OK. This Red Lobster 🦞 is the only one ink jacksonville Florida. The next one is 95 miles away in Daytona! This place exists in a soft place in my heart. This restaurant was saved from being taken down. I'm glad it was. There is a vintage ambiance that they have here - in scenery, scent and sounds. It felt comfortable. The new owner had taken much care in high regards to a lot of little aspects. Their bathrooms were clean and stocked. Their bar was stocked and welcoming. The staff was on another level of excellence. The 5+ people I didn't have the opportunity to get to know better were pleasant and felt like they were familiar with me. We were sat down quickly. Then we met him... Mike ~ ( Le Serveur ) [That's "The Waiter" in French - I'm taking it there for embellishment.] Quick, pleasant, concerned, attentive, involved, informed, empathic, human, warm, and damn good! I was a party of two. We had a bombardment of questions. About the food, the lone restaurant, him and customizing our orders. If Annie Oakley was a waitress and questions were clay discs. Mike was super personal and jumping right in - that question down - that one knocked out, those grouped together and clarified boom bap boom. He read the table and arises to the level of involvement me were looking for. He must have visited out table 12 times. About 9 of them were us having questions and ordering more food. He kept our drinks refreshed and the experience carried. We felt so comfortable with his demeanor, his authenticity - we just had to get to know him better. Not to out anybody personal stuff out there, but, he let us know more about him, some of his background and even got inspired about the things he was talking about and how it have him a better clarity about life. Connecting with him in a deeper was made the night that much more special. We ordered the crab boil, crab salsa dip, biscuits, crab and shrimp linguine and a few drinks. He placed the spice on side correctly assessing it palet after a few questions. We had questions about the spices and preparation and stuff - he knew it all with his years of experience. The food was fantastic. The sausage was flavorful on its own. The shrimp were scrumptious. The biscuits. O - the biscuits. I'm going to have to come back here like real soon. Let's support a place that gives great meals and service.

Red Lobster has been a beloved restaurant for my family for as long as I can remember. Walt’s Favorite Shrimp is always a reliable choice and continues to be very good. Because this location is one of the few remaining in our area, it genuinely pains me to see the decline in the condition of the building. Unfortunately, the issues go beyond one table. The bathroom stall walls were broken, and the booth walls appeared heavily soiled, as if they hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. I took a walk around the restaurant to see if it was isolated to my area, but sadly, the entire restaurant needs a deep cleaning. The lighting was extremely dim—to the point where I had to use my phone’s flashlight—and many ceiling tiles need replacement. The carpet is also in desperate need of cleaning or replacement. That said, the food was good. We ordered Walt’s Favorite Shrimp and snow crab, both of which were very enjoyable. I would rate the food a solid 4.5 out of 5. The only disappointment was the butter, which didn’t taste quite right. I truly hope management takes steps to restore this location. We need our Red Lobster to stay open—it has meant too much to too many families for too long.

My server LB what's phenomenal. The bartender who made my holiday drink sugar cookie was phenomenal great job on that drink. It was my birthday I didn't stay to celebrate it I received a phone call., yet it is worth going back. It was one of the best experiences I've had at a Red lobster since I've been here in Florida and the last one I went to was in River City. Even the bartender there was phenomenal. It was $68 for myself. I ordered a feast which had lobster tail, crab legs, delectable shrimp scampi, fried shrimp and double broccoli. I also ordered a side of popcorn shrimp. I will be back!

Mike is the best waitress I have had in a long time he was very knowledgeable. He updated me on the changes just in case I wasn’t aware. He made sure I had everything I needed at all time, even though he was busy with multiple tables behind me and on the side of me, I appreciate the customer service that Mike gave me Friday evening. You would’ve made me feel like I was sitting with my family and I was by myself. I appreciate the customer service Mike good people and good customer service is hard to find these days and your customer service is top notch and he was knowledgeable about what was going on in the kitchen and kept me updated on my food. I appreciate it cause I’m all about good service. going forward I will ask for you by name.

Not that I have ever had bad service here. But Mike did an outstanding job. Not just to me, he had the same professionalism at all of his table. He could answer any question from menu or services. Great Service Great Food! Thank you Mike for a great experience!

I would say the best part of coming here was being served by an experienced bartender (Jackie) was professional on producing some of the most delicious drinks I have ever had. She also entertained me while I was sitting at the bar I truly appreciated the customer service and the exclusive made drinks. I do recommend anyone try the side hustle drink.

Terri is an exceptional server who consistently delivers outstanding guest experiences with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. I was seriously craving their cheddar biscuits, only to find out the nearby location had closed—so my husband and I made the drive to Orange Park to satisfy the craving, and I’m so glad we did! Our server was super friendly and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were taken care of. And the Lobster Fest menu-Absolutely amazing! I especially loved the lobster dip—it was so good! My husband’s dish came in a huge portion, and everything we tried was delicious. Totally worth the drive!

Enjoyed the grilled salmon, mashed potatoes and coleslaw for main entree. The coconut shrimps are my favorite appetizer and love the garlic biscuits. No wait time during the week for dinner and Liz provided great service. The clam chowder is always a good choice like the atmosphere and watching sports

Seafood boil was over cooked the lobster was like rubber and they forgot to get me the crab cluster, the shrimp was fair, no seasoning, the corn was sticky and the potatoes texture was off, I order cheddar biscuits, was hard and dried and Alfredo pasta it was over cooked and mushy. $59.34 it took me 45 minutes to get there to be disappointed. I order online

Can't get much worse! Came for our granddaughter 18th bday with 8 people. The "reservation" on the app was great! The waitress started off great and by 2 hrs in we were by the last 1/2 hour and trying to get our VA discount was over it all! This particular Red Lobster took off $2 on a $280 bill. My husband asked about our son in law... acting so shocked about it and having to prove they were. We got the manager involved where both veterans were a bit exasperated by this ordeal. Most restaurants that give veterans discount take off 10-20% of entire bill. It's a thank you to veterans and their families for sacrifice. It's better in our eyes to not even give one if your going to nickel and dime. .33 off asparagus, .10 off drink etc... We won't be giving another try!

Haven't been here in decades... at least. Anyway, went on a slow and very cold day, the place was empty, now I know why. I had planned an early dinner but it was so damn cold in this place I couldn't tell the difference in 33 outside and the temp inside, after one beer and an app I was half frozen, so dinner will have to wait. What the hell happened to guest comfort, its not a priority here.

Found hair in my food. This place is disgusting and I will never eat here again! I will say when I told the manager he did feel bad but still that was so gross.

Our group went and Kalani was an amazing server. Our food was great and we were treated great by everyone. Restaurant was very clean. Had to get light jacket because air conditioning works very well. Will definitely be back.

The food was fresh and deliciously seasoned. The service was very attentive and the food came out on schedule. The drinks were good and made to perfection. The ambiance was peaceful, friendly, and quiet. We enjoyed everything from beginning to the end.

The service was great, and the food was excellent. Our waitress was there refilling our drinks and checking on us to make sure if we needed anything. We came after the lunch rush and were seated as soon as we came in. The salmon was flaky and seasoned just right. We will return again soon.

Well I'm glad I decided to stop by for lunch because I really wanted Lobster and it just made sense! I'm sorry so many other locations have closed but I hope this one does not...the service was great even though the server was maybe a little bit over worked but the food was excellent and the place was clean and inviting. I definitely plan on going back soon those Cheddar Bay Biscuits are always good! p.s. just my taste but the cloeslaw was bland

Good evening all. Today I took my Wife, Mother In Law and Sister In Law and her husband out to Red Lobster for dinner. I'm sorry but that was the WORST meal I've had. We all ordered the Ultimate Fest and it was a Ultimate Desaster!! The mash potatoes were hard as a brick, the butter sauce wasn't melted, there was NO SEASONING and on top of all that it wasnt!! I was very much disappointed! I paid $289 for all 5 meals!! The waitress never came and gave refills! They came and dropped the food and we didnt see her again until she brought the check!! I am so disappointed them!! I was expecting a high bill and was willing and prepared to pay! I just wish the service and food matched!! Red Lobster on Blanding Blvd get a negative 10 for this experience!!

The food and service are great! We loved the lobster/shrimp & crab daily specials! The restaurant itself needs an inside makeover, but we drove 25 minutes out of the way because the other two Red Lobsters in Jacksonville are closed. Kendall is a great server btw.

Absolutely amazing meal. Folks, this is the last red lobster restaurant open in the Jacksonville area. Located on Blanding Boulevard a few miles south of 295 in Orange Park. Very close to the Orange Park Mall. Cheddar Bay Biscuits were hot and amazing as usual! Easton provided very courteous service! We enjoyed the Seafood, stuffed mushrooms and all our meals were delicious as we have come to expect with the Red Lobster name! Crispy Brussel spouts is a must upgraded side!

Went here for lunch. The food was good, I had the endless shrimp, and they were delicious. Our server was great.

Stopped in today for a late lunch. Our server Jennifer M. was fantastic. She greeted us promptly with those delicious Red Lobster biscuits. She grabbed ys our drinks and took our food orders. You can tell she's very experienced because she didn't skip a beat. The manager also stopped by our table to check on us very professional. The food as always was delicious! We both had the salmon bowl and it was yummy. We sat at a booth in the bar area and it was cozy and comfortable. Today at our local Red Lobster was a 10 out of 10. I need to know Ms. Jennifer's schedule, she provided outstanding service.

Elliot was an outstanding waiter. He quickly helped us with our order, understanding our complicated desires and making suggestions. The food was delicious. We got the Sailors platter and Bairdi crab legs. We ordered a lobster tail and lobster flatbread to go. Unfortunately we found the rest rooms to need immediate cleaning. The ceiling vents in the dining room were filthy and need to be vacuumed. It looks like some of that filth could fall into your food. These dirty vents are indicative of a failure to pay attention to detail. It makes one wonder what the kitchen looks like. I don't think we will return.

We made reservations just in case but it wasn't busy. Our family of 4 was seated quickly and our drink orders taken. We like Red Lobster yes it is a chain restaurant but they have something every one in my family likes and of course we all agree the cheddar bay biscuits are the best and worth the carbs and calories! The restaurant is cozy and dimly lit and has a well stocked bar so it's a good place for a date too. Our waiter Easton took very good care of us and our food was well prepared. We go several times a year.

Food is too salty. The service is amazing there the problem is is that you don't really get any food for the amount of money that you pay

Great staff, very kind and do a phenomenal job. Steaks were cooked perfectly and the restaurant has a nice, calm feel. As always the cheddar biscuits are the best!

Signature dish- Maine lobster , salmon, shrimp and 2 sides. The sides were great, however the seafood was so over cooked it ruined it for me. I sent it back but it still came out overcooked again. The Maine lobster was a shriveled up split tail So disappointed

Server was great, food as well. Wife and I decided to go here after discussing rumors of Red Lobster possibly closing. Those cheddar bay biscuits were awesome!

First, Congratulations to Alice who has now been promoted to manager!! She so deserves it and is a testament to the great quality of customer service she provides. My opinion of this location was rather poor for a number of years and has come a long improving that over the last 2 years. I'd say that's due to new employees like Alice and Elliot. My review about 15 months ago when we first met Alice was 5 star and that hasn't changed. This review is from dinner my wife and I had Friday 9/15. While the decor is about the same at every Red Lobster I've been to the food varies. My last review at this location was great as was the food and service and glad to say this review will be the same. We met Elliot who was our server and he did an awesome job! Knew the menu, was very helpful and super polite even though we had to have him come back three times because we couldn't make up our minds what we wanted to eat We started with stuffed mushrooms , lobster dip w/chips and calamari as appetizers. Yea I like to eat..a lot! The shooms and Lobster dip were good but the star was calamari which got kicked up a few notches over the last year. While it was just OK in the past it was wow this time! Nice and crispy with a great seasoning and delivered with dipping sauces. Devour time My wife had the scallop skewers with broccoli and I had the crispy flounder sandwich with broccoli both of which I neglected to get a picture of... My wife did try the scallops and said they were great and since we were both a bit full after three appetizers and biscuits we packed up the rest to go. So all that being said my only afterthought is the flounder sandwich was rubbery the next day warmed up in the microwave. If you order that I recommend nit ordering a lot of belly-bustibg apps and eat that when served hot.

Service was very slow even though there were only 4 other groups of people in the entire restaurant. Everything is very expensive for small portions. The pasta was hard on the outside and not worth $10 let alone the $33 I paid. Very unhappy with my experience, do not go here.

Upon landing back in my childhood home of Orange Park Florida we bolted right to where we used to go after church and for birthdays - none other than Red Lobster - that our family used to endearing call 'Red Moster' because the animal on the sign looked massive to my 6 year old self! The food was identical and every thing made so very well - thank you for that - I have the best Steak and Lobster dish - both were perfect in balanced portion and so very tender - I recoomend this 100% The best atmosphere too - very quiet and very clean - also thank you for keeping the tank of living lobsters in your lobby as I used to look at them and actually tried to take one out of its tank when I was 10 so thank you for still having the tank higher up so children like me won't do this. Saving the best for last was the amazingly fun energy server Easton - he made this extra special with the way he described each dish and with a fun best friend like ease! The cheddar bay Buscuits are ledgendary and while We took a long time to decide upon our desert which we landed on the cheesecake - so very well done thank you kitchen staff for making this meal as memorable as our time in my childhood city! We are going to call ahead next time to sit in your section Well done Easton, Well Done indeed! Love and Red Monsters!

My wife and I had dinner tonight and I want to say that Easton and I hope I'm spelling his name correctly but he was our server and was outstanding and took care of us with a very high level of service and wanted to say thank you again. He deserves a raise !

I have just dined in the Red Lobster in Orange Park Florida. My waitress named Cheryl F was a fantastic waitress. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the menu and specials. She is truly a welcomed asset to your team.

We had a great time a group of 11 of us went and our waitress Lexi was amazing and so nice with all of our orders!

Bad food and bad service. Was told by our waitress that three quarters of the seafood arrives frozen.

The seafood taste like something you could buy from the frozen food section in a grocery store.

food was good :) i got steak & lobster which was really good. my boyfriend got the snow crab legs (in photo), which he said they were good, very flavorful. Service was good. Cheryl was very nice & caring. Our food came out at different times & not together, she handled the situation very well. The atmosphere was very nice & clean. It was very chill & nothing to crazy going on. overall i am rating it 4 stars.

My husband and I have been married 35 years. On our 11th anniversary, we went to the Red Lobster on Atlantic . His stake was frozen in the center and my shrimp jambalaya was undercooked and tasted like Elmer glue, we waited 30+ mins for a waitress to take our drinks order. Well, today was my birthday and my husband wanted to give Red Lobster a second chance. I really didn't want to but I did anyways ‍‍‍. Guys!!! I had the best experience EVER!!! Thank you Cara ( my waitress and Mike the bartender,)for the best customer service EVER!!! He food was DELICIOUS . I so RECOMMEND Red Lobster at Orange Park

My 2nd visit to Red Lobster in 2 days. This was a different location in Orange Park Florida. We had a private on because it was a group of 15 of us. We had great service. It was a celebration for birthdays. The shared appetizers was very good. I was already full from another event so I a side salad and appetizers. What I really loved was unlike other restaurants we did not have to wait for the rest of our party to be seated. Drinks were very good. The restrooms were clean and there was parking available all around the building.

very disappointed. crab legs were no where near a pound and had zero flavor and over cooked. If you are going to charge 30.00 a head at least give customers what you are advertising

Recently had a very disappointing visit to this place. Arrived and was told there was a 40 minute wait for a table for 2. Sat at the bar to wait. Took 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged. We decided to just eat in the bar area. Moved to a booth in bar area. The waitress forgot to bring us rolls. I had to ask for them. When my wife's meal was delivered she forgot the salad until we asked. I asked for a refill of my iced tea. After about 8 minutes I went to track her down to see if she forgot this. I had a $100 gift card I was using for dinner. The ONLY reason the waitress received a good tip was to use up the rest of the gift card so I would not be tempted to go there again!!

At 1 time, red lobster was the top seafood restaurant in the country for a chain. But at the moment, they remind me of an old school. Morrison's or Piccadilly when it comes to seafood. There have been times in the early 2000s. You couldn't get a seat in this restaurant because the food was great, the price and works great, and the atmosphere was great. Right now, they're taking a back seat to most mom and pop seafood Joint Still a great value.

Great food, service and value. Best seafood and always coming up with new dishes. Server was awesome and knew the menu. We've been there many times and actually worked at Red lobster for almost ten years altogether. Great to see the quality and value hasn't changed and they are keeping up the cleanliness we adhered to.

Food was great, service even better thanks to our waiter, Easton. You have to try the seafood stuffed mushrooms as an app. The shrimp linguine Alfredo was superb. Of course the lobster was delicious. Great overall experience.

Poor service from Faith. I had to recall the restaurant after she hung up on me saying "ima need you to call back we're busy right now" I rephrased my question 2nd call asking "may I speak with management?" faith said "um....." and put me on hold then eventually hung up. You shouldn't be too busy for a little bit of kindness.

Man I hate too give a place I used too love only 3 stars. We walked in and got right in. The waiter Eddy was right there and gave us excellent service even being he is a Giants fan. The food was a typical Red Lobster pretty good for the most part. Why I'm giving them a 3. Man they need too build a new building this place you walk in and it's dark and smells like mold or musky. I know what it is it's a lobster tank not being taken care of. And old carpet. They keep the lights so dark dame I think I'm in a damn cave with a lighter. I recommend there food Togo.

We went for a family meal. The experience was ok. I enjoyed the company around the table more then the food. Our waitress Mercedes was fantastic. She was kind and attentive. The food wasn't hot and had to be sent back to heat up. The pasta dish and the chicken tenders were yummy. I'd order those again, however I would NOT reorder the bacon Mac n cheese. It sounds delicious but it was grainy and tasted like they used cheap ingredients. Definitely not worth the $1 up charge. Overall I'd go back because I know to stick with the fried shrimp, chicken or pasta dishes.

I came this past Friday night, and it was not very packed as I expected, but it was still busy. Anyway, I had the Friday Fish special, which came with fries and coleslaw. The server was very friendly and chatty and talked to the customers. I also enjoyed the biscuits as I do whenever I go to Red Lobster.

Me and my mother are Navy vets and came here on Veterans Day and while this is a busy day for them they did not offer us something else to compensate when they ran out of the Veterans Day meal deal.

Thought l would like to experience an intend enjoyable lunch outing at Red Lobster- Orange Park. First of all, I had the most pleasant waitress ever. Lunch was offered with me seasoning my lunch/salad/ soup offered with greasy salt-pepper shakers and a liquified soup chowder. This waitress offered a different soup selection again not pleasurable. Bottom line, the waitress brought both concerns to the manager, for which my lunch selection was erased from our check. A measurable tip was offered for her valuable efforts. Let's make sure within our outings, to reward the valuable efforts of others that serve "you".

Came in at 5:30 today for dinner with my significant other and my daughter. I went to the restroom before being sat down. It was relatively clean save a paper towel on the counter. We were sat in the bar area. I ordered strawberry lemonade with a water. And my s/o ordered sierra mist. Originally I ordered apple juice for my daughter but after a wait, our server Victoria, came and said they were having issues with it, so I ordered her a water instead. We ordered the surf and turf meal. I had my lobster medium rare and his was medium well. My sides were green beans and mashed potatoes and his were caesar salad and mashed potatoes. My daughter had the mac n cheese with french fries. My steak was grilled to perfection. The lobster was really great too. We also had the cheddar bay biscuits, which as always, were delicious. All in all, this location is really nice. The food was great. The service was decent. And the bartender was able to break a 20 for me and I left him a dollar and tipped the server with cash while using the presto to pay with card. The only thing that bothered me was that it was really cold. Everything else was good.

It has been a long time since I've eaten at Red lobster seems to be a staple in the seafood fare. Let me start by saying the service was great. Two of our side plates were dirty and one of our glasses had a piece of lemon pulp Before we had put lemon in. The bathrooms look like could use an update but were clean. Cheddar biscuits were stellar

Yummy Ginger Sesame shrimps, Hand breaded, shrimp scampi , fiesta shrimp and shrimp Alfredo with pasta. Endless shrimp in Orange Park,Florida. Our Server Christy, was very attentive.... bringing us our favorites.... cheddar bay biscuits are sooo good Had a side of wood grilled scallops .

I hate to do this but this was the worst I've had from anyone, ever. I ordered the lobster, langastino pizza as it looked great. To start with, it was late in delivery but not blaming Lobster for that. However, when I opened the box, what was there amazed me. This was to be a pizza. Sadly, it was lacking all the cheeses, very little tomato and maybe a hand full of seafood. If there was sauce, it had soaked into the crust. Not one piece of anything was even touching anything else. For example, if you chopped up one slice of tomato into little squares, that's how much was used. They did offer me an e-gift card, which I can't use and it was for $25. Almost to the penny what I was charged. It took them 5 days to get back with me on that and when I told them about the gift card. Well, maybe never will here from them as it's been more than a week. Sorry, really hate this but I can't even imagine how or why someone would send this out.
