We have been coming here for several years. The food is delicious high-quality meat fast service and good prices. My sister and I enjoyed a delicious meal tonight. Thank you so much for that amazing meal. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and they will get you in and out Feeling satisfied every time. Our personal favor is menu B. Love the brisket, bulgogi, beef belly!

First KBBQ restaurant of the new year! This is mine and my bf’s first time here. Parking: They’re located in a big plaza. Finding a spot is very easy. Ambiance/Environment: We visited on a Sunday afternoon for lunch, and it was poppin! Very spacious inside with plenty of seating for all group sizes. No outdoor seating. Service: I didn’t catch anyone’s names, but all the workers were quick, efficient, and attentive! Each worker constantly checked up on us which was much appreciated. Empty plates were also removed very quickly. Meats & sides: We went with Menu C that included both Menu A & B + more. We ordered sides from the tablet. You can order as many sides as you’d. All the meats tasted high quality! We enjoyed everything, but our favorites were the Red Castle Angus Beef Brisket, Red Castle Beef Belly, and LA Galbi! We also ordered more sides from the menu. The corn cheese came in a generous amount. The stone kimchi fried rice was sooo flavorful! My bf got the volcano steamed egg and tofu soup. The steamed egg came bubbling and cooked well, and the tofu soup tasted as expected. They also offer complimentary ice cream for desserts! Pricing: Wow these prices were definitely worth it! There’s a 1.5 hour limit. Trust me, this is all the time you’d need lol.

The place is in a little shopping center, parking was easy to find for sure! Service was fantastic! They were very attentive and they made sure that we got everything we needed and grill changes were very consistent. We got the premium menu at $29.99 per person and that did not disappoint! We had dinner there last week Thursday. There is ample parking. Service is friendly and helpful. They have three AYCE options. We went with the highest tier at $29.99 and is still very reasonable. We ordered several sides including kimchi, kimchi fried rice, steamed egg, tofu stew and tortillas. All the meat we ordered was fantastic. The beef tongue, beef belly and brisket are all highly recommended. Also, the ribeye bulgolgi steak is large and well marinated. Great food and great service will have us coming back again.

I have recommended Red Castle to several of my friends...this place is amazing...price, food selections, and family-friendly environment. Staff are wonderful and very customer-oriented. My wife and I have been coming for many years before it became Red Castle. So if you want a great place and delicious food...give this place a try...I know you'll be back for more.

Pros: The selection of meat was huge, the service was very good, our area was very clean, the serving size was very standard for Korean BBQ places, free desert very small tho just a sample size ice cream, if you like decent spice they have it, Great spot for first time Korean BBQ. Cons: Seating was terrible I was literally back to back with some people constantly hitting the back of my chair, so close to me I could hear their entire love life, the menu is complicated it has three separate sections and options are all spread so no lunch or dinner prices depends on the meat you order for how much you will pay, waiter are very tentative like to to much, they will come by and ask you ever 10 mins while your obviously still cooking or eating you almost feel rushed, the waiting area is literally outside on some small benches connected to the restaurant so space is a huge issue hear just so crowded.

Food and service were great, but we were seated on a table with only one grill, so it was difficult to feed a group of seven. We were also limited to only three meats per order, but bigger groups should be able to order more and receive bigger servings of the sides.

The service was standard (no hi how are you, nothing), food was good, but it did take a while to get someone's attention. Seems they have tablets where you can order food/sides, but if you sit in the back area (where we were) they don't have the tablets available. Restrooms are clean, a lot of parking in the shopping area. Price is reasonable. Seems that you get what you pay for.

Came in around 5:30 on a Thursday and got seated right away--no waitlist needed. I really like their new ordering system where you scan a QR code and place your order, instead of using the old iPad system. The menu has affordable options at different price points, which is great. The staff was quick and attentive, and the space overall was clean. The only minor downside was that the table I sat at got a lot of smoke from a neighboring table, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. Overall, a solid dining experience!

this is my go to kbbq spot! the red castle beef belly is absolutely delicious, and i also enjoy their steamed egg/tofu soup. menu B is always my go to as i tend to order the same cuts. service is generally fast and servers are kind and attentive for the most part. the inside of the store does look a bit older, but it's still clean. they play kpop videos + music so its a nice and comfortable dining experience. i've noticed they're recently undergoing some changes regarding the ordering system so now you can just order everything on the phone, streamlining the order process.

What a cute low key KBBQ place! Everything is ordered via phone but it looks like you could order by paper if you wanted to do that. We got there a little after they opened and there was no wait. They have three different menus to chose from for kbbq and we chose menu A. Different menus have different types of meat, but we weren't looking for a wide selection. It's all you can eat, but you have to wait a couple minutes between ordering meats. I like that as it seems like a good way to prevent waste/ over ordering. The banchan selection is by order and I do wish they included more variety. The cucumbers weren't the typical kimchi cucumbers I was thinking of but they were still pretty good. The price is pretty decent for menu A. I feel like you can't go wrong with KBBQ in LA area so this is one to check out! The staff were super friendly as well

This is one of the cheapest places for AYCE KBBQ. Nothing wrong with cheap. One thing wrong was I couldn't scan the QR code to see their menu. But, my daughter did and was able to text me a photo of it. Menu is not really needed as their cheap menu is limited to bulgogi, brisket, five types of pork bellies, pork skin and chicken. Ordering was easy. We let the daughter do it all on her phone. They limited you to five meats at a time. Banchans could be ordered every 5 minutes. The meats were decent. They were not fatty. Everything was pretty tasty. Service was good. They changed our grill several times. They did last call us when we were already stuffed. Is a last call really necessary for customers like me who are full? It's a good cheap place that I might return to if in the area.

I was given the choice of where to dine for Father's Day and I wanted Korean bbq, but something different from our usual restaurant that we go to. some pros and cons of Red Castle PRO CON The price for premium. X One hour 30 minute time. X (Be careful with this. Know what time you start. We were only an hour in and they we'd giving us our last call and forced to one last order.) Rib eye cut too thin. X Some cuts of beef belly tough. X Delicious pork jawl X Ban chan tablet X (Convenient feature but ours was not working at first and we were waiting for 20 minutes with no sides. That affected our time limit. ) Service by some waiters were good, others were rude. Overall, they were too concerned with their time limit. I know they get busy, but I want to enjoy my experience, not rushed. I felt so rushed, I did not get to try other things on the menu and we went with the premium do that we had no limitations. We're not trying to hang out there all day, but at least allow us to get what we are paying for. One last thing is they are so strict to the 3 meats per order. I wanted to start with 3 ribeyes but they won't let you. You have to order 3 different kinds of meat each time. Needless to say, been there, done that. I have a lot of other KBBQ restaurants to try and go to. I don't think I'm coming back.

I've only ever been to the Rialto location, but came here on the way home from Long Beach. I love how you can order the sides on the tablet so I don't waste anything and get exactly how much of everything I want. Service was quick. Will only return to this location in the future.

OMG! Shout out for Mike!!!! I ran into one of the top server of this place who i first met like 9 years ago at Red castle. Mike, thank you for your service, your service is just the same as old time. Great KBBQ here at this Red Castle. We did not have to wait long which was nice and upon sitting our server made sure we got settled and answered any questions we had. You order everything on mobile, one thing that I kind of didn't like is you have to wait some time before making another order. So make sure you double check your orders in case you might forget something you need like another side or drink. The food itself was delicious, they provided nice portions of meat and sides. This place will satisfy any KBBQ enjoyer.

Its always hard to decide what to eat when I'm in orange county. So many good options but on this day, I wanted to try something new. Saw this place online and opted to give it a try. We were the first ones there and were seated right away. Lots of parking, lots of tables. I was surprised to see that they offer 3 tiers but the top tier is literally only $30! That's such a steal. The menus offered every meat that we usually get at kbbqs and I like that you can order the sides on the ipad. Food came out quick, service was very attentive. Would definitely come back

This place used to be amazing for the price, quality & service. However I recently visited and was very disappointed. The prices have gone up and they now add 18% gratuity for a party of 3 adults and my 2 year old!!!!!! That is unheard of. Is that even legal?! It is not listed on their menu nor is it disclosed anywhere by the establishment/employees. They have ACs and didn't bother turning them on with 90+ degree weather mixed with the heat of the grills... won't be back here again.

Pretty decent kbbq spot, I think the price point is way cheaper then most places and for the amount of options you get - it isn't bad at all. They have a 3-tier menu with the highest being $29.99! That's a steal if you ask me. You order the side dishes on the ipad, which I personally really like because it ensures that you don't waste what you dont want. Then the meats you order with the waiter, I believe its 3 options at a time Tons of parking, and I'd say there's a lot of seating here as well. Service was good & they give you ice cream at the end!

Red Castle is my go-to KBBQ spot because of the familiarity and the price, not necessarily due to the quality of the meats or service. BUT with inflation, I'm honestly not sure if the cost is that different from other KBBQ spots with higher quality meats. There are TVs playing various k-pop groups all around the restaurant, dimly lit, and doesn't have the best ventilation. They changed up their banchan ordering system and you can order on a tablet at your table which is convenient and great to avoid unnecessary food waste, but the banchan normally takes a while to come out after you place the order and they'll typically forget some orders. My friends and I generally order from Menu C because we're fans of Galbi, and try some of the other options from the menu. We have a theory that there's a 'good brisket' and 'mediocre brisket' container; your first order of brisket will come from the good container and absolutely melt in your mouth, and the orders following that will be from the 'mediocre brisket' and be stringy and tough to chew. That theory also goes for the beef tongue, and belly. On the bright side, the marinated choices are always pretty solid and the meat is of course juicy. Overall, it's not a bad place to go to if you're craving KBBQ, but the restaurant does struggle with quality control and attentive service. It's a good option if you prefer marinated meats as opposed to dry ones.

The staff was very welcoming to me and the family, and for my kids they checked all 3 of their heights since kids prices are determined by that. There's 3 options to choose from Menu A, B, and C and usually for Korean BBQ places I feel overly heavy with the meat portions/cuts but we did not at all. You can order the sides through the tablet at your table, and the waiters kept checking up on us multiple times. My family and I even got a small sweet treat after the meal can't go wrong with ice cream. We came early, and while eating the place got busy. So go at a good time if you come to this place. Parking was easy, plenty of it in the plaza.

My coworker's son said Red Castle was his favorite AYCE Korean BBQ place, so we decided to check it out. Parking was easy in the large plaza's lot. There was a short wait to be seated after scanning the QR code to be added to the waitlist. The interior is not the biggest but I also wouldn't call Red Castle small. I found the tableside tablet unique for ordering banchan. It was cool only ordering and refilling the banchan you want (we ordered almost all of them). We especially liked the sliced radish that also includes sliced beets, which gave the radish a deep red color (they were soaked together). They even had tortillas on the tablet! Service was fine, with our server checking on us periodically. All meat orders must be done with the waiter. The interior was simple but clean. All of the dipping sauces can be assembled yourself as there are large bottles set on the table, which is also convenient. The food is the same price all day long, and there are three tiers of all-you-can-eat: A (cheapest), B, and C (most premium). We opted for the B level which had the large and small intestines I wanted. The C level comes with most of thicker beef steak cuts and things like baby octopus. I found the pricing very fair for February 2025, $25.99/person + tax for the B set. The food was tasty, and the quality while not extraordinary was more than decent. They also serve a complimentary scoop of ice cream (strawberry or vanilla) as dessert. Overall, I thought value was excellent and I would definitely come back!

I haven't been here in a long time and I must say it did not disappoint me. It's a great spot for some kbbq and it's pretty cheap compared to some other spots! The staff were really kind and attentive with us. They have physical menus, but they are also integrating a system where you scan a qr code for the menu and can order directly from there as well. It was pretty neat albeit a bit off sometimes because we would put in an order and not everything would go through. Luckily all the meats did though! Once they polish it up I'm sure it will be just fine! Definitely recommend if you're looking for some quick cheap kbbq and don't expect too much when it comes to quality!

Meats in general either salty or sweet. 18% gratuity for party of 4 or above is the policy which printed on the drink menu and the drink menu had not been brought out to the table for us until the end when we asked about the gratuity then they brought it out. (The cameras can prove). This is not a fine restaurant so really 18% for a party of 4? Is this legal? Will not come back again!

Haven't been back to red castle in years, but am so glad we came back to try it again. We checked in by scanning a QR code they had in the front and got seated really quickly. The quality of the meat was surprisingly really good for the price. Our favorites were the beef belly, brisket, large intestine and pork belly. I love that the brisket isn't dry like the other kbbq places. I also love that they have a tablet where we can order our side dishes, that way we don't have to keep trying to get the servers attention to refill on side dishes. It is such an efficient way of ordering that every kbbq place should take notes on! For the side dishes, my favorites were the kimchi, potato salad, corn cheese, steamed egg, cucumber and radish! There were so many options to choose from. Highly recommend trying red castle out for good and affordable kbbq!

I used to love coming here because the prices were very affordable for kbbq and it always has great service! Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed after my last visit because they started adding in additional gratuity to party's over 4 people. Luckily I spotted this on check before adding more tip. Also, the server let us know the steam egg is not unlimited and only 1 per person for the whole meal. I don't understand that since we are paying for unlimited and it's more expensive for the menu that includes the steamed egg. If you can look past those 2 points then I would say the food is good, the service is fast, and the prices are still affordable. If you're looking for an easy and cheap kbbq experience the. I'd recommend this one! Also, the ice cream at the end is always a nice treat!

We went to Red Castle for dinner on Thursday. We arrived around 530pm and it wasn't very busy at all. There is ample parking available. The restaurant is quaint and charming. Service is very friendly and helpful. They have three different AYCE options and we went with the highest tier. It is only $29.99 for a massive selection of meat and side dishes. We ordered several sides including kimchi fried rice, steamed egg, tofu stew, kimchi, tortillas and radishes. Everything was delicious. We started our meat order with the beef tongue, Red Castle beef brisket and the Red Castle beef belly. All three are must haves! The Iron Grill steak and the ribeye bulgolgi steak are also must have. We ordered another round of each. The ribeye is large and well marinated. We also ordered L.A. Galbi and grilled it up with some pineapples and jalapeños. We charred some tortillas and made tacos. Finished up with some ice cream. A wonderful KBBQ place and can't wait to come back!

Been going to this spot for a few months now and it is amazing. the quality of meat for the price can't be beat. all the side are great love the potato salad it's my favorite. the service is also amazing they get you in as quickly as possible sometimes the wait is long but definitely worth the wait!!

Good value for the price and for 2 people the wait time is not bad at all. Very busy and the service can slow down a bit depending how busy they get. Meat was good but wish they had an in-between for pork belly, its either very thick or very thin. Place can get smokey too.

We came here at least 6X for the last 2 yrs since my cousin (his favorite place) introduced it. Our 1st couple time were great, staff is nice and attentive and the foods came out quickly. Then it went down hill from there. We came around 3-4-5pm, avoiding the traffic time here (we normally see ALOT of people stood outside this place for yrs. And even we're within 5 tables in services, we have to sign in and waited for 10mins , then we got seated. We placed our ordered on the table tablet, it didn't work...we have to flag down someone and got moved then placed the orders. The drinks (beers & waters) came out quickly and 10mins later, 1/3, of the foods came out...we ate and waited then flagged a server for our foods...we ordered 2nd round and waited and we have to do the same flagged server. Keep in mind that we're within 10 tables occupied the place since we came early. Servers are not friendly, they seem not want to be here at all - not all servers but 96%. The price tag is very reasonably but it's not worth it to flag server all the time. The meats are good and well marinated and tasty but so do other places. The meat portions is small so if you came with 3-4 people, after one bite of each order, you literally have to have awhile for next portion to come out....Will take a long break before coming back, even my cousin has the same issue and he and his family are here for decades. The place is clean with funky decor and plenty of parkings...its smell of the grilled foods so... you will smell after you're done eating. I do think this place deserves at least a 4 but after 3-4X of bad services...i have to lower the points.

Came here on a Sunday evening. There were 5 parties in front of us and it was about a 20-30 minute wait for our party of 4. Luckily the wait went by fast. We were seated and started ordering. I've been to the other location in Rialto and wanted to give this location here in GG a try. I'm glad I did. I notice they offer a few other menu items that they don't have at the Rialto location so we were in for a surprise. The meats are consistent and we were so full! I love that for the side dishes there's a tablet you order from at the table. That way you don't have to tell your waiter and I feel as though it's more accurate and more efficient. I love that everything came in stainless steel, it has a nice Korean authentic feel to it and love that they offer ice cream! We will happily come back to this place. Efficient service, good items and prices and overall good time!

Food was delicious! I loved that we can order on the app and food service comes out pretty quickly. The best was the ice cream scoop at the end of your meal. The cherry on top after eating a lot of meat.

This place is so reasonable and good. Most KBBQ places are super heavy but not this place. The cuts of the meats are super light so it's enjoyable and it makes you want more. The sides are great and the service is QUICK. I went during lunch and it was such perfect timing. It's a small place so this place gets filled up quick. The ambiance is super chill. Index would go back. There is also three different menu's to choose from. However, i wouldn't get pork skin, takes too long to cook. Everything else is fire.

This place has really good food. You get a ton of it. The atmosphere is fun and loud. Get ready for K-pop to be playing and people to be having a good time. The fun part is you get to cook your own food. Lots of different sides to choose from to enjoy with your meat. They do now have tortillas, which is pretty cool too.

Been here at least few times before they renovated with the iPad and everything. Food// Menu C which was what we a group of 5 tried recently which includes galbi, a variety of pork and beef options, a couple of shrimp options, several squid options, and appetizers like egg rolls, steamed egg and kimchi stone fried rice. All meats especially galbi marinated well. Seafood optins are def more limited compared to beef and pork. Steamed egg was flavorful. Fried rice wasn't outstanding. Plenty of banchan which your actually order from a tablet. Service// Relatively good service but when ordering banchan from the tablet, you don't necessarily know how long it would take and you do have to wait 10min before ordering more ie 10 more items. Ambiance// Your typical Korean music. Having been here before they had their tablet, it's cleaner and more organized.

Food: good meat selection but.... Why am I paying $2.99 extra for tofu soup with no meat? Why when ordering, meat comes out first before the sides! We are told to order from the iPad but the sides don't come out or not correct. Service: under staffed Billing: deceiving and their reasoning seems shady Pro Tip: don't order tofu soup, the more demanding the more they pay attention to you, skip the sirloin or ribeye because it's tough as hell

Red Castle has 3 different tiers with their most affordable option being at $22.99 which comes with all the best classics like brisket, bulgogi, and pork belly. Love that this spot offers thinly sliced pork belly for a crispier texture! You can also order all your fave banchan dishes like fish cake, japchae, and kimchi through a personal tablet at your table. Don't forget to order a scoop of ice cream at the end

we came around 10:30pm, waited for a couple mins before they were able to sit us in. once seated, you can choose which menu you'd like, order the meats with the server and order the sides from the ipad at the table - they offer tortilla as a side which was cool to see lol meat and sides are decent but we did have to flag the servers a couple times for the missing sides items from our ipad orders.

May 23, 2025 at 6:42pm I am actively having an annoying experience right this minute. It's somehow worse than last time we were here. Service specifically is HORRENDOUS. Our first round of meat was finished cooking before sides came out, half the sides were missing. Barely any rice paper. Second round never came, third only half came out. We've been sitting here with an empty grill for about 15 minutes with absolutely NO check in. Funnily enough, every table around us is a larger party than our party of 2 and they're getting plenty of service. Oh someone just happened to see and and walked off with the grill grate without waiting to see if we wanted more than the one meat she heard before walking off... and came back with the wrong one. Second time we've gotten the wrong meat tonight. I'm very very sad, I've been coming to this location since it was the Flower Pig. After I introduced my hubs to the place, we were in here at minimum once a month every month(usually more). But ever since lockdown, prices have gone up while quality has decreased and service has plummeted. We have gone from a once a month regular to maybe twice in the last 6 months. We kept coming bc we still liked specific things but now the only thing I'll miss is the fish cake. But I think it's time to find somewhere closer to home.

5 star food for quality 1 star ordering policy, flexibility, customer service I contemplated writing this review for a while because this is actually my fave affordable AYCE in Socal due to the large variety of banchan and decent meat quality. I would still recommend this restaurant for 2-3 people. However, the recent ordering policy changes have made the experience undesirable for larger parties, and so I recently find myself looking elsewhere for family dinners. What I like: - Really nice variety of banchan - Decent meat quality for AYCE - Ice cream at the end is good What I really dislike, that has made the experience cheap: - Order policy is inflexible. My family is a party of 5-6 and their max order policy is very small and there is no consideration of party size. See photo of the max amount of meat they would bring out (it's blurry but you get the idea). We came hungry, were sat at a table with one grill, waited a while for meat to come and then cook, then finally had a few pieces each before we had to try to flag down the waiter again, which took a while because they ere wtoo busy helping other people because the restaurant is understaffed. We left unfulfilled because we weren't full at the end of the time limit. - Ordering banchan is limited to every 10 min. I would support this policy except the waiter never brings out everything we order. I've come here many times now, and there hasn't been a single time I received everything I ordered. So we only get part of the order and then they don't come back out and then we can't order more. - My parents came once on their own, and on their first banchan order, they accidentally pressed order before finishing. Instead of accommodating the first mistake, the waiter made them wait the full 10 min to order again on the ipad. - I came here once with a friend and they forgot her side order for 45 minutes even though she asked over 5 times.

My sister and I decided to go here on a whim because the new Airoma just opened up next door and we hadn't been here in a few years but we quickly came to regret our decision. Service was decent if not slow given how empty it was although everyone was really nice and friendly. A lot of the meats were either cut poorly and inconsistently or had too much fat. The galbi was decent but nothing I'd write home about, and I would definitely avoid the beef belly because it was so thick and chewy. I did like the online ordering system - it made the whole process of ordering meats and sides so much more efficient. The worst part about our experience was when a cockroach crawled out from under our table and towards the kitchen before someone noticed and caught it. Shibal! Overall, the quality isn't the best tbh but is definitely fair for the price you pay.

Cons - they alter our fire while we cook -rude if not tipped -most of the time they don't have icecream and it is not self served ( in a small sauce cup) -ambiance is different depending on the works mood( most of the time they look mad because people don't tip well ) Pro -clean -they have fish cake and japche I used to come here I just stop coming because they could be rude if you don't tip and make it feel uncomfortable not to mention that they change our fire when we have it at the temperature we like and it is very frustrating having to tell them not to do that every time and it's a hit or miss weather they have ice cream and if they do it's just one scoop in a sauce cup

This is my first trip down to Southern California visiting an old friend, and we were craving AYCE BBQ so we wanted to try out Red Castle! Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. We came in almost 2 Hours before closing (still plenty amount of time to sit us down and order). They proceeded to tell us that last call was 10:30 when it was only 9:30pm. We also called in advance to ask if they would still be able to serve and they emphasized that we come in. Our server failed to mention to us that they had no sides available besides rice and radish paper when we already put the order in. They didn't let us know until we flagged them down after several minutes. Not only were the servers not attentive, they would slam down the side dishes we ordered? This was honestly extremely disheartening as it was our first night together out in SoCal and seeing one another for the first time this year. Hope this experience can help give others a heads up.

It's unfortunate that this was our worst experience at red castle. We usually come here all the time and enjoy the quality meat and generous sides. Tonight was a complete opposite of what we expected! The meat was so chewy and not flavorful AT ALL! The sides NEVER CAME! We ordered off a QR code and we never got our sides. We had to wave down our waiter just to get some water. No one checked on us and we basically left alone to fend for ourselves. NOT TO MENTION the meat served was just unpresentable, slapped on a plate... what happen here? I'm so upset I wasted my time and hard earned money on what used to be my favorite kkbq spot... such a let down. :(

In this economy, high quality KBBQ at $22.99 is unheard of!!! We could see that Red Castle KBBQ is a popular spot for the locals since it was pretty crowded at 3pm on Friday. We ordered from Menu C, priced at $29.99 (not bad at all), and tried beef tongue, ribeye steak, brisket, beef belly, short rib finger, corn cheese, and so much more! Beef belly is my fave tho! So delicious and service was super attentive! Gonna come back with my friends and family

I've been coming to Red Castle for over a year now, and I'm never disappointed. The meat is always fresh and marinated to perfection. Expect a wait, but it's worth it. They have an iPad system where you can check your name and get a text when your table is ready, which is very convenient. My favorite item on the menu is their egg volcano soup I've never had anything like it. Absolutely delicious! The ambience is great, with good music always playing. Customer service is A1, and the place is very clean. I recommend Red Castle over any other Korean BBQ spot.

Guys when I tell this is the best KBBQ I've ever had I'm not exaggerating. I visit during my trip to California and the meat is marinated so well. The sides are also so flavorful. 10/10 would suggest
