Red Circle Ice Cream & Churros

I overall like this place. I first felt like it was a little pricey for the size. But my vanilla ice-cream was so good. My only problem was. We ordered a scope of ice-cream for my son it was so small. And my husband had churros with vanilla ice cream and his serving was so small. I wish I took a picture. . I would try it again. The two pictures I shared were good!

The ice cream here is really good, and the different options to add it to drinks or even a Dubai Chocolate Frosty is great. The service was friendly and quick to get our orders out. My only feedback is that for what you pay the sizes are a bit smaller than I would expect.

I should have known they were not going get my order right, the first thing I see two girls one in her cell and the other literally laying her head in the counter like it’s nap time. Go ahead and place my order I ask the girl for the large size churro with Nutella told her I wanted 4 she tells me we have the in a 5 piece box I said ok give me the 5 I pay for it , wait a little bit and a girl comes out with 2 small boxes I’m like ok thanks get in my car and realize they are mini churros go back inside and tell the the order is wrong and they look at me well that’s what you ordered no no no these boxes contained 10 mini churros why , I didn’t ask for minis I wanted large churros they seamed confused. They called the cook over and again said theirs is what you ordered mam , I didn’t want to argue with them they were not understanding what the issue was so I just left. Never coming here again.

The Dubai chocolate ice cream is super flavorful and crunchy! It’s not too overly sweet and is definitely shareable. The churro was fresh and a great add on. Will definitely come back to have it again.

Everything I come here I tend to get the same ice cream and bubble waffle combo, it’s really good but extremely sweet! Even my one scoop portion is something that can be shared with someone else. The place is really cute and has a cute little sugar land mural. I also just want to add the combinations that can be done are really fun and the variety is great! Will definitely be coming back to try something new next time. :)

Red Circle Ice Cream is a churro focused ice cream store. Offering ice cream with rotating flavors. They have assorted toppings to include Oreo, Captain Crunch, cinnamon toast, M&Ms, coconut and more. Pick your flavor of ice cream, churro add on, topping and off you go. Unfortunately they couldn’t say if any of the ice cream was gluten free and have an allergy warning sign up. That said, the people with me have no allergy issues and enjoyed both single and double scoop cups as well as the churro combos. Friendly staff. Lots of seating. Handicap parking and accessible store.

Recently read about the crawfish ice cream, and I was intrigued, but I wasn’t about to make the drive just for the is novelty. To my delight and surprise, I ended up right around the corner from this Hwy 6 location, so my family and I stopped in. The crawfish ice cream wasn’t for me, admittedly, but it was still neat to try. Spicy and creamy, all the sweetness, basically everything but the briney buttery meat. So wild. I got the OG soft serve and churro, and it was fantastic. My son got some ice cream and an Oreo churro. Both were delicious. Only two things that make it a 4 instead of a 5. The service was lackluster, and the prices were pretty high. The young lady behind the calendar was on her phone so much that one of her peers clapped at her to wake up and pay attention as churros were making their way out of the kitchen. I got second hand embarrassment from watching her get clapped at haha. This is pretty minor. The $20 price tag for two ice creams was the bigger issue for me. I’d still advise folks to try it at least once, though.

Initially I had given 2 stars, but due to the great customer service, I’ll give 4. I was randomly craving churros today and this place popped up when searching for dessert. I got the Thai tea which was a perfect sweet! Really enjoyed it. I also got the cinnamon sugar and Oreo stix. The cinnamon sugar I honestly had high hopes for, but didn’t enjoy it. It was hard and too crunchy like overcooked. They weren’t moist at all like the usual churros I have had. The Oreo stix were horrible. I would rate it a 1/10. They tasted burnt and nothing like Oreos. Overall, I like the atmosphere and service was excellent!! Just wish the churros weren’t so hard.

Came around 8:30pm and was not crowded, which was nice. There isn't a lot seating. The service was really friendly. I got the original Frosty Churro, which hit the spot! The churro had cinnamon sugar, and was nice and warm. The vanilla soft serve was delicious, and paired really well with the warm churro.

Came for the frosty churro but they were sold out. Macaron wasn't the right texture but the ice cream was good.

It was hard to decide the starts ...only because there are some cons & pros. I love the ice cream flavors, churro choices & waffle combos. This is always a great treat on a hot day or late night snack! The churros and waffles are made to order; hence a bit of a wait time. For me, I rather wait on the freshness. Cons: the tables are never clean, the door has a million finger prints all over it every time we visit and the staff are far from cheerful or inviting. They don't help create the "experience". On occasion we have visited and the staff are behind the counter, other phones. (And they could be focusing on the below cons) We will be back because the churros are addicting... Update: during my visit-employee on personal phone while on the clock.

LOVEEEEE ITTTTTT!!!! Obsessed! The soft served ice cream!!! Sorry I'm screaming lol that's how good this place was. The churro was perfectly sweetened and it complimented the ice cream so well. The service was fast and the cashiers were super helpful helping us choose our desert, the place is small inside but very welcoming. Space is limited. Will definitely stop by again. They have soooooo many options

They're okay and okay isn't bad. It was a small cute store, with ice cream, I just don't know if I was their target audience, because I can tell the atmosphere was supposed to wow someone, and yes it was adorable, but I wasn't like "yes, I gotta come back. " The ice cream was tasty enough, the staff were borderline friendly, not rude, but not very invested either. Would I come back here? Sure if this was a favorite ice cream place of a friend or a quick ice cream trip, but is this what I think of when I need ice cream? No, and that's why it got a 3 star, because it wasn't memorable enough to leave any type of impression, be it me hating the place or loving it, so I figure this place isn't for me. You should try it. Let me know, what am I missing, because clearly I was just like, "Okay, ice cream, next!"

Stopped by on a whim. The Ice cream and sherbet was good. Service was cool no complaints.

Took my daughter for ice cream after Mass. Small shop in the shopping center next to TJMaxx. Two tables, about 8 different ice creams, chocoalate, coffee, very vanilla, mango sorbet, ube. 1 scoop ~ $4.6, 2 scoops ~ $7.8, 3 scoops I didn't even look because I didn't need all of that. Toppings are $0.50 each. It's a little expensive... but hey, if you like ice cream and you are shopping in the area... why not?

The service was nice and quick. The churro was fresh however I do wish there was more chocolate. The elmo crunch ice cream was delicious definitely for lovers of cookie dough and cookies and cream ice cream. However, for an ice cream shop this place had limited flavors.

I've seen the many different reviews of this place. I enjoyed myself here. They have different combinations to choose from and they will walk you through it. I ended up getting the "churro puff" with that Red Circle coffee ice cream. Person mentioned the coffee taste can be overpowering, but I drink my coffee black so it's no big deal to me. Got Captain Crunch churros and the egg waffle. It does take a few minutes to put it all together, but it was worth it. Place is small, not much seating. I went on a weekday before closing. Plenty of seats.

Kind of impressed what they can make with such small variety of flavors. Between the three of us we had chocolate , vanilla and strawberry-lychee. Strawberry lychee was the best! Sweet but tart at the same time. We also had some churros on the side and those were made to order. Service was ok as the girl struggled to get our order and couldn't point us to something on the menu that was similar to what we wanted therefore she ended up ringing every item a la cart making it the MOST EXPENSIVE ice cream ever. $40 for three orders of ice cream was a bit much IMO. They aren't accommodating to kids,make sure you have a plan before you order.

The fresh made churros are wonderful. The ice cream and the service were stellar. When we arrived we were immediately greeted and it only took minutes for our orders to be prepared - we had 5! When turned around the line was to the door. We had arrived just in time. We will definitely be back.

Cute lil spot kind of hidden between restaurants and clothing store! The horchata is really good and things are made to order. The only flaw is they don't really have any menu around except for a big board,and then you feel rushed because you're deciding what to get on the board and people are waiting. So for me it was a rushed order being my 1st time

Ive been here a few times, the girl that's usually here is really nice, it was nice to see her still working here earlier this week when I stopped by on my own for a yummy treat. However, today I came with my kid and there's another (new?) girl middle Eastern looking who was not very nice, not helpful at all, and stuck on her phone the whole time we were here. I asked for her name afterwards and said her name is "Ann"? With the options the menu has, and not everyone being familiar with them, it'd be nice if more helpful people with a sense of customer service were hired. The place is small but the ambience is good and enjoyable, especially right now during Christmas. Also, the new hot honey frosty .. not my cup of tea, I ended up only eating the churro.

Made to order delicious ice cream. Churros and waffles hot and good customized to taste. Definitely pricey but atleast your not left without a bad taste in your mouth.

my friend + I left an interactive museum and decided we "needed sumn sweet" + thanks to yelp, we found Red Circle Ice Cream! It was delicious -- I finished my strawberry kiss ice cream with a warm oreo churro so fast, I reminded myself of the Spongebob episode when Patrick forgot he ate his chocolate bar lol. I will be back before I move out of the area.

The ice cream flavors were great and the churros were fresh! What's more?! The churros weren't greasy

Such a unique place in the area, I'm surprised I haven't heard of it sooner. I forgot the name of the dessert I got, but it is very customizable and delicious. They do samples here which has been unheard of since covid started. The staff is nice and keeps the store clean. As soon as you leave, they clean your table. There's even this cute mural on the wall that you have to see. I will be back.

Red Circle Ice Cream was something I wanted to try, and I was a bit disappointed. We were promptly greeted when we came in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, however we were taken a back by the limited menu items. It's just okay. Nothing you have to try. Churros were average, the bubble cone is very much over done, they leave it on far too long and the ice cream taste like anything you can get out of the freezer section at your local grocery store. I wanted to love this place but this isn't a place I would be rushing to come back. That being said it's very clean staff is great and if your in the area it's worth a try.

over priced and under delivered. the Dubai soft serve was a small, included a chocolate shell , little pistachio drizzle, and barely any of what makes Dubai chocolate... Dubai chocolate... the kataifi! it was $14 after tax...

I heard good things about this chain from a friend, though he frequents the one in Bellaire. It was my first time trying this place out, so I can't compare it to the other stores, but my experience was highly disappointing. I tried their soft serve with churro and cookie butter, on paper it sounded great, but their execution was poor. The churro tasted like pure sugar on dough (no cinnamon flavor at all). The soft serve itself had decent texture, but the flavor tasted like water down milk (no milky flavor at all). My friend got the pufflelicious (a scoop of icecream with the bubble waffle and Pocky) . The icecream came out half melted and kinda lumpy/sandy texture. He paid extra for dolce de leche and he said it tasted nothing like dolce de leche. The pocky sticks were also stale, he gave me one to try and I can confirm. We both ended up only eating less than half and tossing it because it was so difficult to eat. (What a waste of $15) The service was also pretty slow and the staff seemed very confused at times. It also seems like the owner is cheaping out on A/C, the place was HOT inside (terrible for an icecream place)

Came on opening day and got free ice cream and lemonade was buy one get one. The guava and the passion fruit lemonades are sooo good with tajin. Not too sweet. The mangonada is a bit gritty so kinda weird. The churros with fruity pebbles is my fave. Overall love it. Great service.

Parking is shared with the strip. The facility is cozy. The ambiance is picturesque-ish. The service was helpful. I really loved my churros! They were fresh from the fryer. Crunchy with a soft finish and they made it like a heart so that it was easier to share (I didn't, they should have bought their own). My cohorts in mayhem ordered ice cream and sherbet respectfully and they were not disappointed. I'm not a big ice cream connoisseur so this venue doesn't amaze me, but since they enjoyed it, I would definitely come back.

We came for an after dinner snack. I just wanted a simple dessert, so I went with their cinnamon sugar churro. It was warm, slightly crispy, a little chewy, and just the right amount of cinnamon sugar covering. I enjoyed this, since it wasn't too sweet. We also tried their mango lemonade drink and Elmo crunch ice cream. These were just ok. The ice cream was way too sweet for my palette. But, I actually enjoyed the chocolate cookie parts in this ice cream. Overall, I'd come here for their simple churros, and I might try their Hong Kong style waffles too.

The best place for ice cream in Sugar Land! Love how creative the menu offerings are here and everything is super high quality. Staff is very nice and I love the cute mural on the wall as well. Would highly recommend!

Employees do not adhere to sanitation regulations. 3 employees came in for their shift and did not wash their hands and immediately started handling food. The tap did not work. Not a great experience. Hope management makes the necessary adjustments.

Really like their coffee flavor. Made with real coffee that is strong and bold - not overpowered by sweetness like most coffee ice creams.

This place is really good. The restaurant is extremely clean. They have lots of dessert choices other than ice cream. They have churros, macaroon ice cream sandwiches (oh my!), frozen cakes and frozen cookies! They also have awesome Vietnamese ice coffee and tea. I had the Vietnamese ice coffee with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and chocolate drizzle. My kids had the mango sorbet with coconut and gummy worm toppings! They loved it! I will return!!!

Delicious soft served ice cream and churro... I'm normally picky on the churro bc it's either too hard or too soggy... this one is just right. Has a nice crunch on the outside but super soft on the inside.

Food looks good but whoever designed this establishment didn't do a good job. Everything is cramped and their line doesn't work. Hopefully the food is good because just waiting in line is a pain.

Customer service was good. That's about the only thing good during my visit. The churros were overcooked and tasted like the oil they were fried in old oil. There was 1 large family that took up all the seating and ran a muck in the restaurant. They were extremely loud, blocking the other patrons from moving about the restaurant and playing baseball with their napkins and the trash can. Won't be back.

We did not order anything because we thought the waffles were made as you ordered but it was already made. Was looking forward to freshly made waffles.

This place is nothing to write home about. It's really pricey and the quality is meh. The ice cream flavors were probably the only selling point. Apparently they make them in house. They were good. But other than that, my bubble waffle was cooked way too long. It was crispy and tasted burnt. I tried to look at other peoples to see if maybe they just left mine too long, but everyone else's seemed a little on the darker side. The churros were ok. I know that a regular churro has cinnamon and sugar, but if you're going to have other random flavors, I'd leave out the cinnamon sugar. Who wants that with fruity pebbles or Oreo? Weird. I got the captain crunch churros and it was just captain crunch dust on one side. Zero sign of an actual piece of cereal. That would have made way more sense. I def won't come back here with the prices and quality. The service was lackluster as well, except for the girl ringing us up. She was super sweet, explained the favorited items and helped us make decisions. Everyone else was moving at turtle speed. Probably why my waffle was burnt.

The ice cream was DELICIOUS!! Loved the churro that came with it as well! I just wish the waiting time was shorter and also more seating we had to wait to sit for a while!

I am SO GLAD that we finally have a Red Circle in Sugar Land. It lives up to the one in Houston for sure. The ice cream is fresh-churned at LEAST every day, and the churros are made to order. It takes a few minutes for the staff to make it, but the warmth of the churro with the cold ice cream is IMPECCABLE. you absolutely NEED to try this place. Stop debating on doing it, just do it! You'll thank me later. (Ok but there are some weird flavors. Steer clear of the Crawfish one. )

I got the churro daddy and it was absolutely delicious!! The churro covered with Nutella is the way to go. Will be returning so glad that they are here!!!!! Also btw, it's pretty cool in here to the point that I had to grab a jacket. So don't know what the comment below is talking about. Felt nice inside.

When we first got to Red Circle we were able to park right away due to ample parking. Upon arrival, we received a warm greeting and placed our order promptly. The place looked clean and inviting. Despite the warm welcome, it took a while for the dessert to be served. We ordered two items from the menu, the churro daddy and the monster mash. The churro was well-cooked and had a nice crunch that went well with the ice cream. The ice cream, Elmo Crunch, had a red color that we had never seen before, but we found that it had a perfect balance between crunch and sweetness. The monster mash was a bubble waffle topped with chocolate ice cream, marshmallows, and pocky sticks. The first bite out of the bubble waffle was warm with a nice crunch, and the ice cream was smooth and went well with the marshmallows. We were able to comfortably enjoy our meal due to the cozy seating provided. We highly recommend this spot to anyone in Sugar Land looking for a quick bite.

I really liked this place! It's clean, the employees are nice, the food is great and it was nice of the manager to come in and ask id we were doing ok! The only thing i could say was that it was really hot in there!

Great selection of ice cream my favorite is the churropuff with the go shawty flavor.
