‘Queer Eye’ Season 4: Where is Farmer Matt’s Red Barn Ranch? | Eater

"A fourth-generation family farm in rural Missouri that had been struggling financially and began hosting farm-to-table dinners to generate extra income. The property and owner Matt received a high-profile makeover on Season 4 of a popular makeover series, when the Fab Five (Tan France, Bobby Berk, Karamo Brown, Jonathan Van Ness and Antoni Porowski) transformed the living spaces and outdoor entertaining areas; the reveal culminated in a candlelit dinner on a newly designed patio with a custom extra-long table where Matt served his homemade butternut squash soup. The episode is credited with reinvigorating his commitment to the property, and since filming the site has added family attractions (a silo slide, barrel train and corn maze), rents the barn for weddings and parties, and reopens an annual pumpkin patch offering 32 gourd varieties. The farm is open to the public on weekends and by appointment on weekdays." - Greg Morabito

My new husband and I just had our wedding at Red Barn Ranch, Matt and his team went above and beyond! I am so grateful for the experience and support that we had from them to make our special day that much more special! I can’t say enough about them from pumpkin season to our wedding, we love them!

Love Red Barn Ranch! Love the people, love the atmosphere. Love going for events and field trips and to pick pumpkins during the season. Food and drinks are great and priced reasonably as well! Apple Cider donuts are amazing 😊 LC's Farm School just tops it off and is a fantastic environment for the kids to learn. RBR has a special place in my heart ❤️ Thank you

Absolutely loved this pumpkin patch experience! Super festive but not overly commercialized. Reasonable pricing and you could honestly spend all day there between the nature trial, corn pit, multiple slides, animals, pumpkins, little corn maze, and delicious food. Totally worth it, especially with kids. Only additional costs besides food is the tractor ride with slingshot pellets ($2 a person) and the corn cannon. The tractor ride was really fun cause you get to slingshot pellets at targets!

Very kid friendly. Took the grand kiddos and they loved it. We spent over six hours chasing them around. The face painting was so good and the balloon creations were so cool. The kids loved the slides, I think they were their favorite thing. They also had a pumpkin patch for the kiddos to all pick out nice pumpkins.

We drove in from Kansas City Kansas about a 40 min drive . I just want to say how much we love this farm . From utilizing farm equipment to use to make the swings , Using the silo for a slide and the farm truck for a amazing slide . The metal gain bin for the entrance check-in and food booth were so cool . The Country Craft Store and beer & wine stand. So so many other activities for the kids to enjoy and male a fun filled day at a very nice farm. We will definitely be back next year .

My son had a school field trip here and could not stop talking about how much fun he had! Would definitely recommend for elementary aged children and their families! The ranch owners were very entertaining and knowledgeable so it was a great learning experience for the kids too!

Fun family activity for Fall festivities, offering a variety of concessions including alcohol. Glad Harrisonville has this. Mainly geared for kids 10 and under it seems

This is what a real pumpkin patch is suppose to be. It’s rustic, and has a country feel. The kids have a blast and the staff is most pleasant . We keep coming back time and time again. We don’t care for the upscale pumpkin patches because this place is an old school gem. Thank you for running a family oriented pleasant establishment .

Yelp
Fun small town atmosphere, very picturesque and best of all, this is the place to be if you want the full fall Midwest experience! Yes on the cider donuts, yes on the hot cider, yes on the pumpkin selection. The price point is just right and everyone is super nice and helpful! Very family friendly which is my favorite

Yelp
This is our favorite pumpkin patch. Actually has a patch of pumpkins to pick (fair pricing too). The owner is a farmer and gives great tours for groups! Lots of things for the kids to see & do and play on, that's all included in the admission.
