu is constantly changing and specials are on the board, but overall the food is good. I had the cod and a friend had the salad which were all good. The dessert menu is exquisite and the pure chocolate is a must. Very small place so tough for bigger groups.

Cute place known for their inventive desserts! I highly recommend the sundae. It's 3 scoops of burnt caramel ice cream with chocolate covered hazelnuts, marshmallows, and chocolate syrup. Skip the tartlette. The crust was very plain and the shot of hot chocolate wasn't sweet enough.

A cute little place to hang out and catch up with a couple of friends. It might be hard to come here with a group larger than 4 because most seats are for 2 and there is a communal table. To me, this place was rather expensive for what it is. The portions are very tiny for what you pay. The hot chocolate was the size of an expresso cup and the marshmallow took up majority of the cup. How is this worth $4? The tartines are also $10-$12 and consists of about 4 bites. The goat cheese souffle was very small as well and barely tasted like goat cheese. Overall I just didn't think the food was very good, lacked flavor, and ridiculously small. I left this place very unsatisfied and hungry. Thank good ness Mr & Mrs. Miscellaneous was nearby and I filled up on ice cream instead :P
