My entire day before I sat down to eat my red lobster meal was kinda rocky until my server Deb brightened my mood with her cheerful attitude and helpful words of encouragement. Thank you Deb for the warm embrace your presence left on me. And of course the food helped as well.

Derrick was amazing! Very customer focused. Honestly, my aunt and I have been to Red Lobster before and we both agree that Derrick was overly attentive and we felt very taken care of. When we come back, we would feel super lucky to have Derrick as our server! 5 stars!

Lisa was a very pleasant and helpful server. She was prompt and checked on us frequently, but not too often. The food was delicious and it arrived surprisingly quickly for prime time Saturday dinner! The overall experience was very enjoyable.

This was beyond expectations. Our server, Maddy, was amazing. She didn't check on us too often, but was just right making sure we were satisfied and didn't need anything. The bartender, Hannah (hope my spelling is right), made awesome drinks that were well balanced and came out quick looking good. The flight of margaritas is highly recommend. The chef, and I'm sorry I didn't get his name, was equally impressive. The sirloin I ordered came out to perfection, the lobster tails were absolutely delicious, and the stuffed mushroom appetizer was amazingly delightful. My wife had the fish and chips and the size of the filet that was on her plate was ginormous! And also tasted amazing according to her. After speaking with Greg, the manager, I told him do not change a thing. Now since I believe no one is perfect, my only gripe, if you can call it that, was that the beautiful American flag flying in front wasn't lit up. Bring a veteran the flag is precious to me. Proper etiquette for the flag is to light it up if flying at night, or take it down. That being said, it doesn't diminish from the evenings experience. Great job team Red Lobster!

Andrea and DJ were our servers tonight and they were very friendly and attentive. However, every time we visit we always get great service. For example, last time we were here the manager recooked our lobster himself because we had a slight issue with its appearance. They’re always intentional about ensuring that the customers are happy with the service and food. We always get great customer service and the food is always served fresh and hot!

Red Lobster has ben my favorite since I was a little girl. Being able to eat loɓster at a low price is wonderful. It was also the reason for being at RED LOBSTER. The service was great and there were not many distractions. The food was to perfection.

Our server was Nichole, and she was a great server very attentive and she gave us a sundae for our 6 year wedding anniversary. Our food was amazing like always, my husband had the ultimate feast, and I had the salmon New Orleans, we had calamari for our starter. My husband had the margarita flight which is 3 different margaritas, one watermelon flavored, one passion fruit flavor and then a blue one. I had the sunset Pina colada strawberry flavored which were all amazing. Great place to eat.

Stopped in for lunch yesterday. Our friendly server was Nate. For arriving around 12:30 on a Thursday it was relatively quiet, so comfortable. Our food was out quick and was delicious. Our meals were so filling, all three of us had to request boxes. Thanks Red Lobster for a satisfying meal.

We had a nice experience at Red Lobster. We were seated right away, which was surprising for 5pm on a Friday! The restaurant was very tidy and clean as well. They had some holiday drink options so I decided to try the Ruby Moscow Mule. It was very good, but small and pricey. We ordered the Ultimate Feast to split and it was plenty of food for two! Plus the bread rolls are always filling and so tasty!! I would recommend adding on the Brussel sprouts and the Mac and cheese, they were both so good and only a few dollars extra! Overall I would recommend going to this location!

We went to Red Lobster tonight only because we have $85.00 worth of gift cards that I wanted to get used up after hearing the talks of them filing bankruptcy. Things have changed at Red Lobster..... For the 2 of us we were given 3 cheddar bay biscuits, you have to now pay extra if you want more we were told. The entrees used to come with 2 sides. I ordered the 1 lb of crab legs but would have had to pay an extra $2.99 if I wanted a salad for my side, my dish came with potatoes and the sides were: baked potato, mashed potato, french fries, coleslaw or broccoli, so I chose no side but still no chance on getting extra biscuits. I heard they were going to be closing because the endless shrimp killed them. Everything tonight was just ok. so I won't be heartbroken when the closing time comes. I must say my margarita flight was super good! and it was $15.00.

Food 3/5 - Overall food was decent. The Crab Legs were yummy. The Salmon New Orleans had tons of oil/butter left on the bottom of plate. The Chicken Caesar Salad was ordered with double chicken and therefore lacked extra chicken in my opinion. Service / Ambiance 3/5 - It was crowded for a weeknight at 5:00pm, the wait was over an hour so we sat and ate at the bar. Service was slow. The restaurant was completely understaffed and the only bartender was overwhelmed by drink orders.

Decided to go to Red Lobster today for lunch. They have a nice menu. I ordered the lunch popcorn shrimp meal. I also ordered a side salad that was large enough to share. My husband got the Monday special of lobster tail and shrimp. We both got a baked potato as well as the cheddar bay biscuits. The service was ok. There is a parking lot and also lots of assessable parking. Easy in and easy out.

Had lunch here today. I ordered the days special Lobster and shrimp. It was good. Havent had lobster in quite a while. My wife got the lunch special popcorn shrimp. She got a ceasar salad on the side. There was plenty for us to share. We also each got the cheddar bay biscuits and a baked potato. It was a nice lunch. Service was ok.

Andrea G was the worst waitress I've ever had, and provided the worst restaurant experience. She wasn't a rude person, but she was a horrible waitress for other reasons. We might've been waiting for over 10 minutes just for her to greet us in a restaurant that was almost empty. We asked for numerous different items and never recieved them. For example, we asked for more of the bicuits (would've been the third basket), never got them. Asked for marinara sauce, never got it. Asked for a to-go box, never got it. We even wanted to split the check, but Andrea just gave us the check unsplit without asking. When we got our seafood boils (what we ordered), they were okay. The meats were nice and juicy, but there was little to no flavor, and not as much food as you would hope for paying that price ($50). The restaurant space itself wasn't anything special, but it was still clean and sanitary. All in all, horrible service, mediocre food, and overall a really bad visit. Will not be back.

We asked our son where he wanted to eat before he left Minnesota and he picked Red Lobster. It was the first time we experienced this Red Lobster location and we were not disappointed. We came during the lunch hour when it's not crowded and we received excellent customer service. You can't go wrong with shrimp scampi and of course, the biscuits. We were disappointed with the high prices but this seems to be the norm nowadays.

Believe it or not, they used to have more than shrimp and lobster on their menu. no more. This is absolutely one of the worst restaurants I've been to lately. The food was overcooked and dried out. I think most any fast food restaurant would be better.

I ordered food thru their app and received it thru DoorDash . The food and service was wonderful, however I need to mention that they are having a Make a Wish promotion and nowhere in the ordering and payment I was able to participate . Perhaps it's not allowed thru delivery, but felt it maybe an option for those who find it a great cause.

Why did you change the shrimp linguini? The tails are now left on the shrimp in this dish. What are you thinking? Linguini is eaten with a fork. It's not finger food. So people are supposed to twirl up a bunch of linguini and shrimp, put in in their mouth, then what? Pick the tail out of their mouth with their fingers and set it aside? Gee that's classy. The quality of your food has gone down while prices have gone up. Duh, are you still wondering why you're in financial trouble? In addition to high prices with lower quality food, the employees at the restaurant near me are inept. Three orders in a row we were shorted an entire entree when using delivery services. Sadly we were celebrating with family, trying to habe a nice dinner. But that doesn't work when the order is one entree short. Then we had to wait an additional hour for the missing food to be redelivered.

I'm gonna be completely honest here, I've been let down by this place twice four or five years ago so I never went back until today, I was pleasantly surprised, the food was outstanding, the service was on point. If this is a new turn around then I'll definitely be back!

I had come here for my grandma's birthday on this particular occasion, but have been to this location before. They have their own parking lot and is very easy to get to from the main road. The hostess sat us very quickly which was nice. Our waitress was very nice and pleasant during the dinner as well. Before I get to the actual meal, we have to talk about the biscuits. The biscuits from Red Lobster are part of the reason I even come at all! They are always perfect and taste wonderful. If you have never had one, you need to come just to say you have had the biscuits! I choose to get the shrimp your way for my entree. It is a decent amount of food and definitely filled me up. I would also recommend the Walts shrimp too. I have had the lobster and crab here before and I think that the shrimp is better and the way to go. The dessert here is also not too bad. I always get the chocolate wave cake which comes out nice and warm. It is something you will have to share after the meal for sure. Overall, not a bad meal. Decent food, great biscuits.

Going to Red Lobster is a tradition with my mother. Too bad, it doesn't offer the best experience almost each time we go. We arrived here for the first time a year ago right before the state fair. Our party consisted of 2 of us. We were seated in the bar area, because my mother likes to sit in a booth. We were seated, and soon after realized there was a vent right above us, and it was very cold. We do plan for such occasions by bringing sweaters, but it was unbearable. We politely asked to move. Walking out of the bar area, it was very slippery because of how cold it was inside, and how hot it was outside, it made their tile slick. We mentioned they should put a caution sign up. After being seated in the main dining area in a booth, it was as though they had forgotten where they put us. We waited a while before we flagged someone down to order. The rest of the evening seemed to go okay. We love the Cheddar Bay Biscuits, my usually 'Shrimp Linguini Alfredo', and my mother's usual, 'Walt's Favorite Shrimp'. We paid and left. This past week my mother and I came here again because it was state fair time, and our tradition was to eat dinner at red lobster. We arrived and were seated promptly. We asked to be placed in a booth, and like the year before, it was as though they didn't mention it to the server that we were sitting in their area. After 12 minutes of waiting and both of us knowing what we wanted, our server came to the table and we ordered. We ordered 'Walt's Favorite Shrimp', and Salmon with a side of veggies. We asked for the Cheddar Bay Biscuits to be brought out right away because it was our 'cheat day' and we would like them right away. Well at least 10 minutes later we got our side salads, and biscuits. The waitress forgot to bring silverware, and when we tried to get her attention we ended up getting another waiter who assisted us. The place wasn't that busy, so it was annoying that the service was as slow as it was. We might come back here again but only because it is the red lobster closest to where we are when we plan for our state fair trip. Would we go if it wasn't the state fair season? No, 100% no. The food is good, but it is a chain so that is hard to screw up. The service would be the main reason I wouldn't go back.

I took my dad out to celebrate his recovery and we both had shrimp scampi lunches. They were affordable and tasty. My broccoli needed to be softer because I have dentures so they remade it. I talked to my waitress and the way to order is steamed well done. I really enjoy their vanilla bean cheesecake.

My son turned 21 and requested Red Lobster for his birthday dinner. We were seated right away. Everyone 21 and older had a Sunset Passion Colada. My birthday son ordered the Ultimate Feast, my younger son ordered Shrimp Alfredo and my husband and I shared the Salmon New Orleans. The food was hot, delicious and cooked perfectly. I had salmon from another chain restaurant and it was tough and fishy so it was nice having a beautiful piece of fish. Our server, Kathrine was excellent. She and my son share a birthday. She brought the birthday boy an ice cream and brownie treat. I think the plate was her special touch.

Even though we were early and told to wait for someone to come out, you know how takeout usually works... not here apparently you have to walk in, but we didn't get told that until 30 minutes of waiting. the app also indicated for us to stay in the car and call the number in the takeout spot. food and time was not worth the money spent. also the people we talked with on the phone were not nice. hung up on by a manager...

NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY FACILITY!!!!!!!!! My family went to their establishment tonight (2-4-22) for what was going to be dinner. My 4 year old who was tired and not had a nap and decided to show is displeasure with being expected to sit in his chair. He began throwing a fit and screaming at the table. Being considerate of the other guests I picked him up under my arm as he was kicking shoes off and getting louder and took him to the woman's restroom until he was done throwing a fit. I place him on the counter and go lean against the wall waiting for him to calm down. In the mean time here comes the manager and another employee who despite asking them to let him be REFUSE to mind their own business. After maybe 10 minutes he decides to calm down so we could return to the table. Once again I carry him to the table (remember he doesn't have shoes on because he kicked them off in his fit) and we place an order. Half way through our salad here comes a police officer. His name was Cory and a very nice guy. He informed the Red Lobster employee called the police. Hmmm interesting because when the manager came sticking her nose into my business she said it was a customer that was making a issue of me taking my screaming child into the restroom. After that experience I no longer felt safe there. Was another one of their employees going to call the police because now my 2 year old started screaming and I had to place him from a regular chair into a high chair? What about my 7 year old? He is ADHD and ODD. Is someone from your restaurant going to call the police because he has a sensory meltdown and needs to be held and calmed? This is not a place you can comfortably enjoy a meal if you have a family with small children that are not cookie cutter kids. I will never support your establishment again. I already have problems with being treated poorly by your servers when I am there with my significant other who is African American, now this? still waiting on that call!!!

Today was the first time there I went to meet my husband for an early dinner I felt very uncomfortable the lady that was helping us not once did she referred to me she would come to check on us but she only directed to my husband I felt like she was racist toward me I won't recommend this place to anyone and won't be coming back again! I love seafood. And when I crave it I can only think of Red Lobster for a variety of items. I love to dine in and take out sometimes. My servers are wonderful each time I've been to this location and the food is tasty as for what I get. I just feel like the pricing for quantity is a bit overdone. For $36+ tax I've gotten a meal I can easily eat in several bites. It wasn't necessarily only lobster I've gotten it was the shrimp, and scallops with sides. My boyfriend got the steak and that was a bit salty also. Inflation at its finest and for a quick bite it costed well over $100 as you can see in my pictures. It is very pricy nothing usually under $10... thank goodness I had a gift card otherwise as of now I would not eat here. For a rare treat maybe. Portions are smaller in my opinion for the price. Prepare to spend atleast $25 a plate at dinner. And soda being $3+ adds on. 2 of us with the "cheapest" items ended up being $90+ not including tip.

For it being a holiday it wasn't very busy even though the parking lot looked like it was. We were seated right away and the waitress was very friendly. We ordered our drinks but it took awhile for the liquor to hit the table but they were delicious high buck though. Many menu items to choose from but it didn't take that long for our order to come out to us. The biscuits were heavenly. Took awhile to get a container to put the food in a to go container but the waitress was very friendly about getting the containers for us even a bag to carry it all out. The only thing that I would say that was really wrong that really got my dander was the music was to loud. I had a important phone call and I could barely hear the person on the other line. And it was important. Their was no reason why it had to be that load for a very nice restaurant. Would I go back again? Yes but I will tell them to turn the music down forsure.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch today and we had a great experience! You can get all the soup, salad and cheddar bay biscuits you want for around $12! I had the lobster bisque and it was fantastic! Caesar salad was also very fresh with a nice crunch and the dressing wasn't too overwhelming- just right. The manager was a dear and really impressed us with her computer skills! We will definitely be back.

If you want the best margarita in the twin cities ask for Alexis! Amazing service at this location. Alexis is a fantastic bartender, and manager Jessie is what you would want in a business steward. Corporate should give both these incredible women a big raise and have them train all staff! They made a mediocre food experience a five star review. Take note corporate peeps, these two are who you want representing your chain.

Sub standard food and argumentative wait staff member when I tried to reasonably discuss; you'd think she prepared it...3 bites of my fish and 3-4 fries and she told me I basically ate it all before complaining. The food was good. The server however was not. My husband asked for the biggest live lobster he could get; which was 2 lbs. He also asked for it to be cleaned and cracked. The server brought out a 1.25 lb lobster that was literally still in its original form. My husband said on the car ride there he would get crab legs but he didn't want to get messy. So, not only did he get the completely wrong size lobster, but he also had to crack the whole thing in order to eat it. Not first world problems - but when you're spending that kind of money on something - you expect it to be perfect. The manager working was very sweet and did a wonderful job trying to fix the situation. It was just a bad experience for us, though. I wasn't going to write a review, but we just had a bad experience with our order from DoorDash last week as well. 2 strikes you're out for this couple! Just a thought - get out an old school pen and paper & write down the orders, bud!

Stopped here for dinner at first we were unsure because the parking lot was full of cars and with little kids its hard to wait in line ECT..anyways we decided to try it , walked in we were greeted right away took us to our table , took or orders all in about 15mins . When our food came it was very good. The restaurant it self was very clean.

I know I know, it's a chain Dan...but it's still worthy of review if there was something worth mentioning. The biscuits are a 4.78 everytime, all the time. Now as for the food, we went with the Seafarer's Feast and the Ultimate Feast foe yours truly. The seafood itself was prob a 2 in terms of lack of the robust flavors I'm used to at seafood boils and the way they do seafood down south. The real star of this place was our server Josh who was the best I've ever had at Red Lobster, he was great with my children and that's not an easy feat. Overall, not a bad weekday meal by any means.

Drinks are always strong, the food is always so-so. It's always a fun time if you bring the right friends, but as always your food is generally going to be overpriced, over cooked, and under portioned. The servers are generally really good, but tonight we felt extremely rushed, which attributes to the overpriced feeling, again if I'm going to be paying $32 for a plate of over cooked shrimp scampi and dried out broiled scallops, the least I can do is sit here for 40 minutes and enjoy my friend's company. Oh, I also forgot to mention we waited 45 minutes to sit at a table, it's always this busy. Blah!

Unfortunately our cribside pickup tonight was horrible. We spent $61 on 2 meals, crab legs, my husbands crab legs were brown, over cooked and horrible. My green beans tasted like burnt salt rubber and they only gave us 2 stale biscuits. The entire meal was unacceptable. What a waste of my money. Over priced for the quality

Dear Amy (our waitress) please try to be nice to your customers a smile goes a long way! Ok so I admit we came 45 minutes before closing time but that's no reason for snappy attitudes. My business partner asked for a salad with no dressing and when he got dressing on his salad he ask our waitress to take it back Amy rudely answer that it was from the salad bar and it's gonna have dressing. This is something you should tell your customers when ordering. Regardless she took it back and perform the miracle of bringing back a salad without dressing. No complaints on the food it was ok, what you expect from a chain restaurant. Regardless of the service we still left a 20% tip on a $140 bill. You're welcome! Smile :)

I haven't gone to red lobster in about 20 years but hubby and I did for a date nite. I gave this a 1 star because we were seated right away. I ordered steak which I never do at these types of places and it was dry and only flavor i tasted was salt. Our server was friendly but not very attentative. You should never have to ask for water, plates, It wasn't very busy either. Way overpriced. 2 meals and an appetizer and water costs over 70 bucs. No thank you. Will not return.

I dont like this location. I recently moved so this was the closest to my house for my boyfriends birthday dinner. My food was luke warm and lobster was rubbery. There was barely any sauce on the noodles that came with the lobster lovers dream. Server was slow and we barely seen her all night. She didnt give us refills for water until she brought our check. We were going to order dessert but our server took to long we changed our mind. Golden Valley will be my forever location from now on.

Not sure why this place has so many terrible reviews... but I can see when I drive by sometimes that this restaurants parking lot is full. From what I've read from previous reviews is that service sucks. I honestly think that is just do to lack of staff... but I could be very wrong. Regarding my meal here: I had no wait, although it was on a Tuesday night. I place was moderately packed and our waitress was very pleasant. She tried to sell us on the lobster mania thing... and paced our meal well. I noticed that the booths and tables around me were handled by other servers, which made me think that the servers sections must be small. 2 or 3 tables per server. (not the best situation if you're trying to make money) but anyways... one would assume that you would have VERY attentive service if that were the case. Our servers missed a few changes to our order... but they were minor. Broccoli instead of green beans, Caesar instead of the house salad... My rating is higher than most because I understand that this place isn't some 4 star restaurant - so my expectations were leveled a bit lower. Regardless, service was nice and the chef... or expo guy came to our table and delivered us our meal. I though that was a pleasant touch for a chain restaurant. I can see this establishment is trying and that's works for me. From the host, to our server to the chef coming out with our meal to the busser... I felt very welcomed.

I love Red Lobster, and this location didn't disappoint. However, nothing extraordinary happened to make me want to go back any more frequently than I'm already accustomed to. Our server was extremely friendly and the food was delicious. If this location has had staffing issues in the past, I think the management has properly dealt with the issues. This is also the first time I've been to a Red Lobster without having to drive two hours to get there. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

Awesome experience! A nice change from the usual careless staff. Linda was awesome, friendly and attentive without being annoying. Kati was so accommodating and understanding when we asked to move to a different area because of noisy and unruly kids at 9pm. The food was fabulous and on point! It was hot and fresh and well seasoned. The drinks were strong but not burnt, and the new caprese salad and lobster roll were fabulous and would for sure order again!! Overall it was a wonderful night away from the kids. ;-) Will for sure return!
