Google
This place is great, but the food options closing two hours before the beer/drink options seems crazy to me... Don't really understand that. Let me put it another way, it's a fantastic venue that unfortunately could be even better if they rethought through some of the logistics of their offerings.

Google
This brewery is not only filled with delicious beers but the best human beings. We stumbled upon them during a cross-country road trip and it just happened to be their birthday celebration. They are efficient at crowd control. They are great brewers. The staff (especially Christian) was top-frickin'-notch. Go here.

Google
We had a large group of 16- most were older people and not having a physical menu made the experience difficult. I know that sounds super silly but watching them ask the servers a million questions could have been easily avoided! It was a great experience otherwise. We came in on a snowy Saturday and the place was still pretty busy. My friends were telling me this place gets packed in the summer!

Google
Wonderful veteran owned local brewery just minutes away from the Garden of the Gods! They always have a nice variety of brewed on site beers and they always have their flagship beers like the Helo Hefe which is my favorite. There are multiple food and drink venues on site so there is no lack of a variety of food to enjoy. The staff is always friendly and they hustle to make this very busy place run smoothly.

Google
The beer tastes great and the atmosphere is excellent. They also sell a variety of snacks like burgers, cookies, and sandwiches. Prices are a bit on the expensive side.

Christina Janek

Google
Welcoming atmosphere and nice assortment of beverages to choose from. (Beer, liquor, and a couple wine options) Food trucks offer a variety of options to suit many tastes, though on the pricier side (as are most food trucks in my experience). Quickly becoming one of our favorite spots on this side of town.

Google
Great layout for a Brewery! Food truck in containers , hugh open outdoor patio, and a fantastic view of the mountains! Great selection of beers and ciders !

Google
Love the vibes. Both kids and dog friendly. There can be a lot of kids running around outside. They have 17 beers on tap, at least they did at the time we were there, not sure if they plus or minus on different days. They have one seltzer on tap and a variety of other beers. The El Mango was so good if you like a sweeter beer. Outside in the connexs they have different food options that you can select for. There’s a lot of seating, can get busy but still a good time. On to the next brewery on this tour. Update 11/1: The burger is one of the best burgers I’ve had, well worth the $18 or whatever the price was.

Yelp
We took a road trip to Colorado Springs to check out some local breweries. First stop: Red Leg Brewing Company. The outdoor area was massive, with food options and cozy seating areas with fireplaces. But it was too chilly to sit outside, so we grabbed a spot at the bar instead. No reservation needed! The staff was super friendly and attentive. We ordered a flight, which included four beers: Hobbiton NZ IPA, Space Force One Double Hazy, Kolsch, and Hazy IPA. All were delicious! Red Leg Brewing is perfect for big groups - they've got plenty of space! We had a great time and would definitely go back.

Yelp
Red Leg Brewing was a fun place to dine outside with our dogs and enjoy a cold brew. It was somehat nice at the tables with the sun out, but a little chilly on a breezy December day. Note that dogs are not allowed to sit with you inside or on the grassy areas. There were a few seating areas with fire pits. Our favorite foods were the lobster roll (extra lobster, of course) and the Sasquatch cookies. Their specialty cookie was an Andes mint cookie. So decadent! We would return on our next visit, but only if it was warmer outside. Beautiful views too from this location.

Melissa M.

Yelp
This place was suggested by my air bnb host. I LOVE the patio space, absolutely stunning views. I like that there are several food options and they were open til 8 which was great after a long day of driving. I had the gose which was really good too. I do wish there was more indoor space since it was pretty cold and was full for trivia. Also, if you hate hearing kids scream, this isn't your spot. There's enough space and it seems kid friendly enough, but the number of parents letting their kid run around without supervision was concerning. That's not the fault of the brewery, but still odd.

Yelp
A gem of a brewery in Colorado Springs. Loved the variety of brews, every beer I got I loved. The location, view, outdoor and indoor seating is just perfect for family, friends or a date. There's food available as well. Plenty of parking too! Loved this visit!!

James H.

Yelp
Cool spot with lots of indoor/outdoor seating. A handful of vendor options for food and cocktails. The burger vendor was really good and food came out pretty fast. Lots of space for kids and dogs.

Michael H.

Yelp
We stopped by red leg brewing after our tour of the garden of the gods which is quite frankly the perfect combination as they are virtually right next to each other. The brewery has a large campus. There is a giant grass area for the kids to run around (with a stage, presumably for live music - though there wasn't any when we attended), lots of seating (both indoors or outdoors), a few different food options (lobster, burgers, pizza, cookies, etc.) and plenty of beer options (including extensive gluten free and non-alcoholic ones). There is also a distillery on campus, if beer isn't your thing, including their own red leg brand. Our group had a little bit of everything, and it was all fantastic. Would definitely recommend for everyone to stop by, if at the very least to check out this fun campus after a drive (or hike!!), through the garden of the gods. You won't be disappointment!!

Meechelle F.

Yelp
This was our first time coming here and I must say we enjoyed our visit. Everyone was very friendly, upbeat and enjoying themselves. The selection of drinks was great and Kenn really liked that. He got an opportunity to sample all that he wanted to try and he liked the majority of them. The atmosphere was laid back and nice. A lot f food trucks were closed but, 2. I got a chance to get that mushroom burger I wanted. Everything was great and we will be back. Definitely want try the bingo night!!

Mimi W.

Yelp
Located near the Garden of the Gods, it's a nice place to spend drinking and eating with friends, especially after hiking and walking around outside. Mostly outdoor seating areas with a bar and different food vendors in crates around. The bartenders were super friendly. The beer was good and refreshing, large selection! They also have some to-go beers and gourmet popcorn for sale. They have self-serve water coolers outside and plastic cups by the water fountains with ice cold water that was a nice touch on a hot day!

Kailee N.

Yelp
The down and dirty: massive parking lot, large tables, tons of seating outside, pet friendly, gluten free options, and vegan/ vegetarian options. I really enjoyed red leg brewing and their gluten free beers! The gluten free ipa was shockingly similar to a traditional ipa, to the point that I had to double check!! I really appreciated the multiple GF options and the adult slush was also delicious. Drinks are ordered in the indoor portion or through a wait staff member. There are tons of tables indoors and outdoors, and the tables are large enough for big groups during the summer the indoors does get a bit warm with not much air flow. Outdoors there are multiple food stalls in storage containers, I was able to find a gluten free vegetarian meal in the burger place by ordering the veggie burger with a GF bun. The burger was insanely flavorful, with a smoky aftertaste that I loved. The bun was also impressive and did not fall apart despite my slow eating- which is impressive for any gluten free substitute!

TJ B.

Yelp
I thought the beer selection was ok, but what put it over the top for me was the variety of food and drink options available in the space. My girlfriend ordered a flight and I got the hazy IPA. Again, the beers were ok, but the candied caliente burger at the burger bunker was probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. Perfectly cooked medium patty, crispy bacon, and that jalapeño jam was INSANE. If I could bottle up the feeling I had while eating that burger, I would covet it like Gollum did the ring. The service was solid as well. We only waited less than 10mins for a server to take our beer order. I waited about 10-15mins in the burger line and about another 10 for the burger. We ordered an amor azul and a mezcal sour from the liquor cabinet, both of which were solid especially for the price. For dessert we shared a delicious ice cream sandwich from Sasquatch cookies. The atmosphere was very nice as well. Big green fake grass for families and a stage where I'm assuming they do live music. There's no dogs allowed on the grass, but ours sat with us at the outdoor picnic table. Overall I would absolutely visit again.

Julia E.

Yelp
Red Leg was awesome! We went on a Wednesday evening and I couldn't believe how packed it was. There are plenty of spaces to sit both outside and inside. There are permanent food trucks outside that you order and receive a buzzer for when your food is ready. I ordered from both the burger and lobster joint. You order your drinks inside at the bar. Service was very quick! I tried the hazy ipa and it was good. We happened to be there on bingo night and it was so much fun. My 6 year old daughter loved playing along too! If you win, you receive a free beer or soda. When in town again, I would love to come back!

Stephanie W.

Yelp
Always an enjoyable experience - I only wish they were open year round! Sitting outside, enjoying the ambiance year round. However, love the food selections, staff is always friendly! I'm usually not one to sit at the bar top, but I choose to here. I can sit by myself and not be bothered, but not feel alone. LOVE

Teri J.

Yelp
Great place to spend a few hours. They have PLENTY of options to satisfy anyone's hankering for a drink, no matter what that drink might be. There's plenty of food trucks to enjoy as well. Worth driving up to take in some beautiful CO views with a refreshing drink in hand. Great place for the family as well with the outdoor toys/activities.

Anthony M.

Yelp
Great place for us veterans. Had a feel of a hometown fair. Would definitely come again.

Taylor L.

Yelp
A really nice facility with some decent beers on tap! We tried the peach wheat (peach flavor was a bit artificial) and the hazy ipa (decent). Also enjoyed the plethora of food available onsite; we enjoyed some burgers and fries during our visit. The ample space and variety of seating definitely makes this brewery worth a visit.

Yelp
So we just discovered Red Leg Brewing by accident today and it is amazing in all ways. The concept of this brewery is first class. Make an amazing selection of fantastic beers and create an environment where people want to hang out, have some great food, and enjoy the brews. With a beautiful 50-degree day at the end of January, we experienced Red Leg brewing in its glory. The afternoon sun warmed us as we sat at the picnic table with melting snow. When I went inside to get some beer the selection was great. We ordered the Dad Bod Schwartzbier and the Chocolate Raspberry Porter. These dark rich beers were full of flavor and body each meeting the characteristics of their style. The wait staff was efficient and had you head out to enjoy your beer. The design and options for the food court built with a series of shipping containers is amazing. The options range from lobster rolls to pizza, burgers, delicious deli sandwiches, and of course there is an amazing cookie shop. Red Leg was voted the best brewery in Colorado Springs for a reason, don't miss it.

Lili C.

Yelp
Great beer and food options. You also get a great view of the mountains and fresh air--a lot of open space and seating options. What more can you ask for? I did not get any food there but got their cider and a light Mexican beer. Both were so refreshing! It's family-friendly, and I like the setup. It's great for small or large groups. I'm going back and going to try some of the food options. Give them a try if you haven't heard of them! They will not disappoint!

Pedro P.

Yelp
If you're visiting Garden of the Gods and need somewhere to eat, this is the perfect place! Right around the corner from GOG, is this gem with great food and drinks! They have a full bar along with a great selection of beer! They also have multiple options for food, as they have multiple pods to select from. The outdoor seating is beautiful! As it gets colder, they do have fire pits and indoor seating. They also had great music playing and it was great for families as well. Definitely plan to come back when visiting GOG or in the area!

Shelby F.

Yelp
This is an awesome little brewery in Colorado Springs. I don't drink personally but the people I was with did and they tried several different beers and said they were all fantastic. It was raining when we went so sitting outside was unfortunately not an option but they have a big outdoor seating area and a small stage as well! All the folks here were super friendly as well and seemed to enjoy their jobs a lot. The brewery itself doesn't have food but there are great food options around the main area in different little out buildings. All of the places for food looked like they had really good options as well and there was a ton of options. Even as someone who doesn't drink I do want to come back because it is a very fun atmosphere here!

Alexis R.

Yelp
We came for drinks and food before walking around Garden of the Gods. I like that their cocktail ordering and beer lines are separate to make the lines move quicker and the variety of food trucks as well as indoor-outdoor seating.

Gabby G.

Yelp
Omg....bottomless kombucha and multiple "food trucks" you can wine and dine at. My friends and I got one entree from each stand and my favorite was Oliver's Deli, their summer salad and chai tea was to die for! Although some places like the Lobstah Trap don't open until 4pm, so you might be waiting a while to eat some of your favorites. The dudes running the bar inside and the Liquor Cabinet were super sweet and kind, and made our stay longer than it should've been, haha! I do have to say if you're thinking of going to Red Leg Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, don't. It's so loud you practically have to scream to hear what someone else is saying. -1 star for the disgusting bathrooms.

Brad H.

Yelp
Really cool place. It's in an open space with multiple other businesses housed in shipping containers. There is a lobster place, burger bunker, a cookie joint, a pizzia place, a cocktail and wine container... maybe more. Definitely more. They all have a large open courtyard with tables and chairs. There is a large 'grass' area with a band stand. The brewery is a more conventional building. Still, it's got lots of glass doors that open up to the outside. Friendly service. Lots of choices in beer, with a few ciders. We tried a sour that was simply great. Excellent place for a beer and something to eat. I would come back. Oh, dogs are welcome outside... except on the 'grass'.

Jean A.

Yelp
They received 2 stars because I like food. They claim to be dog friendly. We were on the turf with our 9 week old puppy. We didn't see the sign that said no dogs on the turf. An employee rudely said we don't allow dogs in this area and also said we also don't allow dogs that jump. Our puppy was excited and jumping like puppies do. She was obviously not a dog lover. I would not recommend going here with your dog.

Ruth C.

Yelp
Wow! What a fun place! This brewery has the operation down. They have a bar where you can sit, or line up to order. And those drinks come out fast! They have multiple "food establishments" throughout the facility. It's cool because these are all made from old shipping containers! There's pizza, burgers, "lobstah" rolls (and more), cookies, and a deli for sandwiches. Plenty of outdoor picnic tables. Good drinks, food and amazing views! We would definitely go here again!

Yelp
Friendly competition. The benefits can be undeniable. If we work together, we can all make each better, right? Well with that mindset we bravely embarked upon our first Review Team journey into the arena of a food contest. Seeking familiar footing, we made this unfamiliar journey by agreeing to become judges at a local chili cook-off. The terms of engagement appeared initially within reach. 20 entries, cast a vote for your singular overall winner. Well, then things became...complicated. First of all, while 20 individual samplings didn't seem daunting at the outset, let me tell you that the amount of fiber involved was substantial. In fact, one of our Review Team Members received a text from the "Southern Hemisphere" that an urgent transaction could not be delayed. (If anyone reading this gets that reference, please post a reply.) While the styles of chili varied, the quality did not. Individual preferences may have ruled the day, but there was no denying that all submissions were excellent. This being our first chili cook-off, we clearly had much to learn and our Review Team felt appropriately "schooled" by the couple who brought muffin tins to collect their samples in. Professionals, to be sure. Amongst the other things we learned was to get there early (which we did), because the chili troughs of the contestants can run dry before you've had your opportunity to feed. Near the end of the competition our Review Team revealed our individual findings and realized that they were in perfect harmony. Each and every one of us voted for different winners! ‍ While it is important to note that ALL viewpoints are valued here at Henry's Take, it is equally as important to note that I have the privilege of constructing this post, so I am duly authorized to declare the official winner as "Cadillac Pat's Turbo Charged Chili." Long may the champions reign, that is until next year... And that's...Henry's Take. #redlegbrewingcompany #springschilicookoff

Yelp
Red Leg's new location is phenomenal! The tap room is great, big rectangular bar in the middle, tons of barstools and several tables. They have their beers on tap and guest beers and seltzers. The beertenders are friendly and have great recommendations. There is a massive outdoor space with heaters and funky seating. It's a great space for friends and dogs. They also have some permanent food trucks onsite to grab munchies to go with your beers. This will definitely be our go-to place to gather with friends while in town.

Abby T.

Yelp
It's one of my favorite breweries in town! You can easily spend your entire night here playing games and trying new drinks! They have a big variety of drinks, from handcrafted beer, mixed drinks, frozen margaritas, and 6 packs. What's so unique about this spot is that all the food options, kinda reminds you of food trucks but they arnt mobile. Enjoy the amazing view of the mountains by sitting by the fire pit, play corn hole or just hangout! They also do so many events like trivia, yoga, concerts and movies! Make this your next stop on a Friday night!

Tushar S.

Yelp
Good beer & cocktails at decent prices. This establishment is a great place to mingle with friends. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The patio is dog friendly, but it does get super packed over weekends and evenings. I did not try any of the eateries so I'll have to update my review in the near future ;)

Karen A.

Yelp
We came here after getting in from Orlando by air. There are numerous food trucks to order from including seafood, Italian, Sasquatch cookies. We ordered from the Burger Bunker truck. I was excited to get a gluten free burger w a delicious bun. My family liked their burgers and buns too. The onion rings were fried perfectly and the wedges were good, they said, not gluten free though. We also had some gluten free Sasquatch cookies which tasted just like "regular ones", so I am told. The peach cider was good and everyone enjoyed their Hazy IPAs and the triple berry seltzer. I didn't like the lemonade wine at all. The service was excellent t and we also bought some of the cocoa Kettlehead popcorn, it was sweet and salty, loved it. Great brewery and food.

Brittany B.

Yelp
Was anticipating coming here long before I moved here. Came with a work event and was pleasantly surprised. Neat sitting area, great beer with even better views. Not much more you can ask for. Can't wait to come back and try different beers!

Kitty W.

Yelp
This venue delivers good food and good service across the board. It has a relaxed, young family-friendly vibe and there are numerous seating options indoors and out, plus room to wander. I tried out one of the house beers and a lobster roll - delicious. There are many food and drink options yet to try. Good job, Red Leg!

Richie H.

Yelp
First off the BEER is the BEST I have had. You must hear the story behind the name and you will be hooked afterwards. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Second the food trucks that they have give you more options than a traditional restaurant. I had the lobster roll and clam chowder. Best O have ever had. If you find yourself in Colorado Springs this would best and one stop you take.

Candace M.

Yelp
Loved this! A great combination of beer and food options. Red legs beer selection was top notch. One of the best saison I have tried. The clever utilization of container food companies lets you choose your own adventure. Our party got lobster rolls, gyros and cookies, but the pizza and sandwich options were tempting as well. Wish my hometown had something like this for a pleasant night out.

Justin L.

Yelp
Family vacation in Colorado Springs and Red Leg was recommend by my sister in Denver. My sister and I are Navy brats so anything veteran owned and operated we're here to support! Plenty of food options - burgers, lobstah (closed when I went), cookies and pizza. We tried it all and none disappointed! I forget the name of the burger but the one with mushrooms was outstanding! The actual brewery was great with tons of options. We decided to do multiple flights and a server came up and asked if she could help. She was great (I wish I could remember her name!!). She selected the beers for us based off of what we told her we liked. All great selections! Plenty of seating areas and plenty of room for kids to be kids. While eating the view is unbelievable. Granted, I'm from Ohio. But the mountains, the rock formations, the sunset and we even got a rainbow. Bought a tshirt we loved it so much.

Isaac A.

Yelp
We grabbed a flight of beer, some sodas, and several pretzels with cheese. The atmosphere here is great and I wish we could have sat outside (it was ridiculously windy this day). The bartender was friendly, had patience, and answered all our questions. The beer was great and I enjoyed them all except the tangerine cream (the combination of those flavors didn't work for me). The kids loved the pretzels. I'll definitely come back here. I'd have given it 5 stars if they actually served food (I think all they had were pretzels and popcorn). However, there is a food truck that shows up. Parking was a bit odd, but just make sure you drive around to the back of the building once you see it from the main road.

D. K.

Yelp
Am I at a brewery or a daycare center? Why doesn't anyone enforce the Red Leg rules about children? The day I was there, there were 72 (yes, 72) children running around and screaming. I had to move twice to find a place to sit that wasn't overrun with children. This is a brewery where adults should be able to sit and talk and enjoy a beer without children running around wildly and screaming. We were have trouble hearing ourselves talk. Finally moved upstairs until some parents brought their children up there. I really like Red Leg but can you please rein in the kids. Even the dogs are better behaved than the kids.

Bailey A.

Yelp
Red Leg brewery is a comfort stop and always enjoyable! Everyone is so friendly. We've been going to trivia on Tuesday nights and it's a blast! They always have a different food truck and random events going on. Definitely our new spot!! @eat.drink.bay

Malia C.

Yelp
Had a large party meet here; about 30+ people and it was a great space to gather! We loved that they offered craft beers, cocktails, wine and soda and there are multiple food choices to accommodate everyone's needs! The service was great and everyone who helped us was kind and attentive. The kids had fun, the adults had fun and the view of the mountains was gorgeous. We will definitely be back!

Gabrielle B.

Yelp
I came here for the first time last night and I was really impressed by this brewery. The menu offers something for everyone from IPA, lager, kolsch, wine to ciders and even GF beer. I tried the Peach Cider and it was so light and refreshing that I had 2! There were so many great looking beers it was hard to decide. I did not try the food, but I saw that they do order some snacks. There was a sushi food truck on sight as well. Although it was super busy, the bartender acknowledged us right away and we got our drinks within minutes. Other staff members were on top of going around getting empty cups and checking in with our party. The facility itself is ginormous. There's an upstairs deck, big inside, and a downstairs outside area complete with games like corn hole, picnic tables, fire pits and twinkle lights. It's located close to garden of the gods so it's perfect to stop by after hiking! Definitely worth checking out.

Matthew E.

Yelp
Great setup, friendly staff. Beers are good, whiskey is great. Was a little disappointed they weren't doing flights for some reason but I would definitely come back.

John L.

Yelp
Great atmosphere! Family friendly and the food trucks are top notch! And the beer is amazing as well.

Josh L.

Yelp
We were in town on vacation, but we went back to Red Leg Brewing twice and took a few six packs for our roadtrip home. The indoor/outdoor combination was great for our young children to play while the adults drank, and the food trucks gave us a good variety of food options. The service was spotty, depending on which employee was helping, but they were generally friendly even if distracted.

Krista G.

Yelp
What a great place! The Marzan was fantastic! And Molly made our visit a lot of fun. Great atmosphere and music. We didn't eat anything from the multiple food trucks, but the onion rings looked great! It wasn't that busy, and we were waited on right away. Great selection.

Kanwal S.

Yelp
The food suck's, beer is good , atmosphere is great in summers , great selection of beer and wine

Jose L.

Yelp
Awesome beer. Great ambience and lots of food options. Tried the amber ale it was well made with great balance very enjoyable. The Mexican lager is also a winner

Amanda F.

Yelp
Plenty of food and drink options. They serve Holidaily in a can which is my favorite. Also there is at least one cider on draft. In the courtyard area they have places to eat, chairs, fire pits and a great view.

Shelly A.

Yelp
Red Leg is doing it right! Amazing servers, amazing beer, amazing vibe....and they've only been in their new location for a few days....Check it out, fellow Yelpers! Be sure to check the boards for the latest offerings. Disturbing Tan Lines Pineapple Mango Wheat was my favorite; and Space Force 1 (a double hazy) and Secret Squirrel 001 (a west coast IPA) were my husbands top picks. It looks like multiple food options are on the horizon. Today's food truck, Dr. Taco, delivered a varied menu and a fun salsa bar. Their carne asada caught my eye and was fabulous! Cheers to Colorado Springs and another fine brewery! Yelp on! :)

Jim L.

Yelp
Henry and I went over to Red Leg Brewery for their opening day. The weather was just perfect for a little day-drinking with my best bud. The beer was great. And with such a super selection of beers, wines, and kombucha you'll have a good time trying to taste them all. It looks like they'll have a plethora of tasty food options there soon. For now, they have food trucks that looked great too.

Mark C.

Yelp
Great selection of beer and all very good!Location is fantastic. You can sit on the upper deck and look out upon the mountains, next to Garden of the Gods! Great atmosphere for that. Would be a 5 star but service left something to be desired. Took forever to pay. What is upsetting the most is the bartender looked up at us 3 times and totally ignored us. Unfortunately that ruined the visit and left Abad taste in m6 mouth!
