New fall tradition! What an incredible place for couples and families alike. While the parking lot had easily 100 cars, the grounds are so expansive that it never felt crowded. The pick your own was wildly overpriced but everything else was 5 stars. The shop had so many charming local goods from milk, cider and fudge to lotions, salsas and jams. The hot cider donuts alone were worth the 90 minute drive 😍 The cidery was full of charm, the beer barn was spacious full of delicious options. The cider mimosa with sugar rim and the pretzel with house made beer cheese were scrumptious. The hayride around the ground was such a treat! We had one to ourselves, the driver made several stops along the way to tell us about the farm, the produce, the bees and more. Can’t wait to return in the winter for their holiday events!

This is an awesome farm with so much to do!! We went for the Sunflower Festival and it did not disappoint. The sunflowers were plentiful and there were lots of different varieties. The farm store had so many great products. The food was really good, we split the nachos and they were great! The ciders were all so good, the banana was my favorite! We will definitely be coming back again!

Wonderful family-owned operation. Quaint farm with and old-fashioned farm stand with a massive selection. Must try the apple cookies in the checkout line 😋 tasty cider donuts, cider, donuts. Check out their event schedule and consider them for private events. The restaurant/brewery and ale room are really cool. The Enchanted Orchard Renaissance Faire is a must attend 💖 so magical!

Our family stopped at this farm while driving as a chance to stretch our legs and eat cider donuts. We all loved it and would have gladly spent more time there. The farm had animals (goats, pigs, etc) you could watch and pet, some sand toys, corn hole, wood-fired pizza, a whole restaurant in the barn, a country store, and pick-your-own. We did not do PYO, but it was expensive as all places are nowadays. The cider donuts were phenomenal! We enjoyed them outside while playing cornhole. We stopped on a Thursday afternoon and it was not busy at all. I imagine it can get really busy on the weekends.

Went for the Christmas Lights, food, mini Christmas Carol performances, sing along at the Brew Barn 12 days of Christmas with each table participating by number, perfect strangers joining together in song and laughter, it was a great time 👍

We were at the opening day of the Sunflower festival last weekend and it was a great experience overall! Well-organized, vendors well laid out, and they managed the crowd well. Nice acreage with plenty of blueberries, pumpkins, apple, and sunflower to pick through. We will definitely be back for the apple festival in September-October. The food, ice cream and drinks were all too delicious! Try their blueberry soda float, absolutely amazing, you won’t regret it!

Red Apple Farm is such a beautiful place! The farm itself is gorgeous, and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. Apple picking was a fun and easy experience, and everything felt well organized. Overall, it was a wonderful day out with a great atmosphere—highly recommend visiting!

We've been here a few times before, but this was the first time the bar, restaurant and cidery were open. Talk about a game changer! We explored the farm for hours, sampled a few tasty beers, ciders and sangria's and enjoyed saying hi to the many animals. We'll be back soon!

A real Christmas experience. We walked through the beautiful lights display through the apple orchard. You can grab a drink of hot chocolate or warm apple cider to warm you as you are amazed by the bright lights. Not a long walk easy to bring young children. The gift shop was open for shopping. The Apple Barn also open for food and drinks. A few fire pits burning for staying warm also.

Food, service and atmosphere. Family fun. And all close by. Wonderful shopping too! Don't forget to try the Cider Donuts and fudge.

Amazing farm! They have everything you could possibly want from a farm and more! Seasonal fruit/vegetable picking, country store, brick oven pizza, animals, beer garden, brew barn/taproom/restaurant, live music, kid play areas, events. You could easily spend the whole day here! My family came here twice on our recent trip to Massachusetts and stayed for hours on both days. Anyone living in the area or visiting should go check it out!

We put "apple cider donuts" on the to-do list while coming through town, and when I went to the Yelps to see how to fulfill this goal, Red Apple popped right up on top of the list. We came on a weekday afternoon, which was just fine by us. You can tell that they are used to handling a large crowd, just based on the size of the property here and all of the areas of interest. After a quick amble through the apple trees we sauntered through the store. and found a small bag of the little fried wonders. It appears that they make them fresh during busier times and we were a little skeptical about the freshness of the bagged versions in the store, but they turned out to be soft and sugary and really good all the same. Most of the extra features at the farm were closed (brew barn, donuts) so do plan ahead if you're really looking to make a day of it. But we were plenty happy to come in and have a quick and more quiet tour of the property, get our donuts, and get back out on the road.

Went looking for a good experience but left with a bitter taste. They would not sell me the barbecue related food because I would not provide a phone number. Yet in another area they were giving electronic gadgets that would ring when the pizza was ready. I tried purchasing freshly made cider doughnuts but the employee gave me a bunch of stale doughnuts with two recently made, hot doughnuts. I had specifically asked the employee that I wanted freshly made doughnuts. She lied and said the ones that had been sitting there for a while were fresh. This is not how you run a business.

My boyfriend, dog, and I had the best Saturday here! It was decently busy, but someone was directing traffic and a large free parking lot. When we got into the farm, we were happy to see plenty of orchards, farm animals, and food stalls! They even had a cider barn full of alcoholic and non-alcoholic ciders! We tried the cider donuts and hot cider, both absolutely delicious. The cider was sweet and slightly tart, and the donuts were fluffy and absolutely coated in sugar! We also went apple picking, and even though the season was almost over we were able to get a sizable harvest of yummy apples. I highly recommend this place for people and dogs alike!

I needed to make a page to just talk about their BBQ options in the Brew Barn. Their actual Yelp page is very nice and has a great score and I can't conflict that score just because I want to critique the food in one particular section of their business. So in the "Brew Barn" you'll find Moon Hill Brewery and it is accompanied by a full menu of American comfort food. Had to try their ribs, came with slaw and cornbread. Got a side of their Mac and cheese too. Ribs were slathered in sauce but it was pretty good sauce. Meat fell apart. Not as Smokey as I usually like. Really messy. Mac and cheese was really Smokey flavored! Surprisingly more than the ribs? Still boiled pasta in a light cheese goo but there was some seasoning to it, couldn't really distinguish what seasoning. Smokey-ness was too powerful. Slaw was really bland although it had more carrots and red onion than I've ever seen in a slaw. Giant! Slice of corn bread. Maybe nobody was getting it. But it was just a typical corn cake style. But it comes with a nice sample tub of honey butter so it made every magically better. Not great BBQ for a BBQ junkie like me. But nothing that would make most people feel the same. Great place though. Good cider and beers. Great place for the family with animals and apple picking and a fresh baked cider donut shop, great for weddings, check out there actual Yelp page.

Despite being nearly 80 degrees, our day here really ushered in fall for me. We made a reservation online and pre-paid for the Open Air Package, which includes picking 3 sugar pumpkins, 3 ears of ornamental corn, and a peck of apples! I wouldn't normally have gone for pumpkins and corn, so this package was a great way to get us to do something different and see more of the farm. There were lots of people, but the farm is big enough that it never felt unsafe. There were pretty long lines for the Brew Barn and the Farm Store (they're only letting in 12 shoppers at a time), but there was none to pick up our pre-paid picking bags and only one group ahead of us to order at the snack stand. Here we got apple crisp with vanilla ice cream and cider donuts. The crisp was nice, although it could have been warmer, and I loved the creamy ice cream. The cider donut was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside - perfection.

It used to be a good place. Now it's just a money grab. They don't make the products they sell in the store, which are way overpriced. They don't even make the apple pies they sell, but they will tell you they do.I guess the marketing is working. Total BS.

We stopped during a road trip for lunch and we were very pleasantly treated to an adorable farm experience with sweet animals and nice staff and cute gift shop. But the best part was the truly delicious grilled chicken sandwiches on a brioche bun with very fresh hot fries! The kombucha on tap was so yummy too!!

Red Apple Farm is doing a great job with its COVID-prevention measures! My friends and I made a reservation online for apple picking, and I received a detailed email with all of the requirements/restrictions. It made me feel safe to venture out to a popular spot! The farm itself is huge and has a ton of activities for everyone to enjoy - pyo apples, pumpkins, gourds; a small zoo; live music; great food (bbq, sweets, etc); and most importantly, its brews! My friends and I ordered a sampler of hard cider from the cidery and loved it! I particularly loved the warm hard cider. The absolute winner of the day (and the reason it gets its own paragraph) was the cider donut. I've been apple picking on plenty of properties around New England, and this donut was hands down the best I've ever had. It was so deliciously cinnamon-y. It had a great apple flavor, and like always, it was heavenly when warm. The reason I gave RAF 4 stars is due to its lack of apples. As I said before, I booked an online reservation for apple picking, but when we arrived, the hostess informed us that there were only two kinds of apples remaining, and they were probably picked clean. She said that they expected all of the apples to be gone within hours. My group decided to forego the apple picking in lieu of other activities, but it would have been nice to have advance notice that the apples were gone. Still, the fact that we had a good time nonetheless is a testament to the quality of the place.

Took a ride on a Saturday morning and had not concrete plans, so I chose to find the farm in which I got my jam from at the Boston Public market a few months ago. Drive wasn't too far, nice to see where the farm was. Nice day outside, rain didn't bother me. Got and found the jelly, but before that, the store had plenty of other goodies available (pies: apple, blueberry, pecan) and cider donuts and a plethora of other goodies. well worth the drive, take it slow as there is plenty for the family to do! Their apple cider donuts are SO FREAKING GOOD. The warm, soft, crumbly donut is just so so comforting to taste and for $1.25, you honestly can't beat it. They're also located inside Boston public market! Highly recommend buying more than just a couple!

Let me preface by saying I grew up coming here and I love this place. However, the service is getting worse and worse every year. The Red Apple farm is getting more popular but they aren't investing in the infrastructure needed to support the larger crowds. We waited almost 2 hours for two pulled pork meals and a cheeseburger. The food was delicious but I should not be waiting longer for BBQ than I would for a sit down meal. I'm honestly surprised there aren't more reviews talking about this.

If you want the finest Apple pie or Apple Dumplings this is the place, out of this world!! Actually all the products are top notch, I've had the cider, hard cider, they make their own ice cream to go as well which absolutely tops an Apple dumpling!! Fudge is some of the best as well. If you go out of season sometimes it's hard to find someone to take your money, or only one person on duty in the store. It's no quick in and out, however the goods ( almost forgot the cider donuts) are all 10 out of 10 on the scale of greatness. I'm not a big party guy anymore but they do have some large gatherings from time to time with outdoor music by local bands.

This farm is easy to get to and has no admissions or parking fees. I went during the week and it was quiet. Only a few goats, one cow and two donkeys were around. Others may have been off in a pasture somewhere. You can buy feed for the animals in the beautiful country store, which mixes antique items on display with local foodwares, including apple cider donuts and fudge made onsite. There is also a brewing barn and barbeque. Use the bathrooms by the restaurant and wash your hands as needed in the nearby trough. The handwashing station by the portable toilets did not work. There are ample seating options - indoors, outdoors in the sun, or outdoors in the shade. You can walk through the orchards and by a pond. Hayrides provide another view of the premises. If I had young children this would be a go to spot.

I wanted to go apple picking today, but I also wanted something a little more. After reviewing options less than an hour from where we live I decided to check out Red Apple Farm. My daughter went here for a field trip when she was in First Grade and she enjoyed it. I was surprised with how much there was to do here. Besides Apple picking there is various berries/peaches at different times of the year. There is a nice gift shop, wagon rides, farm animals, hiking trails, a huge variety of foods. The fresh hot donuts were amazing. The BBQ Pit lunch was flavorful, fresh and delicious. There is also a Brew Barn with a decent variety of beers on tap. We got a flight for $10 to try 5 different brews. We spent 3-4 hours exploring. It was a little chilly and cloudy the day we visited, so it was busy, but my guess is it gets a lot busier. Such a fun place to spend an afternoon.

Okay ... so here's the deal. The atmosphere here gets a 5. The taste and variety of the apples and trees get a 1. That averages out to a 3. Basically, my recommendation in a nutshell is to avoid this place if you are coming for apple picking. The apples are small, sour tasting and sparse. If you want a fall family day, I would recommend you come here for their amazing cider donuts, hayless hay ride around the grounds, BBQ stand and brew barn. Many of the 4-5 star reviews mention that they skipped apple picking and just got a pumpkin or walked around the farm. This is smack dab on the Johnny Appleseed apple trail. They have a tree that is over 100 years old and still produces apples. The thing is, most of the 'trees' here are sapling sized ... they aren't the hearty, tall apple trees that you can climb on. I guess that is good for families with small kids but it makes for a less than memorable experience when you walk amongst rows of small trees and can almost reach the top branches by standing on your tip toes. I think with the popularity of apple picking in Massachusetts, orchards are forced to open their crops for picking too early, which means under-ripe fruit. Every single apple we picked here was too sour and way too firm. We didn't get any of that huge apples for eating, the way some orchards out in the central Massachusetts area have. Most apples were on the small side. (Through no fault of the orchard, it should be mentioned that there was a hail storm this season, so none of the apples we picked were not marked up with hail bruises ... just know that in 2019, the apples you pick here won't be picture perfect looking.) We all had stomach issues after eating an apple from the tree at the orchard and one at home. The apples were all on the sour side. We picked a few of each variety that the orchard had available ... only 4 varieties were available the last week of September. Macs, Courtland, Maccoun and RI Green. The RI Green were similar to granny smith but were so sour and hard, you could barely eat a bite. The macs were sour and hard. The Courtland was the best apple we tried but was still a bit on the sour side. Beyond the apples ... there is a food stand which serves hot dogs, burgers, BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, grilled corn, baked beans, etc. The food here is good ... the burgers were nothing to write home about but for apple orchard food were decent. The pulled pork won't win any awards but it was fresh and decent. The star of the show was the baked beans which were among the best I've had. The French fries were dried out and bland ... they are not seasoned at all. They also have beers from a local brewery available, which were delicious. The parking here is ample and the prices are about what you'd expect to find elsewhere in a pick your own orchard. A bag which holds about 20 lbs. of apples is $30 ... so you are paying about what you would in a store. There is a small $20 bag but the value is much better with the large bag. With the bag comes 2 tokens for the hayride. Each additional token is $4 ... which might be a deal breaker for larger families. The hayless hayride is fun ... it goes on a loop around the property and they don't pack people on. However, I don't know if it's worth $4 per person. The farm store sells amazing apple cider donuts. You order the bag at the register and they are brought out hot and fresh. These are among the best apple cider donuts I've had ... you must eat them fresh and warm. Even cold they are good and better than 90% of the other places I've tried. The store mostly has food ... not too many novelties, etc. but I can't imagine a cuter farm store. The crowd was manageable ... much, much less crowded with people than the orchards in Central MA (Bolton, Stowe, etc.) The crowd was a little on the trashy side (lots of bright blue hair and tattoos) and on the way out, we had a few words with a trailer park-type of woman who was mad because we took too long to take a photo on the tractor she wanted to take a photo on. But despite Walterina White's little meth-induced meltdown, most people were fairly respectful. EXCEPT for the family who let their little kid watch a Mickey Mouse video on her smart phone at full volume! Everyone on the ride shot the parents evil looks ... why you would bring a child on a hayride only to let them stare at a smartphone screen (at 4 years old!!) the whole time is beyond me. But parents like this should be dragged from the back of the tractor vs. allowed to sit in it. Overall, this is a good day for a family who is more concerned about the experience than the product. I won't come back here to pick apples but I likely will come back to walk through the orchard, pick a pumpkin and have some BBQ. We went the last weekend of Sept. on a beautiful day, which felt more like summer than fall. It's in a beautiful part of Massachusetts, although remote.

Came here with a friend the other day and we loved it! I haven't been to an orchard in years, so paying $30 for a half bushel seemed very expensive. But oh well! They have tons of different produce throughout the year, but we can during Apple season. They have a variety of apples, so that was a plus. A few petting animals are there so that was cute. The gift shop part was my favorite: they have certain foods they make with their apples! So I bought their hot apple salsa and ate it all the next day. So good!!

Probably my favorite farm / orchard in MA so far. Quite a drive from Boston - but worth it! They have the cutest buildings and signage, and one of the largest pumpkin patch selections we have seen. We went on a cloudy day so we lucked out as there weren't many people visiting but the weather was crisp and perfect for some apple cider. They have lots of options for snacking, apple cider slush, floats, freshly baked donuts, etc. The list goes on. We did not apple pick this time around, but would certainly come back. They also feature bags of pre-picked apples from their orchard for sale in their store which I thought was a neat idea as well. A couple animals here and there which is good for kids and tons of land to explore. They also have a BBQ restaurant outside which was not open during our visit but had a menu that sounded delicious. We will certainly be back!

My wife and i had the pulled pork sandwich meal last year and it was so good. So we decided to come back, and This year was completely the opposite the sandwichs took 20 minutes which I don't mind waiting for if it was as good as the year before. This year was cold, dry, chewy, and not much flavor. The beans were barely warm. The hayride shut down for the day with out notice. when we bought tickets no one gave us any time frame warning to watch out for. We were very disappointed this time and we won't be back.

Nice area. Lots of trees and variety to pick from. Parking was ok. Line was too long for BBQ and very little food options other than that. A bit pricey for the apples since the smallest gag was a 10 lb bag. I gave them away since 2 people couldn't eat that many apples but it was a fun day

Beautiful, rustic, fun place to spend a fall afternoon! We purchased a small bag to fill with the apples we picked as well as a ticket to pick two sugar pumpkins and a cup of feed each for the goats and donkeys. The tin feed cups are $2 each with $1 refills and you keep the quaint cups as a cute souvenir. The social distancing handled very well and every staff member was friendly helpful and charming in our experience. We also purchased fresh cider donuts, cider and apple butter made on site. The smell of the donuts being made is nothing less than intoxicating! The farm store is so beautiful and full of gorgeous New England made foods, gifts and keepsakes. They actually have a brew barn on site that sells hard ciders, beer and wine that you can imbibe on site or take home. Fresh made ice cream as well as barbecue are served on site. A couple of tips: You may want to bring your own cold water as it's $2.50 a bottle. Bring sunscreen if it's sunny as well as allergy meds and tissues if you have pollen allergies. Wearing layers is also a good idea. The ground is very uneven in the bog area so be careful as we kept mis-stepping. If you go to pick the sugar pumpkins, be careful as some of the stems have prickers. A wonderful day of fun and memories! We will definitely be back! Thank you Red Apple Farm!

This is a perfectly adequate apple picking experience. It's a beautiful property with plenty to do. The onsite brewery and cidery are great. During COVID they took all the precautions necessary. The clientele can be a little rough. I think I saw more neck tattoos than apples, but that's certainly not their fault, that's just western Mass. You will have a good experience here.

Great little orchard/farm to go apple picking, pumpkin picking, see the animals, go for a tractor ride, grab a beer or some bbq. I would show up early so you get parking. The farm store is FULL of their own delicious products: jams, sauces, salsas, cider....and...HOT apple cider donuts. There's everything you could imagine. Quite magical for both children and adults! Wear sensible shoes or muck boots because it tends to be wet & muddy. I highly recommend doing this in the fall!

I only got to spend about 30 minutes here as they were closing but that half hour was amazing! The grounds are beautiful with a pumpkin patch and an apple orchard along with animals and a place to buy all sorts of yummy treats. There is an additional space on the property and a wedding was being held while we were there. There are several things to purchase in the store. My eyes immediately went to the homemade caramel apples being made near the front entrance. They looked heavenly but since there was a long line and I had (very) limited time I moved on. Thankfully we stumbled across a little counter in the back where we purchased homemade apple cider and warm apple cider donuts. They were the PERFECT post hike snack. My husband and myself pounded 6 in what felt like seconds! They are the kind of cider donuts that dreams are made of; soft, warm, and loaded down with cinnamon sugar coating. My mouth is watering just thinking of them! Wish we would've had longer to explore the grounds but those few minutes are some I won't soon forget!

No better place for apple picking and all sorts of goodies in their country store. Many items available during the lock down as phone ahead, then delivered to the car for pick up. I recommend the pies, yum!

Great farm! We have been to a few apple orchards, Honey Pot, Tougas, Bolton orchards, and a couple others, but we have to say Red Apple is the best. The apple cider donuts are incredible. The prices are reasonable too. We went pumpkin picking in the pumpkin patch, and although most of the pumpkins had been picked through (this was in late September) our kids still had a blast. The also make they're own honey roasted peanut butter which is amazing. Seriously, I will be driving back out there just for the peanut butter. We first stumbled along this place while looking for a place to pick blueberries this summer. We ended up with over 10lbs. They were huge and delicious. This place is a true gem. A new tradition!

Cute little farm stand here, which we usually stop and get cider donuts at. (Nothing better than a cider donut from an apple farm!) They have maple syrup, honey, cider of course, pumpkins, fresh peanut butter, and much more. They hold events during the year which draw quite a crowd (Appleseed County Fair, Harvest Festival.) Open 9 to 6 in season.

First time here with the family, so our favorite apple orchard! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. What makes this place stand out is the smells of bbq .I know what your saying bbq at an apple orchard, but I tell you the pulled pork was the best that I've ever had in my life! You can also get cheeseburgers too. Everything we tried was delicious, from the fudge to the maple cotton candy this place has it all! O and the apples were delicious!

My family absolutely loves it here, from the Brewbarn to the Apple cider donuts we spend almost every family Friday here!

Red Apple Farm truly has something for everybody: pretty fields, hayrides, pumpkin patch, apple orchards, potato-raking, BBQ lunch, and sweets, oh my! However, this sweet farm is a tad pricey, depending on what you get (the cheapest apple-picking is $25). We came to Red apple farm on a budget, and we selected the cheapest bang for our buck! -----Instead of a $25 apple picking, try the pumpkin patch! (We picked our own huge 10 pound pumpkin and 3 sugar pumpkins for less than 10 dollars, and bought Honeycrisp apples at their store for only a few dollars!) ----Skip the fries, and order the BBQ entrees. (Our onion rings were good, but not worth the $4 we paid. Buy the $6 pulled pork sandwich. So worth it!!) ----Apple cider donuts are by far the best, and cheapest, dessert there! 12 donuts for $9 bucks. (The apple crisp with ice cream is a pricey $5, but was delicious and enough for two people. So worth it if you split it) My suggestion? Come for some BBQ sandwiches, buy some pumpkins, have some cider and donuts, pet the animals, and then hit the road!!

What a wonderful place! Great food (pulled pork sandwich and apple cider donuts are a MUST!), easy drive from Boston, and onsite parking. The animals were so cute! We will definitely be back.

Loved this place! I haven't been apple picking since I was a little kid but this place was great. They had tons of varieties and a good amount of space with multiple orchards/fields. We focused on Macouns (for eating) and Cortlands (for making pies). The place was packed with people but it was big enough that once u got out into the fields you got away from everyone. From what I read this place is a little expensive when compare to other orchards ($25 for a bag) but for me...it was worth every penny. In addition to the apple orchards they have pears, blueberries, raspberries, pumpkin patches, farm animals, a store (sells more varieties of apples, pies, jams, etc.), hayrides for the families, and a great outdoor BBQ joint. Remember all the fruits and veggies can only be picked in season! I loved the BBQ. I got a pulled pork sandwich, a little small but still great. The corn bread could have been my favorite part. It came soaked in butter and I just wanted to keep eating more and more.

I love this place! It's a tradition now for my friends and I to head out this way and pick a bag of apples once the season hits. There are soo many different types of apples, you just might need to venture a little bit. All of my friends have babies now and they didn't have too tough of a time pushing the strollers though the awkward terrain, so dont let that stop you. If you're looking for pumpkins, don't wait too long because the fields go BARE the closer you get to Halloween. The apple cider and the cider donuts are really good, they always have a BBQ going, they have a petting zoo, and the bags of apples are like $20 and they'll last you months. What else is there to say? Oh, and I'm pretty sure the port-a-potty's are now extinct (thank-god) and there are real bathrooms. Woo hoo!

Do not pick apples here this year. They are horrible. There is a sign indicating there was a hail storm and that their apples were damaged, yet they are still selling the apples at full price. That is $30.00 for a half bushel of horribly horribly damaged apples. I have been coming here for several years, but won't be back for apples. Go for the cider donuts and to walk around the farm, but don't pick the apples. You will be very disappointed. I would like to emphasize their apple cider donuts are amazing. So while I was unhappy with their apples, the donuts were amazing. AGAIN the apples were so horribly damaged you may walk out with less than a bagful. I really just don't understand whey they were not selling the apples at a reduced price considering how badly damaged they were.

Went on an outing with my grandkids. It was so much fun! We took a tractor pulled wagon ride to pick apples. The driver described all the different kinds of apples they grow and which was are available to pick. Next, we took another tractor pulled wagon to pick pumpkins. The apples were abundant but I am not the expert on which are the best tasting apples. As far as the pumpkins go, they also come in different varieties. I guess it is early in the season for pumpkins because they were on the smaller side. Back at the Barn, we sat for a snack. They have a variety of food; BBQ, cider donuts, fudge, nuts, etc. They also have a variety of gift items to purchase in the store. Besides apples and pumpkins to pick, they have a variety of berries, potatoes, peaches, pears and squash (in season). And what would a farm be without animals. My grandsons were chasing the chickens, waving to the goats and petting the bull. It was definitely a terrific time.

Meh.... selling day old doughnuts st full price doesn't impress me. The animals are neat though. Day old doughnuts should be half price in my opinion. Especially if you aren't offering any fresh ones.

This is the best apple farm I've ever been to. You got a wide variety of apple trees, pumpkins, petting zoo for the little ones, goats, knick knacks, even Patriots on a TV in a Beer Barn for Daddy. Cider rules !

Place is good go there every year prices are outrageous but no need to harp too much always sell good stuff in the store and the apple doughnuts are to die for!

Very cute area to bring the family. Got to feed the mini horses, goats and cow. The fresh pressed cider is amazing and they have bbq and there own ciders in the weekends!

Take my daughter here all the time because she loves to feed and pet the animals(goats, donkeys, and a bull who's scary looking but extremely gentle and calm). It has huge apple fields, pumpkin fields, blueberries. The store is Great, as are the staff. Food at the outdoor BBQ is really good. I literally have nothing bad to say about it...just check it out, you'll see.

I sadly haven't been here in years. However in a sleepy little area of Massachusetts where the closest grocery store is (was?) a few exits off the highway, this place is awesome. I had family that lived within waling distance of here and we could pick apples and pumpkins, enjoy hot cider and a tasty donut while amusing ourselves with the animals that call this place home. Nice people working here and great memories.

I've been going here for years and years, fall doesn't seem like fall without a trip to red apple farm. this place is home to some of the most beautiful orchards and the freshest apples to be found i this part of the state. not enough to get you all the way out there? well they also have: home made cider donuts fresh baked pies, made with their own apples. home made apple cider, made in the store. goats to feed and pet bunnies to feed and pet pumpkins- pick your own and pre-picked hay rides a BBQ stand and the option to host a child's birthday there

What a great experience for the family between the picking, bbq, animals, friendly staff, and barn store. In fact the barn store and apple cider drink or donut is a must! They do accept credit, but have an atm as well so no need to worry.

We went to the Red Apple farm last year after a tip from an elderly relative. (yes, not always a good bet, but we were willing to give it a shot) After a drive that our 2 year old deemed "too long", we were happy to arrive at the farm early on a Saturday morning. This place did not dissapoint! The workers were efficient & friendly, bathrooms clean, orchards packed with apples and farm animals a hit with the kids. The little wagon made out of an old apple crate was awesome to roll out little one around in- not to mention the super cute pictures it created! We picked lots of apples, took lots of pictures, petted way too many pigs and ate delicious BBQ food before packing it in and heading back home. Oh...did I mention we also bought two dozen cider donuts and loved each and every bite?
